Gareth Bale joins Real Madrid from Spurs in £85m world record deal

2013-09-05T16:58:00.001-07:00

The Wales star has agreed a £300,000 per week, six-year deal after sealing an £85.3m (100m euros) move which eclipses the £80m Real paid Manchester United for Cristiano Ronaldo in 2009.

Welsh soccer star Gareth Bale, has received some (very) widespread attention as of late.
This is mostly because it is reported that his transfer from Tottenham Hotspur to Real Madrid has been the most expensive transfer in history – and thus, making him the world’s most expensive soccer player!
According to reports, Bale was bought by Spanish super club, Real Madrid for an estimated 100 million euros. That’s definitely no small price!

One More Night : Maroon 5 2012

2012-06-20T08:33:00.002-07:00

Maroon 5 unleashed their lead Overexposed single “Payphone” two months ago, and though it’s been both a chart and radio force since then, the Wiz Khalifa-featuring hit has been stuck at #3 on the Hot 100 for weeks, held off by the dominance of Gotye‘s “Somebody That I Used To Know” and Carly Rae Jepsen‘s “Call Me Maybe”.

So perhaps Adam Levine and the gang will fare even better with the second single from their upcoming fourth LP? Head below to hear the reggae-infused “One More Night”, and see if the song has what it takes to become M5's first chart-topper since “Moves Like Jagger”.

Coldplay - Princess Of China ft. Rihanna

Finally! It seems to have waited for years! We like the tube, it's on but we were in limbo since the launch of the annoncement of the next clip and after it was unveiled on the sidelines.

Well, we love Rihanna, she keeps charming us with its style, its beauty, its resulting tubes. On the other hand, it was Coldplay, not just one group. They made enough por appreciate and have earned the respect of many.

"Princess of China" is part of Xyloto Mylo, the successful last Coldplay album, full of big hits like "Every tear HAS dropfall" or "Charlie Brown" among others. The clip is remarkable! A little bit of love and lots of ninjas!
Here is the clip,

enjoy!

2012-06-09T18:55:00.001-07:00

Lindsay Lohan has been hospitalized following a car wreck Friday afternoon. The star's black Porsche was totaled after slamming into an 18-wheeler, and eyewitnesses describe a bloody and bruised scene.

LINDSAY LOHAN ' s car wreck has landed the troubled star in the hospital. TMZ reports the actress was driving along the Pacific Coast Highway in California around noon on Friday when her black Porsche slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler.

Witnesses to Lindsay Lohan's crash report the star was bruised and bloodied but "seemed ok" at the scene. It is believed that though ambulances were called to the site of the wreck, she did not enter one to be transferred to the hospital, although she is reportedly at an L.A. emergency room being cared for by doctors now.

No official word has been given on the 25-year-old's condition as of yet, but it is believed she will be alright.

Photos of Lindsay Lohan's car wreck reveal her black Porsche has been totaled. The passenger window, where her manager had been sitting, was shattered and the front bumper was fully taken off of her car.

Lindsay Lohan was driving the black Porsche at the time of the wreck, and witnesses report she stated the accident was not her fault — insisting the 18-wheeler had cut her off.

"I just spoke to her, she's doing fine," a source told hollyscoop Friday afternoon, who reports that paparazzi may have been involved in causing the wreck, claiming a car was following the star at the time of the crash.

Lindsay Lohan has recently be seen filming the Elizabeth Taylor biopic liz and dick.

The Many Bags of Alanis Morissette, Unexpected Accessories Maven 2012

2012-05-31T18:00:00.007-07:00

There are some celebrities who we expect to constantly carry great bags. Victoria Beckham, for example, who is always styled to the nines and has her own incredibly chic line of accessories, is never without a great handbag. Or the Olsen Twins, who have largely left Hollywood behind to focus on being tried-and-true fashion professionals (with the zany wardrobe to match). And then there are those celebrities who have great bags, but in an entirely predictable way. Jessica Alba has an enviable collection if you really love tan, specifically tan Chloe. If you prefer Louis Vuitton, Kimora Lee Simmons is your girl. Birkins? Look no further than Kim Kardashian or Petra Ecclestone.

But what if you, like most of us, regard yourself as a normal, casual girl who loves bags. Bags of all kinds, shapes, sizes, whatever! If your idea of a perfect outfit is jeans, a sweater and something truly fabulous hanging from your arm at all times, then your style role model should be Alanis Morissette. Yep, you heard me correctly. And I’ve got the photos to prove it.

In the process of writing posts for our sister site BagThatStyle, I was surprised to find so many pictures of Alanis looking great. Not that I ever thought that there was anything wrong with her – to the contrary, I’ve been a fan for a long time – but Morissette’s image has never been that of someone who pays close attention to fashion. Indeed, paparazzi photos reveal her as someone who prefers a more comfortable and casual look, but she’s got it down to a science and generally looks great – happy, confident, and on the harm of her adorable husband.

And then there’s the bags, everything from The Row to Balenciaga to Hermes. From the looks of it, Alanis doesn’t have a favorite designer – she merely loves any bag that’s fabulous, and her taste in arm candy is impeccable. Below are some of the highlights, which read like an instruction manual on how to mix your awesome bags with your favorite jeans. I think I have a new girl crush.
