“City of Fresno has been caught having unsuspecting residents annihilated in order to seize properties behind the central valley water scam / high-speed rail project. Prohibiting reports pertaining to the trail of legal fraud, insurance fraud, title fraud, lootings, destruction / major reconstruction without permits / inspections (on top of the revised underground infrastructures), deaths, murders, illegal takeovers, alleged baby-selling operation and more. Decades of altered records, altered aerial views, scanned / altered photos not only serve to cover up what they are running, but evidence behind so many accompanying deaths / murders.

Upon being exposed in the midst of another annihilation / takeover, Former Fresno Mayor Alan Autry (aka: “Bubba Skinner) prohibited reports, backed up perjury followed by threats against me for exposing the atrocities – including evidence behind the deaths of my family, several neighbors, friends and countless others. Not only had several attempts been made on my life, fraudulent legal documents had been prepared for illegal takeover of my family’s properties; fraudulent insurance policy on me while told I would be meeting the others (dead victims) “in another world.”

It was not intended I would still be alive. Poisoned, robbed, raped, stripped of a means of survival. The looting and destruction of properties continued. Mayor Autry had his risk analyst (Wilbert Swieso’s accomplice) sabotage insurance claims so nothing would be on record as one of his accomplices informed me that after I was dead, they (inc Wilbert Swieso of Principal Insurance) would seize the properties and file a massive insurance claim after the major fire being planned (gas lines beneath our 3 properties had been cross-connected into the “planted”/participating neighbors’ properties) as well as construction of a major restaurant on these lots. (2 blks east of the high-speed rail station.) This has been going on for decades – not only is this area (Tower District) lined with fraud, fires, deaths/murders illegal takeovers, they have trails being covered up.

In fear for my life at the same time attempting to save my remaining assets, I hired Colonial Van & Storage; they came and hauled off 5 huge crates to their facility. Upon having 2 of the crates returned – I was shocked to see that most of the contents had been had been looted / switched with trash (as done throughout my home.) The movers claimed no knowledge / responsibility. Not only had pictures on my hard drive been altered to match what had been done – small batch of photos that were in storage had been scanned / altered to match the switched trash as well as ongoing alterations to the properties and surrounding area.

Three (3) more large crates remain at Colonial Van & Storage including decades of photos. Those photos not only include evidence of the water scam, but evidence behind countless deaths / murders (and more) being covered up.

In order to continue paying these storage fees I cancelled my family’s old phone (from the 30s), cancelled my cell phone, cancelled my life insurance policy, I am now on Medi-Cal and Food Stamps (Cal Viva.) But the nightmare here in Fresno only got worse as a result of what I exposed.

FRESNO, CA – 60 Yrs of Shocking & Horrific Evidence Being Covered-Up

Over the past several years, I have repeatedly described and provided evidence behind 60 yrs of rebuilding on top of the replaced underground infrastructures. Per several of the ringleaders – water diversion project. Using barbaric methods in altering the underground water infrastructures, paying off fake work crews, creating massive building / safety / health code violations. Followed by altered records, aerial views, re-printed old books / directories to make it appear things were always as they are now.

The altering of properties began in the 60s. We were only 1 of countless others targeted, including methods used in order to keep us oblivious as the initial alterations were underway. (Prominent City official was victimizing our mother at the same time leaving our father hospitalized due to alleged poisoning – they wanted us off the properties that long ago.)

I then exposed a criminal networking involving paid off / “planted” neighbors to surround, assist and lie / deny about all the above. I exposed local attorneys, insurance agents / companies, estate planners, Home Health personnel, contractors, realtors, alarm companies, property manager, title companies involved in massive fraud / corruption. From lootings, forged and fraudulent legal documents, fraudulent insurance claims, alleged disappearances, reports of poisonings (including Alzheimer’s victims), talk of a baby-selling operation, illegal takeovers, fake loan papers, title company fraud and more. All the while, I was called “crazy” and “liar” as all reports and evidence were prohibited from being documented.

I exposed citywide major reconstruction without permits / inspections. Methods and evidence behind ensuing mold – as well as accompanying deadly illnesses, lawsuits, fraudulent insurance claims. “Planted” tenants; “planted” buyers who rotate / intertwine.

I exposed the massive ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) violations created during street widening / narrowing of sidewalks as street lights, poles are re-situated leaving little or no room for wheelchairs. A procedure that entailed cutting fronts of property - compensated by extending the backs – entailing narrowing of countless alleys. Alleys so narrow, the garbage dumpsters and trucks could no longer fit. Recycle bins were introduced – set out and picked up curbside.

One of my earlier posts with photos re: citywide ADA violations accompanying the water scam. Wheelchairs being forced into the street – how many victims left dead? Officials use altered records to deny knowledge and/or responsibility.

Once again, Police reports (vandalism to private property let alone what was being done to me as this continued) were refused so nothing would be on record.

Alley behind my home went from 20’ to 13’.

Throughout the years of this, the utility poles in the alley were being relocated. This one, behind my home, was moved 3 x prior to the picture below.

Some of my friends may recognize this picture from MySpace. Dated 2006. Notice the utility pole. What happened to the short pole that was there? You can see in the picture above this, the pole was replaced with the taller one YEARS LATER. This is more evidence of my computer networked with photos / evidence continually altered to make it appear things were always as they are now. (Feel free to copy this to your hard drive, so you can compare it again should it be altered back to the original photo.)

Below - more altered photos of this area - initially taken in 2006, look how they have been altered to the current layout as though nothing ever took place. Continually done on my hard drive, blogs and Notes as the alterations continue. In this case, the Laundromat underwent more major alterations during the last round of replacing the underground lines to cover up evidence behind all the murders here and surrounding area. Altering evidence to make it appear all of this is original? If anyone looked into this, they would find that the cover-up has magnified everything I have been saying all along. Same method behind decades of fires / deaths / murders and more. (Not to mention the fraud and activities taking place at this Laundromat during the early 80s, tying into what was being done to my parents who owned the properties across the alley. Horrific.)

Upon inquiring why so many storm drains were removed in the area (verified by several residents), instead of an explanation, I was provided with an updated photo / layout, as though nothing changed.

I exposed methods behind utility theft i.e.: Main water shut-off valves removed with water-lines cross-connected into neighbors’ properties. Methods of tying into neighbors’ hot water tanks (electric / gas.) Cross-connected electric lines behind exorbitant bills. Cross connected gas lines for fires / arson. Telephone lines cross-connected into neighbors.

As for decades of fires, deadly shootings, illegal takeovers, and turnover of so many properties to the very people among this nightmare, many of them in the downtown / Tower District area have been (or now being) taken by imminent domain for the high-speed rail project. At a low cost no less. (And end of Proposition 13 recipients.) And yet there are no complaints. Can you figure that out? (Hint: Look in recorded documents. Of course you will have to know the players to recognize the pattern.)

Look at the diagram below – surely you can imagine how easy all of the above has been, let alone the intertwining (“rotation system”) of participants.

It was not until I provided evidence and methods of accompanying deaths / murders that the City of Fresno reacted in such anger – yelling at me, calling me a “liar”, telling me I “imagined” what they did to my family, our properties and me as this took place let alone citywide.

It was not intended I would still be alive. Many attempts on my life had already been made. Upon providing the initial evidence behind the risk analyst’s (Rose Miranda) lies, I assume she thought I was already dead - after all, she was leaving a trail of dead victims as this went on. She agreed that all of this had taken place but, she explained, there was no record of it nor was the City of Fresno responsible because, “The previous owner had it done.” I went berserk - my family had been destroyed, Rolf left dead, I had been robbed, raped, catheterized as the properties underwent major reconstruction and left a shambles, 2 of the 3 properties taken by fraud, a mortgage on my home (as a result of trying to keep up with Rolf’s escalating medical care and damages to his properties I had no idea the City and their accomplices were behind) at the same time stripped of a means of survival. I demanded an explanation!

None of this was allowed to be documented, least of all evidence behind so many fires, deaths / murders. Using our Justice System for perjury, she recruited Senior risk analyst Kerry Trost to have a Restraining Order against me - once again calling me a “liar” (even denying their own street widening, relocation of street lights, storm drains, etc. that tied into all of this), calling ME a “danger to THEIR lives” and deemed guilty of “harassment” - as evidence was being altered, followed by Mayor Alan Autry having me threatened if I continued reporting or pleading for help!

Upon providing unaltered water layouts, unaltered photographs, and unaltered aerial views, I was yelled at again by risk analyst Kevin Watkins: “This proves nothing!” It proved everything. Including the perjury by the City of Fresno’s risk analysts Rose Miranda and Kerry Trost - backed up by Mayor Alan Autry.

Look again at the above diagram (2 pics above.) Regardless of the planted participants or the vultures behind so much fraud, lootings and illegal takeovers – these 3 question are for the property owners who were paid off to comply in the revisions- especially those who ended up with dead family member/s:

How could the above alterations have been carried out without replacement of the underground sewer, water, gas lines.
Why would the City of Fresno lie about this let alone have it done behind the backs of those who agreed to participate.
Why would something so dangerous be done without permits / inspections – let alone followed by altered records to cover up the evidence.

Hint: Sewer lines. Using outsiders / fake work crews to replace / relocate them without permits / inspections, tying into into the City’s replaced lines – timed to precision so their victims do not see the discharging of filthy, deadly, disease-carrying sewage, let alone the trail of deadly illnesses, respiratory, infections, amputations, staph, deaths. Not to mention so many pawns and participants also left dead after serving their purposes for those at the core.

Having the alterations carried out is one thing – keep in mind it is not over until the property has been vacated so the title company can alter the final evidence i.e., legal documents and plat maps. There is where the BIG payoffs are. Per the ringleader with 60 yrs invested into this – forging and altering dead victims’ insurance papers and legal documents while boasting, “No one will ever figure it out.”

Turns out, countless people already know about the water scam. But not the accompanying illnesses, murders, lootings, illegal takeovers.

Below – what took place on this end of the block as the City risk analyst was lying and setting up victims for elimination, properties being altered then seized. More deaths across the street as this took place. Trails of this.

Guess who is prohibiting reports / evidence? The very agencies / officials we are encouraged to trust and believe in.

Clearly, threats and altered records were / are not enough to cover up 60 yrs of this. Here are some examples of homes in the so-called “historic” Tower District. (Old blog, has been hacked into with much of the info / photos removed. Needs to be revised / updated but you will get the idea.)

Do you recall me stating that what took place here is at the core of hell, tying into trails of all the above and much more? Do you recall my repeated postings of a multi-million dollar cover up due to exposing evidence behind so many horrors (code violations, deadly illnesses, murders, etc.)? Do you recall me stating 3 rounds of tearing these properties apart in order to rectify the underground evidence of what took place here, each time leaving them a worse shambles than before?

In order to cover up 60 yrs of this, wouldn’t all the underground lines on this entire block (and far beyond) need to be completely replaced as well, since they are all connected, followed by MORE *updated* records to make it appear nothing ever took place or changed? Exactly as it began 60 yrs ago – 1 at a time, structure-by-structure.

More and more trees removed / roots cleared out of the way on various properties as this continues. Below is the most recent tree removed on this block (last week.)

Don’t forget where all the underground lines tie in = City property i.e., streets and alleyways. All of that must be replaced as well to cover up evidence behind 60 yrs of this. Lines down the entire alley were replaced AGAIN – yet no record for any of it. Including the tie-ins into the street!

This is why all old records of Fresno have been discarded and replaced with the revised records. Revised aerial views. Historic photos discarded, scanned/altered or cropped so the surrounding areas are not shown. Online archives blacked out. Old books / directories reprinted with revised photos.

This not only explains why all reports and evidence were always prohibited – even resulting in more horrors and threats, it also explains the lootings of storage facilities. In the case of my family, generations of photos were stolen. Friends were recruited to comply with their photos. But they still needed to discard the photos in storage. Because unbeknownst to all these folks, far beyond their own participation or what they were programmed to do / believe - the photos verified evidence behind murders not to mention the lootings and time frames of all this and more. And of course altering more photos at the storage facility to match the most recent revisions to private and City properties as though none of this ever took place, would further protect those at the core from ever being found out.

The dead do not expose the atrocities accompanying the water scam. Nor the participants who are unknowingly recruited to participate without knowledge or warnings of the accompanying danger let alone the cause behind the accompanying illnesses, deaths (family, neighbors, etc.) while continuing to thank these people for all the “help”, reconstruction and in many cases, rewards for their participation (vehicles, money, etc.) Never realizing that help was not needed until these people stepped into the picture.

Destruction of so many families in addition to a trail of deaths accompanying the annihilations / takeovers behind CA central valley’s 60-yr water scam, there is a steady stream of vultures circling in preparation for seizing the assets. New participants are recruited and intertwine with those who do this for “a living.” Not wanting to be found out as they unknowingly cover tracks of the previous layer, the newcomers lie and alter evidence which in turn, protects the ringleaders who have been doing this for decades. City of Fresno behind ONGOING LIES AND COVER-UP! Olive Ave., Tower District

Back in 1938, widening Olive Ave. (Tower District) a mere 2’ was front-page news!

Olive Ave. remained a tight, narrow, 2-lane street. Traffic was slow through Fresno’s “historic” Tower District but the thought of widening the street again was absurd. The streets were lined with store-front properties – the destruction it would cause was unthinkable, the public (let alone property owners) would never agree.

So how it is possible that Olive Ave. now has a middle lane?

Actually, countless people saw it being widened 1 block at a time over the past several decades. But it was done so slowly, it did not call attention to what was taking place – the fires, reconstruction, the annihilations / takeovers. Below – do you remember all these fires? Keep in mind this does not include all the fires down the residential streets as parcels were being rebuilt on top of the revised underground infrastructures.

As the fires and reconstruction continued, property lines were being shifted in a “ripple affect.” Below – this is not to scale, just an idea of what one block looked like “Before and After.” Including Olive Ave. widened; side streets widened; relocation of utility poles, storm drains, etc.

It had been going on for decades when, in 1991, the City of Fresno wanted to RE-ASSURE the public that Olive Ave. would never be widened.

And here, in 2006, you see Mayor Alan Autry backing up perjury to deny the annihilation of several property owners (including my family and me) in order to tear the properties apart and rebuild with trash on top of cross-connected gas lines for another Olive Ave. fire, followed by illegal takeovers – then have me threatened if I ever contacted or pled for help again.

Upon exposing trails of dead victims, pawns and participants, including evidence behind so many fires, murders and deaths that followed victims being deliberately exposed to deadly sewage (timed and deliberate) - fraudulent and forged legal documents / insurance papers of dead victims – corrupt insurance agents, attorneys and title companies behind illegal takeovers – multi-million dollar cover-up of evidence behind the fires and murders ensued.

The City of Fresno then had more records altered, “historic” aerial views altered, photos discarded or scanned/altered to the current layout as “proof” that Olive Ave. was never widened.

Police Department, Coroner, Mayor and more. As long as I remain pinned down, called a “liar” about what the City and their accomplices die to my family and properties behind the water scam, all is well. The City of Fresno and their accomplices behind the annihilations / takeovers are free to continue because as the City laughed, “Nothing is on record, therefore none of this took place.” THEY PROHIBITED MY REPORTS! City of Fresno is using unlicensed fake work crews to participate in altering of the underground infrastructures behind the water scam. Impossible without reconstruction of connecting properties. The fake work crews are assigned private properties - the City then ties in on public property. As this continues, tree removal, street widening, relocation of street lights, utility poles, etc. But there is no record for what is taking place. Instead, our officials have records replaced with the updated, at the same time "historic" aerial views altered / overlaid to match the new layouts as though nothing changed. Old books, directories, maps have been reprinted. Online archived pictures removed / blacked out. Much more.

Making sure there is no evidence left behind - the looting includes storage facilities.

The death toll behind this operation is massive due to the sewage spills on every parcel as this continues. Timed and deliberate, behind victims' backs, leaving a trail of horrific illnesses, infections, respiratory, amputations, deaths.

And with rewards for every "turnover" of property - clearing the path has become a SPORT, with our officials prohibiting reports of fraud, corruption, looting, VIN altering op, real estate theft, attorney fraud, insurance fraud, estate planning fraud, title fraud, murder, alleged baby-selling op and more.

The final evidence cannot be altered until the property has been CLEARED out. Title companies alter the plat maps as properties are re-sold as "original" to unsuspecting buyers.

Upon being caught IN ACTION - including setting up victims LEFT DEAD as structures rebuilt on top of the underground infrastructures, our officials stooped to name calling, perjury, Restraining Order, sexual harassment and threats if this was ever reported again.

When the lies, altered records and death threats were not enough to cover up what has been taking place for 60+/- years, the multi-million dollar cover-up ensued - still continuing with more records altered as though things have always been as they are now when in fact, nothing is standing as it was when originally built.

Auto theft, drugs – at an all-time high in Fresno, CA. Per Jeffry C. Winslow (owner Mono Hot Springs Resort), massive VIN altering ring behind the annihilation / takeovers behind the City of Fresno’s water scam.

Behind my back as chemicals continued, keeping me oblivious to what was being done to my family or our properties – and with plans of leaving me dead as well, Jeffry Winslow was conspiring with Wilbert Swieso (self-proclaimed mastermind with 60 yrs invested into the water scam which he claims is a Bonadelle / City of Fresno venture – water diversion with plans of massive development) in the annihilations – with Eberwein Auto Repair behind the verified VIN altering. Diane became the 7th wife of Jeffry Winslow’s partner – she had been recruited to play both ends (setting my family and me up for annihilation while portraying herself as my “best friend.”) Once she served her purpose, she pled for help claiming poison with intent to kill. One at a time – 60 yrs of reconstruction on top of the secretly replaced underground infrastructures – so many health, safety, environmental, building code violations – our officials simply alter records, aerial views, directories, old books reprinted, etc. to make it appear that nothing took place – claiming no knowledge or responsibility.

As you can see, my reports and pleas for help resulted in the City of Fresno / Mayor Alan Autry (aka: Bubba Skinner) having me called a “liar”, Restraining Order issued against me, sexual harassment, followed by threatening me if I ever contacted or pled for help again. After Rolf was left dead, Mayor Alan Autry stepped in – the path had still not been cleared. He used the same risk analyst (Rose Miranda) to continue lying about the cause behind recurring sewage spills as I continued being administered chemicals which not only resulted in horrific behavior, kept me sick and oblivious to our properties being looted, torn apart, and rebuilt with trash (very slowly, section at a time) on top of the City’s altered underground utilities. Upon being re-hired by Wilbert Swieso at his insurance company (he is a former employee of the City of Fresno, who I did not realize was behind decades of doing this throughout Fresno / Clovis), I hired an alarm company to protect my home – then another, then another. All 3 were involved in betraying me as theft and reconstruction continued.

As the horrors continued I saw this same risk analyst set up the neighbors on both sides – in the same manner she set up Rolf, who was left dead.

Neighbors across the street also left dead as this took place there. Turns out my neighbors had been "planted" and invested decades conspiring with Wilbert Wilbert Swieso in the annihilation / takeovers of my family and our properties, in preparation for the upcoming fire - they were no longer needed.

Still unaware of their involvement or the magnitude of damages (including plans for my final departure) behind all of this, I pled for help from Mayor Autry – these neighbors were in great danger! After refusing to acknowledge me, Senior Risk Analyst, Kerry Trost told me, “Mayor Autry is tired of hearing from you!” Wilbert’s other accomplice (JCW) told me the one next door to the north was going to have his foot amputated and die – he also told me the one on the other side (Laundromat) was also being eliminated so the properties could be taken over – said my family’s 3 properties were also being taken, and after I was dead I would meet the others, “In another world!” Sure enough – neighbor’s foot amputated, died age 49. (In the next house 2 feet/legs amputated. Both my feet, excruciating cellulitis, lucky they were not amputated.) Owner of the Laundromat allegedly vanished; Swieso was seen forging the wife’s name on an insurance application, “You can’t live for the dead.” Exactly as he did with the fraudulent legal documents prepared for Rolf’s properties in preparation for illegal takeovers.

Mayor Alan Autry had successfully cleared the remaining area Wilbert Swieso and Jeffry Winslow targeted decades earlier. Can you guess who ended up with all these properties?  Keep in mind that alleged ID theft does not change the TRUTH! Nor this group’s trail of forgeries and fraud behind property takeovers.

Mayor Autry’s perjury and altered records are not enough to cover evidence of what took place here behind the water scam – so in addition to more attempts on my life, he had his group discard and/or scan/alter my photos to match the new layout (several boasted of doing this, RAB, Lanny etc.), which included the pictures on walls (frames cut down, original oil paintings replaced with copies on glossy paper), furniture that had been switched or rebuilt smaller to accomodate the smaller floor plan. Flooring, windows/doors, eaves, toilets, sinks, bath tub, all replaced with smaller trash. Garage/apt. also cut back; all contents stolen/switched; most of the plumbing no longer works – no longer habitable. These “updated” photos make it appear nothing changed. Items completely left out as though I never owned them. And with my final departure underway, who would ever know or even question anything.

networked hard drive altered to match. Of course as this was going on, so did
the poisoning, raping, catheterizations while incapacitated during
reconstruction. Not only waking up in excruciating pain, one time finding
my mother’s beautiful, heirloom diamond screw-on earrings had been switched with
trash while I was incapacitated. All reports and pleas for help were
prohibited. Informed I may have made it further than any of the others, but I
would not make it out alive.  Alan Autry turned me into shark bait.

The covering up of evidence is one reason all friends, family, neighbors of victims are befriended / recruited – all their photos must be altered as well.
Filing cabinets filled with my family’s photos – dating back to the 20s, stolen (b-i-l of Councilman W, also left me in Emergency after alleged poisoning.)  Every person I ever knew had been recruited; every friend of my parents (some were already involved that far back); even long-distance friends and relatives – they missed no one. Of course payoffs are a great incentive to those who participate in this operation – from new vehicles, money, cruises,
some even end up with property! While others are stripped of theirs.

On this particular trail – one finds in addition to dead victims, many of the participants also left dead after serving their purposes. This, of course, leaves it impossible to connect the dots let alone lead to Wilbert Swieso or Alan Autry – they are free to continue while being hailed as “honest and credible” assets to the community.

Keep in mind that the water scam has been going on for 60 yrs – cities rebuilt on top of the secretly-replaced underground infrastructures. Property lines changed. Streets widened. Relocation of street lights, utility poles, storm drains. So much of this is being done by unlicensed, unqualified fake work crews without permits or inspections, there is no record for it – such as
what took place here or entire area behind the killings and takeovers. Our officials simply have old records and “historic” aerial views altered to match the revisions as this continues, as though nothing changed. Old books have been reprinted. Revised old (new) maps and CDs being sold on EBay. Title companies
alter the plat maps.

You will find no GENUINE old photos of Fresno (unless cropped so tight surroundings are not shown.) For example, here in the Tower District, our officials even deny widening Olive Ave. because it would have been impossible without the reconstruction of street-lined properties (including ours) which they deny. Presenting them with witnesses the City's own un-altered water layout and un-altered aerial views resulted in GREAT ANGER! Risk analyst, Kevin Watkins, first demanded to know, "Where did you get this?" Referring to the water layout. I got it from City Hall, where else? He took the paperwork and returned 20-30 minutes later demanding, "This proves nothing!" It proved everything.

Tower Dist - Atrocities behind City of Fresno Water Scam

Before even reading this - look at this article from 1991 - as the City was still in the midst of widening Olive Ave.!!! Right under everyone's noses (see pic below.) This is behind a string of murders and illegal takeovers - INCLUDING ROLF! That is why reports / evidence were / are prohibited - even the Mayor (Alan Autry) behind perjury and having me threatened for exposing this! Rolf's murder ties into countless others annihilated behind the water scam.

OLIVE AVE. IS NO LONGER A TIGHT, 2-LANE STREET. Widened 1 block at a time over the course of several decades. Records / historic aerial views altered to match / show the new property lines as well as making it appear Olive Ave. was always this wide.

Fresno's Historic Tower District property owners (nor most residents) would not have allowed the area to be torn apart in order to widen Olive Ave.   Quaint area, one-of-a-kind amenities, structures built to last forever.  Olive Ave. was a tight, one-way street. It would be virtually impossible to widen the street without major reconstruction of all the street-lined properties.

The water scam began later - early 60s - every structure on every block to be rebuilt on top of the secretly-replaced underground utilities. Fulton Mall was one of the first major areas completely torn up under the guise of "remodeling."

Per Wilbert G. Swieso, self-proclaimed co-creator with 60+/- yrs into this, it is the Bonadelle / City of Fresno's "secret water operation."

Since the City is not allowed to alter private properties, participants are "planted" to participate. The City has records and aerial views altered to match the new layouts - participants are used as "witnesses" that nothing happened. The more properties turned over, the more reward$. The City does not care how the properties are cleared - all reports of accompanying crimes i.e., poisoning, burglary, utility theft (overhead / underground), real estate theft, killing, talk of baby-selling are prohibited.

The first attempt to have us eliminated from our properties was in the early 60s. Prominent City official targeted my parents - while victimizing my mother, my father ended up hospitalized due to alleged poisoning.

My grandmother was next on the menu - facts liked to some of my reports that were kicked aside.

Chemicals kept us oblivious (and worse) to what was taking place on our own properties - all in preparation for what was coming. Annihilation and illegal takeovers.

Not only discharging it while lying about the cause - watching the ensuing infections, amputations, and deaths - even refusing to test the soil as this continued. Same method / technique I saw while employed by Wilbert Swieso who was then seen forging and altering the dead victims' papers while smirking, "You can't live for the dead" - exactly as he did with Rolf. "No one will ever figure it out" he often boasted. Including me, until it was too late.

After the first risk analyst (Rose Miranda) was caught lying about the sewage and reconstruction, Senior risk analyst Kerry Trost stepped into the picture - I showed him the property line had been moved 8' when Olive Ave. was widened; the sewer vent went from 2' to 10' from the fence - along with the water meter in the alley. Sewer manholes were moved. He yelled at me, "That is YOUR problem, it is YOUR property!" I explained I do not
own the alley nor maintain the city water system, let alone IN THE ALLEY! The evidence verified exactly what took place - so he slammed the phone on me.

Kerry Trost not only accompanied the first risk analyst to call ME a "liar" about what took place, he smirked, "You will never prove it." It was when I presented a copy of the unaltered sewer layout, the death threats ensued.

CITY OF FRESNO NOT ONLY CONTINUES TO DENY OLIVE AVE. WAS WIDENED - A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR COVER UP ENSUED TO RECTIFY THE UNDERGROUND UTILITIES IN THE ENTIRE AREA - ALL RECORDS UPDATED TO MAKE IT APPEAR THAT NOTHING EVER TOOK PLACE. Throughout the years, books / directories / maps reprinted. Online archives blacked out. The City uses the altered records to continue the lies. As Wilbert Swieso laughs, "The public believes whatever they are told." The truth would expose nothing less than a free-for-all burglary, murder, property theft operation. The dead do not expose them.

BEWARE of ELECTRIC, GAS, WATER UTILITY THEFT!!!

It was the 1980s. Suddenly, without explanation, the electric rates SKYROCKETED! No matter what my parents did to reduce the rates, nothing helped.   They shut down the well-known neon signs on their business (front portion of the home was zoned commercial – they also owned the commercial building next door, Olive Ave.) They shut off the air conditioners and used fans, sweltering in a home that sometimes reached temperatures in excess of 100 degrees in summer. PG&E was called out time and again to check the meters (there were separate meters on the property) – each time told there was nothing wrong.

Same thing was happening to me – in the house my parents also owned next door to theirs. Whether I shut everything off while at work, or whether I left the central air set at 80-90 degrees while gone – my electric rates were exorbitant. PG&E told me the same thing – there was nothing wrong with my meter either.
PG&E trucks were often seen in the alley behind my parents’ properties – they were also seen parked across the street. On several occasions I asked them about the overhead wires that appeared out of place. Such as all the wires going from my parents’ properties connecting to the Laundromat (shown in this pic) next door. And all those wires going from this utility pole behind my house, all the way across the residential street to the utility pole in that alley! Each time I was assured nothing was out of place – nothing wrong – everything was hooked up / connected as it should be. In the condition my parents and I were being kept in, as our properties were being altered and set up for what was coming, or the neighbors "planted" to participate, we were helpless to what was taking place.

In fact I was so far gone due to the ongoing chemicals being administered without my knowledge as the water scam continued, I could not understand why I was always hearing water running through MY lines when the next-door neighbor was getting ready for work (2 a.m.) or when she returned. How was this possible? And why did these next-door neighbors insist on parking a broken-down car against the wall of my house? It blocked me from seeing the water spigot that had been added to that side of my home without my knowledge.

After my parents passed away, instead of selling the 2 properties next door, I did what I could to save them – renting them out to generate income in order to care for Rolf. My plan was to keep everything together so that after my care providing duties with Rolf were over, everything would be split with my siblings – as intended. Unfortunately, behind my back, my siblings had already been recruited by this group – big plans were underway, which did not include me. That explains the ongoing hell with each tenant – theft, tearing the properties apart, fraudulent lawsuits against me, the harder I tried the worse things became. In addition to money being poured into repairs, as well as more money needed for Rolf’s escalating health problems, which began after the sewage spills (which the risk analyst was lying about – leaving Rolf dead) I mortgaged my home in an attempt to keep up. Nonetheless, with my behavior while being poisoned in addition to all those fraudulent lawsuits on file, regardless they never won – it is me who could not look worse. With those behind the horrors being hailed as the “honest and credible” ones.

The chemicals continued – I was oblivious to what was being done right under my own nose. At the same time one of the neighbors across the street derived great pleasure in telling me of their low electric rates. How could mine be up to 4 x higher than his? And why did he and his roommate seem so obsessed with living near my family and me? Relocating / transferring within 3 different homes directly across the street, intertwining with others involved in the horrors, lying about what took place. At one point my electric bill reached over $900 – I was unknowingly paying for all the equipment behind major reconstruction while at work (employed by Wilbert G. Swieso, at the core of hell. Including the relocation of the utility pole described above – after all of the lines and cables mysteriously fell to the ground with Wilbert Swieso trying to swindle me of $2,000 to reconnect. Upon mentioning PG&E, he and his thugs (including the tenant, Dianna's Dancing involvement. PG&E told me to pay the bill or I would be CUT OFF!

It was when my neighbors across the residential street had company for 2 weeks, staying in a huge motorhome hooked up to that house, MY electric bill reached $550+/-!!!! I immediately contacted PG&E. Kept so closely monitored and sabotaged, all those wires that had been there for so long, vanished! PG&E then told me without evidence, no help. I then went downtown to speak with someone about the situation. Upon providing the woman with the address of this house across the street in order to verify electric theft, her mouth dropped. She looked at me and said, “I am so sorry.” Sorry because she could not help me – she said these people were protected by “Disclosure Laws.” She further told me PG&E could not help because nothing was stolen from THEM, it was stolen from their customer, which left them protected.

Regardless my rates had dropped so drastically, there was still an ongoing issue as to why my electric meter would sometimes run so fast when nothing was turned on. And why did it continue to run when I shut off the main switch!?! Again, PG&E told me there was nothing wrong with the meter. It went on for years. Until that day when the employee saw it with his own eyes – nothing was on other than a refrigerator and laptop yet the meter was running sporadic and crazy for no reason. He took the time to help me track all the switches on the meter panel.

To begin with, the switches occupy 2 panels. One panel was “dead” or so it used to be – so I never touched that panel. Secondly, the shut-off switch on the right panel no longer exists, it had been removed. Thirdly, some of the switches from the right side had been transferred to the left side so when I shut everything off on the right side, the left was still turned on. So what was connected on the left panel?

There was new cement everywhere as a result of the water scam – all the reconstruction and altering – that included all utilities – gas, water, electric. My electric hot water tank had “allegedly” been tied into the same house where the water theft had gone on for all those decades. I turned it off and immediately, my rates went down again – followed by more new cement. And an escalation in my gas rates!

By this point my central heating and air conditioning unit had been destroyed – the only thing left that ran on gas was my hot water tank in the basement. Not only had the tank been switched, piping had been altered; more new cement. I was paying for the next-door neighbors 10 people by that point, as the torch had been passed to the nephew etal) to do their dishes, laundry, bathing? At the same time more alterations to my home continued – including the basement where the lock was switched so I could not enter. After sawing the lock off, seeing the major alterations to the area (including the wall cut back), I shut that hot water tank off as well. Once these neighbors moved out I asked the next group if I could see the hot water tank in that house – there was no hot water tank on the property.

As you can see, my parents and I had been ambushed from all sides. As long as the chemicals continued, we were incapable of solving what was right under our noses.

The new owner of my family’s properties next door (taken by fraud) is not only linked to Wilbert Swieso (who is linked to the next-door neighbors mentioned above) but the Laundromat as well. Where the same risk analyst who set up Rolf and neighbor next-door to the north for elimination, also set up the owner of the Laundromat prior to his “alleged” disappearance – followed by Wilbert Swieso forging the wife’s name on an insurance application citing his motto, “You can’t live for the dead.” (JCW, also linked - Wilbert's accomplice.)

My point? I was informed that the owner’s tenant on the corner, where my parents lived, was complaining bout the PG&E rates being so high. How could that be if no one was even there much of the time?!? PG&E told him nothing was wrong – the previous occupants paid approximately the same amount. What a coincidence – the new owner has the electric wires cross-connected into his appliance store next door, running / testing washers and dryers all day, everyday. Would that usage be similar to what the Laundromat was using back in the 80s – up to when the owner vanished?   The dead do not expose this – nor the names that intertwine as it continues.
Decades of utility theft.  As grateful as I am to now open a utility bill showing usage of under $30, tears flow as my heart still breaks while remembering what my parents went through. Not only this, but so much more – the truth continues being buried deeper and deeper.

Just recently, more nearby digging and tree removal. I asked if this was being done in order to alter more water lines – of course I was told no. Then I noticed my water pressure had improved. More odd is that regardless I used double the amount of water last month (planting a garden), my bill was reduced. I suspect my water line on that side was finally disconnected.

So many people complain about the Smart Meters overcharging – becoming more upset when told there is nothing wrong with the meters. Maybe it is not the meter. Utility theft has never been easier – and look who is protected. So keep in mind that not only do these Smart Meters make it easy to track and identify electric theft, we can now monitor DAILY usage by looking at our accounts online! If someone is using their neighbor’s gas or electric while no one is home, it is now so easy to spot.

I sent an email to the City of Fresno asking if we could monitor our water usage in this manner. After all, many people have complained about underground lines cross-connecting, main shut-off valves removed (as one of mine were) leaving no control. With water rates escalating so high, with talk of another increase in the near future, this is something that needs to be addressed. Because picking up the lids to the City meters in order to read the numbers, is not only difficult for some of us, but nasty and filthy.

The vigilante group in Fresno, CA is using chemicals on victims – whether to incapacitate or turn them into targets for rape, burglary, illegal takeover of properties. In my case, in addition to the murders of my family members, continuing the chemicals while using hidden cameras as “proof” they have captured the guilty. Recording me, splicing, networking /altering contents on my hard drive then distributing stacks of it – framing me for crimes I did not commit. Yet with my behavior while being poisoned was intertwined with what this group provided as “evidence” – I could not look worse. That, of course, is why it was all done behind my back – leaving no chance to defend or protect myself, or the truth being exposed, such as how this mob was setting me up for the upcoming takeover.

What was done to my family and me, which began back in the 60s as our properties were being altered without out knowledge (same time my parents were being victimized by prominent City official – my father left hospitalized after alleged poisoning by this man) was ruthless. As the operation continued – the area was being planted with participants as the hell continued. (That is what the current multi-million dollar cover-up is about – what took place here ties into everything I have been posting. Never did these people expect me to still be alive after repeated attempts to kill me – least of all expose what they are running.)

Fresno Vigilantes – getting by with raping, VIN altering, talk of child-selling, child sex / dismemberment of the older ones. They are protected from being reported or held accountable for their acts – after all, they are the “honest and credible” people our officials protect. Because they also used as witnesses that nothing took place - as our officials participate in the atrocities!!!

Legal fraud, insurance fraud, estate planning fraud. Fraudulent accountant/s. Death upon death as targeted properties taken over to carry out water scam – then re-sold as “original” to unsuspecting buyers. Participants rewarded – vehicles, money, even housing! Watch the trail – see how many of the participants (in addition to their victims) are then left dead so nothing links back to the vigilantes at the core of this operation.

Several hundred feet cut off my home – each side of house and basement – every room left so much smaller, which was behind the burglary/switching. Police reports denied – insurance claims sabotaged as this group had slithered in for the final annihilation / takeover.

Framing / blaming others for what THEY DO.

A nightmare that began in the 60s – one group of participants replaced with the next group as the torch continued being passed. Toward the end, those at the core were dancing in celebration, cheering while telling me they would soon own these properties as well as the neighbors’ properties. JCW told me about the insurance claim that would pay for the reconstruction of a restaurant being planned, with me scheduled to meet the others, "In another world."   The underground and overhead utilities had been cross-connected (explaining the decades of utility theft as well.) A major fire was being planned - as done throughout the area over the decades as the water scam / path was being cleared down Olive Ave.  With my family and me eliminated, and these people rewarded for their participation, the truth would never be known.

Unfortunately for our officials, I lived long enough to expose what had taken place as well as the evidence – not only did that result in retaliation and being treated as the criminal, the multi-million dollar cover-up of these properties and surrounding area ensued. More altered records and denial of all.  Because what took place here verifies everything I have been saying all along. Not only the decades of annihilation / takeovers, the methods or participants - the secret water scam which Wilbert Swieso indicated Bonadelle / City of Fresno began back in the late 50s. As for the cover-up of evidence - it is still here for anyone who is interested or capable of seeing beyond the lies, altered records and smokescreens.

Stripped of all human / civil rights, means of survival, family killed, loss of everything I owned, left alone and isolated, called a “liar” by these “honest and credible” people.  All reports prohibited so they can continue the atrocities – clearing the path behind the water scam. I never stood a chance – nor did my family members.

How many times have I mentioned the widening of Olive Ave. – which the City of Fresno denies. Why have so many of my earlier postings (inc photos and “historic” information / evidence) on other web sites been removed? Including the article written in 1938 – Fresno Bee, front page – Olive had been widened. Too much information? Facts and descriptions that PROVE what has taken place? Including how Rolf was eliminated to pull this off. As well as the accomplices whose trails (and evidence) of this are ALSO being covered up!

Further verification of what I have been exposing. Other blogs have been altered – so much information removed. Hundreds of dollars spent on recorded documents wiped off my hard drive. Countless photos (evidence) removed from my hard drive as well. Once again – stripping me of a means to prove what took place here, the accompanying fraud from this mob, or even defend myself – as the City of Fresno and their participants continue claiming that Olive Ave. was not widened, our properties were not torn apart and rebuilt with trash, the property lines were not changed. Although the operation I have been describing (victims annihilated; illegal takeover of properties; entire city rebuilt on top of secretly-replaced, relocated water system) goes far beyond Olive Ave. (and far beyond Fresno), I am focusing on Olive Ave., where I lived my entire life. According to Mayor Alan Autry and the risk analyst who set us up for elimination, none of this took place, including widening of Olive Ave. Further attempts to seek help resulted in a threatening letter if I contacted the City again regarding what they did to my family, our properties and me.

Prior to this, Olive was a tight, narrow 2-lane street. No middle lane. Lots of long-time family-owned, store-front properties lined the street – such as ours.  To widen Olive Ave. would have entailed cutting the fronts off these street-lined properties and major reconstruction, which of course the owners would have protested. The public would have also protested.

So it was done secretly – one block at a time, beginning several decades ago. One by one, family-owned businesses ended. Murders remain “unsolved” (because the surrounding facts are not allowed.) Deaths. Fires.  Fraudulent legal documents. As structures were being “vacated”, what better way to avoid complaints or reports of the street widening or major reconstruction than to have following occupants “planted.” In fact to this day, they insist nothing changed – not even the widening of Olive Ave.

It was all done so slowly that it did not call attention. Outsiders did not realize what was taking place. By the time it was over, most of the old-timers had died. Records had been altered to match the new layouts. Aerial views altered. Books and directories were reprinted with updated photos. Maps and “vintage” photos altered. No one connected the dots.

So you see, it was our turn to be wiped out so this could continue down Olive Ave. as well as my home behind them.  Surrounded by the participants as my family was being eliminated one by one. The tenants on Rolf’s 2 properties (Olive Ave.) were “planted” as the destruction and fraudulent lawsuits against ME ensued. I was poisoned, raped, repeatedly taken out of town (Swieso & Winslow), catheterized during long durations as reconstruction continued. Kept so sick – sometimes appearing out of my mind while being exploited as “crazy” – that way no one would believe anything I said. Nor would anyone come looking for me once I “vanished.” Told I was going to meet the others, “in another world.” Fraudulent legal documents. Fraudulent insurance policy on me.

With the risk analyst continuing to lie and the ongoing destruction of Rolf’s 2 properties on Olive, I mortgaged my home to continue paying the ongoing destruction as well as Rolf’s medical bills – never realizing what was taking place. Insurance fraud (Swieso / DiBuduo & DeFendis Ins.) – cancellation of property insurance on Rolf’s properties as the “planted” tenant was preparing to sue and own all. Realtor fraud – cheated in excess of $1 million. Attorney fraud. I was being ambushed from every direction – once Rolf died they came after my home, also robbed and torn apart, left a horrific shambles.

The City of Fresno risk analyst who set up Rolf and me for annihilation had to have known how far gone I was being kept as she told me I “imagined” all of this. Including the widening of Olive Ave. Because obviously, it was impossible to widen without tearing our properties apart!!! Since records had been altered to match the new layout – they could NOT have any of my reports documented, so they turned the tables and made ME the criminal.

Afer recruiting senior risk analyst, Kerry Trost, to participate in wiping me out a Restraining Order was issued against me – calling me a “liar” and “crazy.” Even accusing ME of being a “Danger to THEM!” Because I got away before they finished me off too? Or because they had been caught. Senior risk analyst smirked, “You will never prove it.” My photos had been stolen, others scanned/altered. All my old documents were missing. Surrounded by neighbors who were rewarded to participate, all of them claiming no knowledge.

Suddenly it began making sense. This was being the cross-connected underground utilities – water and gas lines. Utility theft. This explained the upcoming fire I was told about – including one of the “planted” tenants attempting to blow the corner building up, then threaten to sue ME. (Naturally, Mr. Swieso was on hand to “help” with repairs again.) Another attempt via my central heating/air unit that had been torn apart and rebuilt (rigged) in a manner that would blow things up. This explained why the structures were rebuilt with such trash – they were going to go down in flames like all the others mentioned in the above link! No one would know it was set up.

We were setting in the middle of fires and murder cover-ups, of course all my reports were disregarded!!! Of course Mayor Alan Autry prohibited reports and backed up perjury to deny that any of this took place – including the widening of Olive Ave!!!!

This also explained why the risk analyst sabotaged my homeowners property insurance so there would be no recourse for the massive theft and destruction – called a “liar” that any of this took place. Jeffry C. Winslow told me that there would be no claim until I had been eliminated – when HE (and Swieso) took the properties over. No one would know that all the valuable heirlooms and jewelry had been switched with trash – imagine the insurance claim, the one Mr. Winslow said would take place after my elimination – a fire, with insurance paying for construction of a restaurant being planned on these properties! Including the Laundromat next door, where the owner was never seen after being set up by the same risk analyst!!

Once I reported the clamped, cross-connected underground utilities, the hell ensued to the next round. The only way to cover up the evidence would be to rectify all the underground utilities, which meant all structures would have to be torn apart again. The lines down the alley – which is when the water meter behind my house was returned to it’s original location – however, the other tie-in to the garage was not put back. Walls cut back further as the lines were rectified. Sidewalks and surrounding cement replaced AGAIN. Storm drains. Gas lines. It was all being rectified, followed by more altered / updated records to match the current layouts.

Mayor Alan Autry successfully pinned me down so the horrors could continue. As long as I continued being monitored, sabotaged, prohibited from help, restitution or even filing a report, these people were free to continue the horrors – and cover up what was done to my family. Because if the truth had ever been allowed to be documented – it would be found that this is behind countless others who were victimized in the same manner – including the “unsolved” murders I was not allowed to provide information.

There are countless witnesses to Olive Ave. being widened – not everyone is dead yet. They also saw it being done 1 block at a time. Including my family's properties properties – during Mayor Autry’s so-called “water infrastructure upgrade.” Therefore, the underground utilities would be as chopped up as it continued, with code violations as I have been stating all along. All of this is the evidence behind the risk analyst’s lies regarding the sewage spills / murder of Rolf. Death and amputations of neighbors also set up for annihilation. With a trail of this being done to others – naturally, this group wants the evidence altered in order to continue calling me a “liar.”

So all the lines have been rectified in the area – not only beneath these structures, down the alley, but also including down Olive Ave.   More new cement, more altered storm drains, etc. With the City of Fresno STILL denying the street was widened. Did they alter all of this in a manner to make it appear that none of this took place - so they can continue denying all of this while pointing the finger to ME of being a “liar” and “crazy?” With so many witnesses to the truth, they have ultimately MAGNIFIED the operation, lies, and massive amount of effort and money invested into the cover-up. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to handle this discreetly – along with having me sign a gag order as it has been implied done with countless others?

Not accusing, just wondering about all the street lights down Olive Ave. Wouldn’t they have been removed / altered again? Is it a coincidence they all shut off? Blamed on copper wire theft. The City indicates they will not be repairing them for several more months – no doubt.

I am too far outnumbered to survive this much longer. Lost my family, my means of survival, everything I owned, even the deed to my house while being set up by the City of Fresno. A friend is temporarily funding me but the City of Fresno and their group still need me off this final property. Clearly, I am being set up for the next chapter.

Refused help, I posted online. Kept monitored, City of Fresno responded to my blog with sexual harassment. I took it to another risk analyst, Kevin Watkins, who insisted the City was innocent – he implied that I posted it to MYSELF! (City always blaming and pointing elsewhere.) The ISP verifies exactly where this came from.

RECAP OF LEGAL FRAUD - all in preparation for illegal takeover.

In 1999, immediately after the death of my handicapped uncle, Wilbert Swieso (estate planner) hired me to work for him. At this same time, David Silva was setting up in the office next door to Mr. Swieso. The title "bankruptcy attorney" was painted on Mr. Silva's door. He and Mr. Swieso were very close. They attended Estate Planning Council meetings together. They "shared" clients.

And they conspired in fraudulent legal documents.

Wilbert G. Swieso, CLU, ChFC told me my siblings were planning on destroying me - planning on leaving me homeless. Over and over he told me to trust him - said he could not have been in business all these decades if he was not an honest man. He instructed me to do as he said, if I wanted to be safe - I had to put Rolf's estate properties (that were to be divided among my siblings and me) into another Trust. With Mr. Swieso and Mr. Silva repeatedly assuring me this was legal (which is was NOT), I agreed to do this for a short time - until I got back on my feet. (I had just spent 14 yrs as a care provider to my father and handicapped uncle.)

Over and over, Mr. Silva asked me if I was in contact with my siblings. No - ties had been severed. Not until he was sure of this, did he proceed with the fraudulent legal documents.

I was being administered unknown chemicals at the time - these men set me up for what ensued. No matter how hard I tried to get help or report what they had done to me - every avenue had been blocked. I was being treated as the criminal.

Of course they needed me off the properties. Big plans were underway - plans that began decades earlier. Plans that verifiy what I reported done to my family, our properties and me.

Not accusing, just wondering ..... the empty office Mr. Silva was occupying - nothing to indicate he was an attorney. How could it be so bare - he told me he previously shared this office with the other attorneys down the hall. It was later when I contacted that office down the hall - the receptionist told me no one in that office knew who Mr. Silva was. I never located 1 attorney who did know who Mr. Silva was.

It was after that time when I reported Mr. Silva for fraudulent legal documents and conspiring with Wilbert Swieso in an alleged real estate theft operation (and more.) Below is the response:

Mr. Silva knew he had been caught. He secretly closed his office - absconding with his clients' money and files.

Despite the onslaught of complaints from his other clients who had been abandoned, and the fact Mr. Silva was not responding to CA BAR Assn., his fraud was deemed nothing more than an "accident" with no harm done.

Mr. Silva was disbarred, however, closing his office allowed Mr. Swieso to avoid being investigated.

As I stated, all I can do is look back. Such as the time I asked Mr. Silva where he got his clientele - he said they were "referrals." I never could find anything pertaining to Mr. Silva's legal practice. Sure, his name is listed in CA BAR Assn. but after all the fraudulent legal documents and ID theft I have discovered throughout this ordeal, I wanted to find something more. I looked in old telephone directories - nothing. So I started from the beginning.

Below - this states Mr. Silva was admitted into the CA BAR Assn. in 1990. Once again - why could I find no listings?

I recall Mr. Silva telling me he had a son with special needs.

I also recall him and Mr. Swieso repeatedly boasting that Mr. Silva was previously employed by FBI but was fired. FBI = anything to do with Farm Bureau International?

Never did find anything showing Mr. Silva being an attorney.

UPDATE 1/5/2013: First of all I retract mention of "fake" attorney - I simply never found listings but that does not mean Mr. Silva was not who he claimed to be.
=====> CA BAR ASSN. - records indicate Mr. Silva is currently in the process of being reviewed for reinstatement of his license. His court date is January 18, 2013. I described how one of the tenants had caused damage to the gas line, somehow tangled in the electrical lines before lighting over 100 candles, turning on the gas full blast and leaving the premises. Same time the neighbor on the other side of me moved out of her house for a few months. Said she was moving to GA. After seeing her at her father's house around the corner 3 weeks later I asked him why she lied. He did not know - nor why she moved from her home into an apartment located across town.

This explains the lies by the risk analyst as the sewage floods continued. Not only was she paid to set us up for annihilation in order to carry out the City of Fresno water scam, she was involved in Wilbert G. Swieso's portion as well. At the time it made no sense how rags from the Laundromat across the alley were coming up my sewer vent; items from the neighbors coming up my 2nd sewer vent. Nor did the explanation for these events make sense - claiming it was due to "negligence in sewer maintenance" when in fact no investigation had ever been made. The lines had been cross-connected. Even as the illnesses and deaths ensued, she simply said, "Not my problem." Because that was the goal - clearing the path. The risk analyst then discarded the 350+/- photos she took - the committed perjury to deny all!

How far gone was I kept in order not to see what was being done to Rolf’s properties? Wilbert / City of Fresno did not even wait until he died before tearing into his properties. Using the risk analyst to lie to me while having me bled of thousand$ for ongoing "repairs." Even 2 new central heating/air units (5,000) switched with trash behind my back. Money needed for Rolf's medical care was being poured into this nightmare - I finally mortgaged my home to continue paying all of this. I tried so hard to keep things together - including the properties, which would later be divided among my siblings and me. Behind my back, other plans were being made - including the elimination of Rolf and me. Once Rolf died, my house (next door) was next on the menu. Ongoing poison, taken out of town, kept sick as hell.

Since they are not rewarded until after the structure has been turned over, it appears that annihilation of property owners has become a SPORT! There are no repercussions - any / all reports of crimes linked to the water scam are not allowed. From murder, rape, poisoning, insurance fraud, alleged child-selling operation – reports are prohibited.

Rolf and neighbors left dead and/or never seen again after being set up by risk analyst. It was not expected I would still be alive either. Continuing to be lied to / set up by City risk analyst, I was poisoned, robbed, raped as my home torn apart and left a shambles. Throughout all the above, as the illnesses, infections, amputations and deaths ensued, the City of Fresno refused to test the soil after the sewage spills. Per risk analyst: “Not my job.” Her comment re: the illnesses and deaths (including neighbors): “Not my problem.”

In addition to the massive destruction / reconstruction without authorization, permits or inspections, these are the "new" sewer and water lines - imagine the nasty, filthy water that comes from this corroded trash. Or how much longer before they break.

As this continued, I endured ongoing illness, respiratory, cellulitis of both feet.

Next-door neighbor endured hepatitis, staph, foot amputation, dead age 49. Neighbor in the next home endured foot amputation; then leg amputation. No doubt it would be difficult to believe that everything in one's home could be switched. From built-in cabinets, tables, chairs, buffets, china cabinets, toilets, doors, windows, air conditioners, rain gutters, flooring, etc. Impossible? This accompanies the Wilbert G. Swieso / City of Fresno's secret water diversion operation.

City of Fresno targeted me for elimination - never expecting me to survive. Rolf and neighbors left dead. I was robbed, raped, fraudulent legal documents, fraudulent insurance policy, much more as the horrors took place.

The switching of furniture and belongings is not just a simple burglary operation. As you can see, structures are no longer standing as they were when originally built. So unless this is done in-between sales - property owners are being annihilated - all reports, evidence is prohibited by City of Fresno.

Also keep in mind Mr. Swieso and several members among his mob are professional woodworkers. There are also professional photographers and graphic artists who scan and alter photographs to make it appear that nothing changed. As for getting into homes to carry this out, there is mention of devices that bypass locks leaving no sign of break-in. And with "planted" neighbors/tenants surrounding their victim/s, in addition to tapping phones and hacking computers in order to sabotage attempts to seek help, they have created the "Perfect Plan." The trail of burglaries, ID theft, forged and fraudulent legal documents, real estate fraud/theft, insurance fraud, reports of poisoning, suspected homicides, unsolved murders speaks for itself. Once the alterations are completed, title companies alter the parcel map to line up to the new layout; structure re-sold as "original."

The City of Fresno's risk analysts are involved in the operation. One was sent to my home to lie about the recurring sewage back spills. Despite countless witnesses, the risk analyst lied about the street widening in front of 2 of our 3 properties (Olive Ave., Tower Dist.) as well as the residential street. Records, including historic aerial views had been altered to make it appear that nothing changed. She lied about the new property lines, relocation / reconnection of utility poles. She lied and lied and lied ~ then used her "release for clean-up" as her ticket of non-responsibility for the major theft, damages, reconstruction, illnesses and death that ensued as a result of this nightmare. When asked for an explanation, she merely said, "I can't talk to you about that." Upon presenting a copy of an UNALTERED water layout, which verifies exactly what took place, death threats ensued.

The reason for prohibiting me from filing an insurance claim for the grand theft and major reconstruction is quite simple ~ I was not scheduled to still be alive. Mr. Swieso "planted" tenants in the 2 commercial properties along Olive Ave. to serve as "credible witnesses" that none of this took place. With the fraudulent legal documents prepared, and mold consuming one of the properties due to the loosening of a clamped water line covered in new cement, the tenant was going to sue and own all, free and clear, as this group boasts of doing to others. It was further implied that a fire was going to ensue, which would allow THIS MOB to file an insurance claim, which would pay for the new restaurant being planned. As you can see, fires are quite common here in Fresno, CA.

My home was completely rebuilt with trash on top of clamped sewre/water lines. Rooms left smaller - therefore all contents were switched and/or cut back smaller.

My large washer and dryer were switched with smaller (trash) models, because the larger ones no longer fit!

PG&E's CARE program came by offering me a brand new refrigerator in exchange for my large one ~ behind my back it was then switched with a smaller duplicate, to accommodate the new measurements that followed.

BEAUTIFUL $20,000 antique china cabinet replaced with one using trim and curved glass from JC Penney Model. (Thank you, Lanny, for the tip on how this was done.)

Bathroom ~ beautiful, original tile torn out, replaced with chipped, uneven trash. Built-in cabinets replaced with more trash. (See no previous layers of paint ~ mine had several layers.)

Kitchen now smaller and rebuilt with trash.

Counter tile replaced with trash, now uneven, water seeping into drawers. Back tiles are brand new! (House built in 1942.)

Trash tiles; new faucet replaced with trash dripping mold.

Central heat/air torn out; heating portion replaced with asbestos trash and taped together! Carrier unit above replaced with mis-matched trash. Wiring held together with duct tape!

It appears that the ducts in the walls were removed; filth now pouring in, making me ill. Mold test also indicates mold.

Fireplace / chimney flue replaced with broken, rotted trash. Outside bricks have been replaced.

Driveway now overlapping due to altered property lines. Drivway now so narrow cannot open car doors without hitting sides. Neighbor's driveway doubled in size. (One home removed several doors down; others shifted down the block in a "ripple effect.")

Gas meter relocated / reconnected without authorization, permits or inspections.

Inside electrical wiring is all wrong; extreme danger.

Bedroom windows once needed a ladder to enter from the outside ~ they are now at a level for easy access.

Inside walls crumbling.

Beautiful, original hardwood floor switched with mismatched, unfinished wood. Nails seen in basement. Beams in basement now clamped together.

Cracked / relocated front steps. Outside wall crumbing. (Again, note no previous layers of paint.)

Sewer vent pipe next to wall switched from double to single. From facing east/west to north. Antenna for garage apt. is shoved down a severed water pipe running down wall in the tool shed.

City of Fresno called me a "liar" about my sewer vent going from 2' to 10' from the fence/property line. (Risk analyst should have had photos since the sewage was coming from these vents.) As you can see, the City's own unaltered water layout verifies exactly what took place.

We were on our own property when the City of Fresno and their mob targeted us. Years of poisoning and creating a lynch mob went into what was done to me. The torch was passed to Wilbert Swieso in 1982 ~ he never let go. Prior to all of this, I had a beautiful home, in perfect condition. It was valued in excess of $200,000 ~ one licensed contractor told me that at this point, I would be lucky to get $35,000. My home was paid for, free and clear ~ I now have a mortgage in excess of the value. It was left in such a mess that I cannot rent it out and move into the garage in an attempt to survive this nightmare.

Stripped of civil and human rights, I was further robbed, raped, more pets killed/harmed. Stripped of a means of survival, left unemployable due to the poisoning and hidden cameras, in fear for my life as death threats have increased.

Fresno, CA's Cross-Connected Water Lines!

Property owners are repeatedly reminded they are liable to maintain the sewer and water lines on their property - "at and after the point of their connection into the water meter service." Because THAT is where the hell begins.

The City of Fresno has a secret. For over 50 yrs, they have been replacing the City water system which entails reconstruction of connecting properties. By the time it is over, the sewer and water lines on private property have been left haphazardly clamped together.

The street widening that accommodates this is so extreme that trees are removed as blocks are made smaller.

Several feet cut off front lawns; back yards extended into alleys.

To make room, one structure on each side of the block is removed.

Lots of fires.

Yet you don't see empty parcels. Because one by one, all the other structures undergo "renovations." As this goes on, structures are slowly shifted down the block; all property lines changed.

Keep in mind this has been going on for over 50 yrs. People are "planted" until the reconstruction is done - that way there are no complaints about this being done without permits or inspections - massive building, environmental, building and safety code violations. By using a fake work crew on private properties, the City claims no knowledge! Then they carry out the major reconstruction on city property to tie it all in - then alter pubic records to cover the evidence.

Some structures removed as others expanded. In some cases 2 homes become 1 as they all shift down the block - rebuilt on TOP of clamped sewer/water lines.

After each structure is complete, aerial views are altered to make it appear that things were always this way. Title companies alter the parcel map to match the new property lines and structures are re-sold as "original" to unsuspecting buyers.

From the outside, everything appears in order. Yet as you can see, nothing is standing as it was when originally built.

The "Before and After" parcel maps are the first clue that something is seriously wrong with this picture.

Example: The water layout verifies the sewer vent in this yard went from 2' to 10' from the fence/property line. (See 198' on diagram.)

Sewer and water lines were replaced with rotted, corroded, haphazardly-clamped pipes. The garage no longer has a separate water set-up as the diagram shows - it was cross-connected to the house. The main water shut-off valve for the house was removed.

All gas lines and utility poles have to be relocated/reconnected. More altered records to make it appear that nothing changed.

Reason for removal of main water shut-off valve was due to the water lines being cross-connected to the house next door. It appears the house next door is also tied into the hot water heater.

This has taken place from one end of Fresno to the other. (And beyond.) The City of Fresno is using altered records to deny all knowledge or responsibility for this horrific shambles of haphazardly-clamped sewer and water lines, not up to code, and in some cases cross-connected to neighbor's property. Shut-off valves removed so no control at the same time they continue to remind property owners they are responsible for the maintenance of sewer and water lines on their property.

After 50+ yrs, the City of Fresno was finally caught. They reacted to reports with name-calling, perjury and a Restraining Order against me.

At first, Senior Risk Analyst Kerry Trost, smirked, "You will never prove it." When I later addressed the issue of cross-connected water lines he responded, "That is YOUR problem, it is on YOUR property!" By this time I had the copy of the water layout and specifically pointed out that the water meter in the alley as well as the sewer manhole - both had been replaced/relocated just as I had been saying all along, which could not have possibly been done without the unauthorized reconstruction of my home. He then demanded, "This is OVER!"

As long as residents remain oblivious to the deceit and municipal fraud taking place, the City of Fresno gets by with lying and assuring residents of their integrity and efforts to improve the water system.

The City of Fresno gladly offers help and answers regarding the public utilities - until confronted with the TRUTH. Then they get nasty, threaten, commit perjury and refuse to even address the issue. By using altered records to deny responsibility because the problems are on private property, the City of Fresno is getting by with holding others liable to maintain a horrific mess they have created. That includes cross-connected lines resulting in various residents unknowingly paying their neighbor's utilities.

Now with water meters installed, it is a good idea to check all of them down your block - verify who is and who is not paying. According to Kerry Trost, Fresno water meters are on private property and not the responsibility of the City of Fresno when linked to cross-connected lines - therefore, residents should feel free to pull up the lids and investigate. (Do not rely solely on the meter reading because numbers are occasionally turned to make it appear there is service. Either go back and re-read the numbers or look for the rotating arrows.)

As for mold, termites, sick building syndrome - another chapter. These structures are not up to building standards nor seismic/earthquake codes. That is why you will find no record for the reconstruction - all done without permits/inspections.

Fresno: Knowing when it is time to let go + be transformed

I am witness to the 50-yr water scam, which entails horrific crimes against innocent residents in order to "clear the path." Reports of poisoning, real estate theft, insurance fraud, suspected homicides, unsolved murders ~ and the attempted murder of me. I can provide names of 60 poisonings, deaths, disappearances, suspected homicides, and facts behind unsolved murders. Reports were not wanted or allowed ~ the punishment was perjury, Restraining Order and death threats against me. Public records were altered to cover up evidence and motive behind all the above.

It was not expected I would be alive to expose this nightmare. In preparation for my final departure, I could not look worse due to the many years of poisoning and hidden cameras while being set up for what was coming. When you can make your victim look worse than YOU, no one looks at YOU or YOUR trail. No one suspects that this has been done to countless others ~ because they usually are dead by the time it is over. Once a person's reputation and credibility have been destroyed, no one cares or questions their death or disappearance.

In "revenge" for my horrific behavior while being poisoned, everything I owned was switched with inferior look-alike. Larger objects had been rebuilt smaller. Built-in cabinets switched with trash. Windows/doors, rain gutters, toilets, flooring, replaced with trash. Photographs were scanned/altered to make it appear that nothing changed. It sounds absurd ~ why would an entire mob invest YEARS into the planning of something like this. Because things are not always what they appear to be.

For those who have been following my page/blogs, you have seen the evidence of structures being completely rebuilt on top of the City's secretly-replaced water system. By the time it is over, nothing is standing as it was when originally built. Rooms are no longer the same size. Victims are either eliminated or set up as I was ~ as a horrible person who deserved being robbed, raped, filmed with hidden cameras, and more. The burglary portion of the operation followed the sewage back spills, which the risk analyst was lying about. This allowed for countless photos and everything removed for clean-up i.e., theft, replacement of cabinets, etc. My handicapped uncle, neighbors and I were being set up for elimination so all of this could take place - repeated exposure of raw sewage resulted in illness, hospitalization, which left no one home as major reconstruction was taking place without authorization. In the end, my uncle and neighbors on 3 sides were left dead.

People who are made to appear as horrible as I did while being administered chemicals, are not entitled to file reports, defend themselves, apologize, or seek justice for surrounding atrocities.

So isn't it odd that if I was so "legitimately" horrible, the Court system was not used to alter / bypass my family's legal documents (Irrevocable Trust) instead of click: this method. Instead, Mayor Autry used the justice system for perjury and denial. Like the others, he could not afford the truth to be exposed let alone documented.

Aside from those behind this nightmare, others never saw beyond the smokescreen. Their loyalty remains to those at the core of this. I remain surrounded by this mob as the horrors continue.

No one is entitled to kill another person and/or family. To set them up for annihilation, poison, rob, rape, take properties by fraud, strip victim of means of survival + prohibit help. These are unforgivable sins ~ being committed by mob behind Fresno's water scam. Others are recruited when they see how easy it is to rob, annihilate and get by with it.

Strength is not demonstrated by continuing a losing battle but in having the power to let go and the sense to know when. In cases such as this, when there is nothing left and no chance of survival, suicide is not a sin ~ it is a tragedy. Secret replacement of the city(s) water system entails major reconstruction of connecting properties. The operation has been taking place over the past 50 yrs. In-between sales, under the guise of "renovations", fires, etc. every structure has been altered; streets widened; utility poles relocated / reconnected; all done in total secrecy, which is why there are no records for this vast undertaking. As you can see, the City has become a shambles. Building / safety / environmental / health code violations, escalating ADA violations, quality materials and workmanship replaced with inferior materials.

EXTERMINATION OF PROPERTY OWNERS

Replacement of the water system is carried out section at a time. So for those property owners who did not sell or relocate throughout the years, they are targeted for elimination. One such method entails deliberately deluging victims with raw sewage until they die.

As sewer and water lines are being replaced, it creates sewage back spills on city and private property. The City risk analyst is sent out to lie to the property owner about the cause. She demands a "release for clean-up." By the time it is over, the victim is dead. With "planted" neighbors to serve as "credible witnesses" that nothing took place, the major reconstruction of property is carried out without permits, inspections or complaints. Property lines changed. Title companies knowingly record the forged / fraudulent legal documents while illegally altering the parcel maps to line up to the new layout.

With all the evidence covered up, the City denies all knowledge and/or responsibility. As if nothing other than new sidewalks ever took place. Any problems or questions that arise are met with the risk analyst using her "release" as her ticket of non-responsibility. Upon being caught, perjury and death threats against me.

Mr. Swieso always laughed that public believes anything they are told, which makes this so easy. It is true. We believed the Mayor when he talked about the "infrastructure upgrade" (which is part of this nightmare.) We believed that the new sidewalks were on our behalf. We trusted and believed in this man never knowing that behind the lies, human and civil rights were being taken from us while being led like sheep to the slaughter.

Kerry Trost, senior risk analyst, said it was Mayor Autry who ordered the cover-up when this nightmare took place down Olive Ave. Residents annihilated; fraudulent/forged legal documents; altered public records as though Olive Ave. was not widened (which entailed major reconstruction of store-front properties as well as altered property lines.)

TALK OF CITYWIDE CHEMICALS BEING ADMINISTERED TO RESIDENTS THROUGHOUT FRESNO. Is this why Public Works will not allow our water to be tested?

I reported Swieso's partner, a local resort owner, as "danger to the public." Verified forgeries of wife said he "got rid of." (He said she was "crazy.") My friend pled for help claiming to be poisoned with intent to kill; dead, age 39. (He said she was "crazy.") While poisoning me, he said I would meet his wife and the others, "In another world." (Said I was "crazy.")

Immediately after the death of my mother, in 1983, one of Swieso's group laughed, telling me my father would be diagnosed with Alzheimer's and I (who would then be left signature on the properties this group was after) would lose everything. My father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and I lost everything as a result of the poisoning and conspiring among this group. There is no doubt in my mind my father was being administered chemicals. The coroner was also linked to this mob ~ my father was denied an autopsy. Same with my handicapped uncle who HAD to die in order for Swieso to alter the legal documents (2 of the 3 properties were in an Irrevocable Trust for his care.) Mr. Swieso, the "honest" insurance agent, coerced me into signing illegal documents that named HIM, "Successor Trustee" to my family's properties. With my final departure underway, and a fraudulent life insurance policy appointing Mr. Swieso "beneficiary", he demonstrated the same pattern I saw him do to countless others. This estate planner's motto: "You can't live for the dead."

The gentleman who predicted my father death stopped by my house a while back ~ told me I would commit suicide. Not that I am suicidal ~ I have spent the past several years pleading for help. Suspected homicide of my family members, attempted murder of me, income properties taken by fraud, home torn apart and left a shambles, everything stolen, insurance sabotaged so no recourse, left unemployable due to poisoning and hidden cameras ~ ongoing hell, while continuing to be called a "liar." I remain surrounded by this mob ~ monitored, sabotaged, discredited. What option is there other than suicide. I am now in the final chapter. Against all odds I made it this far only to have Mayor Alan Autry hammer the final nail in my coffin. Mr. Swieso and his mob remain fully protected ~ "clearing the path" for secret water diversion. (Also interesting is the connection of Mr. Swieso to the Laundromat next door at the time of my mother's death. And others linked at that time ~ some now deceased, as the "rotation pattern" continued. No witnesses left behind. Recruit ~ use ~ discard.)

The City of Fresno's "infrastructure upgrade" is leaving a trail of illness, infections, deaths. Because along side the "infrastructure upgrade" is another operation taking place. Because there is no record for it taking place! What they are involved in is not authorized or being carried out legitimately - hence, the illegally altered records. The ringleader, a former employee of the City of Fresno, boasts of overriding the Planning Dept. and altering records to cover up the evidence. He is laughing at our City officials, saying they are too incompetent to ever figure it out. With the City's office personnel looking at altered records, there is no help.

In addition to my ongoing illness and infections, my handicapped uncle died as this took place on our property. I was called a "liar" about what took place, and prohibited from filing a report, seeking justice or restitution. Neighbors on 3 sides of me also left dead as this took place.

This operation is threatening both public health and the environment as a whole. Complete failure to protect public health or maintain compliance issues and/or appropriate safety factors.

I have literally, hundreds of responses from agencies stating this is not their job. The usual response pertaining to municipal fraud/corruption, endangering the public, etc. has always been to work this out with the City of Fresno, however, the 3-yr Restraining Order prohibited me from speaking to anyone at the City of Fresno pertaining to this operation. Fresno resident, L.O.G., self-proclaimed member of the Aryan Brotherhood, says his daughter (local FBI agent) is behind high-tech monitoring of targeted property owners which allows heinous crimes to be carried out without being caught. Beyond tapped phones and hacked computers ~ he says the method is so far advanced that no one will ever figure it out. He boasted of robbing and murdering, even offering to kill anyone I wanted. He said that with the help of his daughter's monitoring technique, he would never be caught and even if he was, she had the power to see that he was not held accountable for anything. (She has covered for him in the past ~ info upon request.)

It appears that L.O.G. is referring to surgically-implanted monitoring devices. In the past, I was told on 3 occasions, that was behind the TMJ ordeal I endured. I awoke in excruciating pain ~ my jaw had apparently been broken/dislocated. Although it felt like the back gum area on both sides had been cut, I could not open my mouth wide enough to see. I told my dentist I had TMJ. I could barely open my jaw wide enough to be fitted with a device, which I wore for 3-4 mos. My jaw never closed as it once did ~ in fact, those who told me what had been done to me actually laughed at the final result. To this day I can *feel* something imbedded. I am too scared to have x-rays ~ too scared to even tell my doctor. After all that has been done to me including the suspected homicides of my family, followed by death threats for exposing so much, I live in terror.

L.O.G. is linked to Wilbert Swieso, the self-proclaimed mastermind behind the water scam. Mr. Swieso leaves a trail of deaths, forged and fraudulent legal documents and insurance policies. Upon being targeted, he used the City of Fresno's risk analyst to set up my family and neighbors for annihilation ~ I am the sole survivor. Both income properties taken by fraud; home torn up and left a shambles (using trash materials inc. asbestos) now setting on top of corroded, clamped sewer/water lines. Insurance sabotaged, prohibiting me from filing any claims.

Mr. Swieso says Mayor Alan Autry participated in setting up my family and neighbors for what took place. So is it really a coincidence that it was Mayor Autry who prohibited reports ~ instructing his risk analysts to commit perjury and have a Restraining Order issued against ME. Calling ME a "liar" about the deaths, destruction and major reconstruction of city and private properties ~ accusing ME of harassing THEM! (Including the unsolved Polzin murder across the street when the water scam took place on his property. Wilbert G. Swieso, long time insurance agent, estate planner, Long Term Care broker gains access to his clients' homes with offers of "help with home repairs." Sewage back spills occur, which he claims no knowledge or responsibility for. One repair leads to the next, as he brings in his private work crew. He refers his various home health personnel (involved in the operation) for the illnesses. After the death(s) I often saw him forging insurance papers and altering legal documents while citing his motto, "You can't live for the dead." Not until being targeted did I realize what he was doing.

Illegal takeover of PG&E's equipment. Despite witnesses, photographs and unaltered records, PG&E has no idea, because their records have been altered to make it appear that no changes have ever taken place. Illegal relocation of PG&E's equipment; rewiring, reconnecting, cross-connecting to illegally relocated/reconnected Smart Meters, etc. The group behind this is not authorized or licensed ~ even the connecting structures are illegally rewired, in some cases, cross-connected for utility theft. (Until this has been addressed, utility theft remains covered up by Disclosure Laws.)

This is an overview of how blocks are being made smaller with structures rebuilt on top of secretly-replaced water system.

How could something so massive be done without the public's knowledge? Very carefully. Over the course of 50 yrs, done in-between sales, under the guise of "renovations" or with "planted" neighbors to serve as "credible witnesses" that nothing took place. As for those occupants who have not relocated in time ~ God help them. (Trail of real estate fraud, ID theft, suspected homicides, unsolved murders follows, also being covered up.)

From street widening, tree pulling, major reconstruction, changes in property lines, relocation of street lights, fire hydrants, storm drains, manholes, PG&E's equipment (utility poles, junction boxes, Smart Meters), etc. there is no record for what is taking place.

All property lines changed; every structure now setting on top of clamped sewer/water lines ~ major building, health, environmental, safety code violations.

When alterations are not authorized or done under appropriate guidelines, do not expect to find any record for it. No permits, inspections for the reconstruction. No safety precautions behind replacement of city water system, which results in citywide discharging of raw sewage. How is this covered up? After each parcel has been altered, title companies alter the parcel map to the new property lines; earlier records "no longer available." Aerial views altered. City of Fresno's risk analyst is involved in setting up targeted property owners for annihilation so this can take place without complaints/witnesses. Lying about the cause behind sewage back spills, leaving a trail of illnesses, deaths, suspected homicides, unsolved murders ~ property then torn up / rebuilt on top of secretly-replaced water system. Using altered records to cover the evidence of her involvement as well as everything having been well-planned and deliberate, her response, "Not my problem."

In my case, the risk analyst was caught in her lies ~ including relocation / reconnection of the nearby utility pole. I personally saw the group in action ~ they tried to swindle me of $2,000 to reconnect the mass of lines/cables. Upon mentioning PG&E, they reconnected ~ resulting in additional $900 to my bill that month. With PG&E's records altered to make it appear that their pole had always been where it is now, I had to pay or lose service.

The risk analyst denied that Olive Ave. was widened, which entailed the very destruction of my family's store-front properties I was being called a "liar" about.

She insisted that property lines had not been changed, resulting in the sewer vent in my yard (behind the above 2 properties on Olive Ave.) going from 2' to 10' from the fence.

She lied and lied and lied. Then she turned the tables, having a Restraining Order issued against ME, making ME appear the criminal. They do not allow anything on record!

It appears that there is no accountability within these agencies / departments. Outsiders have taken complete control of all overhead and underground utilities ~ and everything in-between.

It also appears that people among this nightmare are holding positions in various agencies that the public is assured they can trust and rely on ~ only to find out that they prohibit help. Reports prohibited. The public is left without help, recourse as the atrocities continue, at the cost of human lives.

Mr. Swieso laughs and laughs ~ he says the City is too "incompetent" to ever catch, see or stop him. He says the public is too "oblivious" to see what is taking place right under their noses. He further laughs at how easy all of this is because the public never questions anything ~ they believe anything they are told." That includes the office personnel at the City of Fresno as well as PG&E ~ put altered records in front of them and that is what they support. It is all they have.

With our utility infrastructure no longer in compliance, we are all in great danger. Instead of cursing, blaming and seeking revenge toward PG&E for all the utility problems that have transpired since the introduction of Smart Meters, perhaps we can help them rectify the problems. For the sake of all of us I am requesting your help in getting this information to PG&E ~ I cannot get beyond the mob behind this.

MEDICARE FRAUD

For several years, I was the sole care provider to my handicapped uncle. Down's syndrome, totally bedridden the last 5 1/2 yrs of his life.

It was near the time of the City of Fresno's deliberate sewage spills, my uncle began to develop bed sores. Those bed sores would never heal because they were constantly infected with pseudomonas. I felt blessed we were able to have Home Health Services ~ imagine daily care not only by a registered nurse but an aide to come and bathe my uncle. I did not even question them when they requested copies of the deeds to our properties as well as banking information.

In time, something did not make sense ~ Medicare fraud became a huge issue. Services were being cut back significantly. Investigations and licenses were being revoked. Companies were being closed. Because home health care is designed for limited and temporary services ~ it is otherwise extremely expensive (in our case over $10,000/mo.) My uncle did not qualify for all of this on-going care ~ patients with such needs as his were being cut off or and/or put into nursing homes. So I asked the nurse why the rules did not affect my uncle ~ why was he continuing to receive daily care when obviously, he was not entitled. I was told, "because he is special." Another one told me that other patients were released prior to receiving their full benefits, so those unused benefits were transferred to my uncle. It all sounded absurd, but since I was receiving the monthly statements from Medicare, which showed the number of hours being spent on my uncle, I said nothing.

One of the aides came over to visit me nearly every day after he got off work. He immediately went to my uncle's pills, opening and pillaging through the containers. I asked him what he was doing ~ he said he was making sure there were enough pills for the following day. Keep in mind that during all of this, I was being administered chemicals, described in earlier blogs. I would have otherwise suspected what this man was doing. Because there is no doubt in my mind that my uncle was also being poisoned. He had to die in order for the fraudulent legal documents to be prepared (explained in earlier blogs.) This was the same aide who later gave me hints about the reconstruction that went on right under my nose.

Another one of the aides used to point to my belongings, telling me what she wanted after I died. Another one brought her fiancé, showing him my family's properties next door, asking if she could have the sconces off the walls! Clearly, there was more interest in my family's properties and belongings than in the welfare of my uncle. By the time it was over, all 3 of the properties had been stripped and haphazardly rebuilt on top of the City's secretly-replaced water system. Everything I owned had been switched with trash ~ insurance sabotaged, etc. These are the home health aides I later overheard Wilbert Swieso referring to his elderly insurance clients.

Mr. Winslow took credit for having my handicapped uncle's gold-filled teeth removed prior to his death. He told me it was time for my uncle to die since "he looked so bad." I never introduced him to my uncle! While the aide was cleaning up the coagulated blood from my uncle's mouth, the nurse would not approve for him to see a dentist ~ she said his teeth would "come out the other end." Of course they never did ~ they had been removed!

DO YOU SEE THAT SOMETHING WAS/IS VERY WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

There are professional photographers and graphic artists among Mr. Swieso's mob. Scanning and altering photographs to cover up the theft and major reconstruction, so their victim appears "crazy." Others among Mr. Swieso's group boast about altering legal documents, insurance papers and MEDICARE STATEMENTS! To this day I do not know (or believe) if these people were legitimate. I do not know if those monthly statements were being scanned/altered to keep me from questioning what was taking place. If so, it would explain so much. Including why my uncle was refused an autopsy ~ because he received daily home health services. (For the sake of countless others, it needs to be looked into. I cannot get beyond Swieso's mob to have it done.)

CORONER

In 1982, Wilbert Swieso conspired with Jon F.M. in firing his secretary and breaking all the rules and regulations at Principal Insurance, to hire me. My mother died the following year. One of the agents immediately laughed that my father would be diagnosed with Alzheimer's and I would lose everything. Ten years later, my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Mr. Swieso and his mob (including the City of Fresno's risk analysts) set out to annihilate and take the properties over in order to secretly replace the City water system. Mission accomplished.

There is no doubt in my mind that my father was being administered chemicals as well. Blob (linked to Winslow, who is Swieso's associate) was seen sneaking and stealing in my dad's home immediately prior to my father falling and ending up in the hospital, OD'd on his medication. (How was that possible since I administered the medication and took him for a WEEKLY blood test for monitoring of his medication?!?) He was then wrongfully discharged with pneumonia, in horrible condition, and died 2 days later. 1994.

The coroner recognized me ~ my sister and I had stopped at his yard sale down the street a few weeks earlier. This was someone I went to school with so when he asked how things were going, my sister and I told him our father had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we did not know how much longer he would be alive. The coroner used that as his excuse for denying our father an autopsy ~ because his death was "expected." (Blood was all over his mouth at the time of his death ~ were his gold-filled-teeth removed as well?)

Turns out that the coroner (now deceased) was the brother of a local councilman, linked to Mr. Winslow. Mr. Winslow is the one who told me he "got rid of" his former wife, who he said I would be meeting, "in another world." Winslow: Rags-to-Riches. Three different women (online) then claimed to be Lora Winslow.

2003, I began dating the councilman's former brother-in-law. (I had gone to school with him as well.) He invited me to his home in CO for 10 days. I ended up in emergency with internal bleeding (more poisoning?) Upon my return home he called to ask me how my HOUSE was ~ because it had been altered some more!

My point is that you can see how easy it is to annihilate and have the truth/cause behind someone's death covered up.

SCANNING / ALTERING PHOTOGRAPHS AND DOCUMENTS

One of the photographers among Mr. Swieso's group used to tell me about scanning people's photos into other photos. For instance, I could have my face scanned into someone else's family portrait and it would appear that I was part of that family. My childhood photos could be scanned in ~ no one would ever question anything, should I end up owning that family's property and assets. Or should I claim to be the closest relative of the deceased, when the coroner shows up. ID is not requested at this time ~ anyone can say they are the next-of-kin. Imagine the death claims or how the funds are reinvested.

Outsiders do not see the trail of deaths or forged insurance applications / legal documents that follow Wilbert G. Swieso. He gains access to his elderly clients' property with offers of "help with home repairs." Just as done to me, someone ends up hospitalized, which allows him and his mob to carry out the secret water diversion operation without the owner's knowledge or consent. Just as he did to me, more fraudulent insurance policies are written. I also saw him enrolling one of his "helpers" in a HUGE investment account. I was told about others ending up with new homes, which they claim were the result of someone's life insurance death claim.

Mr. Swieso proudly boasts of overriding the Planning Dept. to carry out his secret water diversion operation. Sure enough, there are NO records or accounting for the street widening, tree pulling, relocation of storm drains, fire hydrants, utility poles, etc. No record of the major reconstruction or changes in property lines. Because all of it is followed up with altered parcel maps, aerial views and old records. If you look at my page you will see that what he is doing is costing billions of dollars. Where do you think that money is coming from? Real estate and insurance fraud? Why do you think there are no witnesses or complaints? People are being annihilated, property taken by fraud, in order to secretly replace the City water system.

Why has Mr. Swieso never been investigated? Because it appears that I am the first one to have ever gotten away before he finished what he began. Unfortunately, due to my behavior while being poisoned, my credibility was destroyed so nothing I report is looked into. Mr. Swieso simply gets by with calling me "crazy." Mr. Winslow got by with doing that as well. Exactly as planned.

Principal Insurance assisted Mr. Swieso in having my family annihilated and properties taken by fraud then slammed the door in my face.

5-1/2 yrs was not long enough for Sacramento's FBI to uncover the other side of "Operation Rezone" where residents are being robbed and killed; ID theft, real estate fraud, insurance fraud as the "path is cleared." It appears I am the first to get away before they finished what they began. According to Kerry Trost, Sr. Risk Analyst for the City of Fresno, it was Mayor Alan Autry who ordered him (and the initial risk analyst who lied / set up property owners who ended up dead and/or suspected homicide) to commit perjury to prohibit me from reporting the atrocities being carried out. This was in response to an attempt to report the risk analyst as a "danger to the public" ~ she conspired with Mr. Swieso in lying / setting up property owners, followed by suspected homicides, financial fraud, unauthorized destruction of private/public property, illegal altering of property lines, illegal relocation/reconnection of PG&E's utility poles and more. Notice mention of the Mayor (Autry), and the very risk analyst I was reporting as well as the senior risk analyst who accompanied her to commit perjury.

This, according to Wilbert Swieso, is behind CA's "water shortage." Plans for this "water shortage" began 50 yrs ago, as the evidence indicates. The billions of dollars being used to fund this operation appear to be coming from the insurance fraud, real estate theft, suspected homicides, ID theft, etc.
