-Have cow milk(preferably non-hybrid cow).
-Consume Guntagalagara(bringaraja) chatney along with food.
-Consume karam podi(made of mirchi powder,coconut, seseme seed oil) along with rice.

REMEDY 2: NEEM OIL:
-Take good quality neem oil(vepa nune).
-One hour before having food, pour a drop of neem oil in nostrils and breath in.

REMEDY 3: BRINGARAJADI CHURNAM:
-Bringaraj leaves, Usiri powder, Athimadhuram
-Mix above three and roast them.
-Then mix it with equal proportions of Black seseme seed powder(Nalla nuvvula podi) and candy sugar powder.
-Filter the composition using a cotton cloth to obtain a fine powder.
- Have it along with a cup of water daily one hour before having food.
-Initially have half teaspoon and increase the dosage to one teaspoon regularly.

Dr. ELCHURI'S REMEDY FOR STAMMERING(NATTHI)

Some people may be suffering from stammering, they cant speak the words quickly. Some may speak very fast and their words would not be understood by others. The following remedy helps such people to overcome their problem.

Required:
Vasa Kommulu- 50 grams
Sonti Kommulu- 50 grams
Pippallu (pippali)- 50 grams
Saraswathi Leaf- 150 grams

Procedure:

Take Vasa kommulu in fresh water and make it stay for 24 hours in water.
After 24 hours take them out of water and pound them.
Make them dried. Then make them into powder.
Slightly roast Sonti kommulu and Pippali and make them powder.
Dry Saraswathi leaves in shade and make powder.
Then mix these powders together and preserve it.

Usage:
Take 2 to 3 grams of this powder.
Mix a spoon of pure honey to it and eat daily once in the morning.

Dr. ELCHURI'S REMEDY FOR PIMPLES

RECIPE 1:
Make a paste of Sonti and Lavanga(cloves) with water. Apply this paste daily. It cures pimples effectively.

RECIPE 2:
Make a paste of JAJIKAYA with water. Apply this paste for 30 days. Pimples will be reduced and no marks will be left.

RECIPE 3:
Cut an Onion(neerulli) into two halves. Take one half and rub it to face. After half an hour wash face. Do it regularly and pimples will be cured.

RECIPE 4:
Kasturi Pasupu(Turmeric powder)
Lemon juice
Mix them to get a paste. Apply this to face regularly. Pimples will be cured.

RECIPE 5:
Apply the water that is obtained after washing rice(ganji). This will also cure pimples.

1. Take garlic peel in large quantity because on making ash it will come to small quantity.

2. Roast the garlic peel on a pan till it becomes black ash.

3. Filter the ash to get fine powder with a cotton cloth.

4. Add olive oil to this ash to make it just like hair die.

5. Preserve it for 7 days(do not store in refrigerator).

6. After 7 days apply it to hair in the same way as hair die. Preferably apply it at evening times and have head bath next morning.

7. For still better results don't do head bath the next day instead keep it like that for 2 to 3 days and then have a bath.

Get up early in the morning before sun rise. Sit down in PADMASANA on the floor. Choose a pleasant place for this. And pronounce the mantra "OM HRUM SWAHA" loudly. Do it every day, this clears your throat.

REMEDIES:

Grind the paipal tree bark and leaves, add honey and apply the lep on the painful area.
Grind the Moolhati, harad, daruhaldi and chameli leaves and mix with honey. Apply this lep on the painful area.
In case of mouth ulcer caused due to vata, rub finely grounded rock salt.
Make Quath with chameli, Giloy, raisins, patha, daruhaldi, harad, baheda and avala leaves, let it cool, add honey and drink it.
Add honey in Triphala decoction and do rinse the mouth with this solution.
Put rock salt in hot water and rinse the mouth.
Boil acacia gum in triple the quantity of water, sieve it and store it in a bottle. Apply this on the ulcers.
Apply banana juice on the child's mouth early in the morning. This gives relief.
It is also beneficial to make the sit under the goat and let the milk streak fall directly in the mouth. This should be done early in the morning.
Cotton soaked in Glycerin is also very beneficial in this case.
Grind the roasted Suhaga nicely and add honey, apply this on the ulcers.
Take two parts of moolhati, pathani lodh, usva and black sesame seeds, one part roasted Suhaga, boil it one part water and make sugar syrup with sugar candy. Apply this thrice or four times daily to cure mouth ulcers.
Mix peppermint oil with glycerin and apply on the ulcers for quick relief.
Take equal quantities of praval pishti washed in rose water and Swarna makshik, wash it nicely and keep it aside. Give 25 mg to 125 mg depending on the age of the child and give it with pomegranate juice twice daily.
Make decoction with Triphala, patha, raisins and chameli leaves and give it to the child in reasonable quantity.
Take equal quantities of satvan bark, poppy seeds, sespedula leaves, nagarmotha, amaltas and red sandal. Make a quath and give it to the patient. This is beneficial in case of mouth ulcers.
Make the decoction with daruhaldi, chameli flowers, raisins, thymol seeds and triphala, add honey and give it to the patient suffering with mouth ulcers.
Quath made with sespedula, dry ginger, triphala, indrayan roots, banphasha, kutaki, turmeric and Giloy add honey and give to the patient.
Sucking neem gum is also beneficial in this case.
Apply glycerin and let the saliva come out.
Suck the green leaves of arhar for quick relief in mouth ulcers.
Applying milk of Gular tree is also beneficial in this case.
Make the decoction with mogra leaves and rinse the mouth to cure mouth ulcers.
Make the decoction with green menhdi leaves and rinse the mouth twice or thrice for special relief in mouth ulcers.
Soak the raisins in water for some time then chew and eat.
Add salt in raw bitter gourd and keep it under the Sun. extract the juice and add it in water. Rinse the mouth with this water for quick relief in mouth ulcers.

DR. ELCHURI'S REMEDY FOR JOINT PAINS - ERANDA THAILAM

REQUIRED INGREDIENTS:

Amudam Tree Roots (Castor) 1 Kg
Pure Drinking Water 4 Kgs
Castor oil(Vanta amudham) 1 Kg
Pepper 20 gms
Pippali Powder 20 gms
Karpura Powder 20 gms

PROCEDURE:

Take Amudham tree roots(1 kg) and grind and collect it in a vessel.
Add Pure water to it and place it on stove.
Boil it on slim fire till 1 kg of kashayam is remaining and filter it to obtain kashayam.
Place the Kashayam again on stove and add Castor oil to it.
Boil it on slim fire till only Castor oil remains.
Again filter it and add fine powder of pepper, pippali and karpura to it.
Mix it properly and preserve it in a box with closed lid.
This recepe is called Eranda Thailam.

USAGE:

This oil can be used by those people who are suffering from joint pains, joint swellings etc.
Twice a day before taking bath take some oil and make it warm.
Massage it on the joints which are causing pains.
Regular exercise along with this massage will make joint pains disappear.

PROCEDURE:

Take these in equal proportions.
Take a glass of warm water and add a spoon of this mixture to it.
Add lemon juice (1 lemon) to it.
Preserve it for 4 to 5 hours.
Stir it with spoon to obtain foam.
Apply it to scalp.
Use it for head bath twice a week.
It will reduce itching, dandruff, dirt and makes roots of hair strong.
Regular use will make hair healthy and reduces hair fall and even improves hair growth.

SYMPTOMS:

Stomach bulges often.
Improper urination or difficulty in urinating.
Bad urine smell.
During urinating the stones inside move and cause wounds in the path of urinary bladder.
This may lead to bleeding along with urine.
Urine splits into two separate flows.

If the above symptoms are found it can be concluded that there is some problem with kidneys.

SELF TEST FOR YOUR KIDNEYS:

Early morning, urine must be taken in a glass container.
Observe it carefully. Check whether it is pure or impure.
If it is pure it will be in light yellow color with out too bad smell and with out oily or dust particles.
If it has a very bad smell or contains dust or oily particles, and the color is black, red or dark color then it is impure.
If the urine is impure then there is problem in kidneys.

PURIFYING KIDNEYS:

Take a cup of pure water.
Add spoon of tea powder.
Boil it till it reduces to half the quantity.
Add half cup of pure drinking water to it.
Take this mixture early morning before taking food.
After taking this mixture take care not to drink or eat any thing for an hour.
In the evening take a cup of radish juice+one spoon of honey.
Make sure to take this two to three hours before dinner.

Follow the treatment for 15 days.

On 16th day morning test the urine again.

No impurities will be found.

This remedy has been told to thousands of patients and proved to be very effective.

Dr. Elchuri's Remedy For BLACK CANCER (Raktha Pandu)

RECEPE:

Billa Ganneru Flower (Periwinke) powder : 50 gms
Gunta galagara flower or leaf powder : 50 grams
Thella Jilledu Flowder powder : 50 gms
Tulasi leaves Powder : 50 gms
Pure Turmeric powder : 50 gms
Roasted pepper : 50 gms

PROCEDURE:

-Mix them all. Filter them to obtain fine powder. Use a cotton cloth to filter.
-Take the powder in a wide opened vessel made of mud.
-Add Govu Muthram (Cow urine) to it till the podwer drowns.
-Allow it to be still all the night.
-Dry it in the sun in the morning.
-Again add cow urine to it at night.
-Continue this procedure for seven nights and seven days.
-After the above procedure grind the mixture in pot to fine paste.
-Add filtered Cow urine to paste if necessary.
-Add some honey to the mixture.
-Make the paste as small tablets.
-Dry the tablets in air.
-After drying preserve them in a glass bottle.

USAGE OF THE TABLETS:

For children one tablet three times a day.
For adults one to three tablets three times a day.
Take along with pure milk or orange juice(just like you have common tablets with water).
Forty days of dosage can cure tough diarrhea, black cancer(pandu), blood deficiency, viral fevers.
It will improve immunity system in body.

RECIPE:
This Ayurvedic medicine given below can be easily prepared in house using the commonly used kitchen spices which are easily available in the market.

Cumin seeds(Jeelakarra)

Rock candy(Pattika Bellam)

Ghee(Neyyi)

Take 100 grams of Cumin seeds, fry it lightly. Now powder it. Keep it aside.

Take 100 grams of Rock candy. Powder it. keep it aside.

Now mix the Rock candy powder with one glass of water and boil it for 1 t0 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add the Cumin seeds powder which we kept aside and start mixing the solution while boiling. While mixing the solution add 100 grams of Ghee.

Boil the whole solution until you get a HALWA like material and remove from the stove wait for some time.Take the medicine in a dry bottle and preserve. It should be kept in dry place and always use a dry spoon

Dosage:

For Adults (1/2-1) tea spoon before one hour to lunch and dinner.

For Children 1/4th tea spoon before one hour to lunch and dinner.

REMEMBER:
It is very essential to keep the medicine in dry place. Use a dry spoon whenever you open the bottle.

Dr. Elchuri's Remedy For OBESITY

RECIPE NO 1:

Take 1/4 Liter mild water. Add 2 tea spoons of Ginger juice, 4 spoons of Honey. Add half spoon of roasted Cumin seed (Jeelakarra) powder, half spoon of roasted Coriander seed (Dhaniya) powder to it.

Take this early in the morning before breakfast.

RECIPE NO 2:

Uttareni Juice, Ava Nune (Mustard oil), Avise Nune (Flax oil), Nuvvula Nune (Seseme seed oil).

Take equal proportions of the above. Boil on slim fire till uttareni juice is completely mixed up in it. Oil is obtained at the end. Apply this oil on places where there is much fat. The oil has a property of burning cholesterol and fat.

RECIPE NO 3:

Take handfull of Ulavalu (horse grams). Boil them in water and take early in the morning before breakfast.

RECIPE NO 4:

Jowar (jonnalu), Millet (ragulu), Barley, Wheat, Saddalu (bajra).

Mix them all and grind them to flour. Make rotis with this flour.

CURRIES TO BE TAKEN:

Bottle gourd (Sorakaya), Snake gourd (potla kaya), Bitter gourd (kakara kaya), Pumpkin, Turia or Ridge gourd (beerakaya).

Mix all vegetables, add turmeric powder and Saindhava Lavanam(Indian Ocean salt). Prepare curry with all these mixed vegetables and have it along with the rotis mentioned above.

- Indian Goose Berry (USIRI)

Recipe No.1:

Uttareni tailam:

Wash uttareni leaves, pound them and extract juice of 1 litre. Add 1 litre of good quality sesame oil (nuvvula noone) and boil on SIM flame till the juice absorbs into oil. Cool it and store in a glass bottle.

Usage:

Use this oil in warm condition to massage those organs having excess fat before one hour of taking bath.

Benefits:

Uttareni oil penetrates into the flesh and burns the excess fat and also relieves from all the skin problems.

Recipe No.2:

Tooth Powder:

Make powder of 100 gm Uttareni seeds and sieve. Add 10 gm salt powder and store in a bottle. If one brushes his teeth with this powder, teeth will strengthen and also whiten. Worms in the teeth will die and decayed teeth get set right.

Recipe No.3:

Respiratory prooblems:

- If Uttareni root powder or seeds powder is stuffed in a smoking pipe and its smoke is breathed in, cough and Asthma is relieved.

- Dry entire Uttareni plant, fry it to powder. Add 2 times equal quantity of sugar and take 3 gms three times a day. Phlegm, breathlessness, continued cough, heaving etc. will be relieved. Use less quantity if used for children.

Recipe No.4:

Easy delivery:

Grind 7 raw leaves of Uttareni along with 7 Nos. pepper. Sieve the juice and drink. Easy delivery takes place.

Recipe No.5:

Fevers:

Take uttareni leaves, pepper and garlic in equal proportion and grind them to paste. Prepare pea size tablets and dry them in shade. For ordinary fevers, take 2 tabs. For cold fevers take 3 to 5 tabs with warm water. One gets relieved from fevers.

Recipe No.6:

Piles (bleeding):

Take red Uttareni leaves juice 50 gm and cow's ghee : 50 gm together. Bleeding piles will subside. Avoid food items causing excess heat.

Recipe No.7:

Lean Personalities:

Take the bark of Uttareni tree and add equal quantity of pepper powder and prepare small balls (like big size homeo pills) and dry them in shade. Melt one ball in mother's milk and give it to the baby for licking. Lean babies grow fast and turn to develop good personality.

Recipe No.8:

Stoppage of children dying immediately after delivery:

Take Uttareni leaves, saha devi tree roots and pepper in equal parts, grind them to paste, make balls of pepper size and dry them in shade. Give one pill to children after melting it in mother's milk. Children will grow nicely. This will be specially helpful for those mothers, whose children die immediately after delivery. For such mothers, right from conception to delivery if one tablet/pill is taken twice a day, good children will be delivered.

Recipe No.9:

Filaria:

Take Uttareni roots, nela tadidumpalu, pippali each 50 gm and add equal quantity of old jaggery, pound and store the powder/paste in a glass bottle. Take 10 gm (1 spoon) two times a day. Filaria can be eliminated.

Recipe No.10:

Dog bites:

Grind Uttareni leaves to paste, sieve the juice. Add 3 gms juice to 20 gm honey and take two times a day. The after effects of dog bite problem will be eliminated.

Recipe No.11:

Anemia/Pandurogam:

Take 10 gm of Uttareni root extract with one cup cow's butter milk. Pandurogam is eliminated. Digestive system improves, blood increases, skin glows. Avoid food items causing excess heat.

Recipe No.12:

Uterus problems:

Pound Uttareni leaves and roots taken in equal proportion and powder. Add equal quantity of candy sugar powder and store. Take 3 pinches with water one hour before food. Uterus gets cleaned, periods get regularised, new blood is generated, skin glows, in addition to many other benefits.

Recipe No.13:

Enlargement of spleen:

Take Uttareni plant powder (by drying and burning), saindhava lavanam, sonthi, pippali, pepper in equal proportions. Lightly fry salt, sonthi, pippali and pepper before making powder. Mix all the powders and store. Take 2 gms of powder with 1 spoon honey. Problem of Enlargement of spleen, bulging of stomach will be eliminated.

Recipe No.14:

Conception:

Grind Uttareni roots in 'biyyam kadigina neeru' and extract gandam from it. Take 10 to 20 gm of the gandham from the fourth day of periods to 16th day along with one cup warm cow's milk. Participate in family life during these days, conception takes place.

Powder of jaaji kaya: Pour milk in a vessel. Cover the top with a cloth duly tied. Place jaaji kaya pieces on the top of cloth and boil on SIM for 10 min.The vapor of milk is absorbed by jaaji pieces. They dry the pieces and make powder.

Turmeric powder: Collect good quality turmeric sticks and make powder.Sieve and store.
Mix jaaji powder and turmeric and store in a bottle. Add sufficient ghee to ½ spoon powder, make paste and apply to lips.

Benefits:

Stains will go away and lips will turn beautiful and glow with redness,.

Swelling, cracks, sores etc also will be eliminated.

Recipe No.6:

Jaajiaya powder : 10 gm

Turmeric : 10 gm

Cow’s ghee : 10 gm

Bees wax : 20 gm

Boil bees wax and ghee on SIM flame, sieve and add turmeric, jaaji powder.Grind them to paste and store in an air tight tin. Apply paste before going to bed.

Benefits:

Black spots on account of entry of ‘vaayu in head’ will vanish and lips will glow naturally.

Recipe No.7:

Apply 1 or 2 drops mustard oil in the navel (boddu) and gently massage navel.

Lips will become crack free and glow naturally.

Recipe No.8:

Make pieces of Ippa chekka, wash and dry. Pound them to paste, sieve and store.

Add a little ghee to 1/8 spoon powder and apply to lips in the night .

Benefits:

Cracks, sores, blackness will disappear and lips will become smooth and glow.

Recipe No.1:

Extract juice out of Arati doota and add little turmeric to form paste. Apply the paste to the effected part.

Tella bolli spots will be eliminated.

Recipe No.2:

Pound ‘Eswari root’ and make powder

Add 1 or 2 gms powder to 1 spoon honey and take before half an hour of taking food.

Benefits:

Tella bolli will be eliminated within 40 days.

Recipe No.3:

Take equal parts of tunga gadda, dalchina chekka and kababu chinni and make powders separately.

Mix them and store.

Usage:

Take 1 spoon powder in 1 glass water and boil on SIM till one cup of water remains. Sieve it and drink in warm condition.

Benefits:

Use until tella bolli spots disappear.

Recipe No.4

Soak black gram (nalla minumulu) in water, grind them to paste and apply on the effected part. The tella bolli spots will vanish.

Recipe No.5:

Soak 50 gms Chandra cheva in about 40 lts of water (2 bindelu). Take the top water and repour the extracted water.

This water can be used for cooking rice.

Take this top water little by little whenever you feel thirsty,

Take bath with this water.

Extract gandham from chendra chekka and apply the paste to the effectd area. Avoid taking pulupu vastuvulu, NV food, eggs, brinjal, gongura during the treatment.

Benefits:

Tella bolli spots will gradually vanish and body skin glows

Recipe No.6:

Dry usirika pieces: 10 gm

Kaachu : 10 gm

Bavanchalu powder : little

Mix both usirkika and kaachu and add half litre water. Boil it on SIM flame till ¼ lt. remains. Sieve and make water into two parts.

Add ¼ spoon bavanchala powder to above water (in warm condition) and take one hour before food . Avoid pulupu during treatment.

Benefits:

Tella bolli spots will vanish.

Recipe No.7:

Take the bark along with white layer from Neem tree and dry it . Prepare gandham and apply to effected area. The paste will penetrate into skin and will eliminate tella bolli spots.
