Sometimes I lasted a few days, sometimes a few weeks. But I always ended up smoking cigarettes again. I didn't try any "Quit Smoking Program", but I did use different methods like going cold turkey, gradually decreasing the number of cigarettes, doing exercise and so on. But I just can't seem to stop myself from smoking.

I know about the side effects of smoking, that it's killing me and those around me, and I've seen those horrible pictures of smoking side effects. But these didn't stop me either. I started smoking when I was 18 years old, I'm now 23 and am smoking One (or more) pack of cigarettes a day.

Today, I decided to quit smoking cold-turkey. I am very much hoping for a positive result but should something go wrong, I intend to record my experience and/or progress here so that it may help me or maybe others, somehow.
