Relish aromatic rice cooked to perfection, accompanied by an assortment of meat and seafood dishes. Highly recommended is the Ayam Goreng Berempah, where tender pieces of chicken thigh are marinade and deep-fried till crispy on the outside, yet the meat remains moist and juicy. The same method of preparation is also available for mackerel fillets. Meanwhile prawn lovers will enjoy the Gulai Udang Harimau, made using fresh tiger prawns. Other recommended dishes include the fragrant Rendang Daging and Rendang Kambing.

Lobby Lounge’s Cake of the Month for November 2013 is a uniquely delicious offering. A thin layer of vanilla sponge forms the base of the cake. This is then topped with a combination of white chocolate and mango mousse highlighted by fragrant mango cubes and sweet pitted cherries, sandwiched between another layer of sweet cherry sponge. The cake is then finished with a thick coating of mango glaze and topped with dark chocolate leaves.
