You can also decide to turn off Location services completely as it would save more juice, but it might affect performances of some apps. But if in an emergency and need your device up for as long as possible then turn Location Services off completely until you can recharge.

go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services to adjust which apps are requesting your location.

3.Background App Refresh:

Most smartphones usually still run apps in the background, that is why it is possible to get an Instagram notification when the app is not open on your iPad- or other smartphones.

Background refresh is certainly convenient, but it is also a drain on battery life.

Head to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and you can turn Background App Refresh off entirely or select which apps you'd like to refresh in the background. This tweak can also be finessed when you un-jailbreak your iPad.

4.Temperature control:

Frequent high room temperature can affect battery life. It is recommended that you keep your iPad between 32 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit, and points to the range of 62 to 72 degrees as the comfort zone.

This means your device should not be kept inside a locked vehicle in the summer or taken to the beach. Also ensure to remove all case that covers the body and might cause it to heat up, remove the case before you begin the charge. It is also an important step when improving iPhone battery power.

When I saw the message from my mail, I had little doubt or didn’t even grab what it all mean at that particular point in time, I checked to see if the mail was sent using their official address.

It was true though I still have to visit their official site, and ended up seeing the same message. I don’t really know the reasons behind the closure, as this was not yet disclosed at the time been, but they made a pretty suggestion of migrating to Buffer or Dlvr.it before 31st of October.

5.Verify your Twitter account

How To Create Custom Redirects In Blogger

Creating custom redirects for your blog is also one of the important SEO practices, this will help make your blog visitors to always get what they are searching for.

Custom redirects comes into play when you tried changing the permalink (permanent link) of an already published post on your blog by reverting it to draft in order to change the permalink or when a published post is mistakenly deleted.

How to Set Custom Redirects in Blogger

Your old link or URL which no longer point to any content on your blog, might already be listed in the search engine results. So, if a readers clicks on the old URL, they will receive a 404 not found error.

To avoid these 404 errors, we need to redirect the users from the old URL to a new one. To do this, blogger has a built in feature called “custom redirects”. Here’s how to set your custom redirects link in blogger.

From your blogger dashboard

Navigate to settings > search preferences.

Click on the custom redirects link

Type the url you want to redirect in the "From field"

And the one you are pointing the old url to in the "To field".

There are basically 2 types of redirects that are offered by the Google. One is a temporary redirect (302) and another is a permanent redirect (301).

If you check the permanent option, then this redirect is a permanent redirect (301). Otherwise, it is a temporary redirect. I highly recommend you to do a permanent redirect because it passes the link traffic to the new URL.

Now, click on the save link and then save changes button to save your changes.

You are done, a custom redirect is successfully created!
