Well, the Christmas rush is officially over! After the craziness of last year I didn't think I could top it... but boooyyy did I ever! I made around 200 necklaces, earrings, keychains, guitar picks and bracelets. Praise God from whom all blessings flow!

I tried to be more organized with getting these pictures posted. I thought it might be exhausting to thumb through a bijillion pictures so I broke them up. I have them grouped by whatever type of piece it is so it might be easier to find what you're looking for. Through the busyness of getting these mailed and delivered by Christmas, I didn't get pictures of everything. But most everything is on here. Thank you for your business!

I made these for some wonderful friends of mine who are a daily encouragement to me.

Psalm 139 is my favorite Psalm. And my favorite verse in the whole Bible is in this Psalm, verse 14, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made". For those of us with image issues, I read this daily, I see it daily, I cram it in my heart daily.

All necklaces start at $20. That includes 1 disc and the chain. I don't charge per letter. All metals are the same price as well. (So a large sterling is the same as a large brass or copper.) Each additional disc is $5 each. A pearl or stone is $3 (2 pearls or stones are $5)

This is a great thing for dads who are hard to buy for, moms who have everything, 16 year olds on their driving birthday, for your new bride or groom, or if you're ready to tell that special someone that this year baby #1 is on the way.. Woo I just got chills too! They're precious, and only $12. You might be asking "$12?! It only costs you 8 cents to make!!" Well, I spend a lot of time hunting for the pennies then stamping on them, and there is another disc and key ring there too. Just wanted to clear that up :)

I made this for my husband for his birthday. I chose major milestones and events in his life and found a penny from that year. I stamped a little something on it to help him know what it was. This is my most favorite thing I have done in the year and a half that I've been doing this. I feel that it's the most personal item I have. We'll continue to add to this as the years go by. Could also make an awesome looking charm bracelet! I am so thankful for him and love him dearly. How did I get so lucky to get the best guy in the world? Jesus.

These are Denny's dad's initials. Denny's dad met Jesus on August 23, 1995.

Denny got saved at Christmas Conference with Campus Outreach at UNA in 2000.

Our first date was on July 27, 2006 at the Velcro Pygmies concert during Handy week :)

We enjoyed dancing and merriment on June 27, 2009!

We adopted our first child, Bruce, on September 16, 2009.

Celebrate Freedom

4th of July weekend is here! It's a time to be with family and friends, hang out at the lake and eat good food! But, are we forgetting what we're celebrating? A day off of work? Food? Family? No, how about the freedom to have all of those things. Thank you armed forces for continuing to fight for our freedom.

And thank you Jesus for freeing us from sin. We had a 4th of July themed lock-in for the elementary kids at my church Thursday night and this was the devotional I kicked it off with:

Why do we celebrate the 4th of July? Many years ago, the people living in our country wanted to be free to make their own decisions and choices. They wanted a country where every person was free. We celebrate that we are a free nation that is not under the rule of another. A group of men signed the Declaration of Independence. We celebrate this day as the birthday of our country, The United States.

What does freedom mean? We have the right to act, speak or think as we want.

What are we free from? You can go to the church you want, you can go to the school where you want, you can wear the clothes that you want, you can play the sports that you want, you can eat what you want and you can say what you want (but always listen to your parents :).

What else can I be free from? SIN!

How can I be free from sin? Romans 6:18 - You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.

When Jesus died on the cross, He defeated sin forever and set me free. Jesus died on the cross for your sins because He loves you. Accept Jesus into your heart as your savior.

Does this mean I will never sin again? Bad habits are hard to break and sometimes you will still have to fight them. I am not strong enough to set myself free. I need Jesus to save me every day.

Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:31-32
