There is a reason why I think I will never leave the Blog World....
I just Love to Blog because it is an avenue for me to vent my anger and frustrations.
(my faithful readers, please bear with me, 'cos for the benefit of my new readers, I'll have to explain this again. *giggle*)

I am a person who CANNOT accept a tinge of unhappiness in me. I need to keep talking to different people or 'things' about the unhappy event....
So much so that I get numb to the incident that I NO LONGER feel upset anymore.

Under what circumstances do you call a friend, "friend"?

I consider myself a nice person.
But I am NOT STUPID!

Do NOT use my relations to try to benefit yourself.
Do NOT attempt to use my network to give yourself a headstart above the rest.
Do NOT even try to get info from me so that you can EARN all the credits.

I can be REALLY NICE,
BUT,
I am NOT stupid enough to be used like a pawn on your chess board!

When I go all out for a friend, I do without you telling me.
I do it wholeheartedly as if it was a matter of MY life and death.

When I go all out for a friend, I do it without thinking of getting being rewarded.
I do it out of my own free will.
Even if I get back-stabbed (which is so damn often *eyes rolled*), I only have myself to blame.

BUT....
Do NOT order me to do it.
Do NOT think that I am obligated to do it for you.
I know you think that I SHOULD be doing it for you, all because you call me your "friend".
You were upset when I didn't do as YOU TOLD ME TO....
I'm sorry....

I am apologising NOT because I regret not doing as you 'instructed'.
I am apologising because You understand too little of me....

Today, one of my 'oldest and most faithful' reader sent me an email saying that when she hopped over to my Parenting blog for the past 2 days, a message came up "Malware Detected".

Fantastic! *eyes rolled*
If only malware works as well as tupperware!
Damn!

Immediately I sort help from my hosting company. They are looking into it and may just at the wave of their magic wands REMOVE the tracking virus COMPLETELY!
Yet, if it has been 'eating' too much flesh from my blog,
I may need to REFORMAT EVERYTHING!!!!

Saw red two days ago.
I know how horribly bad tempered I can be during the first week of the red flood.

Allan knows me well enough.
When he notices that 'smoke' is coming out from the top of my head, he would try to stop whatever that's causing the fire to burn within.

It could be Himself being the cause too!
"Ok, we'll talk about this another day."
He's smart, he moves away.

It could be the Kids.
"Come boys, tell Papa what you want.... Papa will do it for you..... Don't disturb Mommy."

It could be a phone call.
He would sit and listen to my @$%#@.
Not giving any suggestions or comments, least I became angry with him instead.

Clever man is he.
He stays far far away from me during these few days.

During such days of the month,
I am extremely quiet,
Tired,
More naps.....

I use more energy on my mind power to prevent myself from adding more charcoal to the fireplace.
I do make extra effort.
I try....
I do...

Hair Fall, Dandruff Dilemma

Hey Friends, I SERIOUSLY need to hear YOUR VIEW on this. Many thanks....

More than 10years ago, I found a shampoo which completely controlled my dandruff and itchy scalp problem. It was Head and Shoulders. Even though many told me that it would make my hair fall more rapidly, hence balding sooner. I observed. Nope, it did not happen to me. I had 'normal' hair loss. Ever since I had started using it, I had not changed till few months ago.

Since the beginning of this year, I noticed my hair was thinning very badly. Likely due to late night sleep and stress. It increases its speed over the past 6 months. For those of you who had been following my blogs, the first 7 months of 2009 were simply chaotic, weren't it?!

Yet it seems that once the 'hair fall' start, there is no end to it. Hhhhmmmm.....

BaWang's commercials and posters were everywhere. I could not resist but try it. Especially when Allan dared to be the guinea pig few weeks earlier than me.

Though he complained that it gave him 'pimples' on his scalp, causing combing to be a real pain in the ***. He continued, because results were showing.

I tried.
Hmmm... not much effect.
No pimple.
No nothing.

Then I chanced upon this Korean Hair Loss Prevention Spray at my familiar salon.

I combined both.

TaaDaa!

It worked!
My hair loss was controlled PERFECTLY!
Yippee!

Happy like a little Jelly Bean, I continued using for months.

3 months ago, my friend picked out something white from my hair.
"Dandruff." my friend said.

OH SHIT!

So now what?!
My hair loss was controlled by the formidable pair, but my old problem came back to bug me.

The combination between the Korean Product and the Proctor and Gamble product was not working well at all!

Hhhmmm.... what would you do?

2 black and 2 white.

'Someone' placed a hat on each of the men's head while they are STILL BLIND-FOLDED.
The fourth (extra) hat was thrown out of the room.

Here comes the question:
The blind-fold was removed.
None of them were allowed to move ANY PARTS OF THEIR BODY.
The man who could tell what's the colour of the hat which is on HIS OWN HEAD, may leave the room.

The man in the middle was the ONLY one who said the colour of his own hat correctly and left the room.

Black Pepper Crab

Ever since we tried the Pepper Crab at Jumbo Seafood Restaurant (read post here), the 'chief' in Allan started to act up again.

Just like I had mentioned in the Baked Cheese Potato post, when he is in love with a dish in a restaurant, he would try to figure out the ingredients and start his experiments in the kitchen.

This is his 4th attempt with Pepper Crab. Have NOT failed once! Awesome! I think his countless experience from cooking Chili Crabs gave him an upper hand with this dish.

The only adjustment needed every now and then depends on the size of the crab. Some are really huge, like this Pepper Crab dinner we had last week. The Claw was longer than my hand! *faint*

When the size is this big, a longer cooking time is definitely needed to make sure that the meat is fully cooked. Never want to eat medium-raw crab meat, ya? *wink*

This was the BIGGEST crab we had ever bought at the CHEAPEST price too. What a bargain! Usually we would have crabby-dinners when we have something to celebrate. We did not intend to eat crab that night, but after seeing the size and the price, we just had to 'force' ourselves to find a reason to celebrate! *laugh*

Only 1 small boat is available to bring them across.
The boat is big enough for only 2 people OR 1 person + dog.

Here's the tricky part:

Only Father, Mother and Maid knows how to row the boat.

At all times,

Father cannot be alone with the Son, without the Mother, or else he will hit the Son.

Mother cannot be alone with the Daughter, without the Father, or else she will slap the Daughter

(ok, I know this is an extreme family, which I don't wish to know if they do exist. *Huge Laugh*)

Maid MUST be with the Dog, or else the Dog will bite anyone in sight.

(ok, even the dog is pretty insane. *giggle*)

So how can the family of 6 get across the river, without getting hit, slapped or bitten?

Gone For Good!

Everyone has files in their head.
Some are often looked into, some are hardly flipped.

These files determine our daily decisions. We call them blueprint.

Blueprint is registered in our head through hearing, seeing and experiencing.

As I had mentioned in my previous post, my biggest reward is the removal of a stinky, moldy blueprint of mine.

For those of you who knew me from my very first blog > All About Your Child, would be very familiar with my strain relationship with my mother.
For those of you who don't, you can read 'My Story' or 'The highly commented Post'.

Having to find money for my mother was such a common 'chore', yet there was this ONE incident which I did not know was my stumbling block to achieving great wealth.

This happened when I was 13/14 years old....
My parents just had one of the biggest fight ever the night before, all because my mother has just hit her new all time high debt amount (then). Loansharks came and shamed my family.... Blah blah blah....

The next day, I could not concentrate in class. Tears just kept dripping down my cheeks the whole time. My English teacher, Miss T., requested to speak with me after school ended.
I told her nothing.
She persisted.
I could hold my tears no more.
I cried so hard, started to choke on my tears....
I let it all out....

"My mother borrowed money from the loansharks and my father is extremely unhappy with her. They had a terrible fight last night. He threatened to chase her out of the house if the money is not returned fast."

"How much is it?"

"$4,000"

"Ok. Don't worry. You take care. Don't think too much about it. Keep praying."

The next day after school, Miss T. wanted to see me again....

Passing me a thick envelope... "Here, take it. Its for you."

I opened it and saw $4,000 inside!!!!!
I had NEVER held so much money in my hands before.
They shook like crazy!!!
I pushed it back to her and said, "No, Miss T.. This is yours. We will find a way."

"No! I want you to have it. I don't want you to return. Its a gift for you. Exams are coming. I don't want to see you being affected by such things. Take! Give to your mother and settle the problem, so that everyone will have a piece of mind."

I was young.
Desperate.
Lost.
I took it
and ran home,
fearing that I may be robbed.

I handed my mother the money.
She was shocked.

I thought she was going to thank my teacher or me...
Instead she said, "Its NOT ENOUGH!"

*faint*

"How come?! You said $4,000!!" I snapped.

"I lied. I dare not tell your father the real amount. I fear that he would beat the hell out of me."

"So how much is IT??!!!" I almost wanted to slap her....

"$8,000." She confessed.

*faint*

My head was spinning like crazy.
Thousands of thoughts hit me all at once.
What am I going to tell Miss T.?
How am I going to find another $4,000?
Since, its not enough, I might as well return this $4,000 to Miss T.
Yet, paying half is better than not paying at all.
What will Papa say when he found out that its $8,000?
How?
What should I do now?
What's gonna happen?
............

It was during the last day of MMI, did I realise that THIS incident, which happened almost 2 decades ago, had been killing my financial health.....

Here's the explanation:

Because of this incident,
I am ashamed to face my teacher everyday.
I felt a sense of guilt toward her.
I felt indebted to her.
Because of this incident,
I disliked my mother even more.
I pitied myself for having a liar as a mother.
I blame the world for giving me a gambler as a mother.

Hence, in my money blueprint, the equation goes like this:
MONEY = Shame, Guilt, Indebted, Resentment, Pity, Lies, Injustice.

Thus, subconsciously, I would try to 'get rid' of my money through spending or literally giving away, so as NOT to be acquainted with shame, guilt, indebted, resentment, pity, lies and injustice.

Towards the end of the seminar, we did an exercise which COMPLETELY exorcised these unsupportive financial blueprints out of my mind.

The most beautiful part is, I had truly forgave my mother...

All these years, I blame her for giving me a bad childhood.
Which in fact, it was ME giving myself a bad childhood.

Its all a matter of which side are you looking at?

When one can TRULY bring himself or herself to see from the other person's point of view.
The world became a totally different place.
Neither side is right OR wrong.
Its just a difference of strong opinions....

Last weekend's MMI, I learned that MANY of my thoughts or belief systems actually BELONGED TO OTHERS. They are not necessarily mine. Because of what others say, do or experienced, does not mean I should be affected by it.

We have the power to CHOOSE to disassociate with them.
Its all a matter of choice.

Once the exercise was done, I felt as light as a feather.
Completely free from burden, from hatred, from shame.....

I truly felt how much I meant to Allan, when he shout it out in public, that marrying me was one of his GREATEST successes in life.
I bought Harv's New Book > 'SpeedWealth' Simple yet Effective (Just like the author) guidebook to making ANY business a success.
I signed up for another EXTREME seminar next year, called 'Never Work Again'. Just like the name suggested. It will be a seminar which will reveal some of the latest and most powerful passive income tools which can allow me to live a financially free lifestyle. Work only because I choose to and NOT because I have to. *wink*
Last, but not least, Harv helped me to dig out what exactly has been stopping me from earning more than my ability. It was an Old Old 'File' in my mind. It was deadly. And he helped me removed it COMPLETELY. Whoo-hoo!

This last reward is something really personal.
Nobody knew about it except my parents and my sis.
Something which I had never shared on this blog before.
In fact, the details were also not shared over at my very first blog (All About Your Child) before too.

But I will....
