I recently got stuck on my 2017 Honda CR-V with some strange yellow glowing icon on dashboard under odometer every time when i started the car and it stayed there for awhile and then it disappeared in some time.

Väga ebameeldib kogemus Vabaduse väljaku maaaluse parklasse parkimisega, annab ikka kõvasti soovida eriti kui oled esimest korda parkija õhtul peale kella 22-te kui vabaduse väljaku tunnel on suletud.

Maaalusesse parklasse on 3 nö tunneli sissepääsu (Kaarli pst, Vabaduse väljaku enda poolt ning läbi väikse pargi - "Kaarli puiestee epsplanaadi") koos 2 liftiga mõlemal Kaarli puiesteed ja mitte ühestki ei saa parklasse õhtul peale kella 22-te auto juurde tagasi ja absoluutselt mitte mingit infot ega viitasid kuidas üldse saab alla parklasse auto järgi.

Pargi.ee äpp koos numbrilugemise funktsiooniga saatis SMS-i uksekoodiga ja puha aga mida ma sellega küll peale hakkan kui ei saa kusagilt alla parklasse! Isegi tädikene infoliinil andis umbkaudseid juhiseid mis oli täielik null info ja küsimusele kas ta ise on kunagi seal parkinud siis tuli vastuseks konkreetne EI. Ta lubas lubas ukse lahti teha sealt kust kaudu sisse sõitsin aga keeldusin - seal ju jalakäijate keelu märk!

Asi on siiski põhimõttes kui on rajatud parkla siis peab olema ka korrektne ligipääs mitte et inimesed ei peaks läbi katakombide mööda keelualasid oma autole järgi minema! Ühisteenused võtavad hingehinda parkimise (eriti nädalasees päevasel ajal) ja trahvidega aga selline asi on küll ennenägematu ning vastuvõetamatu. Täielik infosulg!

Sel korral polnud ainuke kes otsis sissepääsu, selle tunni aja jooksul kui otsisin sissepääsu sattusin kokku kahe inimesega kes samuti ei saanud alla parklasse ja tänu ühele kodanikule leidsimegi ära peidetud sissepääsu maalusesse parklasse.

* Sissepääs parklasse on ära peidetud hoopis vabaduse väljakul Harjumäe all - vasakul pool vabaduse risti juures on trepp ja sealt alla!

Repair Kia Sorento rear axle differential oli leak

Here is Kia Sorento 2005 rear axle differential oil leak video at 64X speed from 1 hour and 30 minute footage. Now it is repaired by using strong mixture of glass fiber molting method.

Resin alot - twice, let it dry a bit then add putty with strong hardener, let it dry a bit and sanding off unnecessary moisture and finally add couple of lairs thin class fiber fabrics, molt it on differential surface and let it try, shave off any unwanted surface and add some spray color also.

It will never leak again.

Things were pretty bad with this rear axle, it was moist since i got this car but it did not leak et that time. Turns out that this rear axle differential has been repaired before.

About few months ago it started to leak, every time when car was parked for long time then there was decent amount spill under differential.

Before repairs flush out old axle differential oil and later add brand new differential oil, in my case oil markings were 85w90 and amount to fit in differential is 1,6 liters for this specific rear axle: LSD type ( Limited-slip differential )

Escape from tarkov anti-cheat program: BattleEye detects as potentially dangerous applications, and will be forcefully shut down when you launch the game. This is not an application that is disallowed by BSG, and your access to the game will not be revoked. it will just be closed when you launch the game, and you will have to re-launch it after you open the game. There is a workaround for this with MSI Afterburner – under Enable low-level hardware access interface, change this to “kernel mode”. Then MSI Afterburner/RTSS will work ingame no issues.

FIX for recent ORIGIN update - ORIGIN Games will not launch

Basically you need to downgrade your Origin to version 10.5.57 and you will be set to play games like you use to, Most of all Command & Conquer series witch were mostly damaged by newest origin update, they just didn't launch and no error message were given.

Just Download older version of Origin HERE, install it, (no need to completely uninstall origin) just overwrite it, uncheck automatic updates ! start origin and your previously downloaded games should be already there and that's about it.

Vahest on ka nii et öösel ei saa korralikult magada ... mõtled kuidas sellega ükskord ühelepoole saada, see võiks juhtuda juba järgmine kord ...Siiber 40 euro eest lõbusõitudel käimisest, mõttetust aja, närvide ja raha tuulde loopimisest.

Eksamineerijad samuti inimesed ja neil nagu ka meil pole kõik päevad vennad, kõik oleneb ka nende tujust - see on kindlasti mõjutav faktor eduka sõidueksami läbimisel.

Tean ühtjagu mõndagi inimest kes on endale juhiload ostnud aga see aeg jääb kaugesse minevikku, nüüdsel ajastul liigne bürokraatia ning jälgimisühiskond on selle võimaluse ammu välja suretanud, ARK on juba ammu muutunud äriks mis täidab riigikassat lüpstes tavakodanikke ning mitte enam ei ole ta riiklik asutus nagu ta olema peaks. Süüdistused eksamiturismis ja lihtsalt eksamile tulevatest "proovijatest" on väga nõrk argument, ARK-i enda loodud süsteem toodab sellised ohvreid aja möödudes üha enam juurde.

Eesti rekord pidi olema ARK-i andmetel aastast 2014 kuni tänase päevani kus isik on sõidueksamil käinud juba 46 korda aga pole veel edukalt sõidueksamit sooritanud.

Samaliigiliste teede ristmikel peab teed andma ainult paremalt lähenevatele sõidukitele
Ühesuunalise sõidutee vasakpööre on lubatud ainult vasakult pool tee äärest (ka ühesuunalise tee lõppetava märgi juures)
Reguleerimata ristmikul võib võimalusel sooritada tagasipöörde
TTÜ ringristmik: 4 väljasuunda: 1 ja 2 välja - tuleb valida välimine sõidurada enne ringristmikule sõitmist (parempoolne), 3 ja 4 välja - sisemine (vasakpoolne) sõidurada enne ringristmikule sõitmist
Sõiduraja vahetamine nii asulas kui ka maanteel - "Enne suund sisse, veendu ümberreastumise ohutuses, veendu veelkord, kui ohutu siis vaheta rada ümberreastumiseks
Enne sõidu alustamist tuleb kasutada suunatuld
Sõiduraja vahetamine reguleerimata jalakäijate ülekäigurajal on keelatud

Minevikus tagasihoidlik, õppimishimuline ja andekas Jaanus Käärmann harrastas võistlustantsu millega jõudis mitmeid kordi koos oma partneriga eesti meistrivõistlustele, lõpetas Tartu Ülikoolis 2009. aastal bakalaureuseõppe informaatika erialal, edasi läks ta õppima Inglismaale Yorki ülikooli kus omandas kahe aastaga magistrikraadi, peale seda töötas aastaid erinevates ettevõtetes tarkvaraarendajana, tema vend Kristo Käärmann on TransferWise (erinevate valuuta nominaalidega tegelev rahvusvaheline ettevõtte) kaasasutaja ning on üks eesti rikkamaid inimesi.

Sündmusteahelik:

31 oktoobril 2017 kell 11.04 anti teada politseile paljajalu lühikestes pükstes kõndivast nugadega mehest. Isik jalutas Raekoja platsilt Vabaduse väljakule. Selleks isikuks osutus hiljem 33 aastane Jaanus Käärmann ning tol hetkel kogus oma tegevusega väga suurt tähelepanu

Oma 15 minutit oli ta sihitult raekoja platsis ringi jalutanud ja võttis suuna vabaduse väljakule mööda harju tänavat, paljud märkasid et tal oli otsaette kirjutatud „LOLL“ ning ümber kaela kõlkus sõlmega nöör.

Hiljem vabaduse väljakule kohale jõudnud politsei andis talle käsu noad maha visata kuid Jaanus seda ei teinud. Hetke kõheldes ja närviliselt edasi-tagasi käies otsustas ta joosta külmrelvadega politseinike poole pärast mida politseinik tegi kolm hoiatuslasku õhku ning neljanda lasu Jaanuse rindkeresse. Jaanus toimetati Mustamäe haiglasse, kus ta kell 12 suri saadud vigastustesse.

Tulude deklareerimise aeg on kohe-kohe ukse ees, alljärgnev on imelihtne moodus kuidas kiirelt ja lihtsalt pead vaevamata saab välja arvutada tagastamisele kuuluva summa, Koondandmetega 2015 aasta väljamaksete kohta ning paralleelselt on võimalus välja arvutada enammakstud tulumaksu tagastus mis on saadaval MTA kodulehel alates 8-st veebruarist 2016.

2016 Tuludeklareerimise olulisemad faktid

Olulised kuupäevad seoses tulude deklareerimisega 2016 aastal:

8.-10. veebruar. Võimalus tutvuda e-maksuametis/e-tollis deklaratsiooni eeltäidetud andmetega.

15. veebruar. Tuludeklaratsiooni esitamine e-maksuametis/e-tollis avatakse. Teenindusbürood hakkavad väljastama eeltäidetud tuludeklaratsiooni väljatrükki.

29. veebruar. Tulumaksu tagastamise algus e-maksuametis/e-tollis deklaratsiooni esitanud klientidele.

31. märts. Tuludeklaratsiooni esitamise tähtaeg.

20. aprill. Tulumaksu tagastamise algus paberdeklaratsiooni esitanud klientidele.

NÄIDE 1. Pere kahe lapsega. Abikaasad soovivad teha ühise tuludeklaratsiooni.

Maksustatav tulu: 11 600 - 6161.60 = 5438.40
Tulumaks sellelt 5438.40 * 20% = 1087.68 (summa, mis on siis 2015. aasta lõplik tulumaksu kohustus)
Tasutud tulumaks: 131.68 + 1365.60 = 1497.28 (aasta jooksul tasutud tulumaks)
Lõplik maksukohustus: 1087.68 - 1497.28 = -409.60
Seega on aasta jooksul tasutud rohkem tulumaksu ning enam makstud tulumaks 409.60 tagastatakse tuludeklaratsiooni esitanud pereliikme pangakontole.

Kuna aasta jooksul oli tulumaks õigesti kinni peetud ja arvestatud ka jooksvalt igakuist maksuvaba tulu, siis ei saa midagi tagasi ega ka tule juurde tasuda.

Mis saab siis, kui ma lihtsalt jätan tuludeklaratsiooni tähelepanuta ja ei esita seda?

Kõigil ei olegi kohustust tuludeklaratsiooni esitada ehk kui tulult ei ole vaja tasuda täiendava tulumaksu või saadud tulu aastas kokku ei ületanud maksuvaba tulu piirmäära, siis deklaratsiooni esitama ei pea. Viimase kolme aasta lõikes on hilinejate arv jäänud samaks ja eraisikuid on üle 11 000 (deklaratsioone esitati möödunud aastal üle poole miljoni ehk 592 507), FIE-de puhul on see number ca 1000 (2014. aasta eest oli 34 614 inimesel kohustus esitada füüsilise isiku tuludeklaratsioon).

Kui me tuludeklaratsioonide järelkontrollis avastame, et selline deklaratsioon on jäetud esitamata, kus inimene pidanuks tulumaksu juurde maksma, siis me võtame inimesega ühendust ja tavaliselt meeldetuletusest ka piisab ja deklaratsioon esitatakse ära.

Igal juhul on mõistlik saadud tulu õigel ajal deklareerida, sest kui me näiteks tuludeklaratsiooni järelkontrollide käigus näeme, et seda tehtud ei ole, lisandub maksmata maksusummale ka viivis ja siis tuleb juba oluliselt rohkem tasuda.

To reduce shadow map resolution you have to do it in-game, no ini file editing in this case is not possible, just launch game in "test range" mode hit console key (under Escape) and enter following command into console and determine value (256 is default value); example:

WorldRender.SpotLightShadowmapResolution 128

Game restart is required to make changes take effect

Alternatively you can create user.cfg file (not recommended) into your root Battlefield folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4) and paste these already tested performance settings with lowered values into it and run game with more fluent graphics.

Fallout 3 GOTY Intro/Startup Freeze Issue FIX

Here is solution to permanent fix for Fallout 3 applies successfully to GOTY edition as-well

Fallout 3 is not quite old game but engine has some issues with processors that have more than 2 cores witch most of new processors have in these days. You can force the game to only use two of them and it will stop the freezing. I haven't had it freeze on end of intro once since I applied these modifications with new line to fallout3.ini file, screenshot with details is down below.

Open up the fallout.ini file using notepad witch is located: My Documents\My Games\Fallout3\Fallout3.ini

Find the line:

bUseThreadedAI=0

Change it to:

bUseThreadedAI=1

Add another line after it and insert:

iNumHWThreads=2

This will limit the game to 2 cores and prevent the engine bug from causing the game to freeze on intro.

I love this game like most of hardcore stalker series fans, but I don't like the English voices with the silly accents, so lets change it to same level like Shadow of Chernobyl was - English text and Russian voices

There is a way to replace English voice-over vocals with original Russian vocals in same time by keeping English text including subtitles in game

Few notes how to successfully apply this FIX: (These same notes are also included in self-extracting archive welcome message)

EXTRACT gamedata to root of COP folder, self-extracting archive will do it for you if you don't have problems with installation directory path, Proceed with "install"

DELETE english.db from localization folder, DONE, launch the game!
