12. When the board splits, how do members get assigned to new boards?

When the board splits, the members are placed in two new boards based upon the mechanism of top to bottom, left to right priority algorithm. Jump over’s are allowed in the boards giving value to those who build it faster than others present on the board.

13. How does my matrix commission raises from 5% to 10%?

Your commission increases with increase in your rank. When you cycle out of the Express board, you automatically become a Gold Associate and start receiving 5% of the group sales. When two people in any two different legs of your organizational structure reach the 5% level, you become a Diamond Associate and the percentage commission upgrades to 7%. Similarly, it goes to 8.5% and 10% finally entering you into the power pool where you earn lifelong royalty income from the Global Revenue of the Company.

14. What are the different ranks and percentage commissions involved with them?

When you join the company, you join at an Associate level and become a Silver Associate as soon as you hit the Express board. According to the new system, new accounts can be paid for using evoucher or wallet of only those accounts which are in the senior line of sponsorship. For example. username XYZ can be paid for using an evoucher or wallet if the voucher owner or wallet ID paying the amount is in the upline of XYZ.

Inter-wallet fund transfers have also been limited and the funds can be transferred from uplines to downlines only. Fund transfers to uplines and cross-line members will be disabled from the date and time as specified above.

We have successfully moved our website to high speed servers and this has been done considering the impeccable growth rate and consistently increasing traffic on our website. These new servers will ensure smooth functioning of the website.

Please be informed that the website is back up and members can now access the user back-office. However, the Join Now section is on hold and it will be made functional only after we have established fast and hassle-free processing. This has also been done as some of our members are still seeing the pages on our old server as certain ISP’s (Internet Service Providers) take time to direct users to new servers.

Credit Card Payments

The CC (Credit Card) payments hold equal importance for the company as they do for the members. The CC payments had started a couple of days back but because of a few on-line fraudulent activities, we had to disable the option for maintenance in order to ensure security of our members and that of the company. Our technical team is integrating even more rigorous anti-fraud tools into the system and the CC payments will be in place by the beginning of next month. We will put another announcement as soon as the CC payments come into effect.

TVI Debit Cards

The TVI MasterCard debit cards will be issued next month. Using it, members would be able to encash their e-wallet money at any ATM across the world where MasterCard is one of the acceptable options.

Residual Income

Because of recent hacking attempts on our servers, we had to announce down-time on residual income system. Residual income which was scheduled to be fired on 15th of this month has been postponed to starting of next month. Our technical team is crosschecking the website codes so that there is no room for any security breaches."
