Epsom Salts: A Beauty Enhancer

Epsom salts can be used in different ways, and its cheap to buy. Epsom salts are pretty much the same, so you don’t have to check brands. Have them in a small plastic container or a ceramic jar.You can use them in various ways .

Face.

For a dewy complexion, mix 1/2 tsp Epsom salts into cleansing cream. Gently massage on skin and rinse with cool water. Pat dry. Apply your favorite moisturizer. They soften the skin, leave no residue, and don’t dry out the skin.

Body

Remove dead skin with an Epsom salt body scrub. Mix 2 cups with 1/4 cup of petroleum jelly and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Use the mixture to gently slough away dry patches.

Feet

For a foot scrub, mix 2 cups of Epsom salts with 1/4 cup of petroleum jelly and a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Use the mixture to gently scrub the heels and dry, rough patches on the feet.You will have soft and clean feet.

Bath

This is my favorite. Soak in warm water and add one or two cups of salts to relax your mind and muscles after a tough workout or a hard day. Studies show the wide-ranging benefits of magnesium and sulfate are the two major components of Epsom salts.

Hair

Yes hair .Most people dont like the idea of salts on their hair. For salt-sprayed beach hair with volume and texture, combine equal parts of warm, deep conditioner and Epsom salt. Work the warm mixture through your hair and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse.

Skin discoloration under the eyes affects just about everybody at some time or another. For some of us, however, these dark circles are a near-constant bother. While these conditions are occasionally symptomatic of other illnesses, the usual cause is allergies, tiredness, or, unfortunately, heredity. No matter what the cause, you can still reduce the appearance of dark circles, and in some cases, you may be able to get rid of them .

Dark circles under the eye may also be a result caused from a lack of primarily B6 and Folic Acid. About 30% of the population does not absorb regular B6 (pydroxine) or folic acid and need to take in these vitamins in a different form or another way

Allergies may be the most common cause of skin discoloration under the eyes. If they are the root of your problem, you simply need to treat them or remove the allergen .

Get plenty of sleep. Lack of sleep results in dark circles under the eyes that causes the skin to become paler (thus increasing the appearance of darkness under the eyes), and it reduces circulation. It’s also believed that too little time lying down is a cause in itself. Determine how much sleep you need and see if it helps. Dont forget to apply cool tea bags, an ice cube wrapped in soft cloth, or cucumber slices to your eyes daily.

Dark circles may be caused by a deficiency of vitamin K. Regardless of the cause, however, recent research has shown that skin creams containing these two ingredients reduce puffiness and discoloration significantly in many patients. Long-term daily use seems to have the greatest effect.

Dont rub your eyes as its caused by allergies,rubbing irritates the skin and can break tiny capillaries beneath the skin, causing both puffiness and discoloration.

Reduce your salt intake as it can cause the blood vessels under the skin to appear bluer.

Eat healthy meals and drink lots of water. A whole lot of problems are attributed to lack of vitamins in our body especially vitamin K. By increasing our fluids you will increase your circulation which is important for us.

After the shape is defined, fill it with lipstick. After filling the interiors, apply the lipstick in the corners, which is easier with the open the mouth.

Some more Tips

Use lip care stick before going to bed with your other face treatment. Your lips are sensitive and need care and rest. Very dried and chipped lips can also be helped by applying sunflower oil on them.
You can apply lipstick with a brush.
Mix lip care stick with color lipstick, if your lips tend to look dried and chipped. Too much lip care stick can make the final color brighter in the middle and the rest color concentrate on the periphery of the lips.
Refrain from licking your lips.

Apply a lighter eye shadow from the middle of your eyelid to the inner corner of your eye. Blend in different shades in the middle of the eyelid.

Down Turned Eyes
If you want to make down turned eyes more beautiful, it’s important to shade eye shadow up and out. Apply eyeliner close to the upper lash line and then blend in the shadow along the socket line in the outer two thirds of the eyes. In order to visually lift the eyes, apply dense mascara.

Asian Eyes
If you have Asian eyes, apply light eye shadows on your eyelids. Use a pencil to make a thick smoky line along upper eyelashes (the line should be thick enough to be seen well when your eyes are open). Under the lower eyelashes draw a thinner line. In order to make your eyes visually wider apply brown eyeshadow on your eyebrows. Cover your eyelashes with two or three layers of dense mascara.

To Get Big Eyes.
Shadows of dark shades make your eyes visually smaller, deep set, while light tints, on the contrary, make them appear bigger, “open them wider”. If you want to create the effect of big, beautiful eyes, choose light eyeshadows. Apply eyeshadow after the application of eye pencil or any other kind of eyeliner: it would make your look softer and dreamy. If you want to make your look more dramatic, apply eyeliner after the application of eye-shadows. Then curl your eyelashes, it would add them shape. Then finish your eye make-up with a layer of mascara. In order to add more volume to your eyelashes and to make them appear bigger use a dense mascara. Never line the inner edge of the lower eyelashes, it would make your eyes visually smaller.

Pendants

The best way is to wear it with a deep neckline as you want to fill in the space or you can wear it with a crew neck .A smaller pendant is better if you are petite as the bigger ones will weigh you down.

Choker

Is a tight fitting necklace worn high on the neck.It works best on bare skin, off shouldered top or strapless dress is great. It does not look good on a neck that is short or thick.

Multi strand Necklace

consists of different layers and is best worn with a jacket or a dress shirt with an open collar.

Lariat

This is one long strand usually with a loop at one end and some items hanging from the loop.Its best worn with a tunic or a camisole in the evening for a dramatic look. Usually works best with a 36 inch lariat.
