Hi guys,
I was surfing the web this morning and found this free tool for instantly building backlinks thought you might
like to check it out.Hhere is a little blurb about it.
This script creates pages about your website/blog on everyone of these
websites, resulting in about 2500+ different pages with backlinks
pointing back to your website. Yes some of them are no-follow and some
of them are do-follow, but bottom line is that these are well
established websites regularly crawled by Google and other SE, so your
pages and backlinks on those websites will be found and your
website/blog will get backlinks and will be visited and indexed more
frequently by Googlebot and many other search engine bots like Yahoo,
Bing, Baidu, etc. Get started here.

Have an awesome day :)
you are usually depends on the habits you practice on a regular basis.
To make real progress, it's often necessary to examine every area of
your life and be willing to do things differently. We'll be discussing
some of the most effective habits that promote weight loss in this
article.
A very important aspect of your attempt in losing weight is exercise,
yet the physique becomes accustomed swiftly to all workout patterns.
That's why it's important to increase the intensity of your workouts as
well as the density. The purpose of elevating the intensity is heavier
weightlifting, running or biking faster, or increasing the incline when
you bike or run. Reducing the respites taken in between exercise sets is
what increasing density refers to. Obviously one must proceed
moderately, in addition you need to interrogate your physician about the
types of exercises that are safe for you to do assuming there are any
obstacles in your well-being . Changing the sort of exercise you do
occasionally is helpful as well as raising the force and density of your
exercise. Revisions to your workouts such as these will aid you in
obtaining the best benefits for your body.
If you're always thinking about what you're not allowed to eat, you
will only want to eat these forbidden items even more. It's much better
to place as much of your attention as possible on what it's beneficial
for you to eat instead of those things you're trying to give up. Try to
get into the habit of making a priority out of whole grains, fresh
fruits and vegetables; when you eat more of these, you'll automatically
be eating fewer unhealthy foods as there won't be as much space in your
body or your budget for them!
When you go shopping, start off by buying foods that you know are
good for you, and make these the focus of your meals. So instead of
going over in your mind what you're trying to give up, remind yourself
of how good you'll feel when you eat more healthy foods.
Somebody who despises exercise is not someone you want to become.
Provided you struggle in this manner, look for more fun ways to
exercise. Everyone has activities that they enjoy that involve burning
off calories. Try dancing, taking up a new sport or riding a bike. An
additional method to create a more pleasurable exercise experience, is
to play music, and that can be done at the gym or at your house. Playing
the music you love best can certainly provide you with added energy
while exercising. You can actually exercise in front of a TV screen
quite easily, and this is a likelihood at many athletic clubs now. The
point is, do whatever it takes to make your workouts fun or at least
tolerable. Therefore it will not be so labor intensive to make working
out a regular part of your life.
Creating good routines to become thinner does not have to tough. It
just means you have to be aware of what you're doing and look for the
best strategies to help you to lose weight. You won't be acting in a way
that will hurt your dieting or workout routine by doing this. Once
these easy-to-do habits reviewed in this article are implemented and
routinely done, it will become second nature to you.
It offers a great deal of flexibility, especially for mothers and retirees.

However this can be a fantastic way to earn money, so here are five great suggestions.

1. eBay retailer. If you have spare items around the house you are looking to sell or if you are interested in finding and then reselling different items, then you may want to consider becoming an eBay seller. eBay is the largest online auction site in the world and they do a tremendous amount of business every day.

Many people started to make money on eBay by attending garage sales or estate sales and purchasing items for pennies on the dollar. You can then take these items and list them on eBay for a higher price.

Depending on the demand, you may be able to resell these items for a tidy profit. This is a very viable business you can operate from home and it has the potential to make you a nice full or part time income.

2. Copywriter Business. If you like to write, there are some excellent opportunities to produce articles for sale. With so many websites on the Internet, there is a strong need for relevant content to be created to keep them popular and useful.

The website owners often don't have the time to produce content on a regular basis so they often outsource this work to independent writers. You can advertise your services on places like Craigslist or eLance. You can complete the articles from home and get paid right away using Paypal.

3. Affiliate programs. There are many products and services being sold on the Internet which are promoted by individuals. You get paid a commission if a product you promote is purchased by someone. For example Amazon.com has an affiliate program. If you promote a particular item they offer and that person purchases from your affiliate link, you get paid a commission. There are many people who are making above average incomes this way.

4. Web site designer. There are many people who need your help if you have skills in website design and development. There are always new websites which need to be developed so this skill is always in demand. You can promote your services on a variety of websites including the Craigslist and Warrior forum.

5. Data entry. This is great home based business for people who are good at entering data into forms, etc. Many legitimate companies are looking for qualified to fill the demand for these services.

These are 5 great ideas for a home based business. You can work this into your schedule regardless of your current situation.
Many different telepathy test are available to you. All of which can help you in measuring your psychic abilities. Although there is an element of luck with them, however, over time and many trials the results will determine if you do have telepathic abilities or whether you are merely guessing.

Some of these tests are simply to test you for psychic ability and others were designed to measure the range of you ability and its strength.

By keeping in mind telepathy, as well as ESP, precognition, clairvoyance are all inclusive in the telepathic skill-set and when one of these skills is developed it can also lead to increasing the other telepathic powers as well.

By using deep breathing and meditation exercises it's possible to access your sub-conscious. This exercising of your mind will expand your focus by opening your mind and can often lead you to access your telepathic and psychic abilities. That also leads to developing the part of your brain which is responsible for these abilities.

Regardless of the range of your physic and telepathic abilities now, you can both strengthen the range of your abilities and develop your psychic talents further. A telepathy test will help you to decided where improvement is needed in your current skills.

Here Is A Solo Telepathy Test

One quick way to test your telepathy skills is to predict who's calling when the phone rings. Do not look at your caller ID, if you have one. Before you answer the call take a moment to concentrate and think about who may want to talk to you.

Make a decisive guess and then answer the phone. Over the next several phone calls you receive, measure your results. This can give you an indication of your level of telepathic ability.

Many people have said they know who the caller is. Even before answering the phone. This is done unconsciously. You can learn to focus this ability consciously over a period of time.

A Quick Psychic Test

Sometimes it's possible to test your psychic ability with a simple prop, like a coin. It's important to find a quiet spot to sit before you begin the test. Be sure you won't be interrupted or distracted by noisy TVs or sudden sounds.

Do some deep breathing exercises in the beginning, for a few minutes, to relax. Clear your mind. Now toss a coin in the air, make a prediction on what side will come up. Try this several times and mark your results.

You have a 50/50 chance of making a correct guess. However, any score over 50% might show a definite psychic ability that can be developed further.

Basic Telepathy Test

Perhaps the simplest form of telepathy test is the card test. This is best conducted with two people and a set of psychic flash cards.

A quiet place is necessary for both concentration and to sit facing each other during this test. No interruptions. One individual will be sender and the other individual will be the receiver. The receiver may not see the cards and the sender will send the image of the picture.

This test may need a lot of practice by the sender to concentrate and focus on the image they want the receiver to pick up.

The receiver needs to concentrate on images or impressions they may see in their mind's eye. Do not try to second guess what you see. First impressions are what you should say as they come into your mind.

Record your responses over the entire pack of flash cards. Your results should take into account an element of luck, as there will be some responses that could be lucky guesses. However, a high incidence of correct answers could indicate a latent psychic ability that could be developed with a little patience.

But keeping in mind this is not always the best test to use for telepathy abilities. Because this other individual's level of psychic ability may be weak and they may not send you strong images. The results may not be good because of this.

Here is an Intermediate Telepathy Test

Once you notice your results beginning to improve with the basic telepathy test, you should increase your range a little. The easiest way to do this would be to conduct the basic telepathy card test, but sit in separate rooms and use a speaker phone or baby monitor or any other device where you can verify what images the receiving person sees.

Practice and some patients are needed again for this step. It's more difficult at times to send images telepathically over distances and somewhat harder to pick up images with the possibility of distractions which interfere with your test results.

You can use any one of the many telepathy tests available to test for the presence of psychic abilities, practice and build the strength of your telepathic skills. Find a telepathy test that works well for you in your schedule and also one that you are most comfortable with.

Cross-cultural relationships are not unusual these days. Someone you know probably knows a couple. A Russian wife may end up with a French man, or an American woman may marry a Greek man. There are more people in the world than every before, and the possibilities are endless. It's not such a strange idea that perhaps someone's best partner has been born in another country.

Many people from many different cultures have found their way to each other and are living a wonderful life together despite the difficulties. Although being in a long distance relationship can be challenging, especially when one of you makes the decision to move to be closer to the other, it can be a highly rewarding and exciting experience and worth the effort of searching online.

Many people don't know appropriate behavior when they decide to start looking for love online. It's important to know where to look, how to talk to someone you have met on the internet and how to maintain such a long distance relationship with the hopes of becoming more serious.

With such a new thing as the internet, people still aren't always sure about how they should act when using it to meet and develop relationships with others. It's a new thing, and so there are many differences between it and the kinds of communication that have been around for a long time. There are some general things to remember when employing the web as a way to conduct a long distance relationship.

Those old rules we learned about dating and relationships are still applicable on the internet as they are when you can see someone face to face. Listening to what your partner cares about and being attentive to what they say are basic principles. It's also helpful to ask about themselves, what they like to participate in and what kind of family they have. It's obvious that people enjoy when others are interested in them.

Not always using the internet to communicate is also a way that might help. The web is admittedly very easy and efficient to use, so we forget about other things we could do. People also can write letters, call on the phone, or send a postcard. These forms of communication are valuable too, and with the ease of the internet, people may appreciate the extra effort it takes to use them instead.

There are those around who have great interpersonal skills and are able to give online dating advice because in the end, they are not so different. These people have an idea of the timing and nature of your responses to the person in whom you are interested, and they can also give ideas and support when you wish to extend and deepen your relationship. Cross-cultural compatibility is not so different than next door neighbor love but it can certainly pose a challenge at first.

An American woman, a French man, a Russian wife, a German husband- people of all different cultures have found love in many different locations all over the world, and they have employed internet dating to make it happen. It's not a huge difficulty, and it could actually be more easy than other types of dating, even though many of the rules and expectations are the same.

Few women would respond with a numerical calculation equal to their net worth. Instead, they might describe their roles as wife, mother, daughter, friend, relative, employee, community volunteer; or they might list accomplishments, achievements, who and what they're responsible for.
Perhaps no other plants, individually, can have as great an
impact on how a yard looks in spring. Browse the articles to
which I've linked below for information on particular varieties
of flowering landscape trees. Pictures are included.

Crape Myrtles: Landscape Trees of the South

A popular choice in flowering landscape trees for Southerners,
crape myrtles have a long blooming period (mid-summer to
fall). The blooming clusters of these flowering landscape trees
come in pink, white, red and lavender. The clusters appear on
the tips of new wood. Northerners can sometimes get away
with treating these flowering landscape trees as perennials
that die back in winter but come back in spring.

Trees

Not all specimens with a weeping habit are flowering
landscape trees, but this article looks at several weeping
varieties that do bloom, headed by four types of cherry.
Saucer Magnolias

The size and shape of the blooms are what suggested the
common name for these flowering landscape trees. Want a
specimen with a brilliant bloom as big as a saucer? Access
information on these beauties here.

Rose of Sharon

Although some people think of it as a landscape "tree"
(because it gets tall and can be pruned so as to have a single
trunk), rose of sharon is, in fact, a flowering shrub. The fact
that it blooms relatively late -- and for a long time -- makes it
a valuable plant for those looking to distribute their yard's
color display throughout the growing season.
Top 10 List of Flowering Landscape Trees and Shrubs for
Spring |

This article features information on ten flowering landscape
trees and shrubs that brighten our spring seasons. Included
are redbud, callery pear and crabapple.
Hawthorn: Late-Blooming Landscape Trees

This article offers information on Washington hawthorn trees,
which are perhaps most valued for the time at which they
bloom (late spring to early summer). Many of the popular
flowering specimens bloom earlier in the spring, and while
barrenness, they desert us too quickly!
Does your mind sometimes feel like a television station you can't quite tune in? You know there's an interesting program on - or several, but everything is mixed with static. What if you could "tune in" at will, have clear thinking whenever you want it? Try some of the following.

Ten Clear Thinking Techniques And Tips

1. Take a walk. Science will eventually prove this to be a great way to improve the quality of your thinking, but don't wait for the proof. Aren't there enough other reasons to take a walk anyhow?

2. Stay away from sugar. If you want to understand what brain fog is, eat a sugary donut on an empty stomach, then do math problems twenty minutes later. What you will experience, along with the "sugar blues," is brain fog. At least lay off sugar and simple carbohydrates when you need to think clearly.

3. Organized space means clear thinking. It's rare that a person can actually work better in clutter. Organised working space means you won't have the thought "where is that..." distracting your mind.

4. Get better sleep. Sleep requirements vary, but the minimum for most is somewhere around five hours. Some suffer if they sleep less than eight hours. The research, however, indicates that after a certain minimum quantity, the quality of sleep is more important to normal brain function.

5. Try meditating. No time? Just close your eyes, relax, and watch your breath for a while. Accept that your mind will wander, but continually return your attention to your breath. Five minutes of this, and afterwards you'll feel a boost in your brainpower.

6. Resolve your "mind irritations." Watch your busy brain. Maybe a call you need to make has been bothering you, just below consciousness. Find these stressors, and do something to let them go. For example, make that call, or put it on a list, and your mind will let go of it for now. Just seeing a problem and saying, "There's nothing I can do about this until Friday," will often stop unconscious worrying.

7. Don't drink alcohol. At least don't drink too much. While moderate amounts can be conducive to creative thinking, all the evidence says that it is bad for the long-term health of your brain.

8. Make decisions quickly. Nothing gets in the way of clear thinking like a dozen decisions hanging around unmade. If nothing else, decide when you'll make the decision.

9. Get some fresh air. Go outside and breath deeply through your nose. You'll get a good dose of oxtgen to your brain, and the change of surroundings can help clear your mind.

10. Satisfy your physical needs. Clear thinking is easier if you aren't too hungry, thirsty, or hot.

You can think more clearly starting today. There are certainly more than ten ways, but you really only need to make a few of them a habit to have a more powerful brain. Why not try one or two right now?

Such is the question I ask myself and answer from the point of view of a thinker. Also, what is the role of a reader when reading the thoughts of a thinker? Read on and find out.

Let us examine the three purposes of writing: to inform, entertain, and enlighten. To me, the second one is bottom of the list, though it is instrumental in the achievement of the two others. Every great teacher knows this intimately and readily laces his teachings with relevant and interesting stories, and humor.

The first purpose, to inform, comes second in my mind, whereas the last, to enlighten, comes first. To explain my attitude, I think it appropriate to draw your attention to my book A REASON FOR LIVING, where both of these purposes are pursued.

Part of my book relays factual or theoretical information about things like human physiology, nutrition, and universal evolution. This information relates to the current perception of reality in scientific circles. I am just a vehicle for it. Now, for two reasons, my role as a writer who informs his readers about scientific facts and theories comes second in my mind to my role as a philosopher who strives to enlighten his readers.

My main reason is that I regard wisdom as paramount, whereas the knowledge of the material world (i.e., the constituents, structure, and workings thereof) is not equally important, however useful it is on a practical level. Conscience comes before science, which in itself is incapable of providing humans with a sense of what is good, right, or sacred – in a word, with moral principles. An example of science without conscience is the destruction of nature and the violation of human rights by rogue companies who are efficient in their use, or rather abuse, of their environment and their workers to satisfy their greed.

My other reason is that my role as a writer who informs his readers about scientific facts and theories is indeed that of a mere vehicle. It is very much secondary to the role of researcher, which drives the scientific enterprise thanks to advanced instrumentation plus skillful, scholarly, and clever observations and rationalizations.

By contrast, my role as a philosopher who strives to enlighten his readers is in the driver's seat, so to speak. Not only is it concerned with everything that makes life worth living and gives humans a sense of purpose, but also it does more than mirror the light of wisdom; it generates it by force of thinking on the basis of experience and study.

Truth to tell, my readers can likewise think for themselves. They themselves can be philosophers and create their own wisdom while discovering and evaluating mine. Therefore, the light shining through in my book is there to help my readers see a range of weighty matters on which they can meditate to form their own thoughtful opinions about them.
WHAT IS THE SCIENCE BEHIND THIS?
The study, reported in the June (2006) issue of the Archives of General Psychiatry was based on a national face-to-face survey of 9,282 U.S. adults who answered diagnostic questionnaires in 2001-03. It was funded by the National Institute of Mental Health.

Results? About 5 percent to 7 percent of the nationally representative sample had had the disorder, which would equal up to 16 million Americans. That is higher than better-known mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

The average number of lifetime attacks per person was 43, resulting in $1,359 in property damage per person. About 4 percent had suffered recent attacks.

IS IT REAL?
This study has created much controversy regarding exactly what is “medical” about road rage and how it differs from plain bad, inconsiderate behavior.

Take the two following headline which were published recently:
News Item #1: “Police search for shooter following road rage incident”

Date: June 10, 2006. City: Indianapolis, Indiana.
The event: At an intersection, two drivers were involved in a confrontation when one of them opened fire on the other at a stoplight.

News Item #2: “Man, 21, charged in road rage shooting.”
Date: May 21, 2006. City: San Antonio, Texas.
The event (according to news reports): “Around 3AM Samuel Hitchcock, 21, Daniel Pena, 17, and another man were driving when a pickup passed them on an inside lane, striking Hitchcock’s side mirror. Hitchcock followed the truck into a residential area to gather information and the truck made a sudden turn, stopping. Hitchcock pulled up next to the truck. Pena, who was in the front passenger seat told police the truck’s driver pulled a gun and started shooting at them, striking him and killing Hitchcock.

Are all cases like this due to Intermittent Explosive Disorder? Very Unlikely! Some are and some are not. This is why it is important to have a professional assessment of each case of “road rage” to determine the underlying cause, such as IED — or some other problem.

Other causes that could come into play would include: alcohol or drug intoxication, stress, depression or bipolar disorder and, of course, bad, selfish or inconsiderate behavior.

ROAD RAGE VS AGGRESSIVE DRIVING
The person who weaves in and out of traffic, tail gates, or cuts in front of you may not be showing “road rage” per se, but inconsiderate aggressive driving. He is not angry at you; he probably doesn’t even know you exist, being preoccupied with his own selfish needs.

IED SEEN IN OTHER LIFE AREAS
It is also important to remember that persons who do indeed suffer from Intermittent Explosive Disorder may explode in many other situations besides road rage. Often they “blow up” at spouses, children, co-workers, or customer service employees.

REMEDIES FOR ROAD RAGE
If road rage is indeed due to IED, there are two treatments that can help both adolescents and adults: (1)medications , and (2) cognitive training

The medications usually involve SSRIs (a type of anti-depressant). In my opinion, most people who show rage on the road do not need medication, but some do and will benefit greatly from them.

Cognitive Training means learning to think differently about driving, aggression on the road, and other drivers. Cognitive training is an important element in many anger management programs, which a few states now require for “road rage” behavior and/or aggressive driving.

In our anger management classes and programs, we teach specific cognitive and behavior skills to control aggressive, inconsiderate, and dangerous driving behaviors. These skill include:
*managing life stress better, including time-management skills
*developing empathy for other drivers
*learning healthy “self-talk” phrases
*adjusting expectations of others on the road.
It is best to avoid these types of people as they don't make you feel positive about yourself. Friends should be there with you when you are at your worst and at your best. A friend that keeps using you can cause significant stress and financial problems to you.

Here a couple of friends you should avoid in your life:

1. The complainer.

This friend always likes to complain about something. It could be the air that he or she is breathing or the little things like having dirt on the bottom of the shoe.

2. The drama queen.

This person is always exaggerating things and complains how it is going to scar him/her for the rest of their life. If you go out with this type of person, doing normal things can be downright painful and difficult.

3. The user.

He/she always wants something from you but never returns the favor. This is annoying because friends meant to share and both people should mutually benefit. With these types of people, you tend to leave your wallet or the most precious possessions at home so they don't ask you for anything.

4. The stinker.

This person smells a lot and everywhere you go, people will complain about your friend's body odor. You always ask the person to have a shower and put some deodorant on but never do.

5. The negative guy.

He is always negative and has nothing good to say about anyone.
The #1 "At Risk" group for teen suicide is gay and questioning youth and they are also the least likely to speak up... IF a student "Comes Out" to you, be honored that they have put that kind of trust in you. You must be a kind person who does not allow hate or bias in your classroom. Are you a shift worker who absolutely loves your nana naps? Do you dream about sinking into your comfy sofa when you set foot in the door after a hard days work?

Then you're certainly not alone! As shift workers, fatigue is the hardest thing to overcome because we're pushing our bodies to do something that it naturally shouldn't be doing. You see getting up and going to bed at crazy and irregular hours certainly isn't normal.

Now back to the nana naps. If you're a 'Serial Nana Napper' then don't be alarmed - it's actually not a bad thing, but if you come home after an early shift and you sleep for more than an hour, then you're going to end up feeling worse.

You see I'm certainly not knocking a good nana nap. In fact I'm all for a good nana nap - so long as it's no longer than 20 minutes.

"Just 20 minutes?" - I hear you say. Why only 20 minutes? Well if you nap any longer, then you will fall into a deeper sleep which means when you do wake up, you end up feeling flat and disorientated, and a lot worse than you did before you took the nana nap.

Another downside to a long nana nap is that you will struggle to have a good night's sleep that night. Now this is not good.

So find a comfy spot in your house, whether it's your bed or a sofa - then set your alarm for 20 minutes to rest those weary bones. Initially when that alarm clock goes off you will feel like throwing it out the window, but rest assured when you do get up you will be feeling much more refreshed and invigorated to tackle the rest of the day.

After all, just because you're a shift worker doesn't mean that you have to sleep your life away. Life is far too short to be doing that.

Do you need more help with coping with shift work?
