Anyone know where September has gone?? I woke up today and it was October 1st!

I am sure you are all wondering where I have been all month?? I wish I could tell you I was travelling the world and exploring new places, but really...I have been sleeping under the desk, walking with the human and just being me. My human has failed me again and neglected to blog for me :( What am I to do with her??

Now it is October.What does October bring to Olive?

As many of you know, I walk Olive often or am hanging out at the dog park...as a dog owner, I like to be hands free..meaning no purse to carry, keys, etc... I always wear a side body bag. The one I was wearing was getting so worn out , it was not very pretty anymore. So I asked my wonderful friend Julie Leavitt-Lightsey owner of http://www.so-sew-cute.com/ to create a new bag for me! I received it in the mail yesterday! I love it!! Please check it out on her site. The bag is named The Olive Bag!!

The Shaking Box

What a hectic day we are having. Mom is running around shopping for dorm room things and registering the younger human for school.. As a dog, I have no idea what any of that even means except that I am left home alone today. :( While I was home today I watched the box that has all of the people things. Sometimes they are wet then they are dry. Today it made a scary sound because Mom put too many things inside! BOL! That will teach her! It does play a pretty song when the box stops spinning...I like that.

No treats come out though. It would be so much better if it would dispense treats!

Woof Woof everyone.. I missed another week with my friends. I think the heat here is getting to my human. She is just not thinking clearly.

Saturday Means...

It is Saturday and yes I missed another week in the blogger world. Once again, not my fault! My lovely assistant has taken a promotion at work and now has even less time than before! I think I need a vacation! She can stay and work and I can lounge on the beach far away...

I was thinking about this day...Saturday. What does Saturday mean to you? Do you plan lots of activities, parties on your Saturday? Do you run errands with your people and shop all day?? Is it the day you hike and get outside finally for the week or do you stay inside and eat food and watch all of your recorded TV Shows and movies from the week?

Saturday for me... means longer walks with my human, long late breakfasts... which means bacon! Then I crash all over the house and Mom runs around cleaning and getting MORE food for everyone. I love Saturday.... Don't you??

I can't believe it has been since Easter that I blogged! Technically it is not my fault...I try to do it on my own , but these PAWS make it difficult. I must rely on my human. That , well, I won't even get into that.

It's May now and that means Prom and Graduation here! The people have been super busy with both and preparing for summer, summer jobs and college!

What does Olive do while all of this is happening??

That is it... I do get my walks in, but not like they should be. Sometimes, I barely get out the door then right back in! Come on Hurry, Hurry Olive! I don't like that. Sigh...

We have been to the Nature Center a few times a week, so I can't complain that much. I just want everyone to stay here and rub my belly all day! Is that too much to ask?? :(

I will be around to check in with all of you this weekend! Have fun and get your people to rub your belly and take you outside!

A few weeks ago Sugar had this wonderful contest to celebrate Petfinder's 15th Birthday! Sugar has been very busy making tags for all of us doggies to wear and was generous to offer a tag to a lucky dog that left a comment! I chose the RESCUED tag because that describes me! I was rescued and my people found me on Petfinder!

This was ME when I was on Petfinder! I was Daisy then! Mom and Dad called the Humane Society and said we want Daisy!! I was part of a big litter! I am so glad I was on Petfinder and I was rescued :)

I only wish now they had adopted more of my family, but we do know that everyone found a loving family.

Thank You Sugar and Mom... I love my tag and I am so proud to have been Rescued! Mom still thinks I was the one that Rescued them.

Hi everyone! Many of you heard I was not feeling well the last few days. Everyone has decided I may have eaten something I should not have.... can you imagine me.. doing that?? Huh? Olive? Mom said I think the park is my personal buffet! Would I eat things off the ground?? Hmph!
