Female empowerment is great. Using female empowerment as a marketing tactic is not so great. Where does Addyi--the new drug that's being hailed as "Viagra for women"--stand?

Last night, after previously rejecting the drug twice, the FDA approved Addyi, also known by its generic name flibanserin, for premenopausal women who suffer from what is called hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD), categorized by a complete loss of interest in sex, to the extent that it causes distress. This was due, in large part, from pressure from lobbying groups like Even The Score and testimonials to the FDA from women with chronic low sexual desire, all of whom argued that it's time for women to have the same options as men when it comes to managing their sex lives.

When I went to Sprout Pharmaceuticals's pop-up office in Soho (the company is based out of North Carolina), CEO Cindy Whitehead continued to espouse Addyi's feminist narrative. "[Now that the FDA approved the drug] women can finally make the choice for themselves with their healthcare provider whether or not treatment for this common sexual dysfunction is right for them," Whitehead said. But for many feminists, the idea of labeling sexual disinterest as a disorder, and trying to medicate it, is off-putting. I couldn't stop thinking of Addyi as something a Freudian psychoanalyst would prescribe to a depressed 60s housewife who doesn't want her husband's eyes to wander. At what point does a low sex drive drive become a "sexual dysfunction"?

To call Addyi "the female Viagra" is not entirely accurate. Unlike Viagra, which merely regulates physiological arousal by sending blood to the penis, Addyi is a daily pill which works more similarly to an anti-depressant. It effects dopamine and serotonin receptors in order to effectively manufacture desire. (The pill also comes with a list of side effects that includes dizziness, nausea, and fainting.) As several critics have pointed out, it's hard to see how pathologizing low sexual desire could be a feminist win. If desire, by definition, is wanting, why should women agonize over wanting what they don't want?

HSDD effects between 5.4 percent and 13.6% of women and Sprout made sure that they had some of those women on-hand to talk about living with the disorder. Though I knew she would be thoroughly media trained, I spoke to Katherine Campbell, a married mother of two about why she views Addyi as a potential game-changer.

We talked to the self-identified gay men who sleep with women, but don't see it as a contradiction to their sexual identities.

My junior year of college, I went on a date with a guy named Chris. He had a reputation around town for being a hot commodity, with his lean runner's build. All the college's gays wanted to screw him. On the date, Chris asked me, "Have you ever slept with a woman?" I hadn't, but he said he had screwed three girls and liked it. "Are you bi?" I asked, confused. Nope. Chris identified as gay, but occasionally had sex with girls.

He's not alone. Many gay males fuck girls, but they stay quiet about their sexual interests because a stigma surrounds gay men expressing their sexuality beyond an interest in sucking dick or spreading their legs. Online, guys turn to forums likeEmptyClosets to discuss their fluid sexuality.

"A lot of 100 percent gay guys I know have had sex with women in the past, but that's only because society told them that was the right thing to do," one user writes in a post. "All of their peers were losing their virginity and sleeping with a girl was probably a way of them denying their sexuality or fighting against it."

When society constantly sexualizes women, it's natural for gay men to be curious what all the fuss is about, but experts believe gay men turn to women for more complicated reasons. According to Dr. Chauntelle Tibbals, a sociologist and the author of Exposure: A Sociologist Explores Sex, Society, and Adult Entertainment, self-professed gay men seek women for two reasons. "First, our age-old inability to consider sexuality as a complex, multifaceted, and evolving dimension of humanity," she tells me, "There is no one way to be gay, for example. Second, our deeply embedded cultural desire for an answer. It may be that there is no answer. Or, it could be that the answer is 'complex sexual desire.'" We could write off these boys as bisexual, but they insist on identifying as homosexual. Some gay men may turn to heterosexual sex because our culture prefers manliness, and masculinity is connoted as straight. (See: all the guys identifying as "straight-acting" on Grindr. Tibbals explains: "As we know, even in 2015, our world is still fraught with judgment, discomfort, and a litany of inequalities related to power, gender, sexualities, and identity."

Despite their dedication to sleeping with girls, most gay men recognize that their sexual pleasure from sleeping with women is limited. I asked three gay men if they enjoyed more pleasure from fucking a vagina or a guy's ass, and they all gave me the same answer: "ass." The judge granted Wasser's request and the file is now dead.

Khloe filed for divorce in December 2013, but sat on it for a year and a half because she tried to save her marriage by trying to get Lamar into rehab. She finally gave up this summer.

As we reported, Khloe privately vowed to be by Lamar's side during his recovery, which will take months, and a few days ago they both agreed to give their marriage another chance. They both signed the document Wasser presented to the judge, asking that the divorce case be dismissed.

Experts Respond to New Report Telling Pregnant Women To Totally Avoid Alcohol

How bad is a glass of wine when you're knocked up? Very, according to a new clinical report from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

The leading US pediatricians' group issued updated advice on Monday that warns that no amount of alcohol should be considered safe for consumption while pregnant—no matter what trimester you're in or how teeny-tiny the wineglass you imbibe from.

"The research suggests that the smartest choice for women who are pregnant is to just abstain from alcohol completely," said Dr. Janet F. Williams, one of the report's lead authors, in a statement published on the AAP's website. She believes that diagnosis of fetal alcohol spectrum disorders remain "significantly under-recognized" due to a lack of uniformly accepted diagnostic criteria.

Dr. Williams' clinical report, titled "Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders," concludes that "despite research evidence clearly documenting the spectrum of detrimental consequences of PAE (pre-natal alcohol exposure), too many women continue to drink alcohol during pregnancy." The AAP stressed that "no amount of alcohol intake should be considered safe."

Fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (or FASDs) is an umbrella term for the range of abnormalities that can occur in a person whose mother drank during her pregnancy. The most severe of these disorders is known as fetal alcohol syndrome. FASD symptoms can include learning difficulties, hyperactive behavior, and physical signs such as shorter-than-average height and abnormal facial features.

A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) report that surveyed 8,383 pregnant women found that one in ten reported consuming alcohol in the past 30 days, and one in 33 reported binge drinking (defined as consuming four or more drinks in one go).

Lee Wright, a senior lecturer in midwifery and women's health at Birmingham City University in England, said that he believes that abstinence is the best practice for women—especially because of the lack of scientific knowledge on how booze affects pregnancy.

"The problem is we don't know exactly how much alcohol somebody has to drink and when in order for children to appear on that [FASD] spectrum," Wright told Broadly. "Some people could technically drink a little bit and have [a child] who's quite severely affected. Other people could drink more and actually their baby could seem not so much affected. That's why the current advice is none at all."

Why is this? "If I could answer that, I would win myself the Nobel Prize for medicine," Wright replied. "It's one of those bizarre situations. If you drink a lot in your pregnancy, then obviously you increase your chances of having many more problems, not just FASD. However, some women can drink a relatively small amount, thinking they're only having the occasional glass, and yet their baby can still be affected."

The far-right group, notorious for "invading" mosques and shouting at restaurateurs for serving halal chicken, called a protest this weekend against plans to build "the biggest mosque in Europe" in the Staffordshire town of Burton on Trent.

I wasn't sure why this would be a problem – freedom of religion is very much A Thing in the UK – and given that Burton on Trent has a population of around 65,000, I had my doubts as to how true it was. After spending literally 30 seconds researching it on Google, my thoughts were confirmed: the plans were to build an extension on to an existing mosque, which would then accommodate a minimum of 1,500 people. South London's Morden mosque can hold 10,000, meaning the Burton one wouldn't even be the largest in the UK, let alone Europe.

Still, Paul Golding – Britain First's party leader – had sent a video from Budapest to the organisation's Facebook page to encourage people to actually show up. At almost 1 million Facebook fans, the Christian group's online presence is kind of astounding; chances are someone in your newsfeed – maybe that guy from school who had loads of pet lizards, or your shut-in aunt – will regularly share their posts about "supporting our troops" or how we should all "treat extremists like paedos". Thing is, while these regularly receive thousands of Likes, it's rare that the turnout at their rallies surpasses more than a couple of hundred.

"People just watching this video who aren't quite involved in Britain First yet need to get to Burton on Trent," said Golding from Hungary, where he'd been meeting with "fellow patriots".

"You might be saying, 'I'd like to come along, but I'm not too sure about safety.' Our protest marches are always safe," he continued, reassuringly. "There is no reason why people can't come along."

Mao said he flew 5 hours from Harbin, in north-eastern China to Suzhou, in the country's eastern Jiangsu Province, to meet his drop dead gorgeous online girl only to see a 'fat and spotty' waiting for him at a cafe. The man flew into a rage and accused the woman of deceiving him. Then he punched her in the face. According to local media reports, he then stamped on her as she lay on the ground. Al-Rishawi has been on death row for her role in a triple hotel bombing in the Jordanian capital of Amman in 2005 that killed 57 people. She's the same person ISIS had asked to have in exchange for the release of Moath.

The killing of the two terrorists came just hours after ISIS released a video showing the gruesome killing of Moath, who was burned alive in a cage. Jordan has promised more harsh punishments.

Joel Ifergan embarked on a seven-year legal battle in an effort to claim his share of the huge jackpot, but he has finally lost his case

A man has been denied part of a £14 million lottery jackpot because he bought his winning ticket seven SECONDS too late.

Canadian Joel Ifergan thought his lucky numbers had come up after he bought a ticket for the Lotto Super 7 draw on May 23 2008.

He went to a local convenience store just before 9pm to buy two tickets, and the shop assistant told him to hurry before the 9pm deadline.

But while one ticket was registered at 8.59pm, the second ticket - the winning one worth $27 million - was printed and registered at seven seconds past 9pm.The shop assistant told Mr Ifergan that only one ticket had registered in time, but he still said he wanted to pay for both.

However, when he went to claim his half of the jackpot - which was split between two winners that week - he was told his ticket wasn't eligible.

He sued Loto-Quebec for the processing delay.

But after a seven-year legal battle his fight finally came to an end yesterday when Canada's Supreme Court ruled against his case.

Kidney disease is most often caused by other conditions that put a strain on the kidneys.

High blood pressure (hypertension) and diabetes are the most common causes of kidney disease. The evidence indicates that high blood pressure causes just over a quarter of all cases of kidney failure. Diabetes has been established as the cause of around a quarter of all cases.

High blood pressure

Blood pressure is a measure of the pressure your heart generates in your arteries with each pulse. Too much pressure can damage your body's organs, leading to heart disease, stroke and worsening of kidney function.

The cause of around 90% of cases of high blood pressure is unknown, although there appears to be a link between the condition and a person’s general health, diet, and lifestyle.

Known risk factors for high blood pressure include:

age (the risk of developing high blood pressure increases as you get older)
family history of high blood pressure (the condition seems to run in families)
being of African-Caribbean or south Asian origin
obesity
lack of exercise
smoking
excessive alcohol consumption
high amount of salt in your diet
high-fat diet
stress

Hypertension causes damage by putting strain on the small blood vessels in the kidneys. This prevents the filtering process from working properly.

Diabetes

Diabetes is a condition in which the body produces no – or too little – insulin (type 1 diabetes) or has become unable to make effective use of insulin (type 2 diabetes).

Insulin is needed to regulate levels of glucose (sugar) in your blood, preventing the levels going too high after a meal and too low between meals.

If diabetes is poorly controlled, too much glucose can build up in your blood. The glucose can damage the tiny filters in the kidneys, which affects the ability of your kidneys to filter out waste products and fluids.

It is estimated that 20-40% of people with type 1 diabetes will develop kidney disease before they reach 50 years of age. Around 30% of people with type 2 diabetes also show signs of developing kidney damage.

The first sign of diabetic kidney disease is the appearance of low levels of protein in the urine. Therefore, your GP will ask for an annual urine test so any kidney disease can be detected as early as possible.

All people with diabetes should have a kidney check every year. Early detection of kidney dysfunction in diabetes is important because it identifies people at risk or complications, such as eye problems and impotence.

Tanzania's albinos are being 'hunted down like animals' as greed for money and influence drives families to turn on their own loved ones in a trade allegedly fuelled by some of the country's most powerful people.

It is believed albino body parts will bring a person wealth, or luck - and for that, people are willing to pay as much as $3,000 or $4,000 for a limb, or as much as $75,000 - about £50,000 - for the 'full set', a whole body.

People with albinism are regularly attacked by people who chop their limbs off - an act which either leaves them severely mutilated, or dead.

Albinism, a hereditary genetic condition which causes a total absence of pigmentation in the skin, hair and eyes, albinism affects one Tanzanian in 1,400, often as a result of inbreeding in remote and rural communities, experts say.

In the West, it affects just one person in 20,000.

Since people began collecting records of the attacks, there have been 74 killings and 59 survivors of attacks. Even the dead are not safe: 16 graves have been robbed.

And these are only the recorded cases.

The most recent case saw four-year-old Pendo Emmanuelle Nundi abducted from her home in December.

Her father and uncle were both arrested in connection with her disappearance, but - despite rewards offered of £1,130 and promises of swift action from the police - she has not been found.

Charities working in the area do not hold out much hope she will be returned safely, but - listening to survivors' stories - it is likely her end is, or will be brutal.

It is not just parents. A 38-year-old woman with albinism was attacked with machetes by her husband and four other men while she was sleeping in February 2013, according to a UN report.

Her eight-year-old daughter watched her father leave the bedroom carrying her mother's arm.

Those living with albinism in Tanzania fear the lure of making a couple of hundred dollars - three times the minimum wage earned in the country - is placing them in danger, even from their own families.

'Now we can see the parents who are involved in planning the attacks. What kind of war are we fighting if parents and family do this? Who can we trust?' Josephat Torner, who campaigns for albino rights, asked.

Josephat, who himself is albino, added: 'People with the albinism are being hunted and killed for our body parts. It is because people want to become rich.

'The question is, why? Why now? And who is behind the killings?'

Exactly who remains unknown.

Yasmin Eleby from Houston, Texas promised herself when she was much younger that if she hit 40 and wasn't married, she would marry herself. And so when she hit 40 recently and wasn't married and didn't even have a man, she kept that promise to herself. Yasmin threw herself a full wedding, complete with a candlelit ceremony.

She had her mum walk her down the aisle, and had her sister who is a minster, help her say vows, in a spiritual ceremony - because you can't legally marry yourself in America. Her other three sisters were her bridesmaid and her friends attended. The wedding took place at Huston Museum of African American Culture (HMAAC), on Saturday, January 3, 2015. Former West life Singer Mark Feehily now selling coffee from a van(Photos)

He was in one of the most successful boy bands of all time,but now, Former Westlife singer Mark Feehily is now selling crepes and coffees from a catering Van .The singer now serves hot food and drinks from the back of a truck as he travels round festivals with his new business.

Admitting his new move is shocking to many,Mark told Today FM's Eoghan McDermott, via website goss.ie:

"It's going really well, we've got loads of interest and we've booked it in with a lot of the music festivals and we're talking about doing some Irish ones as well.
"People were flabbergasted at the fact that I was in the van making crepes.People kind of have this thing 'Oh, he was in Westlife a few years ago and now he's making tea'."
Well, we're a tad shocked too."It's my business and I love it, anything I get involved in I get involved 110%.A couple of Irish people came up and were like 'Wait a minute, what are you doing in a van?I love festivals, so why not?"

He recognised it would be a shock to many, who imagined he would carry on singing - and now he's launching his solo career too.

How to Make Money Blogging.

Do you want to make money blogging? If you do – you’re not alone. More and more bloggers are finding that blogging is a profitable medium. Whether it be to earn a few extra dollars a week to feed their coffee habit, or making enough money to stop them having to get a part time job to get through college, or whether they’ve got it to a point where they are able to make a full time living from their blogging – there are tens of thousands of bloggers who make money blogging.

Secondly – let me start by sharing my own top Money Making Methods but below that point you to some great resources and teaching on how to increase your income from blogging.

1. AdSense

Despite not using it here at ProBlogger any more, I continue to use AdSense with amazing effect on my other blogs. I have them all set to show image and text based ads and find that 250×300 pixel ads work best (usually with a blended design). I don’t have much luck with their ‘referrals’ program but their normal ads work a treat and continue to be the biggest earner for me.

2. Affiliate Programs

I run a variety of affiliate programs on my blogs – most of which bring in smaller amounts of money that don’t really justify a category of their own (but which certainly add up).

These include recommending quality products like these here on ProBlogger:Thesis WordPress theme, Yaro’s Blog Mastermind Coaching Program andHow to Launch the F*** out of your E-Book (and others) as well as some great products on my photography blog including 123 of Digital Imaging, David DuChemin’s amazing Photography E-Books and Mitchell Kanashkevich’s great ebooks.

The great thing about many of these programs is that they are of such high quality that they sell themselves and I am being emailed from readers who sign up to them thanking me for the recommendation!

3. E-Book Sales

Last time I did a wrap up of how I make money blogging this category did not exist for me – I didn’t really have any of my own products to sell at all. However in the last year or so I’ve released 3 E-books – 31 Days to Build a Better Blog,The Essential Guide to Portrait Photography and Photo Nuts and Bolts: Know Your Camera and Take Better Photos. While these products all only sell for under $20 they certainly add up and some months this has been my biggest category of income. The reason they were only ranking at #3 in the last month was that I didn’t do a product launch (I wrote about one launch which brought in $72,000 in a week here). This is an income stream I see growing as I add more E-books to my range (expect 3 in the coming few months).

4. Continuity Programs

This is another newer category for me but one that continues to grow.

A continuity program is a site where you earn a recurring income from people who subscribe to a service you offer.

For me this includes two sites – ProBlogger.com) and Third Tribe Marketing. Both programs are membership sites and generate monthly income from the thousands of members that they have as a part of them.

5. Private Ad Sales/Sponsorships

Private ad sales directly to advertisers have fallen for me in the last year (they previously ranked #3 on this list). This is partly due to a change in my own focus but also partly due to the economy as it is. I should note that this area does vary a little from month to month depending upon the campaigns we’re asked to run – we’ve had a couple of months where it actually ranked #2 in the last year.

This includes ad sales of the 125 x 125 ads here at ProBlogger as well as a campaign or two at Digital Photography School.

6. Chitika

Chitka continues to be a great performer for me on my blogs. They traditionally have worked best on product related blogs although theirPremium ad units now convert well on a larger range of blogs.

While I’ve focused a little less on Chitika in the last 6 months (mainly as I’ve released my own products and moved a little away from advertising) they do continue to perform well where I use them and over the time I’ve been using Chitika they’ve now earned me over a quarter of a million dollars – as a result I can’t recommend them enough!

7. Amazon Associates

Amazon’s affiliate program has been one of my big movers in the last 12 months. I used to make a few odd dollars from it – however in recent times it has become a significant earner for me (in fact it’s now earned me over $100,000 since I started using it). Christmas time (and the lead up to it) is a particularly good time for Amazon – last December it would have ranked #2 on this list.

8. ProBlogger Job Boards

The job boards here at ProBlogger continue to grow each month in the number of advertisements that are being bought. This enabled me to invest most of the money that they’d earned a while back into getting a new back end for the boards and to redesign them. These job boards now bring in over $1000 a month in revenue which is pretty nice considering that they are so low maintenance to run. They also offer a service to readers and add value to the overall blog.

The only problem that I face with the job boards is that there are so many bloggers looking for work that the demand for jobs far exceeds the supply. On the good side of things is that advertisers are reporting getting amazing quality of applications.

9. Speaking Fees

I get asked to do a lot of speaking and increasingly they are paid opportunities. I’m not able to do as many as I would like (mainly because I live in Australia and most of what I’m asked to do is overseas and I only travel 2-3 times a year) – however in April I did a couple of events and the income was enough to include in this list.

Other Income

In addition to all of the above there are many smaller incomes. Many of these are from smaller advertising programs that I test but none are big enough to really rate a mention here.

The other income stream that there was no actual money from in April was book royalties from the(ProBlogger Book). These are only paid every 6 or so months (not in April). It’s probably also worth mentioning that authors don’t tend to make a whole lot of money on book royalties – you don’t write books to get rich (unless you sell a lot of them).

Saudi king 'halts flogging of blogger facing 1,000 lashes' after Middle Eastern country accused of 'outrageous inhumanity.

An internet blogger facing 1,000 lashes for criticising clerics in Saudi Arabia was given new hope last night after the apparent intervention of the king.

Bowing to massive international pressure, King Abdullah has referred the case of Raif Badawi to the country's supreme court.

There has been no official statement from the Saudi government on the monarch's intervention, revealed by Mr Badawi's wife, Ensaf.

Earlier yesterday Saudi Arabia was accused of 'outrageous inhumanity' after it delayed the father of three's flogging sentence…so his wounds could heal before he was whipped again.

Mr Badawi, 31, has won support from governments and human rights groups around the world after he was sentenced to ten years in prison, a £177,000 fine and the lashes.

His official crime was to insult Islam but supporters say his real offence was to criticise the country's powerful Sunni clerics on his blog. He faces 50 lashings every Friday for the next 18 weeks.

Amnesty, which has adopted Mr Badawi as a prisoner of conscience, said he was taken out of his cell in Jeddah yesterday and examined by a doctor who decided that the wounds from his first set of 50 lashes last week had not healed.

He recommended the next round of lashes be delayed to next week.

Leaked video footage taken on a mobile phone is believed to show the first flogging session, as a shackled and standing Mr Badawi is hit on his legs and back by a policeman with a switch.

Mr Badawi's wife has fled to Canada with their children. She says he started a forum that was simply meant to encourage discussion of the Muslim faith. After seeing the video, she said: 'Every lash killed me.'

His treatment renewed global anger about the case.

'Not only does this postponement expose the utter brutality of this punishment, it underlines its outrageous inhumanity,' said Amnesty's Said Boumedouha.

'The notion that Raif Badawi must be allowed to heal so that he can suffer this cruel punishment again and again is macabre and outrageous.'

UN officials say the flogging breaches international law as a 'cruel and unusual punishment'.

The Foreign Office says it will continue to raise the case.

So first, the bad news. Women still only account for just 4% of Fortune 500 CEOs and on average experience a 17% pay difference from men. Urgh.

What's the deal? When Psychologist Dr. Jude Miller Burke saw this disparity, she wondered whether personality trait differences could be to blame. So she studied over 100 female millionaires in order to find out and discovered that there were five big personality traits that these successful women almost all had most in common. Which means that the good news is that if you tick all these boxes, then who knows? Maybe you'll be rolling in cash one day...

1/ CONSCIENTIOUSNESS

"Highly conscientious people are described as efficient, organised, and thoughtful,' says Dr Burke. 'A less conscientious person may be known by the words 'easygoing' or 'careless'."

"If you need to plan exactly where you are going to be every minute of your vacation, you rank on the high end of conscientiousness. A person who goes on vacation without a single hotel reservation is on the opposite end of the spectrum." Meaning that it's all well and good to be spontaneous, but it probably won't net you millions anytime soon.

2/ EXTRAVERSION

"Extroverts tend to be talkative (sometimes excessively so), positive, energetic, and optimistic. They have a strong drive to be in the company of others, while someone on the other end of the spectrum equally craves time alone to decompress," explains Dr Burke.

"Interestingly, people with high extraversion experience less anxiety over negative feedback." Less anxiety over negative feedback means you can more easily do what the feedback is intended for - improve.

Which millionaire woman comes to mind as an extrovert? "Leah Hoffman, financial advisor and VP at RW Baird is a great example of someone who uses her extraversion skills to initiate contacts and make others feel at ease," says Dr Burke.

3/ AFFILIATION

"People with high affiliation avoid conflict and are considered cooperative, trusting, gentle, modest, and trustworthy," explains Dr Burke. Basically, think the opposite of Gordon Gekko.

"The downside is that as a result, they have a tendency to take on more work than they should and have a hard time delegating. But, because they have the best interest of the team and organisation at heart, employees love to work with them." And you're only as good as your team. Guess millionaire bosses still do the tea rounds, then.

4/ OPENNESS

"Naturally creative, imaginative, insightful, curious, and flexible individuals high in this trait. They are emotionally responsive and intellectually curious. If you have a lot of ideas and are excited by trying anything new, or if you have flexible attitudes and imagination, you are high in openness." This is key for both motivating your team and evolving your business.

"Angie Hallier, Owner of Hallier and Lawrence Family Law Firm and author of The Wiser Divorce, is inquisitive and excited about life. She always has her fingers on the pulse of her industry, providing education to others and throwing “Elvis Presley” parties in her spare time." Now that's our kind of boss!

5/ NEUROTICISM

Or lack thereof. "If you find yourself constantly worrying or ruminating about issues at work to the point where it affects your sleep or weekend activities, you may be higher in neuroticism. We all worry about work some of the time, but most successful people in the business world are actually on the low end of the neuroticism spectrum."

And the best way to de-stress? Exercise, of course! "Successful women like Sara Dial, Owner Sara Dial & Associates, uses an exercise regime of spinning three times per week to calm her anxieties." We approve.

So what's the lesson here (apart from realising that female millionaires actually seem like lovely people)? "Men and women clearly have different personality traits, but that doesn't explain why there are still so few female CEOs," says Dr Burke. However, her study found that the personality traits of both wealthy women and men differed to a great degree from the traits of the average person. "By recognising where you fall on these scales of personality factors, you should be able to enhance your personality to give yourself a better chance of success," she advises.
