Wearing High Heels During Pregnancy

noreply@blogger.com (dewi) — Sun, 20 Mar 2011 10:19:00 +0000

The female body changes a lot during pregnancy and it can be a huge adjustment for a first time mother. A growing belly can be awe-inspiring to everyone but to the pregnant woman who has to find clothes to look good in and shoes that fit comfortably on tired, swollen feet. It is possible to wear high heels during pregnancy, provided you read your body's signs.

During pregnancy, a woman's center of gravity changes making her unable to walk as steadily. She will also be more prone to falls. A fall can pose many dangers to your pregnancy and your baby.

Since pregnancy disrupts a woman's sense of balance, high heels are sometimes not recommended. It can also aggravate back pain and aching feet, which are common pregnancy symptoms. Using a bit of common sense and being cautious means that you will not have to give up on high heels altogether during your pregnancy.

It is suggested that heels are not much higher than 1 inch during pregnancy. The heels should also have a wider base to provide stability, which will make you less prone to losing your balance, causing you to fall or twist an ankle. Platform shoes should be avoided, as it is harder to balance wearing those when you are pregnant.

It may be an idea to wear heels for special occasions or for short periods of time. It is not a good idea to wear high heels all day, but rather to change back into more comfortable shoes after a while. When your feet are swollen or when you experience back pain, it is your body telling you that it is time to change to more comfortable shoes.

Flat shoes will be more comfortable to wear on a day-to-day basis. Wearing flats will help to minimize any strain that higher shoes can place on your back. Online shoe swap and auction sites offer great deals on shoes that you can wear during pregnancy without having to spend a fortune on it. After all, once the baby is born, your feet may get back to their normal size and the shoes may be too big. Finally, you can return to your killer high heels.

noreply@blogger.com (dewi) — Sun, 11 Jul 2010 14:03:00 +0000

ABC rugs are very popular among the children. Both the kids of pre-school and the school love them a lot. They are wonderful as educational tools. The parents can teach their children the alphabets with these mats.

There are different brands of mats available on the market. All the brands have their different variety. So, you can easily buy them from the market. There are different price levels. You can go for the one that suits your budget the most.

But often it happens that you choose one that has a very high price exceeding your budget. You feel really very bad when you are not able to buy the one you have chosen for your tots. But you do not need to worry. You can keep in mind the design and make one for yourself. This will save your money and help you to make the best one for your little angels.

The process of making the ABC rugs is very easy. All you need to do is to be innovative and creative. Here are some suggestions for you about making the mats:

Firstly, you will have to look for a suitable design. If you have something in your mind you can draw it on a sheet of paper to make a plan. If you do not have the design in mind, then you can look into the internet or go to the stores to have a look over the mats available there.

Secondly, you will have to get the materials once you have decided on the design. You need to make a list of the necessary stuffs and buy them. In terms of the material for the base, you will have to decide keeping in mind your kid's convenience and comfort.

Thirdly, you will have to take the material and draw the shape on it. Then you will have to cut the material according to the shape and then sew it properly.

Fourthly, you will have to put the letters on your ABC rugs. Cut small pieces of letters from the same material and sew them on the mats. You can also embroider the letters on them.

World Largest Potential of Geothermal Energy

noreply@blogger.com (dewi) — Sun, 11 Jul 2010 14:01:00 +0000

Visit one of the islands of Indonesia, and the possibility of day trips to one of the largest volcanic islands will be in your schedule. Many of them still active, enchant you with their real existence, with the seductive guide the steamy, gray mud volcanoes smear on your face to face soon.

Finally, the smell of sulfur will lead to your back down the mountain, walk or run back to your tour bus. But there is more than a "wow" factor: The Indian government recently announced plans 4000 MW of geothermal energy development of the volcanoes in 2014.

While the chattering classes debate the future impact of China and India in the energy supply of the earth, Indonesia is the sleeping giant slowly at the site of the world economy. After years of slow growth and corruption under the regime of Suharto, Indonesia is to reduce debt, attract more foreign direct investment, and financial reforms implemented. Poverty is declining, but still a trap about 18% of its population of about 230 million people, 35% of them have no electricity before.

And this is the puzzle. Indonesia, most of its energy needs with coal, consumption will only increase in coming years. But most experts believe that Indonesia has the largest geothermal energy in the world, but only a small portion is harvested: 1100 megawatts per year. Estimates vary on how much the entire project will house fuel: simple mathematical set four million homes, my conservative estimates indicate that 800 000 houses could benefit.

This project challenges. First is the cost: U.S. $ 12 billion, a large amount for a country with a GDP of U.S. $ 514,000,000,000. And on average, a geothermal power plants are twice the cost of which is powered by coal. Then you throw into the mix of logistics: The project as conceived now spread throughout this nation of 17,000 islands. Finally, the islands are inhabited by ethnic groups whose leaders have little love for the Javanese, Indonesia's largest ethnic group and the control of Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia.

Indonesia still has the potential to force more homes while weaning itself off of coal in the long term. Geothermal electric plant Kamojang has been provided 1982. Balinese are also host to the largest geothermal conference in the world this weekend. So far the World Bank and Asian Development Bank has invested about U.S. $ 400 million. There is a long road, but the outcome could be worth it, because more people out of poverty and the government seeks to increase economic development for their people to help.

Reboot Yourself: Press Cntrl-Alt-Delete

noreply@blogger.com (dewi) — Sun, 11 Jul 2010 13:37:00 +0000

An Innovative Approach

Like computers, we have many things happen in our lives that can cause us and we lost to crash or freeze up where things are in the habit or do not feel motivated. Just as we are computers, there are some buttons you can push for you to get out of situations and pressing the right buttons you can move towards independent innovation and change your country is not motivated.

You must be wondering why I have a button control-Alt-Delete as an example for this post. Well, like computers, we can be caught and filled with processes that tend to freeze us. Sometimes no matter how long we wait for something to happen, things just seem to go too slow. In life, you also have the option of Control - Alt and Delete to produce better results. See what I mean below:

* CTRL

Control-In life, things that come our way that we can not control, but one thing we can control is our attitude. We can choose to learn from our barriers and let us not be overcome and accept it as a lesson or as they say, "if it does not kill you, it makes you" strong. If you do not feel motivated to control the situation by adjusting your attitude that if you do not feel motivated. Look for new ways to create yourself or what you do.

When we act as a cruise control robot, that things can get pretty boring, but we have the power to encourage us sendiri "control" button, as we get out of our comfort zone and opening to the challenge of different actions that will give us back the sense of motivation in our lives. You have full control of what you do every day, you can choose to do what is necessary, or you can search for a new opportunity, a volunteer for various projects, the mentors, fix what you are doing ... You have full control, just press that button.

* ALT

Alternative-Ok, ALT key real alternative, but in this case lets say it stands for an alternative. If you're not motivated, looking for alternatives to make you re-power and motivation. If you keep doing what you do, but it keeps you motivated to stay like this. You will feel trapped because you do not look for a different path to take instead of you continue to do what makes you feel unmotivated. Adjust your attitude, with a positve mind as an alternative, or thick and finding your passions, but if you press no alternative, you'll keep getting what we have now.
people busy

* DELETE

Remove-We are more than ever, and as a computer with multiple processes running in the background of our minds, can freeze and create a state unmotivation. You have the opportunity to press their "delete key" and delete the negative things in your life. Analyze what makes you feel sad or unmotivated and delete it. Replace them with things that motivate you and positive thoughts. You streamline processes and cut B.S. You're just frozen, and free yourself from having unnecessary thoughts and activities in your life.

Remember, you have control "attitude" towards your things. You always have the "Alternative" and you can always cut, actions and thoughts of fat removed by pressing the "delete" button. If you press the three as you would on your computer, you will practice personal innovation and finding creative ways to live a productive and motivated by a reboot yourself and improve yourself currently frozen.
