Few companies demanding few lakhs as caution deposit for 3 years and offering jobs with a starting salary of Rs. 5ooo/- only for the first year . This information is available in the Internet. Few demand Bond agreement for 3 years from the few students who faced their interview. My family is also having a computer engineer .what to do ?
A shameful act in Information Technology claiming professionalism is claiming Bond from employees.
Another Innocent who is going to claim that she do not know about this bonded labour.
In the country Bonded Labour has been totally stopped by enactments legally. what is the use? In those days uneducated rich people had bonded labors. Now educated Professionals at I .T.Industry is engaging freshers against Bond for 3 years. What a pathetic situation of professionalism and professionals. Do they want claim that In professionalism that Faith is Totally last with New comers/freshers as employees. I.T.Industry challenging the Loyalty of the Next Generation / Youngsters. what a pity? 1. In Address bar Browser's in this world Except Opera.com do not have Wand Facility to keep our data about e mail id and passwords.
2. Browser's except Opera.com do not have reload facility with timer set option. Only opera.com have this facility.
These are only few ,but I can point out many special features at opera.com.But I believe all browsing and software creating team at all browser's company would have crossed these matters /facilities but why they have not taken any intiation to bring the same all with additional developments in that is still surprising. All browsers would have developed many along with these features is my opinion.
