Well it was Saturday night at The Tavern and once again the voice of Woodrow Wilson had the crowd up shaking, rattling and rolling from the first number until the shouts of more at the end of the night and of course Woodrow was obliging giving them a few more classic numbers. The Soul sensation gave an outstanding performance a real entertainer and what an explosive voice. Covering soul and motown classics by Otis Redding, Al Green etc reggae, Drifters ‘Saturday Night at the Movies’ had the whole place singing along, hits of today and the 60’s are always a favourite at The Tavern. It was a great night all round and I know they want to see him back soon, a true performer satisfaction guaranteed.
