Top and Denim: Zara; Shoes: Steve Madden; Bag: Rebecca Minkoff;

Sunnies: Ray-Ban; Ring: Bulgari; Earrings: Bauble Bar

In anticipation of the Fourth, here's a red, white, and blue look that I wore back in Cali in April. These shoes are the most festive for the fourth, yes?!

Top: Endless Knot; Skirt: ASTR (via Nordstrom); Shoes: Charlotte Olympia;

As we close out winter, here is the last of my winter wear posts and what I wore on Christmas Eve in California. Happy Spring!

California Cool

2016-01-13T07:50:00.000-08:00

Top: Endless Knot; Jacket: Free People (similar here); Skirt: Nordstrom (by Lily White, no longer available);

Bag: Tory Burch; Booties: Ted Baker; Ring: David Yurman;

Sunnies: Karen Walker

What I wore a few weeks back in Cali over Xmas vacay for errand running and lunching with my high school besties. I wish it were seasonally appropriate enough to wear this outfit here in Seattle, however the weather is anything but sunshine. Until then I'll just dream about wearing this outfit when we start to enter Spring . . .

Black on Black Friday

2016-01-07T22:48:00.000-08:00

Hat: Old Navy; Sunnies: Ray-Ban; Jacket: Free People;

Dress: LEITH via Nordstrom; Bag: Tory Burch; Booties: Bandolino (old);

Ring: David Yurman; Earrings: Anthropologie;

Other Rings: Emerald Bling

I actually ventured out to the mall on black Friday with my grandma a few weeks ago to do some Christmas shopping while in Cali. It was the only real time we had to go so the only appropriate (and obvious) outfit choice comprised of black. So when I came out to the living room before leaving and my brother said, "who died" I knew I had made the right call ;) BTW this dress is everything and applicable for nearly every season- I suggest you invest in one ASAP via your local Nordstrom.

Whiteout Wednesday

2015-12-15T16:30:00.001-08:00

Trench: Burberry; Top and Leather Pants (similar here): Anthropologie; Heels (on sale!): Charles David;

Bag (similar here): Tory Burch; Scarf: Burberry; Bangle: Emerald Bling;

Earrings: J. Crew; Ring: David Yurman

I scored this unique peplum top on major sale at Anthro recently ($25!) and I am in love. It's a classic crisp white button-up with a twist and appropriate for really any season. I had a work event following my usual workday a few weeks ago so this pairing was the perfect mix of young and fun yet professional ;) Go rifle through your local Anthro now!

Perfect Pockets & Stripes

2015-09-07T19:28:00.000-07:00

Dress: ASOS; Cargo Jacket: Old Navy (old); Booties: VINCE;

Sunnies: Karen Walker; Bangle: ILY Couture;
Earrings: J. Crew; Bag: LV

This dress has been on repeat a decent amount this summer- its leather pockets and length make for a perfect work-to-happy hour ensemble; not to mention that you can't go wrong with any type of stripe ;)

Printed in Paisley and Pink

2015-08-30T16:51:00.001-07:00

Tank + Pants: Anthropologie; Clutch: J. Crew; Sunnies: Karen Walker;

Necklace: Emerald Bling; Ring: Bulgari; Bangle: Nordstrom Rack;

Wedges: Jessica Simpson

What I wore some time ago back in CA for an Easter celebration. My boyfriend isn't the biggest fan of these pants, however I'm minorly obsessed with them given the fact that it's essentially equivalent to wearing pajamas out in public. I recently bought another pair (similar here) on major sale at Anthro, get 'em while you still can!

High-Waisted Lace

2015-08-09T20:08:00.001-07:00

Crop Top: Endless Knot; Shorts: Zara (last season); Sandals: Tory Burch;

Earrings: J. Crew; Sunnies: Karen Walker; Assorted Bangles;

Ring: Bulgari

Both of these pieces have been on repeat this summer due to versatility and comfortability. I scored this crop top at an adorable boutique called Endless Knot in Seattle and it consistently becomes the perfect pairing for pants, shorts, and skirts alike.

Burberry + Burgundy

2015-04-08T18:17:00.000-07:00

Jacket: Burberry; Ruffle Tank: Anthropologie; Pants: Anthropologie;

Pumps: Nordstrom {no longer available, similar here};

Bangles: Emerald Bling, Kate Spade, and J. Crew

What I wore a few weeks ago back in Cali . . . camel Burberry, burgundy, and leopard easily comprise some of my favorite outfit combos as we move from winter to spring.

Felt & Forest Green

2015-03-05T22:48:00.001-08:00

Felt Hinge Hat: Nordstrom; Top: J.Crew; Denim: Paige;

Wedges: Louise et Cie; Bangle: ILY Couture

Moving from a mild Seattle winter into spring means booties and felt fedoras will be on consistent repeat . . . most notably, these ones. Cheers, friends!

Simple Summer Style

Tank: Nordstrom Rack; Shorts: Zara; Sandals: Dolce Vita;

Headband: Nordstrom; Sunnies: Karen Walker; Bangles: Kate Spade, gifted;

Rings: Emerald Bling, own

In anticipation of my trip to Cali tonight, I'm sharing an outfit I wore during one of our Easter celebrations when I was home a few weeks ago. I realize that I inadvertently dressed kind of like a chick going to Coachella but it still warranted a blog post since I'm hardly an "indie-chick." As spring speeds into summer, I have a feeling these shorts will be on serious repeat for me. Happy Thursday! xo

Easter Structure and Stripes

2014-05-01T10:06:00.003-07:00

Top: Express; Skirt: Anthropologie: Flats: Halogen;

Aviators: Ray-Ban; Earrings: House of Harlow; Ring: Bulgari

I traveled home to Cali for Easter and couldn't have been more excited to embrace the hot hot heat gracing my hometown! This outfit was the perfect fit for our outside celebration that we hosted at our home filled with egg tosses, incredible wine, and even better company. Hope you're enjoying this transition into spring! xo

In the meantime, enjoy the every-so-often-slash-whenever-I-have-time outfit post ;) These particular photos were taken over the Christmas holiday when I was home in Cali and kind of had this outfit on repeat.

PS: that beanie is fur-lined. and I am obsessed with it.

PPS: Emerald Bling stackable rings are my new favorite thing!

Red Stripes and Coral Brights

2013-10-09T11:33:00.000-07:00

Top: Anthropologie; Skirt: Unknown {borrowed from sister}; Shoes: Enzo Angiolini;

Clutch: Nordstrom Rack {gifted}; Sunnies: Karen Walker; Ring: Bulgari;

Bangles: Kate Spade, Ocean Leather, thrifted

While in Cali a few weeks ago, my family and I attended an auction + dinner benefitting the CF Foundation. Having scored this incredibly awesome peplum top on sale at Anthro recently, I had to find a way to incorporate it into a benefit-worthy outfit. Sister came to the rescue with this great coral skirt which created a surprisingly coordinated outfit if I do say so myself :)

Poncho: Dolce Vita {old, sample sale}; Bandeau: Free People; Skirt: Old Navy;

Sunnies: Karen Walker; Ring: Bulgari {borrowed from Mama Biggs};

Bangles: gifted and thrifted

I was fortunate to jetset home for a quick trip this past weekend and celebrate my 27th with my fam. God knows this outfit wouldn't fly in Seattle where it is certainly starting to feel like Fall. However, it was perfect for a night on the town with my family Saturday night.

Sequins on my 27th

2013-09-19T10:49:00.003-07:00

Sweater + Skirt: Old Navy; Booties: Bandolino

Apparently sequins and polka dots were in order for my 27th birthday yesterday. I wore the outfit above during the day and then rocked the below in the evening for dinner with girlfriends. I have a feeling that 27 is going to be a VERY good year for me. CHEERS!

2013-09-17T15:50:00.001-07:00

Sweater + Anorak: Old Navy; Skirt: ASOS; Booties: Enzo Angiolini

Did Old Navy NOT hit the nail on the head with this seriously swoon-worthy collection of embellished sweaters?! I mean, please. Rest assured there are more coming your way this week. PS: They're on sale people!

Gingham + Shorts: J. Crew Factory; Loafers: Michael Kors;

Sunnies: Karen Walker; Bangles: Ocean Leather

This is what I wore for a sunny Sunday Funday a few weeks back. It took me from a casual brunch, to outdoor rooftop beverages, to an evening filled with meatball subs and Cards Against Humanity. Happy Thursday!

I'll just come out and say that posting is going to be pretty sporadic within the next couple of months. My life is changing a bit and until I feel completely settled, this blog is going to serve as an outlet only when I feel like it. Today is one of those days so enjoy :) xo
