Legit Online Surveys: Tips For Finding Legit Online Surveys

noreply@blogger.com (James) — Sun, 24 Feb 2013 02:21:00 +0000

Finding legit online surveys can be a challenge if you are just starting out. I have been taking online surveys for cash and gift cards for over 5 years now. You won't get rich off of them, but they are a guaranteed way to make some extra money. In this post, I will give you a few pointers on what to look for, what I personally don't consider a survey site, as well as a few sites I have been using for years.

If you are looking for legit online surveys, the first thing you need to know is that NO legit survey company will ever charge you. If any company is asking you to pay money, (not just survey sites), then there is a chance they might be wanting to scam you out of money.

One way of finding legit online surveys is to use Google or whichever search engine you prefer. Type in terms like "online surveys", "make money with surveys" or something of that nature. Once you have the search results, you can check the company via such platforms as the "Ripoff Report" or the Better Business Bureau. This way you can tell.

Personally, when I take surveys I only do them for cash or gift cards. While most of them offer sweepstakes entries for completing a survey, I will not do them for entries alone. I have never won any of these contests, nor have known anyone who has. I am not saying they are fakes, I am just saying I want to be able to show something for taking the survey.

Often times people label legit online surveys as scams when they are really not. This is because they sit and do the screener and get screened out. It is important to remember that each survey is looking for a different set of demographics, so you might not qualify for everyone. Another tip that I have for survey newcomers is to fill out your profiles or profile surveys. This will help the survey company pinpoint surveys that you may specifically qualify for.

One group of sites I have ran across that call themselves surveys do not fit the criteria of a survey by my definition. These types of sites want you to participate in offers, or sign up for different programs for money or a reward of some type. These aren't surveys according to me. However, these must be legit online surveys as the FTC allows them to call themselves that.

As I stated, I have been making money for several years doing legit online surveys. Listed below are a few of the sites I have used. The links listed are affiliate links, meaning that I do get referral credit if you sign up for them. I am not asking you to, but if you do sign up through my link, I would greatly appreciate it!!! (All programs are based in the U.S. If you are from another country and would like for me to see what I can find, then please send me an email. Include your country and the subject line "Available Surveys in My Area")

Ipsos Isay

Toluna

Tip: Before taking online surveys, I suggest that you create a separate email address for your legit online surveys.

Until next time,

On the Road Again...The Virtual Road, That Is

noreply@blogger.com (James) — Mon, 18 Feb 2013 04:31:00 +0000

Well, after an extended vacation from Internet Marketing, I am back. I have spent many years (actually just 5) learning how to become proficient in most all areas of making money online. While I have not made a fortune, I have made money from several different methods and will be more than happy to share my reviews, comments, and experiences with these types of money making ventures.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the Basic Terms and Rules of the site. You can also join my social circles and sign up for email updates, that is the easiest way for me to keep in contact with you when I update this blog or any of my other ones. (I have several that deal with many different topics) As I write this, I am talking to one of my junior partners and we are cutting up about our first filing cabinet in this office. (Picture to follow soon enough).

Some of the links may be dead or redirect to other offers, (since this blog is over 3 years old). If it does I apologize in advance. I have no control over these, as they are governed by a 3rd party affiliate program.

Have fun with it!!! It's great to be back, and I hope to be seeing you all again in the near future.

Is CashCrate a Scam and is it Worth Joining?

By Michael Bakovic

So you would like to know if CashCrate is worth joining and if it is a scam? Let me tell you my honest opinion about CashCrate. CashCrate is a GPT site where you fill out offers for money. CashCrate is 100% free to join. The requirements are that you must be at least 13 years old and it does not matter what country you are from. Let me first explain the whole CashCrate concept to you.

Why is CashCrate paying people to fill out offers? Companies pay CashCrate whenever someone signs up one of their offers and then CashCrate pays us a portion of that.

How much money do I get per offer? CashCrate pays anywhere from $.15 to $20 for you to fill out their offers. There are two different kinds of offers: Credit Card offers, and free offers. Credit card offers require a credit card and usually pay upwards of $5 per offer, and usually require a small investment. The free offers usually pay up to $3.00. Most people stick with free offers because they require less of a hassle.

Is it worth filling out offers? It all depends. What kind of person are you, are you the kind of person who is trying to use CashCrate as a real job, or are you trying to make some extra cash. The truth of the matter is that CashCrate should by no means be used as a full time job. CashCrate is something that is great for extra cash, and something to do while bored. CashCrate pays you monthly once you reach a minimum of $10. To keep you more motivated CashCrate offers referral contests and contests for whoever makes the most from offers! The downside to the offers is that sometimes you don't know when they are done, and you got to poke around a little bit. An hour or two of work a month can get you a free $20 extra a month

When do you get paid? With CashCrate you get paid monthly on the 15th of each month. Say you earn $30 in July, they will mail out your check on August 15th. People who happen to acquire 50 active referrals get paid on the 1st of every month, which is a great bonus. CashCrate always pays up, but their only downfall is that they don't have a PayPal system set up.

Can you tell me about the referral program? Yes! This is what I really like about CashCrate! Their referral program is excellent. When you first join you get 20% of your first level referral's earnings (doesn't take away from them), and you get 10% of your second level referral's earnings. On top of that you earn $3 every time a referral earns their first $10. As you get more and more referrals CashCrate offers better percentages of what you get from your referrals. In all honesty if you are determined enough you can earn a lot of money with their referral program. Some top earners are earning $1000 plus a month just by their referrals!

Pros:

100% free to join

Free extra cash with little time and effort

13 years of age only to join

Can join from any country

With their referral program your earnings can be endless

They offer great contests

Cons:

No PayPal form of payment

Sometimes offers are confusing

There are less offers to complete for non-English speaking people
The Bottom Line: Give CashCrate a go, if you do not like it then you didn't lose anything. What can I say, cash is cash! If you would like extra money online then CashCrate is definitely worth joining!

Freelancer Online Jobs-Writing Articles for Money Using Freelancer Online Jobs

noreply@blogger.com (James) — Sun, 27 Jun 2010 01:40:00 +0000

Freelancer online jobs, such as writing articles for money, is one of the countless ways that a person can earn extra income online. One of the biggest freelance projects you will find online is writing articles. And one of the best freelance companies I know is ironically called Freelancer. The truth is, for internet marketers like myself, creating articles is a major part of my work schedule. However, many individuals are afraid of writing, and others simply can't see themselves doing it. Trust me, it's not that difficult. You are not writing a thesis or a large research assignment; just a plain, informational article.

When writing articles for money with freelancer online jobs, it should be your goal to capture the curiosity of the potential employers and make them want to read the words that you have written on the page. When you do this, they will know that they will be getting a good article writer. There are numerous approaches that you can employ to go about this, but I would like to point out the 5 most essential guidelines that you will want to observe to be successful with your writing.

Proper Content-You need your writing to be instructive and on topic. You don't want your name to be on "Jack Russell terriers" and then write an article about "hamsters". Furthermore, writing articles for money using freelancer online jobs should be performed in a manner that your readers will be able to comprehend. If individuals find themselves having to look up words in order to understand your post, they will probably look for a different article.

Write As If You Are Speaking To Your Readers-One of the most powerful approaches I use when writing articles for money is to use a conversational style of approach. You want to make a relationship to your reader.Potential employers of freelancer online jobs are looking to make a connection with their audience, so it is important you can do this. The sentences should speak to them as if you are a trusted pal, while at the same time establishing your knowledge of the topic at hand. Make use of the terms "you" and "your."

Maintain Your Visitor's Interest-Remember in class having to interpret those never ending, wearisome, uninteresting books? You didn't like to go through them then, and people still don't like learning tedious things these days. Compose a appealing headline; take advantage of problems; do things that will get your subscribers engaged to get them genuinely pondering the subject you are writing about.

Short Paragraphs-When writing articles for money for freelancer online jobs, keep your paragraphs short and to the point. This will help to keep the audience interested as well. Most surfers on the net tend to scan, so it's a wonderful practice to keep things split up into small sections.

Provide Benefits-Be certain you're offering information that the reader will find of value when writing articles for money. If you supply effective quality articles, you will get many good reviews on the site, which in turn will lead to more freelancer online jobs.

As I stated previously, a good freelance company to do business with is Freelancer.

FusionCash Review-Is FusionCash.net a Scam?

noreply@blogger.com (James) — Sat, 29 May 2010 01:36:00 +0000

I wanted to do this FusionCash review for those of you that may be wondering if FusionCash.net is a legitimate way to make money online. It is one of many free ways to make money online that I use, and yes it is legitimate. FusionCash is a company that pays you money for completing offers, taking surveys and many other activities that you can do to make money. They also offer a $5 sign up bonus, which you will receive after you confirm your email and complete your first offer. I would like to talk a little about navigating around FusionCash.net. But first I want to show my last three payments:

Sorry for the arrows! Had to blot out some personal stuff! :-)

When I combine those amounts with the other money that I make using free ways to make money online every month, it comes to quite a nice piece of change. I will add here that Fusion Cash has 3 different payment methods: check, Paypal, or direct deposit. You can do the same thing. So let's get into the FusionCash review.

So with FusionCash you will mainly fill out offers. They have several sections of offers including paid, free trial and FREE/NO Credit Card needed. These are the ones I do (free ones). I don't have to provide any sort of financial information. They also offer surveys that you can take every day and earn.

If you choose to do the free trial offers on FusionCash.net to earn cash, you will have to enter your credit card information. The key to this is to make sure you cancel before the free trial comes to an end. It is also important with that you read the terms and conditions for these free trials very closely. For instance, you get a 7 day free trial, but you have to commit to 3 months to get this trial. Like I said this is a personal choice for you. I prefer to stick with free, that way I know I will not be spending money.

There is also a forum in which you can communicate with other members of the community. If you make 30 posts in the forum in a month, you will receive $3 per month. FusionCash.net also has other promotions, like following on Twitter and Facebook, and receive cash.

I hope this FusionCash review helps any of you who may have had any questions about the company. Like I said it is one of the many free ways to make money online that I use every month.

Valued Opinions Surveys-Are Valued Opinions Surveys Legitimate?

noreply@blogger.com (James) — Wed, 12 May 2010 15:17:00 +0000

Valued Opinions Surveys was one of the first survey company that I joined. As with many survey companies, many people wonder if this company is legitimate or if it is a scam. For starters, Valued Opinions is a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business. Let me talk a little bit about my experience with Valued Opinions and what you can expect by signing up.

With Valued Opinions, the surveys are delivered to your email box frequently. They offer a reward scheme that is a little different but I like it just the same. Instead of cash, they offer merchant gift cards. I normally choose the prepaid Visa debit card. It works just like cash at any merchant that accepts Visa.

When you register with Valued Opinions, be sure to fill out all of your information correctly. Additionally, be sure to complete your user profiles so that you can get the most survey invites. If you fail to complete them, you will be filtered out of many surveys that you would normally qualify for.

When you receive an email from Valued Opinions Surveys, you will be told the topic of the survey, the amount of time needed and the topic which the survey is about. This is very helpful because if I see that I have a survey waiting that is going to take 30 minutes, but I only have 15 minutes, I know to wait about that survey until I have the proper amount of time needed.

The reward cash out for Valued Opinions is set at $20. It does not take that long for me to build up to that in order to cash out. Generally, I get about 5-6 invites a week from them and qualify for about half of the survey opportunities I am presented with. Surveys generally range in payment range of $1-$5. I have had a few opportunities for surveys that were as much at $20, but I did not qualify. After I cash out, I generally receive my prepaid debit card within 2-3 weeks.

If you are looking to make some money on the side, then this is a great way to do it. In my opinion, this survey company is legitimate.

Free Ways to Make Money Online-2 Very Important Tips for Beginners

noreply@blogger.com (James) — Tue, 04 May 2010 19:49:00 +0000

When I first started with free ways to make money online, there were two very important tips that I kept reading. This post will be short and sweet, but the two ideas are things that are important for me.

Use separate email accounts. For each type of online venture that I use to make money, I have a different email accounts. One for surveys, one for affiliate marketing, and so forth. There are many different types of free email services out there that you can use. My favorite is Yahoo. By setting up different email accounts, I know what type of mail I am going to be dealing with in each account. By trying to do it all from just one account it would be harder to organize.

Sign up for Paypal. Paypal is one of the leading online money exchange systems. When you sign up for different programs, many of them will have a Paypal option. There are two main advantages to having a Paypal account. One is that I get my money quicker. I don't have to wait for the mail man to deliver my check. The other is that all of my money is going to one place from my online transactions. It's kind of like an online bank.

Like I said, short and sweet! Just two simple tips for anyone who is getting started using free ways to make money online. Until next time, keep an open mind and all things are possible!

Free Ways to Make Money Online-Supplemental Income Ideas Using Surveys

noreply@blogger.com (James) — Fri, 30 Apr 2010 22:19:00 +0000

I often get asked if a person can make an income using free ways to make money online. I want to reassure anyone who is skeptical, yes you can. Supplemental Income Ideas are all over the internet and it's just a matter of knowing what to look for. It's kind of the same principle as living in the big city, you don't go down dark alleys you are not familiar with at night. It is the same concept with the internet. You don't want to be visiting sites you are not familiar with trying to find ways to make money. I want to give you a few supplemental income ideas to get you started.

Surveys are a good source of supplemental income online. Many times surveys get a bad rap, mainly because they don't pay a lot or they get your hopes up for the amounts of money they pay out. Let me dispel a myth I see on several surveys sites. The site states something along the lines of "make $5-$75 an hour." People get all excited by the latter number and just know they are going to get rich from taking online surveys.

Unfortunately, that is not the case. Many people call these survey sites scams because they have never made that much in an hour. Here is why that site can put that number on their page and get away with it. At some point since they have been in existence, they have offered an online project or focus group that paid $75 for an hours worth of time. That's how they can get away with that. On the whole, most surveys pay a few dollars per survey and are free ways to make money online. Some more variables that have to be factored into this equation are whether you are sent an invitation, and if you qualify.

In addition to Opinion Outpost, (<---link to that post), I have created a site that is totally committed to online surveys and other supplemental income ideas: Free Ways to Make Money Online.

Opinion Outpost Opinion Surveys-Free Ways to Make Money Online

noreply@blogger.com (James) — Wed, 28 Apr 2010 15:34:00 +0000

Opinion Outpost opinion surveys was one of the first free ways to make money online that I found. It is a great company and I have had made several dollars from them. In the past, Opinion Outpost ~~paid cash via check but at the end of last year they switched up their payment system a little bit. The started using Amazon Gift Cards instead.~~ In my opinion receiving gift cards is just the same as cash, and the delivery of the gift code is automatic, so I don't have to wait for a check. UPDATE: As of 5/26/10, I was cashing out and I discovered that Opinion Outpost has brought back paper checks. So you can choose a check or an Amazon Gift Card. The gift card code is delivered instantly, and it takes about 3-4 weeks to receive the check.

Opinion Outpost opinion surveys are easy to take, and there is no fine print with any of their surveys. They come to my email box quickly. I usually get 5-7 invites a week from them. At the end of the surveys regardless if you qualify or not, there is the option to enter a sweepstakes, play an instant win game, or donate to charity. Another great advantage with this company is that the points are automatically credited into your account. Some survey companies will make you wait a few weeks to get credit.

So what is my review of Opinion Outpost? Two thumbs up most definitely. Like I said they were one of the first free ways to make money online that I found, and have not been disappointed. Plenty of surveys, and great incentives. It is one of the many companies that I still use today, even though I have moved on past strictly survey taking.

What are Multiple Streams of Internet Income?

noreply@blogger.com (James) — Mon, 26 Apr 2010 19:42:00 +0000

One reason why free ways to make money online get a bad name is because many people fail to understand multiple streams of internet income. I like to use an example of this that most everyone can relate to. So let's say:

Person A owns 1 gas station.
Person B owns 2 gas stations.
Person C owns 20 gas stations.

So by looking at this example, who do you think is going to make the most money? Obviously, person C. It is the same ways with making money online. I don't just sign up for one survey site such as Opinion Outpost, I sign up for many of them. I add offer completion sites such as Fusion Cash, and do a little freelance work, and before I know it, I have extra money coming in on a monthly basis.

That is exactly how I got into this business of working online. I started out with surveys, and moved up. Now I am an internet marketer and can work from the comfort of my home, when I choose to. Even as an internet marketer, I still use many free ways to make money online. They are everywhere, even in internet marketing.

Now which direction you go in, or how many multiple streams of internet income you actually have is totally up to you. Just remember that if you want to make extra supplemental income online that will make a difference, multiple streams is the ways to go.

Free Ways to Make Money Online

noreply@blogger.com (James) — Mon, 26 Apr 2010 03:39:00 +0000

My first post to Free Ways to Make Money-Online Reviews. I started this blog because I want to try and reassure skeptical people out there, that any task you do online is going to cause you to lose money. I will review opportunities along the way, some of which I have used, and other based on information I find on the internet. I have created a website with many types of activities you can do to make money online for free: Easy Free Way to Make Money Online.

First off for introductions, my name is James and I am an internet marketer from Atlanta, GA. I have lived here about 5 years. As far as my venture into using the internet to make money, I started a little over 2 years ago by taking online surveys. Over the past two years, I have grown from just taking surveys online into other directions, affiliate marketing being the main one. For now, I am not going to get into that. I want to concentrate on what this site is about, free ways to make money online.

What direction am I going with this? At this point, I am not entirely sure, but I do know I want to help people learn to make money online, whether it be a few dollars a day, or a full time income. I remember when I first started I was so afraid and so skeptical. It has been pointed out to me many times along the way, that what if some of the greatest men in history had been to afraid. Would we have electricity? Would we be able to fly in planes? Would we even know about America? Of course working online is not that big of a venture, but is it? Just 20 years ago, the things we do with a computer were not even heard of. But someone was not afraid to make it work, and today we all literally have the world at our fingertips.

So, when you find me, or I find you, whatever the case may be, I encourage you to ask questions, make comments or whatever you feel is appropriate for this website. I'll try my best to listen to each and everyone, while showing you how to make extra spending money. We all come from different backgrounds, and many different areas, but one big reason a lot of people use the internet is this: to learn how to make money. God Bless! See you soon!
