1 cup light brown sugar, packed

Just made my simple bread.

Recipe:

2 1/2 cups plain flour

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/4 powdered milk

1 egg

4 tbs sugar &amp; 1tbs salt

1 teaspoon dry yeast

1 teaspoon baking powder.

1 milk cup water.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a plate (flour, baking powder, yeast).

Pour water in a bowl, add milk, salt and sugar and mix together.

Whisk the egg and add in the bowl, add the oil.

Recipe


120g coconut chaff/flakes


3 egg yolks


30g granulated sugar


1/2 cup (64g) plain flour or bread crumbs.


Direction


In a bowl, add the coconut flakes, egg yolks and sugar together.

Mix very well until everything is well incorporated.


Squeeze into balls, the size of table tennis balls and roll each in flour or bread crumbs.
