According to recent report, Samsung has plans to release some new smartphones this year with different OS. Samsung is working with NTT DoCoMo on new different devices which will run the open source Tizen OS.

Apple 2013 Macbook Air to Feature New Processor Platform

Now Apple’s 2013 MacBook Air will feature a new ‘processor platform’. It is expected to be released sometime around in June 2013, according to the Digitimes.

If the Digitimes reports are correct so then the 2013 MacBook Air will share similar design to the existing model and the main changes will be inside the MacBook Air. We have no information Apple will release a Retina Display version of the MacBook Air.

Apple is also expected to release a release a new MacBook Pro around June of this year.

LG has Launching 55 Inch OLED TV in South Korea

LG has declared that they are launching their new 55 inch OLED TV in South Korea. The OLED TV will be available in February.

The new 55 inch WRGB OLED TV comes with the 55EM9700 model number. It wil go on sale in South Korea in the first week of February. The OLED TV will sell for 11 million KRW which works out at around $10,000.

We are extremely pleased to be able to make this announcement at the start of the new year because we believe that OLED will usher in a whole new era of home entertainment,” said Havis Kwon, President and CEO of LG’s Home Entertainment Company. “Not since color TV was first introduced 60 years ago has there been a more transformational moment. When high definition TV was first introduced 15 years ago, the public’s reaction was ‘wow!’ but when customers see our razor-thin OLED TV for the first time, they’re left speechless. That’s a clear indicator as any that OLED TV is much more than just an incremental improvement to current television technology. LG’s 55 inch OLED TV is just 4 millimeters thick and weighs in at just 22 pounds.

Facebook has admitted that there was a flaw that allowed messages to be viewed and deleted by someone who had the URL syntax. After you entered a message with the service, you were given a confirmation page to view that had a URL. All a user had to do to view any other message left for the system was change the last six-digit number.

By changing that last six-digit number, users could read the messages and delete them. At least the flaw didn’t allow the messages to be changed, that could have been very awkward indeed. It’s unclear at this point; if the system will come back online, so if you have anything important tell your friends, you might want to seek alternative means.

Apple is Working for their Own Smart Wrist Watch

According to the recent rumors, Apple has developing their own smart wristwatch. It seems that Intel has developed a smart watch in which Apple could be interested in.

According to the reports, this smart wristwatch features a 1.5 inch OLED display with indium tin oxide, or ITO coated glass. Other hardware qualifications, there’s no other information available at the moment. There hasn’t been any official information available from Apple regarding this smart watch.

I believe that Apple might release this device sometime in the upcoming year. Recently, there’s not much information regarding this smart watch.
