Para quem vive esta situação, como eu, vários são os momentos em que ficamos "perdidos" devido ao excesso de informações e a precariedade da comunicação decorrente da enorme quantidade de tarefas a serem executadas. Em ambientes assim, perguntas como as abaixo são comuns:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Determinado projeto já esta em desenvolvimento?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Aquele projeto que estava em teste já pode ser implantado?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Quais são os projetos que estão por vir?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Para respondemos a elas e ainda, auxiliar a comunicação, promover a interação entre os envolvidos e exibir de maneira fácil e rápida uma "fotografia do momento" podemos usar os famosos &lt;i&gt;taskboards&lt;/i&gt;. Trata-se se uma ferramenta usada para promover um acesso rápido a informações através de diagramas/marcadores/indicadores que representam situações/status/fases em meio a um fluxo de processo.&lt;br /&gt;
A imagem acima representa um modelo para um fluxo com algumas fases do processo de desenvolvimento de software onde cada item amarelo representa um projeto de software com desenvolvimento, cada item em azul um projeto de implantação de software (sem desenvolvimento).&lt;br /&gt;

Para cada item deste (representados por&lt;i&gt; post-its&lt;/i&gt;) podem-se definir informações relevantes ao processo com as apresentadas no modelo abaixo.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;É comum este &lt;i&gt;post-it&lt;/i&gt; ser escrito a mão e ter seus dados preenchidos durante a andamento do projeto pelas fase do fluxo. O preenchimento do mesmo, assim como a mudança do &lt;i&gt;post-it&lt;/i&gt; de uma fase para outra pode ser feito por qualquer membro da equipe, o que aumenta a interação (e envolvimento emocional) dos membros da equipe do projeto com o mesmo. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Outro indicador usado neste fluxo de processo de projetos são os &lt;i&gt;smiles&lt;/i&gt;. Onde o vermelho com expressão triste demonstra projetos em atraso e os verdes com expressões alegres representam os projetos dentro do prazo. Estes indicadores são fixados sobre os post-its de cada projeto podendo ser alterado pelos membros da equipe.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Outras vantagens desta técnica de facilitação de projetos são:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Flexibilidade:&amp;nbsp; podemos aplicá-la em qualquer tipo de fluxo.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maturidade: é fácil evoluir. Basta criar outro indicadores e passar a usá-los. Por exemplo: no modelo acima podemos incluir um indicador (&lt;i&gt;smile&lt;/i&gt;) amarelo para representar projetos que estão em alerta. Podemos inserir post-it de outra cor para indicar projetos internos (não financiados por clientes), etc.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Gargalo: podemos visualizar claramente em qual fase está o gargalo,ou seja, em que fase o temos mais projetos. Informação que pode servir para tomadas de decisão.&lt;/li&gt;

De quantos projetos você já participou que não tiveram sequer uma reunião inicial? Salvo algumas exceções todos os líderes e gestores de projetos deveriam fazê-la em todos seus projetos. Uma reunião antes do início do projeto, de cada iteração, antes de cada fase pode poupar tempo e esforço. &amp;nbsp;Não se trata de uma tarefa complexa ou dispendiosa, planeje isso, inclua estas horas no seu cronograma. Basta reunir a equipe, mostrar o objetivo do projeto. Com isso as incertezas diminuem as dúvidas são estimuladas a aparecerem no início das atividades e os esforços são concentrados de maneira correta.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin: 6pt 0cm;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
