Olaplex for Relaxed Hair

I have been using Olaplex for more than a year now. I enjoy using 3, 5 and 7. Treatment 3 is amazing at strengthing my hair and keeping my breakage at a minimum. This year I have been able to retain at least 3 inches and past my armpit length hair. I use treatment 3 during my wash days as well as number 5. I love the conditioner because it makes my hair feel soft as well as very smooth. When I flat iron my hair it is shinny and my hair looks healthy. When I moisturize my hair I seal in the moisture with oil 7. This oil is lightweight and applies smoothly across my hair. 3, 5 and 7 are my go-to Olaplex products, I recommend them anyone relaxed or natural.

Check out my video, I have finally reacher BSL. I did a 6 months stretch and was able to retain at least 2 inches overall. I am happy to retain so much length. I tried to keep my hair in a bun for the most part and I washed my hair once a month. By limiting my manipulation I am able to decrease breakage and retain length. I have added some hair products such as olaplex and it has help my hair to become strong. I strive to retain more length in the future so stay tuned and check out what 2020 has in stores for my hair.

The difference between this stretch and my previous stretches is manipulating my hair less, protective styling and stretching my relaxer. Before I did all of this I cut my hair because the ends were terrible. I couldn't believe how much split ends I had. It was easy going the 1st two months but adding in wigs made stretching a breeze. It was a long day for wash days because I tried my best to detangle and cause less breakage. Breakage is at the center of my hair's improvement. I believe Olaplex has helped my hair to break less and therefore helping me to retain alot of length. As for wigs, my main concern was traction alopecia so I made sure to add oils to my scalp, edges, and nape. Usually, my edges would thin out and look almost bald. GS by Sadora has helped my edges to grow out tremendously and my nape, I could not believe how much length I have grown. I can't wait to try this method for a 2nd time in order to help me grow my hair longer and keep it healthy.

So for the past few months, I incorporated new products to help my hair be stronger and be easily managed. Olaplex has decreased the breakage in my hair especially when I went forwards 3 months post relaxer. My hair was fairly easy to maintain and flat ironed results was very shiny and sleek. GS hair growth oil has helped me to grow out my edges and prevent traction alopecia. This was something I feared due to my exposure to wearing wigs for almost 8hrs a day. I didn't want my edges to thin out or become damaged. I was able to retain a lot of new growth and my edges grew out without breakage. Wearing wigs help me to have less manipulated in my hair which helped with breakage. I had a lot of new growth, but keeping it moisturized was my main focus. I washed my hair once a month and braided up for wig application. Olaplex has changed my hair for the better and I'm glad to say this is a staple for every wash day.

Solotica Hidrocor Graphite Dupe DUEBA SWEETY HYDROCOR GREY

I think this a very similar dupe to the solotica hidrocor graphite. The opacity is similar in style to the solotica and you get a good color pay off especially on dark eyes. Graphite is a bit bluer in color and lighter as it appears in my eyes. Both colors look natural with dark eyes and they appear blue and grey at the same time depending on the lighting environment. Solotica is thicker in the quality of the lens so it does dry your eyes out faster. Sweety hydrocor is thinner and very comfortable on the eyes. I would recommend these contacts because the shipping was pretty fast.The price is affordable compare to solotica and the company offers a wide range to pictures on their social media for eye references.The packaging is a plus because it includes a traveling case that has a bottle for eye solution, eye suction picker, and eye picker as well as the contacts case and a case with a mirror to hold everything together.

Here is my review of these items that were sent to me. I hear so many great things about hard candy so I was excited to be able to try out some of their items. The contour kit is perfect for multi-use since it features 4 different ways of how to use it. For me the first two colors were too light for my complexion, but I am sure it is a great fit for fair skin girls. The correcting primer is also great for red spots. I enjoy it because it fills in your pores with it's silicon type texture. This is great for blurring and smoothing out your face. The setting spray worked well as a refresher as I finished my makeup application. I didn't see a difference of how my makeup held up throughout the day but I love it as a refresher to get rid of the powdery look. The final product is the mascara, I enjoy this mascara because it grabs all of your lashes and you can see the color well against my black eye lashes. I find that some of the items were a hit and a miss but I can't wait to check out the other items Hard Candy has to offer.

Above I installed my clip ins and you can see a big difference in my hair. I created cool hairstyles and my hair looked great. Both coarse and light yaki blends well with relaxed hair and this is the best textures for relaxed hair. I will be rocking these through out the year.

Stretching has always been a struggle as i would gain length but receive some sort of damage due to thin ends. Adding emu oil has helped to me retain more moisture and I have been able to retain the majority of length I stretch during my relaxers.
