食谱参考： Alan Kokの《芝味十足》~夏威夷果芝士蛋糕~&lt;br /&gt;
材料方面有做更改&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
底部：&lt;br /&gt;
oreo 饼干150g（去掉夹心cream的净重量）&lt;br /&gt;
杏仁粉 150g （烘香）&lt;br /&gt;
牛油 70g （隔水溶化备用）&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
芝士糊：&lt;br /&gt;
A：&lt;br /&gt;
烘香 榛果粉 150g&lt;br /&gt;
鲜奶 200ml&lt;br /&gt;
奶油芝士 250g&lt;br /&gt;
蛋黄 3个&lt;br /&gt;
低筋面粉 30g，过筛&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
B:&lt;br /&gt;
蛋白 3个&lt;br /&gt;
黄糖 100g&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
做法：&lt;br /&gt;
1. 将Oreo饼干碾碎，加入烘香榛果粉，拌匀，倒入溶化牛油拌匀，&lt;br /&gt;
倒入8寸圆形烤模中压平（压至扎实）&lt;br /&gt;
放入冷冻库冷冻备用&lt;br /&gt;
2.将榛果粉和鲜奶放入搅拌缸里打至细滑状&lt;br /&gt;
3.放置室温软化的奶油芝士加入步骤（2）的混合料中，&lt;br /&gt;
小火搅煮至光滑（我是隔水煮），&lt;br /&gt;
离火，加入蛋黄（我一个一个加，加入一个拌匀了，才加另一个）和面粉拌匀&lt;br /&gt;
4.在干净的搅拌缸中，将蛋白和糖用球状拌打器快速打至软性发泡，&lt;br /&gt;
然后分三次加入芝士糊中充分拌匀&lt;br /&gt;
5.将芝士糊倒入烤模中（步骤一）&lt;br /&gt;
6.预热烤箱200度，&lt;br /&gt;
7.送进烤箱以200度，蒸烤15分钟，&lt;br /&gt;
至表面呈黄色，&lt;br /&gt;
然后转150度继续烤50分钟至熟，&lt;br /&gt;
熄电，把烤箱门打开少许， 让蛋糕在烤箱约1小时待凉才取出&lt;br /&gt;
8.送进冰箱冷冻至少4小时（我冷藏），倒扣出蛋糕，即可切开享用。&lt;br /&gt;

原来我做了2次相思蛋糕都是用水浴法&lt;/div&gt;

蛋黃&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; 6个A蛋蛋黄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

全蛋 1 粒 &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;
特幼面粉 65 g &lt;/div&gt;

1. 蛋白加入幼糖打至起泡不跌&lt;/div&gt;

2. &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;我将A过滤到B中，拌匀，倒入9寸方形模，放入烤炉最底第二层，&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;蒸烤法，150-160度，55分钟左右&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
（用错方法，用了水浴法）&lt;/div&gt;

3. 出炉后，倒扣待凉。 &lt;/div&gt;

3. 将蛋白霜慢慢加入蛋黄面糊中，轻轻拌匀成面糊&lt;/div&gt;

（我先将1/3的蛋白霜加入蛋黄面糊中拌匀，再将之倒入其余的蛋白霜中拌匀）&lt;/div&gt;

4. 将面糊倒入9寸（22cm）空心烘盘里铺平，&lt;/div&gt;

盛入预热烤箱以 170°C 烘约 30-40 分钟至熟&lt;/div&gt;

（我用22cm的不粘圆形脱底模型，以170°C烤约50-60分钟）&lt;/div&gt;

5. 取出蛋糕，倒扣在架子上，待凉却&lt;/div&gt;

1.将所有材料A混匀搓揉成一光滑及可拉成薄膜的面团&lt;/div&gt;

2. 用一块湿布盖着面团，让它发酵至双倍大&lt;/div&gt;

3. 将发好的面团，筛下B，再将面团搓揉至光滑&lt;/div&gt;

（加入双倍发粉后一定要充分搓揉均匀，&lt;/div&gt;

否则蒸好的包子皮上会出现小褐点）&lt;/div&gt;

4. 用布盖好，休息15分钟后才整形&lt;/div&gt;

5.搓圆，按扁，包入馅料（豆沙）&lt;/div&gt;

6. 放置发酵15分钟，大火蒸8分钟即可&lt;/div&gt;

再加上我馅下少（因为家人不爱馅多）&lt;br /&gt;
吃起来。。凤梨的味道被掩盖了啦~&lt;br /&gt;
呜呜呜。。。&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
还是自己做的凤梨馅比较美味&lt;br /&gt;
去年做的也是放少少馅&lt;br /&gt;
可是风味依旧~~&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;可是上星期爸爸问起没炸芽菇啊？&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;因为爸爸想吃&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;再加上星期五去Tesco时刚好看到工作人员&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;拿出一箱箱的芽菇&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;非常新鲜&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1kg才RM1.88&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;选了3包大概6kg&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;看似不多&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;可是一做&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;从削皮到炸好&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;大概五、六小时&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;最近不晓得何原因&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;常常颈项（颈背）疼痛&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;。。。。&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;唉~~&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
