Pls take note of this :
Cakes are not permitted to leave outside in normal temperature for more than 3 days, else BERKULAT (MOULD) and SPOILT. Or leave at hotel mini bar fridge - because when room cards taken out from the slot, there will be no electricity for the room, thus fridge also not functioning. We will NOT entertain or exchange the mouldy cakes in that sense.

Moving house and looking for transportation? Cut the hassle - hire us, we'll do the rest and the best.

I am just starting an online-based house moving business with few friends in my own blog here. Just some part-time stuff to earn extra cash.

We will be helping you to move out your things to another new location. Locations at the moment only available in Kuching only, up to Lundu, Sematan, Serian, Sri Aman, etc.

Basically, there's nothing much you need to see and know on house moving. Simplicity cuts off time and resources.

We can't determine a fix charge yet for the moment. It all depends on areas and number of things to be picked up.

We divide charges into:-

Smoking to Quit : Nique's Guide of Quitting Smoking

People may find it hard to quit smoking. Like myself.

I smoke 10 sticks a day which is considered bad enough. And I run broke (on an average income) when it's mid-month. Sounds bad enough?

The reason most people find difficulty in quitting is because of nicotine found in tobacco. They are dependent on the nicotine. Nicotine dependence is the reason so many smokers keep smoking even when they want to quit. Smokers who want to quit but can't, may find themselves frustrated by a "start-and-stop smoking" cycle - they try to quit, end up smoking, then try to quit again.

Here's how it works for smoking a cigarrette. When you smoke, smoke goes into your lungs, and nicotine is rapidly absorbed into your blood. Nicotine reaches your brain in about 10 seconds, causing chemical changes in your brain that affect how you feel and act. Nicotine makes you feel good, but you will experience withdrawal symptoms such as craving and anxiety when you stop smoking. Gradually, you develop mental and physical dependence on nicotine.

Smoking is known as cause a lot of diseases and can reduce your lifespan by up to 16 years. Most heavy smokers have the habit of chain-smoking, even worse, they die earlier, they have no savings, you name it. No smokers, can smoke to quit. Social smoking is totally different from chain-smoking. Social is only when you hang out with friends, then you chit chat, then you take some puffs to look "cool" in public, or to some...to look "dirty and smelly".

But I have few ways, to my opinion, can help you (smokers / non-smokers to even start) to quit. To be honest, I'm living with it now and happy with my life.

Remember those days when we have people telling us to stop smoking, if not, we are going to have die early with lung cancers, mouth cancers, heart cancers and all the cancers that they can think of? Well, it is still happening now. Newspapers are advertising tonnes of pictures of em just to make people quit, almost all Malaysian newspapers - as advertising pages.

1) Look at the pictures closely and carefully twice a week (stick em on your door or something lol!) and imagine that is happening RIGHT NOW to your lung, mouth, brain, etc.

2) Go for sports activities like swimming, badminton, etc. The best way is to make your way to the gymnasium. Smoking makes you really tired and sickening (feels like fainting) when you work out. Working out makes you stronger and handsom-er. Which one would you choose? To be tired forever when you go to gym after you take that puff? Or look handsome and beautiful and have all the chicks coming after you.

3) Chew some gums. Best is nicotine gums which are sold in all pharmacies. It is costly, but it will be worth a while. You will not need the nicotine gums anymore after some time too. This is called Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). NRT is also available in the form of lozenges, patch, nasal spray and inhaler.

4) Get some medications from your doctor. This tablet is called Non-nicotine oral tablets. These tablets relieves the craving and withdrawal symptoms associated with stopping smoking. At the same time, if the person starts smoking again, it reduces the sense of pleasure associated with smoking.

Researchers said that 95% of smokers try to quit without any help. They were, however, unsuccessful whereby 5% of the other who are opt to quit without medication is called "Cold Turkeys". The average smoker takes about 5-7 times attempts to quit before putting out the cigarrette for good. So even if at first you don't succeed, learn from your previous attempts, then try and try again.

Moreover, in addition to the "prize" of quitting, did you know the positive effects of quitting begin within the FIRST HOUR of not lighting up?

First 20 minutes of not lighting up - your heart rate and blood pressure drops to normal
First 12 hours of not lighting up - carbon monoxide levels in the body returns to normal
First 24 hours of not lighting up - the possibility of a heart attack decreases
Between 2 weeks - 3 months - blood circulation and lung function improve
Between 1 - 9 months - cilia (tiny hair-like structures that move mucus out to the lungs) regain normal function in the lung, increasing the ability to handle mucus, clean the lungs and reduce the risk of infection
1 year - the risk of heart attack is halved
5 years - the risk of stroke is reduced to that of a non-smoker
10 years - the risk of lung cancer falls to half that of a smoker
15 years - the risk of heart attack or coronary heart disease is the same as a non-smoker's.

Apart from all that, you will also save up to RM3,000.00 per year (based on one-day a pack smoker). Food will taste better, you will feel more energetic and your breath, hair, and clothes won't smell that bad anymore. So, quit alcohol, quit clubbing or pubbing and quit puffing.

House Movers

4th day of the Chinese Niu Year, it was an enjoyable week here at home. Full of food, drinks and of course not forgetting, gambling and the red packets (we call them in Fujian - "Ang Pow").

The other day when I was moving out from KL back to my hometown, I posted a mini garage sales in Mudah.my - an online trading thingy - simple to use and easy to contact, that's all it matters. So I wanted to sell some stuff that I didn't want to bring back. I sold off my Ikea table, plastic table, my dad's foldable bedframe and its "tilam", my Pensonic super-drying manual washing machine and couple of other things.

So I got a call from this guy name Ravi, and he wanted to buy my things. I decided to meet him that night. How efficient! Post today, got sales today. I got plenty of calls that day but they made appointments then ask for discounts of those things, I was quite reluctant to sell it at a low price.

I got everything off those things for about RM400. So I managed to get a weee bit of cash off those things I sold.

They came with their big lorry the next day to bring all my things away :( So sad. But they're nice fellas so I promised them that I will do a FREE advertisement for them in my blog. Haha!

A Day In Brunei Darussalam

First post of the year for me! Happy new year to all. Just got back from KL - back to Kuching fer good. Very long weeks.

Well, I'm very happy to be back. But after a day in Kuching, now I'm in Brunei for a business trip. Just for a day. I bought a return ticket for RM495. If only I could go for a day trip only, but I'm forced to stay a night there because Royal Brunei has no flight back at night.

I haven't been in Brunei for so long, god knows how long. The last time I came here was a holiday trip when I was young, with my family. Jerudong Park was the famous spot for children tha time. Brunei is so generous until the entrance of the theme park and the rides are all free! I don't know about now, I heard it's still free but I did not make it to the park this time.

So I reached the airport and got a NetKad (it's similar to our iTalk but this one can use for Internet dial-up). I bought B$5 to call home. Yes, my mom and my girlfriend. I still have a balance of B$1.50 now which can last me 3 mins more to call a Celcom line.

I called then I smoked. Then a girl named Faith Martin from the sales team of the company I'm going to meet, Bian Hoe Sdn Bhd came to pick me up from the airport holding a card with my name written on it "Nick Yong". If only she write "Nick Yong, I Love You!"

My flight was 915am. I reached Brunei at 1030am. It was a bumpy ride for Royal Brunei. I was like, "Hi! You must be Faith". Earlier on, Bian Hoe's secretary told me there was a pretty girl coming to fetch me. I was like OK lah. She's alright. She's Filipino.

She then brought me to "Grand City Hotel" when I told her I didn't want to spend that much on hotels since I'll only be here for a day plus I didn't bring much Brunei Dollars. The rate was friggin' B$88! Nvm lah, 2-star hotel got bathtub and hair dryer and coffee. Got Astro some more. Boleh lah I thought. So Faith helped me to get a corporate rate. And I had a return of B$30 the next day because I was only charged B$50+ equivalent to about RM120.

By the way, I only changed Rm300 in Kuching and they only gave me B$125! Lol! My deposit for the hotel cost me about B$100 already. So meaning I only have B$25 left lo.

So we had lunch at the hotel, ala carte style, just upstairs. The food was pretty cheap! (for Brunei lah). It's not cheap for us, but it's cheap for them. For food less than B$10 equivalent to our RM22, you can eat quite a lot for that in Brunei. I had Chicken Rice and Iced Lemon Tea for B$4 altogether.

Then we headed on to the Bian Hoe office and we have our meeting with the MD and the MD's son. Ya-da-da-dee-dee on and on then about 4pm, another Chinese girl brought me back to the hotel. Everyone in the company was so friendly. So I stayed at the hotel the whole night and day watching TV. Didn't bring much money, didn't have friends to bring me out. Didn't want to bother Faith and Ms Wong. There are not much things to do in Brunei anyway, no beers...no alcohols. Only Karaoke which you can sneak in alcohols but if you get caught, you go jail. Lol. That was what I was told.

Brunei is a quiet place like Kuching too. A relaxing place. But I'm so boring at the hotel alone. Wifi was too far from my room so I couldn't get even a signal. As evening time reaches, I went downstairs looking for FOOD! Next to the hotel there was this restaurant named "Ayamku Restaurant". It is more like our "SugarBun" and the chicken is tasty. So I ordered the cheapest cost me B$2.80. Chicken+Egg+Rice+Pepsi.

So I headed to the supermarket which is next to the "Ayamku Restaurant" to buy some biscuits and also to survey the prices of the stuff. I like to do price surveys and blog it up I don't know why. I did a price survey at Giant and Tesco when I was in KL but I didn't manage to blog it up, cos I lost the pictures =/

The Pringles cost $1.90 which is pretty cheap (for them).

That's a one huge Nutella I've ever seen. It doesn't look big in the picture though but it costs $7.90. Still cheap for a big Nutella. How come we don't get the big ones in Malaysia. I think Brunei people loves chocolates spread. But the Gardenia breads are quite expensive for us, cost about $1.50. So I didn't bother.

I bought this. My favourite instant noodles. Only costs me 65 cents. About the same in Malaysia :P

A bottle of mineral water costs 50 cents. Still cheap for them but about the same for us.

So I went back up to the room to eat. And called it in early. Next day, I get a free transfer to the airport from the hotel for free! Woot! Taxi would've cost me another B$15 =/

Now, I'm stuck at the airport at this restaurant called Jollibee. Same name as our Jollibee in Kuching huh. It's also selling chickens, spaghettis and burgers like SugarBun. My flight is at 730pm and now it's only 3pm. So I need to find something to do for another 3 hours before I checked in.

Can't wait to go back! :(

The Resolutions Post on Eve

Today is a party day to celebrate that last day of this year 2008.

Welcome 2009 at midnight!

People has been talking about New Year Resolutions. It is also another way for people to change to a better person than what they are now. If you love yourself, make some New Year Resolutions for some improvements for yourself throughout the new year. I'm sure it will work.

Here is my 15 things to improve for the coming year:

1) Earn more money
2) Get Nokia 5800 XM as a reward for 1st month (reward for last year's "hard" work)
3) Create a wishlist every month (fortnight motivation)
4) Repay back all debts in half year (you wonder how much I have?)
5) By end of next year, travel to either Europe or China or Australia for holidays
6) Learn to cook (I really need to learn some basic cooking)
7) Read my Readers' Digest before bed, which has been lying around after I subscribed to them
8) Smoke less (uh-huh), exercise more (uh-huh) - play more squash
9) Earn more money so I can give to my parents more often
10) Go to dentist every 6 months once
11) Blog more
12) Stop talking crap
13) Earn more money, save more money, spend less money
14) Learn to cut cost
15) Make my first million this year

I will make it as realistic as possible.

I'm still at home enjoying the fresh air of Kuching.

Drive Throughs

We have drive-through all around the fast food restaurants in Malaysia: MacD, KFC, A&W, Burger King and even Dunkin Donuts. Soon I think there will be Fried Noodles and Wantan Mee doing their drive-throughs for the convenience of their customers.

"Sir, whatchu want to order?"

"Wantan Mee 2 packets TA PAW, I'll wait in the car"

Believe it or not, our Maybank ATM machines also drive thru nowadays. So far there is only 1 ATM machine that I know that has a drive-thru. It is in Kota Damansara's Petronas (Opposite Segi College Kota Damansara) - the Petronas with A&W drive-thru also.

This ATM is similar to the Fast-Lane ATMs where no transfer of money to 3rd party account and other services are available.

Imagine driving through one of the ATMs at night and withdrawing RM10k then have your hand chopped off first before you took the cash.

Tropicana City Mall - New Landmark of PJ

This new shopping mall will be open soon at Petaling Jaya (next to Prudential, next to LDP before the tunnel, near Section 17).

There are a total of 220 retail outlets. The anchor tenant is Carrefour for this mall located at Lower Ground Floor (Festival Market Place) which occupies 125k sq ft of the built-up area. A wee bit more specs on the building itself:

Type: 3-storey mall
Land size: 9.05 acres
Built-up area: 450k sq ft

LG Floor - Carrefour
G Floor - Fashion & Events Floor including alfresco-style cafes and restaurant
1st Floor - Family Floor which includes the Elevated Plaza
2nd Floor - Fun & Entertainment Floor which includes KTV, Cinema and Food Court

The last floor sounds like Midvalley Megamall to me. In fact this whole development of this Tropicana City sounds like Midvalley City to me.

Another thing I like about this "City" is the walkway link from Casa Damansara 1 condominium. If I lived there, one fine morning I wake up, thinking of going shopping, open the house door, walk to the walkway link and wala...reached the mall. How convenient.

Tropicana City consists of - Tropicana City Mall, Tropicana City Tropics (601 condo units), Tropicana City Office Tower (105k sq ft), Tropicana City Business Park (561 offices and shops), Casa Damansara 1 & 2 and Casa Suites. There are wholly owned by Dijaya Corporation.

I get to have a sneak peek at the mall itself - not all is completed yet. Some retail outlets are still under renovation. If I'm not mistaken, retail outlets claimed that there will be Grand Opening tomorrow, we scratched our heads. There are so many shops not opened yet. How to Grand Op? Contractors and other workers must be working real hard until next morning.

So I went with Sabrina for my duty to observe the new rounded Nokia Kiosk - operated by Dynacommunications - same owner as the one in Midvalley. The kiosk is just opposite another competitor called......SONY ERICSSOON.

I walked up this escalator and didn't notice the leaves I thought something hit me.

Kitschen (A boutique named Kitchen? Never heard of). But so many naked people outside waiting to be dressed.

Nokia Maps 3.0 Beta

So soon they already have the release of the forthcoming Nokia Maps.

For those who doesn't know Nokia Maps, it is a GPS software for Nokia phones. Depending on phone packages, Nokia Maps is free* to use, but not free** to navigate.

*Data charges may apply

**Data charges may apply - navigation packages for Malaysian Nokia depends on phone models - 3 months or 6 months free with voice guided.

Nokia Maps 3.0 only support S60 Feature Pack 2 at the moment. FP1 users will be followed up soon.

Somehow, I did fell in love with this Car of The Year 2008 when I walked in the entrance of the new Giant of Kota Damansara. There were having car displays as usual at the stretch of the corridors. I walked past the salesman, saying to him, "Nice car". He replied, "Thank you". As if the car was his.

I sat on it - driver seat, passenger seats, back seats there are oh-so comfortable with the smell of the leather seats...

Chevrolet Captiva being sold for 4 choices :

2WD Petrol, 2WD Diesel, 4WD Petrol and 4WD Diesel.

Prices range from RM138k - RM155k.

I would choose the cheapest that I have to pay monthly :P Which is......2WD Petrol - RM138k

I've always liked big cars - standard size. Not as big as the Ninja King, like Chevy is fine already. But for Chevy, heard from some of the car people, that they don't have 2nd hand value. Buying a car does not necessary need to be that way, couple of thousands wouldn't kill since you already drove it, lap it, probably doing something in the car that god only knows. So, getting whatever car (except Proton Tiara which I always see it on fire in the middle of the highway) is possible if you like it. Just don't get the cars that gives you a lot of problems.

By the way, I think the Chevy has the cross sign on it so it might affect some religions.

Part Time Job - Childhood Fond Memories?

Kids nowadays have computers, hangphone, GSC, Original Kayu, The Curve, Victoria Arms, blogspot, google, etc.....nothing can compare to our fond memories especially those babies born in the 1980s.

Compare to us last time, we have Sarawak Plaza's Lower Ground Amusement Park where you put 20 cent for each vending kiddie rides (my dad owns that, sold the business already). Then we have Kuching Plaza for teenagers to lepak after school.

During our time, I don't think we have anything like this. Instead we have PEPSI COLA 123!or POLICE CATCH THIEF (MATA-LIAK-CHATT) or BAK PAU! where you tikam a heavily made ball out of paper, so when it's thrown to you...it's really pain (for kids lah).

This brought me to blog about my childhood memories because I have been doing some part time job to earn the little extra for the little tummy. I teach young kids English. My first class I thought was last Monday. A little bit about the info.

The Vibrant Readers aka TVR located at Kepong Metro Prima is a English Learning Centre for everyone! Yes, everyone - there are extra classes available for adults outside the centre. If you're a China person who wants to learn English, there are classes like that also.

My job:

2 weeks camp (24 Nov - 5 Dec) ... I helped out Alfred on Monday because one of the teachers has swollen neck. So I got paid for 3 hours RM60. Just need to be there in the morning til afternoon.

It's fun seriously watching kids enjoying themselves in their childhood. Singing, dancing, etc. Can't believe how adorable Cheryl is.

She is the one using the PINK BUNNY suit. She is as adorable as compare to Sherra.

She is our angel ;)

Teaching kids is not easy, but should be experienced for your future son or daughter. Kids these days are more active and clever than our generation. They can speak like an adult, seriously.

Pucuk Ubi - TTDI Plaza

My girlfriend and I were heading to my friends' farewell party at bamboo at TTDI Plaza after the Twilight movie sponsored by Nokia. Then we thought, hungry lah better get something to eat before drink alcohol. So we walked around and we came across this...

Actually, she saw those words "Pucuk Ubi" from far and she knew it was a restaurant serving Sarawak food. And yes, it is. Both of us are Sarawakian and we love our home food. This is a restaurant where the menus are so different and you seldom see it.

"Pucuk Ubi" means sayur bandung where you can get anywhere even by the roadside! (Yes, you can pluck it and cook it if you are broke, seriously). It's a vege where Sarawakian will crunch into pieces (I think that's the way you describe it) before cooking it. And in Hokkien, it will look like "Mani/Money Cai".

So, we sat down and READ the menu without looking at the prices. Some of the food are familiar to me but those aren't familiar, I asked my girlfriend, she's more expert than me.

Most interesting food here is "Ikan Terubuk" where you can hardly find in KL (that's what I was told, and I don't see that in restaurant menus). It's a salted fish - their menu, deep fried. Yummy. But we didn't order. We order the "Kacang Ma" and it looks like this...

It doesn't taste original!

Being the expert Sarawakian Chef, my girlfriend said it didn't have much herbs as the original. Knowing that this restaurant is HALAL, so they did not campur the wine in there which they were supposed to. So it taste more like Black Pepper Chicken with Herbs. This bowl cost us RM15 for 1/4. If you want 1/2, you pay RM30. If you want enough for a big family, it's RM60. More like Small, Medium and Large.

If you're a Sarawakian, you probably know what "Midin" is. "Paku" is almost same as "Midin" but it's harder. But we didn't order that. We ordered Pucuk Ubi aka "Daun Bandung Bidayuh Style". Bidayuh style is the recipe where they crunch in the bowl and fry it.

This plate cost us only RM12 for small. It is nice but it was wrongly cook, according to my girlfriend because she is Bidayuh herself. They used white onions instead of red onions. Chefs, you know the difference. So, the taste is not there.

The Seafood and Fish are the menus and the style/recipe of cooking it. They have Chicken and Beef as well cooked in those recipes like Grilled, Asam Pedas (Sarawakian's favourite), Steam, etc.

Another interesting menu I pointed out to my girlfriend and said, hey look! They got TEMPOYAK here! This is strictly for durian fans. "Tempoyak" is taken out from fresh durian and kept in fridge and then fried and I don't know how they make it even my girlfriend told me, I forgot.

So we ordered that, and it looks like this...

Looks like curry right or something else that you don't wanna know.

This is another dish which is not original. The original "Tempoyak" is really Kampung-style but I reckon they need to be presentable and maybe durians are very hard to get, so they put less durians in the recipe, so we only tasted more ginger than durian.

They have the usual Sarawak Food as well in the menu, such as "Kolok Mee", "Sarawak Laksa", "Mee Jawa", etc. But we ordered the HOME COOK food instead.

What about drinks? We have Sarawak drink also! You can't find in KL. Their signature drink as well. It's the "Teh C Peng 3 Layer". But we didn't try that. "Teh C Peng 3 Layer" is mix with Gula Apong Syrup (which tastes like Wheatgrass, Milk and Tea.

So, we tested the most common food cooked at home by my girlfriend where she can just cook at my house but we don't have gas at home - I barely cook that's why. This will be my new year resolution - LEARN COOKING, LEARN TO SAVE.

We called for the bill and it came out was...

RM 80.50! Wah lao...so we looked through the bill 1 by 1, step by step. PRAWN TEMPOYAK cost RM35 ah! Siao ah? Cucumber some more RM4??

Not satisfied, we called the waitress (the Sarawak-style, the CHUT CHUT way) and asked her. She said the prawn aka seafood and beef was seasonal price based on 100gm.

But we only had 6 small-medium sized prawn LEH! My girlfriend bursts into laughter and said, next time read properly before we order.

So eventhough it's RM80.50, it's counted as my little birthday dinner and I was happy with it :)

Sarawak BOLEH! (But don't charge too expensive lah, scare people away).

I wouldn't mind if the restaurant was not HALAL and they can serve KOLOK MEE (original) for RM15 per bowl and these TSING TAO beers for RM20 for 4 cans. Make money leh!

I can't believe 1 day 2 posts.

I came across the news and is so eager to blog it up.

AirAsia X is offering RM499 to London (one way)! @#$@#$!!! Crazeh-ness!

So the return ticket will only costs RM1300++

The premium seats (XL seat) for the route cost only RM1999 one way. MAS is offering way MORE than that for sure. I don't mind getting sponsored to blog about the premium seats from AirAsia ;) And also their upcoming new routes.

Booking period will be now til 30th November 2008.

Travel period will be from 11th March - 25th Sept 2009.

I wish I can goooo but, my credit card is PONG already! Oh well, even if I go, I would have to get ready 6X the money for me to spend. You lucky riches :)

The "Sanfu-ness" Of A Job

This...

is not what we should not complain about...it is the sanfu-ness, means it is sanfu enough to earn that bowl of rice.

Colleague of mine, Francis, was updating softwares for the phones. He was practically sitting on the floor. I managed to pull a chair for him, and help him resume the job.

Then a China girl comes in, asking him to transfer some contacts to her new phone. Hmmm...I shouldn't explain more...

All the demo phones' microSD cards has been stolen. So we have to sit there, and install back Nokia services. Why do we have to do that?

Well, for simple reasons, simple work (simple enough to make you tired).

1) To let consumers touch and feel Nokia services such as N-gage, Ovi, Maps (GPS), BBC Videos, Music and tonnes more.

2) To prepare for market visits from management.

3) To prepare not to kena "chap xi fatt" by management.

So, we have to work, working hard to prevent that from happening.

Earning money is sanfu but fun. So get back to work and enjoy your work! :D

Citibank has been bailed out from almost bankruptcy. Federal reserve, US Treasury Dept and Federal Deposit Insurance Corp has agreed to bail them out according to the news. USD306 billion worth of assets are troubled and the treasuries are willing to take out on any other losses.

The US government agreed Sunday night to rescue Citigroup by helping to absorb potentially hundreds of billions of dollars in losses on toxic assets on its balance sheet and injecting fresh capital into the troubled financial giant, reports the Wall Street Journal.

Citibank is back!

And so is General Motors...soon...

Actually, how to manage a recession and inflation, preventing it from happening? Although it might be easy, I'm talking easy words.

Here's how:

1) Raise salary

2) Cut down bank's high interest

3) Give more flexible credit repayment with lower interests

4) Raise salary even more

When you raise salary higher, expenses are higher. When expenses higher, company makes lesser profit. People buy things and services to give back the money to companies at the end. So whose keeping all the money if our salary is so low? :P

Work hard and smart. Earn more, buy less. Since companies are giving us little potatoes that much, we can only afford that much.

Google can do a lot of things basically. You have a Google account / Gmail ID, you can access all their services with one ID. Yea, it's like Ovi.com from Nokia.

The famous is their search engine and Gmail, these are the 2 gadgets I used most of the time.

Recently, Gmail has launched its new themes for us to change so we're not bored of the stupid classic theme.

This is one of my favourite theme. Sleek right?

Hehe, I print screened without erasing the bottom part, it's okay, as long no porn. Now I won't get bored of the classic theme when looking at about 700+ emails in my inbox which I don't even bother to open it up if it's not important.

Google has also recently launch their iGoogle. It's an interface where you can add gadgets as well and customize your themes. Mmm..delicious. This is for people who are too free like me. But it's fun to use! Talking about Web 2.0 ;D

It's like a search engine + news + feeds + customization. That was the theme of the day I chose, you can choose others like Gucci, Burberry and other artiste themes you fancy.

By the way, I'm using the new Google Chrome - the latest internet browser for Windows XP SP2/Vista. It's pretty sleek, and fast too. It runs multiprocess, if you know what it means.

Single ladies I can't hear y'all!

Quattro was quite packed last night. 98% of the crowd were Chinese. Quattro is a club with 4 seasons - Autumn, Spring, Winter and Summer. We were in the Autumn area (the normal area lah).
I have little comments about that place, but we gulped 2 bottles of Black Label down and enjoyed the night away. There were too many people pushing here and there trying to cross over to their place or the exit, and we can hardly breathe.

Music was quite repetitive that I wish I could be the DJ too :P

Came back with soberness and slept through the morning...

It was just launched in Malaysia. Retail price for this phone is RM3199. I'm sure this is all that the consumers wanna know. What about functions? Style? Usability? Those explorations/experiences only matter to most of the pro-sumers. Look, I'm writing in terms of consumer's point of view. Not the company's point of view. Company earn money -> customers happy and satisfied -> company retent customers -> customers stay loyal. Simple isn't it. Well, those things going on backstage isn't that simple after all to create such a product like this in the market. Technical, graphic, marketing, retail teams, you name it...are being paid every single cent of that RM3199. Let's take a look at that crappy shit (hehe)...
