How do you feed when you install Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1 and come to know that it didn't install CSS 3.0 support. I had the same issue. I was planning to have CSS 3.0 support in VS2010. I am running Google Chrome with single page open (that is opened by default when you open Chrome) and I saw 6 instances of "chrome.exe" in the task manager > Processes Tab.
