The application assessment process for Canadian Investor Immigration:

After you present your application of Investor Immigration, a CIC officer will confirm that you have submitted all the necessary documents with your application. The officer will confirm you have:

•Completed your application form appropriately and signed it

•Paid your fee

•Included the required behind documents if you used the normal application process.

If you have submitted an application using the Simplified Application Process, the visa office will make contact with you and request you to give the essential documentation approximately four months before your application is processed.

The visa office where you submitted your application will send you a letter when it receives your complete application. The correspondence will tell you what you require to do and what happens next. If your submission is not complete, the visa office will return it to you without processing it.

Processing time of Canadian Investor Immigration:

The length of time it takes to process applications varies depending on where you applied. You can check application processing times on CIC website

Medical Examinations:

You must get ahead of a medical examination previous to coming to Canada. Your dependants must also go by a medical examination although they are not coming to Canada with you.

Criminal and security checks of Canadian Investor Immigration:

If you have a criminal history you may not be permissible to enter Canada. People who cause a risk to Canada’s security are not allowable to come to Canada either.

If you want to immigrate to Canada under Investor Immigration of Canadian Business Immigration, you and any family members 18 years of age and older who arrive Canada with you have to provide police certificates to the visa office.

If you submit an application using the normal application process, you must submit the police certificates along with your application. If you submit an application using the simplified application process, the visa office will make contact with you and ask you to give the required documentation at a later date.

The decision:

The CIC official will decide on your application based on numerous factors, including:

•Whether you meet the definition of an investor

•The points you build up under each of the five selection factors.

•The results of your medical examination

•The results of your criminal and security checks

The visa office will make contact with you if it needs additional documentation or if you are required to be present at an interview.

If your application is accepted, you will be asked to submit your passport to the Canadian visa office where you applied so as to receive your permanent resident visa.

Change of Address:

If you shift or amend your address, telephone number or any other contact information after you present your application, you have to contact the visa office where you submitted your application.

Confirmation of Permanent Residence:

If your application is accepted, the visa office will issue a permanent resident visa to you. Your permanent resident visa comprises your affirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) and your entry visa. Your COPR will contain identification information in addition to your snap. Please make sure the information on your COPR to confirm it is correct. It ought to be the same as the information on your passport. If there is an error on your COPR, contact your visa office. You must have your COPR and your visa with you when you arrive in Canada.

Making your investment for Canadian Investor Immigration:

If your application is accepted, you have to make an investment of C$400,000 in a particular time before a permanent resident visa will be issued. In the majority of cases, you have to make the investment within 30 days. The visa office will send you a letter with further instructions. Your permanent resident visa will not be issued until you create your investment.

A person may work in H-1B status for an utmost of six years. Though, a petition will not be granted for further than three years. An expansion of stay is requested if a person is in H-1B status previously and he or she is entitled for an extended period of employment. A number of foreign nationals working on Defense Department projects might remain in H1B status for 10 years.

USCIS will usually not grant a request for temporary people. An appeal may be filed by a job service provider, specifically a person or entity that pays its workers for services performed at the work sites of other employers.

In some cases, it is likely to get your H-1B visa accepted for more than 6 years in a number of cases depending upon your service based green card processing status. Please refer to the suitable section to find out more regarding how you can expand your H-1B visa for further than 6 years, either at a time or at a time.

The benefit of an H1 visa is that you can work lawfully in the U.S. in non-immigrant status, and get the visa rapidly after the appeal is approved. You might travel in and out of the U.S. or stay in the U.S. in anticipation of the visa expires, and an H4 visa is obtainable for accompanying family member (spouse and minor children under 21).

Generally, most nonimmigrant visa classifications need that a person upholds a foreign residence overseas and show that he or she is coming to the U.S. for the time being. On the other hand, the law allows an individual on an H-visa to have "dual intention," which is questionably the most beneficial feature of obtaining this visa. Under the double intent principle, a person might come to the U.S. temporarily and legally look for permanent residence (for himself/herself and instant family members, wife and children under 21) in the United States simultaneously, devoid of affecting H1/H4 status.

As a result, the filing of a labor certification or an employment based partiality petition will not cause refutation of an H-1B petition filed with the USCIS or an application for an H-1B visa at a U.S. Consulate abroad.

At the same time as a green card application is pending, H1/H4 visa holders can take a trip in and out of the U.S. using a non-expired H1/H4 visa with no need for Advance Parole or EAD. H-1B foreign line workers are not required to uphold foreign residence and might seek permanent residence in the U.S. If you map to work for numerous employers (either full time or part time), each employer must file separate H1B petition. The employer is accountable for return transportation costs for a worker terminated before the end of the approved period of employment. You cannot file H1 for yourself.

H1 visa holders can purchase a house or any other real estate possessions in the USA. H1 visa holders can also spend money in stocks, mutual funds, bonds etc. H1 visa holders cannot work as self-employed or freelancers and do agreement type of work in free time.

If the recipient of an H-1B visa is in the U.S. in suitable status (e.g., F-1 visa), he or she might change status. If the receiver is not in the U.S., he or she has to go to the U.S. Consulate to submit an application for an H-1B visa upon USCIS's endorsement of the employer's petition.

<!--

• Federal Skilled Workers

• Business Immigration

• Study Permits

• Provincial Nominee Programs

• Quebec Skilled Immigration

• Work permits

On the other hand Canada Visa Lottery 2013 -2014 is not the official program Canadian Government. There are a number of fake and dishonest companies which are advertising the Canada Visa Lottery 2013 -2014 program. Remarkably, these companies offer the supposed winners that they will pay for the Canada visa procedure and will assist you to immigrate to the Canada without difficulty.

Throughout the world, only US Government offers US Visa Lottery to 50,000 people of some specific countries of world. In addition, eligible people who are now living in Canada to take part in their yearly DV lottery program. Keep in mind that those people must have been born in eligible countries for US Visa Lottery. People who were born in Canada are not permissible to take part in this lottery according to the American DV lottery instructions.

So it is crystal clear that Canada visa lottery is operated by unethical people who want to make money by making people foolish. If you want to submit an application for student, Immigrant or visitor, visit Canadian Embassy website of your home country and get the forms and advice from them. Pay the visa processing fees only to the Canadian embassy recognized banks.

<!--

The Government of Canada is scheduling to greet more and more federal skilled workers in the year 2012.

Canada Immigration Plan 2012

As per Canadian Immigration Plan of 2012, the Federal Skilled Worker Program of Canadian immigration remains the main source for permanent immigration to Canada. Canada will welcome approx 10,000 more federal skilled workers in 2012. For that reason CIC plans to greet 55,000 to 57,000 federal skilled workers. This figure is up from 47,000 in the 2011 Immigration Levels of Canadian Immigration.

Canadian Government recognizes the worth of immigrants to its job market and values the contributions of skilled immigrants who add to its international competitiveness. In 2012, the Canadian government’s major priority will remain the economy. CIC committed to smooth the progress of the arrival of the best and the brightest immigrants to our Canada.

A fundamental achievement of the year 2011 milestone was reached this year when the backlog of post Feb 2008 Federal Skilled Worker applications was reduced by more than 50 percent which is two years before schedule. The higher range of applicants in 2012 will shore up labor market awareness and maintain progress on backlog reduction.

CIC completed a wide evaluation of the Federal Skilled Worker Program in 2010, showing that the program is working fine and selecting immigrants who achieve well economically. The report establishes that 89% of FSWs were in employment or self-employed three years after landing. In addition, 95 percent of the companies surveyed indicated that FSWs were meeting and going beyond their expectations. The assessment indicated a strong continuing requirement for skilled immigrants in Canada.

CIC will carry on to ramp up efforts to update its immigration system to make it more lively and responsive to labor market requirements. Following countrywide consultations in spring 2011 on proposals to develop the Federal Skilled Worker Program, CIC is energetically exploring policy options on the way forward.

In addition to IELTS, the only authorized and acceptable test for Canadian Immigration is CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program).

For Canadian Immigration, you have to provide evidence of language proficiency by taking a language test from an organization designated by CIC (IELTS and CELPIP). With your test results, you will be able to see accurately how many points you will obtain for the language selection factor of Canadian Immigration.

While applying for Canadian Immigration, never go for TOEFL as it is not acceptable by CIC for Immigration purpose. Although you may use TOEFL for getting admission in a Canadian university because lots of Canadian Universities recognizes and accepts TOEFL.

So, while applying for immigration, make arrangements for testing by a CIC-designated agency (IELTS and CELPIP). The test results will be used by CIC as decisive proof of your English and French language proficiency. Your IELTS result will be valid for two years.

Please note that incorporate the results of your test in your Canadian immigration application. You immigration application will not processed if you do not include your English test results.

In addition, it is not requisite to send your English test results directly to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) from the testing agency. Instead, you have to submit your original TRF or test result with your complete immigration package.

You can use the equivalency charts to see accurately how many points you will earn based on your test results. The following page will provide you with the equivalency chart for IELTS

Equivalency Chart for IELTS

Note: IELTS and CELPIP have two options for the reading and writing tests: “General” and “Academic.” You must take the “General” option for Canadian Immigration purpose

First of all, check the expiry date on your study permit, and ensure you submit an application before that expiry of your previous visa. Keep in mind that you should submit an application for renewal at least 30 days prior to your current study permit expires.

In case you submit an application for a renewal or extension of your study permit and the permit expires before you take delivery of an answer, you can carry on to study in Canada under the similar conditions until you receive a result.

You should submit an application to renew or extend your study permit if you plan to travel outside Canada and your study permit will expire at the same time as you are travelling.

Note: You cannot renew or extend your student visa beyond the expiry date on your passport.

If your student visa has expired, and you have not applied for a renewal, you have to leave Canada.

Illegal Immigrants in these countries work on very low wage and therefore exploit the rights of natives and permanent residents.

Supporters for illegal immigration try to cover it as a victimless crime, but the truth is that illegal immigration causes ample damage to Canadian and American citizens and legal immigrants / Permanent Residents, mainly those in the weakest sectors of their population i.e. the poor, minorities, and kids.

There are several penalties imposed by the both governments to curb the menace of illegal immigration including:
• Punishment by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in detention center. Extra civil fines might be imposed at the judgment of immigration jury, but civil fines do not counteract the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.
• Deportation of the whole family
• No access to public funds and free healthcare
• Paid education for children

Illegal immigrants in Canada and United Stated face the following difficulties:
• Slavery and poor working environment: Illegal immigrants are forced to work in a working environment where the citizens don’t want to work. They might be hired in life threatening professions at a very low wage.
• They have to work as a second class citizen having no rights on public health or safety.
• They might be abused by the police due to their status and unfamiliarity with the local language
• Every year there are hundreds of illegal Immigrant dies by exposure in the deserts of Southwestern United States for the duration of the hot summer season.

Illegal Immigrants are a threat for Legal Immigrants because:
• They cause a huge drain on public funds.
• Taxes paid by immigrants do not start to cover the cost of services received by them.
• The quality of education, health care and other services for Canadians and Americans are damaged by the requirements of never-ending numbers of poor, unskilled illegal immigrants.
• Job competition by waves of illegal immigrants distressed for any job unjustly depresses the wages and working conditions offered to legal workers, hitting hardest at minority workers and those with no high school degrees.

<!--

The log jam of Canadian immigration applications is hurting Canada's standing as a most favorite immigration aim for skilled migrants. In a number of cases people prefer Australia, New Zealand and Denmark as a substitute immigration destination.

Canadian Immigration Minister Honorable Jason Kenney said that this state of affairs was a big problem. He has spoken repeatedly about the requirement to make the application process more efficient and get the backlog under control.

Numerous hearings on this matter are pending to take place before the House of Commons immigration committee.

Critics say that at the same time as the government talks regarding lessen the backlog, they are also continuing to allow big numbers of new Canadian immigration applications, so making the problem worse.

"At the same time as Canada continues to welcome historically high records of new immigrants, and maintains the most open and liberal immigration system in the planet, we have to cautiously administer the large number of populace around the globe who desire to be Canadian," a representative for Kenney told.

The Canadian government declared that since 2008, they have reduced the speed of the backlog through measures which bound immigration in certain areas, for instance the investor route. Furthermore, people who submit an application as skilled workers and have experience in 29 most wanted jobs are fast tracked and have their applications approved inside months.

The people who bear the longest waiting times comprise parents and grandparents of permanent residents and immigrants who applied previous to the changes introduced in 2008. To take advantage of this situation, there are lots of fake and scam companies which are offering UK Visas through lottery program. Always keep away from eye-catching offers UK Green Card or emails offering visa lotteries of UK, Australia or Canada. On the map of globe, US is the only country of the world which offers DV Lottery Visa to specific countries of the world.

A lot of people who are concerned in getting a visa of UK speculate if they can submit an application for the UK visa lottery program. Contrasting the United States DV Visa Lottery, the Home Office and Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship of UK does not host any kind of UK visa lottery program for potential immigrants.

Applying for an UK visa can be a quite difficult process, and you have to provide supporting documents and papers derived from the kind of visa you are applying for.
