justify;">

The title is just some thoughtless mix up of words as I was reading Inquirer.net's article about the teachers who participated in the elections. read the greedy teachers' desires here.

So much for being the so-called builders of this already god-forsaken country, instead of these people being good examples to their students...all they actually show is how to be systematically greedy. A very BAD example for ALL the students in these already disfunctional system.

Citing May 10 election's assumed success, the teacher's desired to be compensated an extra (they have an already allocated honorarium prior to elections)

Said Valisno: “The additional compensation to the RMAT members is a good start and we thank Comelec for that, but our commissioners should not forget that it was the BEIs that really made the difference last Monday. So if the RMATs deserve a raise, why not the BEIs?”

Does this mean that they will not actually do their tasks IF the honorarium they get is the allocation they previously get? What a subtle show of laziness.

“Our teachers braved the huge crowds. They absorbed the ire and frustration of the voters; they resolved technical issues sometimes without the assistance of the Smartmatic technicians, but most importantly, they gave credibility to the elections. So I don’t think this is too much to ask,” said Valisno.
Braved??? Absorbed??? The what??? Hey, these bunch of so-called professionals have nothing to do the entire summer (mostly those who worked in public schools); they get paid as they have a fixed monthly salary; they also receive year-end bonuses for purposes of god-knows what! Inspite of such vast amounts wasted for them, they still are not willing to perform a task that gets done only once every six god-damned years.

If you teachers can't find satisfaction over an honoraria you have previously been aware of simply because you think you are the key an event's success...why don't you go jack-off somewhere; continue drownning yourself on loans (teachers are pathetically buried in debts for some unknown reason); and get a life you lazy bastards!!!

First of, I would like to thank my good old expat friends whom I have met since four years ago through the late good German Alfred. GR introduced me to 321gold.com which in turn I have followed since then and reading their articles have given me a clearer and different picture of reality. This post I am making today is perhaps one of the best reads I ever had and I felt compelled to share it with my friends as well - real life or digital.

The title tells you already as to who made the article and I will be putting in only a his first paragraph and you may go straight to his website with the link provided below.

In 2008, the peoples capacity to finance the debt they carried was exceeded. A global balloon of debt burst causing the largest financial crisis in world history. As articulated by the former Secretary of the Treasury to the US congress, a near cataclysmic chain reaction breakdown of the entire global financial system occurred. The Keynesian economic model was exposed as a fraud, and other theories and ideas are now emerging in an attempt to better explain past events as well as to offer predictive value that the now discredited Keynesian model will surely fail to predict.

They have their website click here to "pera natin to" website.

My extremely useless and tired brain kicked up by the idealism this group is up to. At least we see moves to curtail corruption. I have always been against such practices in the government, being someone who grew up in a society where the beaurocracy is at it's peak of abuse, it is disgusting to see this supposedly public servants mock the sanctity of their positions.

Pera-natin-to is very much welcome and appreciated for it's existence. The concept is ideal, but can they really do what they are meant to? This, not to offend the organization, I am still a skeptic. It appears that this group is sponsored by USAID, I'm not so sure if sponsor is the right term but let me put it that way as a layman.

USAID, is a government agency - of course by Uncle Sam itself. Uncle Sam is a viscious empirialist. This reminds me of Uncle Sam's role in the cold wars. Could it be that this watchdog is one of Uncle Sam's infiltration agency to the already infiltrated disfunctional government of the Philippines?

The title should say it all.

What makes me think so?

I have a good friend who's auntie was being laid by her boyfriend - a priest. SHE is a married woman; she and her husband pray at the very church where the priest is assigned.

One of my former girlfriends is now a girlfriend of a priest, and they are doing the lovely act.

I have one friend who's child is fathered by a priest. Not to mention, priests who indulge the act with fellow men - gaypriests.

Yes, priests do practice sex inspite of celibacy vows. Such is not a question though, as they can afford to silence their amores. Every parishioner contributes for the funds of these friars to squander - not to mention voluntarily.

Almost every ordinary friend I come along and happens to talk with me about these matters will respond to me with rebuke and all sorts of curses and that. They even came to the point of saying that heaven will fall upon me. Heck, let it be so rain may come.

The Philippine population - and the rate of STD cases - is beyond god's control. Not even jesus can stop our population exploration as priests subliminally tell all their memeber to go to hell by doing what their bible said of going to the world and multiply...exponentially?

Catholics breed like rabbits, most likely because of the church's insistance of not doing the practical and most logical means of family planning. Just today, they again scored the business sector by attempting to influence the public that ads about a certain contraceptive be banned:

read this article:

Catholic Church seeks ban on condom ads

Now, putting all those subjective but true remarks I have about these new age lousy hypocrites, how else will the people be able to minimize the production of babies if condom and its ads are to be banned?

The church was never doing anything, just to mention something that is likewise happening, to teach the poor on how to fish. All they did was feed (once a month???) some street kids and that's it. Where did all the proceeds go from the masses they held?

I think, if the church is so eager to be politically active and now business-nosy, the people should start to realize that the church is JUST another business venture that NEEDS to be TAXED.

To all those priests, who surely do masturbate at least when they are alone - go to hell. You don't even care about the future of the children born unplanned. Sex part of life, it's human nature. You all know that, even your Jesus was doing the thing with Mary Magdalene.

Go to hell with all your paganist rites!

Want I got instead was a joke - which left me laughing in spite of being alone with my computer. I don't to say anything more except one question - Is there really one?

Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?" - Epicurus

Just a few minutes ago, a supposedly good friend of mine who supposedly knows me and what I stand for called me up, invited me for a lousy religious rite of their insane born-again pentecostal filthy and surely paganist belief that is to be next week.

This god-addict supposedly friend of mine, like the former friends I had whom I now consider hostile due to the fact that religious as they are they are only being so as to deceive people, even went a step further by wasting my god-forsaken time through his useless joke of praying over me over the air.

I can not even dare to imagine as to how come these useless crap came through the supposedly creative human mind. Can't people be more creative in doing a living than merely preaching $h!t and lead other unsuspecting other people to believe than church blah blah blah is the messenger for this world's extinct jesus for goodness sake that was the meeeeeee-----ssssssssaaaaaaaaaaaaa--------yaaaaaaaaaa?????

Geez! People these days don't even think twice of considering the fact that fairy tales such as god, baal and zeus are things of the past.

These god-damned lousy wasteful useless excuses are no longer the right theme for a civilized society as ours.

When will the majority ever realize that their beliefs are no more than a re-packaged paganism??? (Samhain Festival, Horus, Poseidon (yes the trident), jesus (what???????). These entities are products of the weakest human minds ever who can not deliver are logical systemic explanation of things in their times so they resorted to rituals, witchcraft, religion and deities to seek counsel.

I have seen Jesus dining in Hell with Baal yesterday and sitting behind them were Hades and Loki. Good thing Thor or Hulk weren't there otherwise that party would have been spoiled. Go to hell pastors!!!

We have came across a few challenges as the new units are designed not to make XP-life easy. Our client was specific to use only Windows XP and so we had to hunt for the drivers with extreme rarity.

My team, composed of the software division and "the stressers" only had four days left to make sure that what we deliver is at least perfect to the last detail as requested.

The packages were completely tweaked from the looks inside and out to the software security and even the wallpapers.

Although installing the basics is not that hard of a job, stabilizing Windows XP while removing the unnecessary background services is not since we have to keep the units as dynamic as the un-tweaked ones.

As the delivery date came, the intended recipients came as a bunch to individually test their units and after a very long two-hour scrutiny by them - we heared a noisy round of applause from them.

Concluding the receipt of the goods was the words from their head saying "Job well done."

After which, an envelope was handed to us containing the full payment of the units plus a cheque with an amount around 15% of the gross price labeled as "tip."

Groceries are filled with shoppers sometimes one will wonder as to where were these people from as you dont see them on the ordinary days. It is the time of the year when the mood is said to be joyous and forgiving. It is also the most expensive period of the year.

As for me, christmas is no more than a day of having the chance to once again see the people you do not want to see. The time of the year when groups of friends gather on a so-called special occasion supposedly to rekindle the bonds of friendship that has for years since they last played together in the school playground. While for some as I have observed, this is also the time to show-off to their group as what they have had and the like. Many coming from foreign and distant lands brag about their new gadgets, claiming to be sophisticatedly refined. Yet, it will all boil down to the expectation that is self-serving. These people must have something in their mind going like - I hope they see this stuff; Oh...they will surely admire me...; Yes surely they will all be amazed.

Christmas is nothing more than a paganist tradition for the world's sake that has been over-rated by many especially the those who believed in the christ. Many accepted this time as the birth of their saviour who someday will come back to take them to heaven. While in fact it is merely a modern day term for a ritual once known in the Old English as Cristes Maesse. The majority are inclined to believe about santa with his reindeers while in fact it was as well derived from a dead man's practice of giving gifts to children in the name of Nicholas in the Fourth century in the place called Myra.

Inasmuch as believers will want to attribute this day to the holy baby they claimed, they can never deny that these beliefs they have were mere derivatives of pure myth. The attempt to present this season as a holy one is grand, and yet by true essence, it is nothing more than another version of paganism in a state of denial.
Story goes that the head of family A gave the lottery ticket to the head of family B as payment for his debt, which family B's head reluctantly accepted - being uncertain if the ticket will win.

The keyword then hit me. Debt. Almost everyone is indebted to someone. I went on a search about my countrymen, Philippine National Debt as of 2009 had a figure of Php 1.851 Trillion! One of the source is this site. According to the National Statistics Office, the country has an estimated 91 million people. With the assumption that the government did not cheat on it's own statistics (as what the politicians normally and almost always do in elections), I found that every Filipino citizen owes Php 20,340.65 (this is not easy money locally.)

An ordinary Filipino earns by a rate as low as Php 80.00/day. Majority of the people are barely making it on the minimum wage of Php 250.00/day. In a month, average pay is between Php 1,920.00 to Php 6,000.00. A white collar job will be within the Php 12,000.00 to 40,000.00/month. White collar jobs are a minority.

Basically, the hurdle to pay up what we owe is so steep, every Filipino will die trying to pay off debts we didn't even avail of ourselves.

Yet, we hear many politicians and public figures over-reacting to a Singaporean columnist name Chip Tsao when called the Philippines a nation of servants. It is a tough reality but, he has a point there.

I think Chip Tsao is better than Gloria Macapagal Arroyo because he was able to see the reality that the country is in to - Gloria did not. Now i don't have to elaborate to how I can say such - the Le Cirque dinner is more than enough to speak for it.

She could have just went to the Philippine Embassy and tell the cook with fat salaries to prepare dinner for her entourage.

No wonder my expat friends have always recommended it as good watch. Then as I was watching, I began to see the possible flaws of the project. Among which is the water systems, the rest are overshadow by extravagance. Things too luxurious are not good, in my opinion.

It was likewise just lately when news breakout about Dubai's somewhat inevitable economic downturn. A member of our group had most of his investments in on of the banks most exposed to Dubai, and now he lives with anxiety as to how he will possibly recover from his blunder.

Dubai as we remember is a small "village" as my friends call it a few decades ago, and to a village it will have to go back.

It was not a bad thing for a village to have a Singapore-like growth, but, Dubai went beyond the line have undergone projects too ambitious. With too big operating costs at hand, even oil can not make it's economy sustain for long.

As many have projected, Dubai's ecnomy will - hopefully not - fall within 2010, definitely. I hope my friends out there will have enough time to secure their investments.

A group, actually. From these dots one can determine the type of path we take by the manner of connecting them.

Just a while back, I made a call to a friend - PJ. She's a classmate from 14 years ago. Yes, it's been a while. Surprisingly, she works somewhere near where my grandparents's home is. Anyway, it was a conversation, she's getting married soon, and I owe her a few gifts for that ;).

I remember her as a good friend, nice, and accomodating when you need her attention. She left our herd on fiftth grade (yes, she might have thought we don't deserve to be her friends, hehe - kidding). As brilliant as I remembered her, I can still presume that she is - even now. With the contrary - I haven't seen her for 14 years, a LOT have changed. I can only presume. I can only likewise hope, that she is still a very good friend.

In a matter of admission, why not, I liked her that much - back then. Lucky for me, I was able to go over THAT a few years back.

At this very same day, I was able to communicate back to my friends from Europe - most especially Carina.

It's been three years since I last had a communication with her. It was nice to know that her daughter, Jasmine, grew to be healthy and brilliant. She's much like an angel in reality.

On the dark side, a college classmate and a relative at this same day, insisted of enforcing his mistake over our transaction. Without even even giving me the apology that I have been asking them for, now they have forced me for the second time on a challenge. They have made me cross the Rubicon, in which from here, I can no longer retract from the challenge they have exposed me to.

What comes in the box, it's nicely packed by the way, is the pre-filled closed loop system with a copper colling plate and a 120mm fan. A detailed list can be found here corsair h50 product specification. The price was around Php 3,500.00 based on the receipt, including shipping.

I can't bother to dismantle the current desktop I am running, so I decided to check my inventory if I have some things to spare and good enough that I came up with these:

a. Gigabyte G31M-ES2C
b. Pentium D 930 Processor, LGA 775, 2 cores 3.0Ghz
c. 2 x 2gb Geil
d. HEC Raptor
e. 80gb Seagate SATA

The installation for windows smoothly went through 45 minutes, including all the utilities needed for an upcoming benchmark. Upon reaching the desktop, we ran speedfan and got this:

As for the validation for the cpu, here is cpuz validation.

Normally, we boot up at around 41 degrees celsius on a factory heat sink fan from Intel.

Not a bad cooling solution, is it?

---

*the entire printscreen of the desktop can be found here
The month of November had always been a remarkable month for me, it either brings me good...or bad things. One might say such things happen any time, but this one...this one particulart month is the period that I have observed to be the boldest.

Thinking of this day takes me back to a period in my life when I was first admitted to the group I am in now. Those days, were assigned partners - completely strangers to each other - to work with in the field.

One of our responsibility was to make sure that nobody gets compromised in every task assigned to us. I will highlight a friend of mine nicknamed Virii.

There was one point when our allied partner has been compromised. When they were taksed to receive payments intended for our group, the party that is to pay them had them double crossed. It was in the busy district of Tondo, Manila. Right after collecting four bags filled with bundles of thousand-peso bills, we walked towards the nearest train station. We were dressed-up in a beggar-like appearance, so as to conceal what we may have with us. Right after leaving the LRT Station near SM Manila, we left the train on the next station.

On that very station, surprisingly, around eight people approached our allied partners for that specific job. Virii and I on the other hand were safe, at that moment. Upon seeing the people encircling our allied partners, instructions were to board the train back and continue to the next station that we may deem safe.

At that time, we broke the protocol. Inside our hearts call the instinct to help out our friends. We don't know them personally. We were just friends. Plain friends. Perhaps, no more than mere acquaintances.

We had to leave the station, and confront those who confronted our friends. Then and there we realized, our lives were in danger. Upon leaving the station, we found it best to go to the nearest police post, but we were not that fast. The strangers caught up with us. Virii told me to keep my distance from him, but to keep a close watch. I was lucky enough not to be identified by the strangers. Virii left me his bag, filled with the bundles of thousands. It has to go through to our group, it was needed for our next project raise another groupd of lost people - like us before we were in to it.

The strangers took the bags from our allied partners. Virii confronted them and a fight ensued. I was a couple of meters away from them, keeping and eye on them. Back then my main task was to observe people and report, probably one reason why Virii told me to keep the distance.

The strangers took them to an alley, strangely enough, no one else was around at that hour, no more trains, there were a few buses. It was almost 9 p.m. I can still remember the last words Virii said to the strangers - "...Over my dead body."

A very distinctive sound followed. A sound of something that I have frequently heared in the place of Mindanao. A day after, I heared they were dead. I can safely presume they were forced to divulge my location, I had two bags with me - cold cash. Virii knows I was just around. He could have simply gave my description so the people will know how to spot me. They did not.

So much as these people were strangers by standards. But they were friends to me. Friends even before the incident. That very day, I lost three good people. I found later that Virii was a rank 22 member, out of 25 ranks. After being his apprentice prior to that incident, I was given his rank.

From this group I have, way beyond a fraternity could even offer, I was nortured with values on friendship and camaradery. From there I learned on the importance of loyalty, especially to friends. Virii always told me back then, never leave a friend in trouble behind. Yet, I could not understand why during the incident, he strictly told me to keep my distance. Later did I know, those bills were vital bills. The very safety of the cause lies on it.

Unluckily, in the much much real world, these kinds of friends are mere ideals. Even people of our own blood will abandon us, even friends whom we have assisted so much cannot afford to do a little sacrifice in return. I had friends around, outside of the group I am in to. These are friends I doubt if I could count on. Some left after achieving success with my help, and some even bit my hand that fed them. And these engrates were strong believers of god as they say.

God's teachings then, will simply translate into this - "save your own skin". Virii did not, and I never will. My people always had these reminder from me - "Once you are my friend, no matter what happens, I will fight for your safety. Never had it occured to me to seek safety only for myself, it was always others above self."

And my people can attest to that.

The Canon Pixma iP1980 is a four-color inkjet printer that runs on two cartridges - Black and Tri-color.

It is based on the Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black color base.

It utilizes a 2 picoliter droplet system for its printhead and delivers up to 4800 x 1200 dpi as its maximum resolution.

Printing a full-page A4 image on a glossy sheet takes 40 to 50 seconds on this printer.

Having thirty units of this type in my shops, this unit has proven it's worth especially when you are eyeing on document printing, which can run as fast as 23 pages per minute.

The downside of this machine is the sensitivity of the printhead. It burns out fast. Luckily enough, the printhead is built along with the cartridge, a replacement will cost between $ 1.00 to $ 20.00 if you choose to have the sealed one.

As of writing, my Canon Pixma iP1980 printed no less than 40,000 pages each already and still running.

Under normal circumstances, it has a life cycle of 6,000 pages. You can perpertuate it until the machine break mechanically.

My rating for this machine:

serviceability: 8/10
speed: 8/10
output: 7/10

It's been roughly three years when he bought his desktop from me, it ran on an Abit AN-M2 with Athlon X2 4400+ powered by a 550 watts power supply. The problem on his old system was - it was partly "burnt" by his attempt to overclock it...without the necessary cooling system. Oh well, he DID learned the hard way. Haha.

And so he had to get a new system, now runs on a black edition 7750 X2.

Earlier this morning, as I was checking my boxes, I found his old board and out of curiousity I decided to run it again now with an Athlon X2 6000+. With the fact that his onboard video has become "choppy" due to the overclocking attempt he had earlier, I took one of my video cards to run on it. I chose the least of all - my GeForce 9500 GT. Plugging 4x1gb ddr800 into the system, installed windows...and voila! It runs smoothly!

The result amazed me. It is amazing as to how abit made this board, after being "abused" both by time and by overclocking (without enough cooling). Although the onboard video rendered useless now, with a very cheap card it can still perform!

I'm sure pakaz is now enjoying his Gigabyte with Athlon X2 7750 BE cooled by Xigmatec Dark Knight, 2x2gb Geil, Radeon 4890 Video Card and 7.1 Creative sound card plus all the 120mm auxilliary fans in his system. I am likewise enjoying the worth of Abit's quality products that stood in the test of time and abuse.

This is a relatively affordable board, for it's price to quality, I'll rate it at 94 percent. Had it been a full atx, I might rate it 99.

In a move probably to appease the business sector, the government's main source of funds especially when it comes to elections, Executive Order 839 has now been in the process of being lifted. We can view the entire article here. Do take note of the statement by yet another official of the government:

"If anyone would be profiteering or would be taking advantage, I will not hesitate to recommend the reimposition of price control because the state of calamity will stay,” said Favila

Ooohhhh....this is dangerous.

Just how then will one be able to gauge a level of profiteering from a pure retail price with the intent simply recovering the losses incurred due to the EO?

It is but to normal that we as businessmen study supply and demand. It is simple fact that we do business to gain, not to make donations. When supply is down and demand is high, price is up.

With the issuance of the executive order, the state probably juuuusst helped a sector, but not enirely. of course, it is the mindless "mass" of voters who puts the government officials to their sits. The government basically steals from the business sector upfront. This action is totally disturbing.

When disasters hit other parts of the Philippines, Malacañang never gives to much consideration - mindanao for instance, where the plains had been flooded due to poor infrastracture, visayas - another typhoon target on both sides. When Ondoy and the other typhoons came, I don't see it to be unusual.

That set of disaster is simply the of Luzon for the disasters it never had in the past, nothing more and nothing less. It is highly unnecessary for the government to be over-reacting to the point of dictating the business sector as to how things are to be sold.

This charade is nothing new, we all know that the polls are coming. The ultimate goal is not to help the people, but to use the emotions of those affected to propel their future political ambitions.

A message over sms told me of a possible oil price increase - again, due to a possibility of a deminished supply. Wow, as if there is anything new for that, price increases are a thing we all need to learn to live with. What amuses me today, is something, I think is not even worth being announced or be bragged about. This is what I saw:

Before I go on, do be informed that this is not an article against the respected Inquirer. This is my reaction against the DFA Chief's guts, nerve, or however we should call it, in bragging about this issue.

The Chief is most likely out of his god-damned, insignificant, futile, naive mind. Is there really such a thing as "controlling corruption"?!?!? I DON'T THINK SO.

A friend of mine told me during coffee once: People always look a glass that is partially filled as Half-Full or Half-Empty, either way, it's just partially filled.

While the manner a person views a partially filled glass of water might reflect optimism or skepticism, one thing is also true on the OTHER discussion. That the glass is partially filled. Something could have been wrong along the way, thus, cutting of the filling process.

Personally, I would say that the message is meant this way - the government officials of RP knows better, efficient and much discreet means of corruption these compared to the set of people before. Still and undeniably obvious, the government officials of RP are engulfed by the aura of Corruption.

Government Officials are still driving around with government owned vehicles on unofficial matters - Oh, I have just seen a bunch of red plates in the mall around 6pm today while I was dating my girl. And not to my surprise, these government people are going around with their wives and kids, with bodyguards shopping. Again, USING GOVERNMENT VEHICLES. Now IF this is not corruption, stealing should be legalized to make it a fair game.

It was a busy day for I have cheques scheduled by then, unluckily for me someone had the nerve to put a freeze on my account that same day without giving me prior notice. It took me a few minutes to think if it is worth calling the hotline, eventually I made the call and found that my accounts' mother branch initiated the freeze.

Although it is a fact that they are the bank, and can actually mess up if they want to, it appears that these people are not even aware that prior to doing things one must think as to how these will affect the future set of events - and consider the laws of the land.

I did notify the said branch of BPI so as to let them know that not a single right do they have to freeze my accounts, unless so ordered by a court, they made no progress and just made my account there sitting inaccessable.

Maybe they have thought that THAT is all I have, well, too bad for them, I will have to give them the trouble they have been longing for.

It is exactly twenty days now since that day they have frozen my accounts. It would have been better if they have informed me of such action, but they did the contrary.

Doing my research over BPI and their set of problems especially with their public relations, it has been clear to me that I trusted the wrong bank. Not only do they have incompetent workforce, they lack the support for their customers as well.

You can simply search via google as to the cases that BPI had been through, and yet it seems they have never learned from their own history.

Today, I have drafted my lawyers to fight for this case. May the law be able to exercise it's power to defend it's people against corporations such BPI who seem to be interested only in getting funds at the expense of their depositors - ALL THE TIME, or at least the BPI that I have a problem with.

I am hoping that BPI will act on weeding out the rotten tomatoes in their basket - oh...I pity the officer who freezed my account, he is a rookie and had already caused a series of problems.

Sure BPI has all the resources and can afford to pay a set of lawyers to defend an incompetent employee, but question is, is it really worth keeping a staff who cannot even do things responsibly?

Should the tides be favorable to my puny cause of defending my rights - civil, human, and egoistic - I will be giving these incompetent people a big thanks - for they will be helping a lot in my charity work by padding up my wallet.

In the probable worst case scenario that I may not be able to fight for my right or should the courts rule against me, I will probably support whoever goes for the ruin of these greedy and incompetent banks.

Of course my sentiments does not mean that they are such losers in general. There are also people who worked in these banks who are professional enough in dealing with clients, just probably, I opened my accounts in the wrong branch.

--

On the side note, calling their hotline does no good. Literally. And it IS evident if you check around the problems posted by fellow depositors. 89100 is hired to lie for these incompetent people.
As we all know, too much of things bring us no good. The "thing" we are talking about now is HEAT.

So how do we go around it? We will need to have these must haves before you can actually initiate the things you will tweak.

First - we need a proper ventilation for the whole system. To have a big intake and a quick outtake auxillary fans will be of a necessity here. Personally, I position a pair of 80mm fans in front as intake fans and a 120mm fan on the side. I make sure that the air circulates to hit the chips and capacitors. In order to initialize airflow, I put an 80mm fans on the upper side the CPU case, and another 80mm on the rear side.

Second - cooling systems. Redundant? Could be, correct me if I am wrong but I personally classify these things differently. I will be referring to the cooling systems as the ones with heat sinks. Usually, we can buy a good aftermarket heat sink fan (HSF) at around $ 99.00. These are gigantic alloy materials especially designed to absorb and dissipate the heat from the chips. HSFs come as CPU HSF, the North/SouthBridge HSF and lately we are seeing RAM sinks. Some enthusiasts who wants more usually goes for a Liquid cooling system and even nitrogen.

Third - good chips. While we all want to save some costs in buying expensive stuff, thus we overclock, this does not necessarily mean that we'll always have to settle for the least quality. In choosing the right stuff, you are getting the better choice if not best. Solid capacitors are among the basic parts you'll consider over ordinary soft capacitors.

Fourth - Flexibility and upgradability. This is the most subjective aspect in choosing what you are about to overclock. Of course, you will want something that can last up to at least the next two generations of technology.

That's it for now folks! Happy hunting for good parts!

We all then learned to tweak our toys from the software up to the hardware.

Basically, when we say overclock, it goes outright as tweaking the hardware. Making it run more than it ordinarily does.

From my personal view, it was termed oveclocking because in the earlier days of the computer age, what matters is the frequency of the processor - and this speed is called "clock speed."

There is likewise a shadow of overclocking, we call it overvolting. As far as I have known, these two go hand-in-hand. Most of the time, when you increase the clock speed of the processor, the system will act freaky. Unstable. It's like increasing the bore of your engine without increasing the supply of gasoline from your caburator. It will most likely not be able to sustain the combustion in the cylinder head.

The logic goes this way - if you want to have more, expect to give more.

It's an old model, but a good one. I am at the same time grateful for the very good gesture of support from the sender of this new toy - tracking the shipment and when I got it, verified the status if it is well. It is.

Next thing that came to my mind was to cook some potato for my self, I realized my apartment is a mess so I had to go out for a meal. I had a good meal, native chicken davao style.

Thinking back, I still have an apartment to fix. So I did. I am not that good in housekeeping, but to my own standards...well, I can live with the result. Haha.

A screw fell from my window, it's a metal screw. It fits usually on a computer case. Eureka! Reminds me of a pending task. A friend of mine 200 kilometers away sent me his CPU for repair. It's an old cpu. It's been on service for four years now, not bad I say.

At exactly noontime, my phone buzzed. I figured to have it set a month ago for a meeting today at 3 p.m. It's a business meeting with a trusted business operator and someone a lady who is not worth a dime. Yes, she is not worth a dime. I am so unfortunate to have her in this business. She does not do well with her responsibilities, her dues and all that matters to her is to allow her is her god-damned husband who's mind is condition is just to receive sales and spend. Geez, they don't even understand the dynamis of the service business.

I have to buy some potato later. Maybe by 6 p.m. Patatoes are great. It has all the carbohydrates we need, and fiber as well. It tastes better than rice in the absence of fish or meat. It goes well with wine too.

My indulgence to potatoes started when I was a goat. I mean, when I was a kid. I can eat my while day with potatoes. Although, at that time my mother slips in some squash as well. No wonder I am a restless mind.

Restless, did I just break the word out? Restless is good. It makes someone productive. I am not talking about the distrubed restless. My restless is different. I am not troubled, but I am restless. I hate rest. I want to keep moving, wherever I may go.

Oh! I forgot, I was making some tea.

Two things that even now I cannot fully comprehend. I cannot grasp the extent of their bound. Two things that keep me thinking, dwelling in to my inner self.

Since five years ago, it has become my ritual to spend the 18th of October reviewing my self.

As I have observed, one side of me has been drifting, further and further. It has become a detached part of my self. A part of myself that has been, in much attempt, imbued to me by my mentors. My humble side.

I cannot deny, I have been through things that made me kneel. Standing down has always been a priority. I am losing it.

After a series of things that have transpired in the past few years, the world had shown me what it really is. This is a hostile world, where my idealism will have to remain and idealism. Too little people can we trust. Having five is steep enough.

I have seen my very self in the path of going to the darker side. It is their where I am safest. I will be like a mirror to everyone. I will treat evryone as to how they treat me. This way, I make a fairer game.

That is some BULL indeed. The very last thing I will expect from a leader voted by the majority (oh...I am not so sure with this though, romurs say she only grabbed that much coveted power) especially right after a calamity. A very devastating calamity. My dad used to say that when someone's house get burned down, it is far worse than being robbed. Going through Ondoy, in my opinion, is far worse than having a house burned down. At least on the previous, I am warm and not subject to other external threats like getting drowned.

For these victims to have a president annoyed of seeing them in her palace is just too much a triple whammy. For goodness sake, is it only the Le Cirque dinner and the series of international flights to vanity that matters for this five-foot president from the land of ewoks?

This surely will hurt the populace more than the typhoon did.

Link to the said article: http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/inquirerheadlines/nation/view/20090930-227597/Palace-to-do-repacking-only-long-lines-irk-Arroyo

I can not even browse properly over sites like inquirer.net or bpiexpressonline.com due to a very unstable internet connection, but guess what? If I go to sites to test my internet connection, all systems will appear to be just as how they were advertised. They surely have set all their systems to show good results when subjected to tests. But even this does not help them fully. You subscribe 384 Kbps from them and they will only give you 175 Kbps on average.

You call their service hotline and the only thing you got to reward your inquiry is the most common and lame alibi from their call center agents - "We apologize for the inconvenience dear subscriber, but currently we are doing system enhancements in your area." Oh really, guess what - we call with two day intervals and the answers are ALL the same - the whole duration of the contract. Do they really think we are dumb and stupid? Come on SmartBro!

I certainly do not believe you do system enhancements everyday for the entire year. If that is so damn true, you better just quit.

It has become clear to me that indeed Smart is cheating to their subscribers, even on the boradband service. I threw away my smart sim long ago when they took away my user credits worth Php 750.00 back in the the year 2002 without explanation. Quite a lot of people have been shifting to the competing network for the same reasons as well. I am not alone.

I hope SmartBro will be enlightened of their misdeeds by the most tragic manner. Given a chance I will volunteer to bomb their towers and destroy their equipments. Instigate a fire on their cell sites or eliminate all their lousy call center agents who are receiving pay for doing nothing but sit and lie for Smart Telecom.

If I am to rate SmartBro and it's service from 1 to 10? I will give it a 1 for their presence in the market. All the rest of their systems suck like a leech. If you are planning to have an internet connection with a choice of ISPs, certainly never choose SmartBro, it will only break your heart.
