We recently got a GoPro Hero 4 camera so I've been having some fun putting together short videos. This is from a recent weekend at my parents' lake house in Bumpass, Va.

And, there really was a snake in the water.

We went to St. John last month and that video is coming soon.

Summer Backyard Fun

The only way to learn something new is to play with it and experiment. Yesterday is was with the GoPro Hero camera in our backyard pool.

Home Run!

Troy got his first home run of the season earlier this month and I caught it all on camera (except him touching second base - I was cheering him on.)

Play Ball!

After a two year hiatus focused on soccer (four seasons) and basketball (two seasons) Troy is back to playing baseball.

Compared to watching kindergarteners play which was like watching paint dry, mostly second graders are much more coordinated.

Things are starting to click with where the play is to get an out, how to get a double play and to watch your base coaches for direction when rounding the bases.
