The real truth is that there are lots of people who live like we do - or even better. But the problem is that millionaires at this level will not normally tell you what they do or how they do it. What Is Your Time Really Worth?

Time Management is an integral part of your life and home based business. The following is a simple straight forward way to look at time management. Figure out the value of your time and then live your life accordingly. First things first, goal setting is paramount.

1- How Much Do You Want To Earn In The Next 12 months? Now this question should be answered with the following criteria:

A- pick a income goal which is going to make you stretch but is still obtainable. You want to grow but not set yourself up for failure.

B- Have the income goal translate into something. Example, if you made this money what would it allow you to do? How would it change your life? Every goal should translate into something for you. We are emotional and reward seeking human beings, so let's cater to that.

Now after obtaining this 12 month income goal answer the following questions.

2- How many days a week do you plan to work to make this money?
3- How many hours a day do you plan on working?
4- How many productive hours do you plan on working each day? Be truthful
5- How many productive hours do you plan on working each week? Be truthful
6- How many weeks a year do you plan on working?

Now multiply the number of productive hours in a week(Question 5) with the number of weeks you plan on working(Question 6). (Question5 x Question6)= X

Now divide Your 12 Month Income Goal(Question 1) by X. (Question1/X)= Y

Y is what your time is worth per hour. Now look at what you are doing in your business and life to see if you are doing things that:

A- someone else could be doing for you.(ex. house cleaning, laundry)
B- are not important to you therefore wasting your productive or leisure time
C- distracting you. (ex.pointless phone calls from negative people)

The number Y can really help you focus on the important stuff because if you are like me and Y= $400 per hour, there are many things I could outsource, stop doing or not let distract me. All this helps me be more successful in my Home Based Business and my family life. Until next time.......
