Scam:
1. a confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, especially for making a quick profit; swindle.
2. to cheat or defraud with a scam.

Certainly by now you have heard of the Law of Attraction even if you aren't that interested in
new age ideas. The theory behind the whole idea is people can have the desire they wish for as
long as they think very long and hard about it. All up to the point where they can feel it and see it
although it is not there yet. It must be said though even if you develop into what you like, you
take the bad with the good.

Whether you like it or whether you don't, the Law of Attraction will work. It has always been that
way and it will always be the way it is until there is no more wishing, praying, feelings or beliefs,
than the idea will survive. Everything you do leaves a spot in space and the same goes with our
feelings and our wishes.

The Law of Attraction does exist just like the sun rises in the east and
sets in the west. Some people consider thing that cannot be proved or have an explanation
behind it is considered faith or miracles or even something that was meant to happen. This Law
of Attraction studies behind the "it was meant to happen belief."

This Law of Attraction will bound to teach you that should you think of something that you want
positively, it will occur. Yet, if you think negatively, then bad things are bound to happen.
Although bad things can happen that aren’t bound to the law though most of the time it is. Case
in point... you are scared that you be robbed when you are walking. This thought is every day.
Eventually one day this will be the actual case.

But there are cases where the regulation cannot apply. For example, a baby/toddler who has
been abused cannot begin to understand what is happening to them and do not have the
capability to say, I wish this would happen to me.

Think for a moment about your setting as a comic strip that is created every time you flip the
pages in the book. This means you, your own being and self, is responsible for the environment
that has been created around you. You are the one holding the strings while the people and the
events surrounding you are your puppets. Is this the way you anticipated your life? Just change
the way it turns out, if it is not the way you want things to be.

How To Manage Your Time Properly

Let's face it. Time management is one of the challenges faced by all small buisness owners and online entrepreneurs. If starting a business of your own were easy, everyone would do it. As it is, those who even attempt to start their own businesses are rare, and those who succeed are even rarer.

Most people who start small businesses throw their hats in the ring part-time, while they are still working another job. As you know, there are some serious time management issues related to operating a small business while you are still working for someone else full-time.
Some people jump in with both feet and start full-time. They, too, have time management issues to content with - some of those issues are the same as the part-timer, and some are different.
I am going to focus this set of tips on folks who are starting their businesses part-time. If you are full-time, keep reading, you'll find something for you, too. Here are some solid time management tips:

1. Do something to move forward with your business every day. Yes, I said every day. That means weekends, too. And it means putting in time every day after your day job. While there are many factors that will contribute to your success, the most important one is activity. the more you find time to work your business, the more successful you will be. Simple.

2. Set some goals. I'm not talking about activity goals, but outcome goals. Determine how much in sales you are going to accomplish within the next three months, month, and week. Establish a one year goal, too. If you're in a network marketing business, include goals regarding the number of prospects you will recruit each month. Write your goals down and post them where you can see them every day. Many new business owners make the mistake of setting activity goals, focusing only on the things they are going to do each week. Real goals focus on outcomes.

3. Make an activity plan each week. Decide what you are going to accomplish with your business every week. Break that down into daily bites. Then do it! Hold yourself accountable and share your plan with others so they can help you hold yourself accountable. Time management is about managing your time (That was profound, wasn't it?). The only way to avoid default, non-focused uses of your time is to have a plan. You may not follow it exactly, but you should have one.

4. Make sure that the activities on your activity plan are all linked to one of your goals. Many people spend aimless hours organizing supplies or other things that are not directly linked to their goals. Sure you can do those things, but make sure that the precious time you devote to your small business each day is tightly connected to your goals. If you have extra time, go ahead and alphabetize your supply cabinet. I'll bet you don't have that time.

5. Turn off the television. If you are like most people, you waste more hours than you care to admit "relaxing" in front of the T.V. Try this experiment. Turn it off completely for one week or one month. You will be amazed at how much more time you have. If your spouse objects to this drastic measure, remove yourself to another part of the house to avoid the television distraction. I have worked in the kitchen, the bedroom, and even in the backyard to avoid the television at my house.
If there are some T.V. shows you absolutely can't miss, schedule them in and leave the T.V. off the rest of the time. If you do this, I suggest you hold your goal list in your hand while you are watching those favorite shows. I want you to consciously know what you are putting on hold while you watch American Idol. When I say it that way, the T.V. doesn't sound so important, does it?

6. Get up an hour earlier (or stay up an hour later). The one your choose depends on whether you are a morning person or a night person. Mary Kay Ash, founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics, believed strongly in what she called the "5 o'clock club." She believed that gettingup at 5:00 a.m . and getting an hour or two of focused work in before the rest of the family got up was the best way to maximize your time and make your whole day mroe productive. While I am not a morning person, I agree with the concept. I work full-time at my business, but I put in an extra hour or two every night after my youngest child has gone to bed. You can carve out an extra hour in the mronign or evening, can't you?

7. Track your activity. Remember that activity plan you created? Every day, track which activities you completed. How many contacts with prospects did you make each day? How many sales calls did you make each day? How many emails did you send each day that were targeted toward sales. Sometimes, when people don't meet their goals, it's easy to see why when they start tracking their activities. The plan may be good, but the execution could be lacking.

8. Take some time for learning and skill-building each day. When you're new, this is especially important. If you joined a network marketing company, study the training materials and participate in the training conference calls. Read something motivational. Educate yourself about sales, marketing, bookkeeping - whatever skills you need to help you reach your goals. This is time well spent.
The bottom line is this: Be aware that you will have to work, and work hard, to be successful with your new business. Thinking about doing it won't work. Doing a little bit today, then nothing for the rest of the week won't do it either. You won't solve all of your time management issues, but you can make progress. Focused, consistent effort is required for success.

Henry Sy, Sr. (born December 25, 1924) is a Chinese Filipino businessman with interests in retailing, real estate, hospitality, banking, mining, education including healthcare services. He pioneered the establishment of SM Malls, anchored by Shoemart Department Store and Supermarket earning him the title; the Philippines’ Retail King. He is the chairman of SM Prime Holdings, Inc., the holding corporation for all his business interests in his vast business empire. In 2011, Forbes Magazine listed him as the no. 1 billionaire in the Philippines.
Have you ever wondered why there is no Mercury Drug in SM Malls here in Philippines? well… here’s the story…
Mr. Sy was a very ambitious man. He wanted to get rich more than 2 decades ago. He tried many businesses to get enough income but failed. After trying so hard to make both ends meet; he finally have earned enough money to start a small business.

Something crossed to his mind. He will build a small shoe store. He thought how could he get some customers.

An idea popped out.

He noticed that Mercury Drug, which is big drug store and been to the business for many years, has many loyal customers coming to them. He approached the owner and asked if he can rent and place his small shoe store there even with a very small portion. He was not allowed and got embarrassed even though he asked politely.
Mr. Sy then promised to himself that Mercury Drug will never step in his life when he gets rich. So in 1958, Mr. Sy established his shoe store in Quiapo, Manila, which became SM Quiapo, the first SM Mall, in November 1972.

Now, Mr. Sy is the richest man in the Philippines because of his own will and determination, gaining $5 billion in 2010, amid the global financial crisis. He is also the owner of Chinabank and operator of BDO. Aside from his numerous malls, supermalls and supermarkets in the Philippines, he also owns 6 SM Malls in Mainland China, and 1 SM Mall in Guam.

Now he never lets a single Mercury Drug do business in any of his SM malls. Instead he franchised Watson’s from Hong Kong which became the substitute for Mercury Drug.

*** Another Story: The real story was, Mr. Sy and the owner of Mercury Drug is good friends, Sy was a 'sapatero' in front of the Mercury Drug store (he actually got permission from the owner to do that there). Then one day, Mr. Sy's mother got sick and since they were poor and got no money to pay for the hospital bills, he tried asking the owner of mercury drug, to lend him some money. But the mercury drug owner refused to lend him so his mother died. Ever since that day, Mr. Sy swore to himself that once he got rich, he'll never allow such selfish company be related to him. That's why he there's no Mercury Drug in SM

Una parang super excited akala kasi FREE lang. Tapos pag na present mo na ang buong video presentation biglang sabi '' Wala Akong Pera ''

Paano mo ngayon e handle yan?

Eto ang sagot d’yan:

Weehh !! 'di nga, “Seryoso? Wala kang talagang pera!? Yang itsura mong yan wala kang pera?” Pero ‘pag gimik at inuman may pera ka, Tapos pag may bagong labas na iPhone bigla kang nakakabili. May paista-star bucks ka pa wala ka naman palang pera!!!”
Biro lang, yan ang wag na wag mong sasabihin, baka magagalit pa sayo at e block ka sa friendslist nya.

May dalawa lang klase ng prospects ang magsasabi sayo ng ganitong sagot.Una yung wala talagang ka pera pera at yung isa ay nagpapalusot lang. Di nila masabi ng diretso na ayaw nila kaya kunware ganito ang kanyang sasabihin.

70-80% ng mga prospects mo na nagsabi ng ganitong objection ay mga nagpapalusot lang. Oo totoo! (Pwera na lang kung ang mga ini-invite mo sa BOM n’yo ay puros mga pulubi sa kalye. Yun talaga, magsasabi lahat yun ng totoo kasi wala talaga silang pera.)

I don’t really consider this an objection, Bakit?... Subukan mong magpunta sa mga urban na lugar at mga slum area. Makikita mo dun madaming hirap at walang pera. Pero wag ka, wala silang pera pero ang lalaki ng TV n’yan sa bahay. Naka cable pa. At ang malupit kapag may birthday, ang handaan bonggang-bongga.

Ibig sabihin, kahit anong bagay pa yan “kapag gusto magagawan ng paraan, kapag ayaw, makakaimbento ng dahilan.”

Education Doesn't Mean A Good Judgement

There is a story about a man who sold hot dogs by the roadside. He was illiterate, so he never read newspapers . He was hard of hearing, so he never listened to the radio. His eyes were weak, so he never watched television. But enthusiastically, he sold lots of hot dogs. His sales and profit went up. He ordered more meat and got himself a bigger and a better stove. As his business was growing, the son, who had recently graduated from college, joined his father. Then something strange happened. The son asked, "Dad, aren't you aware of the great recession that is coming our way?" The father replied, "No, but tell me about it." The son said, "The international situation is terrible. The domestic is even worse. We should be prepared for the coming bad time." The man thought that since his son had been to college, read the papers, and listened to the radio, he ought to know and his advice should not be taken lightly. So the next day, the father cut down his order for the meat and buns, took down the sign and was no longer enthusiastic. Very soon, fewer and fewer people bothered to stop at his hot dog stand. And his sales started coming down rapidly. The father said to his son, "Son, you were right. We are in the middle of a recession. I am glad you warned me ahead of time."

What is the moral of the story?

1. Many times we confuse intelligence with good judgment.

2. A person may have high intelligence but poor judgment.

3. Choose your advisers carefully and use your judgment.

4. A person can and will be successful with or without formal education if they have the 5 Cs: character

courage

5. The tragedy is that there are many walking encyclopedias who are living failures.

LIFE IS AN ECHO

A little boy got angry with his mother and shouted at her, "I hate you, I hate you." Because of fear of reprimand, he ran out of the house. He went up to the valley and shouted, "I hate you, I hate you," and back came the echo, "I hate you, I hate you." This was the first time in his life he had heard an echo. He got scared, went to his mother for protection and said there was a bad boy in the valley who shouted "I hate you, I hate you." The mother understood and she asked her son to go back and shout, "I love you, I love you." The little boy went and shouted, "I love you, I love you," and back came the echo.

That taught the little boy a lesson that our life is like an echo: We get back what we give. Benjamin Franklin said, "When you are good to others, you are best to yourself.”

Our life is simply a reflection of our actions. If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart. If you want more competence in your team, improve your competence. This relationship applies to everything, in all aspects of life; Life will give you back everything you have given to it.”

How to Do your MLM without Chasing

Are you aware that when you chase your MLM business lead that the instinctive thing for them to do is to run in the other direction? I mean think about it! If a dog started chasing you, what would you do?

If any animal started chasing you, for that matter, what would you do? If I came charging towards you would you just stand there?
You would either move out of the way as they say in the hood. And that means to run in the other direction very fast.
So if our instinct is to run when someone chases, then why on earth would you think it is a good idea to chase your MLM business lead?

The process of network marketing does indeed involve you getting prospects to join your company. You cannot survive without this technique. However, most network marketers are failing because they are going about achieving this goal in the wrong manner.
It is more effective if you have your prospects searching for you. If they look for and find you, then guess what? You are or you have exactly what they are looking for. You would not have to sell them on anything because they already know what you are offering.

When you go to the grocery store, don't you already know what you want to buy? No one has to sell you the box of cereal for your kids. You went in already knowing that the store sells that cereal and the kids need something quick to eat in the morning.
The same goes for business opportunities. Let people know what it is that you do and when they are ready, they will seek you out and purchase from you.

Now the key ingredient is to help these people with other aspects of their lives for free. If they do not know how to create a blog, then show them how to do so for free. The more information you give, the more they will trust you. If they trust you, then they will buy from you.
Getting a MLM business lead to follow on your team can take skill. Not rocket science; just skill.

Your skill needs to be how to present yourself as a trusting leader that is there to help others succeed in their business.
Once you have accomplished this, you will see that herds of MLM business leads will come running after you instead of the other way around.
