As long as they can understand, I started enforcing rules. 

Sometimes is not difficult to set rules BUT to consistently enforcing it yourself AND with any other caregiver is a CHALLENGE. But what's more important is that the kids UNDERSTANDS AND REMEMBERS the rules and it should COME FROM THEM...Here's one example...

Little Elden is 2 this year....hmm.....when i say 2, i don't feel right! Cos we just celebrated his 1st birthday but he's considered 2 now. So, he's only 16month+. You see, they're almost 3.5 years difference in age. I would think it is a BIG GAP!
