very popular among deck and engine.
With this policy means the tightening efforts against all aspects of the costs incurred, and clearly this will impact to a reduction in revenue, for the crew this is a loss, other than that this may cause a conflict of interest.

Various efforts undertaken in order overbudget reasons, such as:

1.Decreasing overtime hours.
2.Decrement of time working a non-regular.
3.Diversion of job (which should do at non regular hours.

Issues of this policy is related to the efforts to increase career when it can be done to the office.

This policy is like the 2 different currencies, and certainly there are very clear that the sacrifice of income.
In this case required a supervisor (boastwain / foreman) and a clever negotiating can produce win-win solution.

If this condition can not be changed, it should be made a condition conducive to find another source of income for the subordinates, not only in the environment and the engine deck only, once again supervisor should have more creativity is not just technical skill.

And this also applies to the desires of our sailor / wiper / fireman greaser to search for extra income or dissolved in this policy which ultimately only the walls hear?.

According to my experience in working for this company only a few people who have the desire, and the rest pasrah late.

Partners remember we work here just because money is, to what we are far from family or from people who care about us because if not money?. remember the purpose of your search for money and many of us who could say more sweating than big ship:
here's the compare:
Big ship : 6 man for watch keeping duty, for more extra job is more easy, Tender driver, handling all wooden stuff, like stein varnishing the wood, chair, small ship do the same things to as quartermaster job.

Day worker : it's different with Ab/os in big ship, small ship All Ab do on bridge duty and ship's maintaining, off course handling for all the line, winches, as boatman too.

just because the number of crew smaller than big ship, every one here must do 1 man show but in the big ship those job can be separated with many crew on it.
And that's why in small ship we could make more money in the last few years but that is a history, the last time i jointed on windstar i could get at leas 900usd/mounth. this income getting lower every year almost the same price with big ship.

<br human being is very important to meet the needs of himself. And as we know that basically human beings are multi-dimensional. Aspects of animal and ilahilah a pure form kemanusian someone. As a creature that was thought by God, man can eventually control the press and the second aspect, and menumbuh-developed aspect ilahinya. Degrees will be elevated when the human aspect ilahinya more advanced, while the degree scoundrelly akan disandangnya when more animal aspects dominate.

Stomach and keep the needs of the breed of the animal aspects of man. As a man, a lot of instructions that can direct people on the quality better, among hewaninya meet the needs of the full meaning of the rules or use.

Whilom, I focused on the daily life during the event to eat good breakfast, lunch, dinner in one of messroom cruises megahnya Holland America Line. Row in the queue Food Counter many people stand with the various departments in which it is to meet food needs. No more than that, they only want to eat immediately obtain quota. Moment of time some of them as there is a lack of patience to wait for, and seen from the statement, "... eat aja ach use queuing, anjrit,". "Ach ... tired-tired-out of the 'must use queuing all, damn it,".

Few sentences or statements that appeared to many that it participate menimpali with a more negative statement. For the time will get it, go directly to the table to sit with employees dealing with the other.

Cursory attention to me, dealing with the condition of their plates already full of food. Lucunya, there are some people that just hungry eyes, for the plates filled with food while the hush hush for the sake of food dilahapnya stomach was already not able to accommodate, alias already satisfied.

Table Manner style phenomenon employees cruises in messroom is not in accordance with the shadow when I was in training first. Personally I do not blame those who are basically just really want to eat, because somehow, messroom that provide food that is often different from the concept of the office. From the head office seems to have the correct concept of the food that is available to cover the fish, chicken, vegetables, rice and drink good juice, milk, and white water.

Concern very seriously, either when starting, which is clearly a contract every time, food for employees in messroom cruises that nan is magnificent with many dilontari some negative statements from some people, perhaps even a majority.

In this case, there is still only in ganjalan really, that if the rule is to respect the food shall see whether the form of food? Sendiripun sometimes I do not blame them on the food that is in messrom in one of the ships, HAL was not a taste.

And as has become the documentation throughout the period, the existence of the term in messroom as "DAKOCAN" beautiful box of meat, namely beef / veal which forms are required overlap rendang. Menu "snake" that is the length of the fish species of fish the sea, where penyajiannya only way cooked fried, then ditimbun so disebuah one container, no more mention of the term chicken vegetable with chicken ketabrak rail. In addition there are many more, the name of the food, called the term queer.

Touching the menu and life in messroom during Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner akan we encountered many products created from the presence of food disantap with akan akan menyantapnya people. Fruit of the events is a lot of learning, such as:

1. We can still appreciate the food is.

2. We can try to continue fight for right to food in accordance with the taste.

3. Eat or stay, although the heart does not taste.

4. Or we drop the error remain in the cooking or the company or other person.

Appreciate the form of food is basically, very varied, and I am sure each of those who never eat messroom in the style of Holland America Line has been able to place itself, and how well.

Personally I have interested to motivate myself, that when I get food from messroom hopefully I can enjoy with the hopes senikmatnya hush hush for a successful swallow me blessed by God.(Source.dammaster)

SURVIVAL SUITS

In recent years it has become increasingly more obvious, that when persons are in the water, the cold temperature of the water is as far greater menace than the danger of drowning.
