Mediante el presente escrito, venimos a SOLICITAR la implantación de un Protocolo de Adecuación Laboral siguiendo las directrices enunciadas en el artículo 25 de la Ley 31/1995,
de 8 de noviembre, de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. En él, se impone una obligación
genérica a todos los empresarios de garantizar la protección de los
trabajadores que, por sus propias características personales o estado biológico
conocido, inducidos aquellos que tengan reconocida la situación de discapacidad
física, psíquica o sensorial, sean especialmente sensibles a los riesgos
derivados del trabajo. A tal fin, se deben tener en cuenta dichos aspectos en
las evaluaciones de los riesgos y, en función de éstas, adoptar las medidas
preventivas y de protección necesarias. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

la especial sensibilidad se halla en el trabajador y no en el puesto de trabajo
o en el trabajo a desempeñar.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Adjuntamos el documento registrado a los efectos de presentar una solución definitiva sobre el uso de una figura que hasta el momento se viene aplicando con importante distinciones entre los servicios y lo que es peor, de forma muy distinta a las funciones para la cual fue creada dicha figura. Situándola más bien, en un modelo de guardia permanente 24h/30días con disponibilidad laboral inmediata vía telefónica. Cuestión, que transforma la figura en otro concepto ya existente en el Convenio Colectivo - art. 56.5 - Mensáfono.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Estimados compañeros/as:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Como cada año, venimos practicando una recogida de alimentos para el BANCOSOL ALIMENTOS, Banco de Alimentos de la Costa del Sol. El depósito de los mismos será en la sede social de Acosol, S.A. en Elviria, pero quienes así lo deseen, podrán en sus propios centros de trabajo establecer un lugar de depósito de estos alimentos que posteriormente serán retirados por algún delegado sindical para depositarlos en las oficinas centrales, facilitando así la participación de todos y todas en una acción solidaria como esta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Además, este año celebramos que se une a esta acción solidaria el Comité de empresa - Mesa Única y las tres siglas sindicales que sostienen la mayoría actual en la misma: CSIF - UGT - SEPMA. Por todo, esperamos en esta ocasión poder doblar o triplicar la cantidad de alimentos donados a BANCOSOL por parte de los empleados/as de ACOSOL.&lt;br /&gt;

Ayer día 28 de Oct continuando con el calendario propuesto,
la Mesa Única tuvo su encuentro en la Sala de Juntas de Elviria a las 8:00h.
Los asuntos tratados fueron los siguientes:&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;
1. Lectura y aprobación del acta anterior. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;
2. Nombramiento de los componentes para la comisión del Plan
de Pensiones. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;
3. Situación de la plaza de encargado en la EDAR de Manilva.
Se volverá a instar a la empresa sobre la ejecución del acuerdo de rotación en
el puesto, en tanto, finaliza la convocatoria de esta.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;
4. Horas del delegado de Prevención. Se solicitará la diferenciación
de la actividad del delegado en PRL sobre la actividad sindical. Tanto la norma
que las regula como las acciones que se desarrollan no tienen paralelismos. El
hecho de que los miembros los denomine el Comité no presume que las horas de su
actividad dependan de las existentes para su actividad sindical. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;
5. Acuerdo de convocatoria de Comisión de Seguimiento. Desde
Julio no se convoca Comisión de Seguimiento por parte de la empresa. A
propuesta de la norma, debe haber un encuentro cada dos meses, pero la empresa
no promueve. Por lo que, el órgano toma la iniciativa propia. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;
6. Justificación de ausencias por enfermedad inferiores a 3
días. Trasladar a la empresa los inconvenientes legales que suponen la
solicitud de IT para cuando la dolencia o enfermedad tiene una prolongación inferior
a los tres días. Por lo que, proponemos su eliminación. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

7. Información de la presidencia referente a la
documentación registrada. Se comunican los informes jurídicos y otros
documentos registrados por la Presidencia del Comité y Mesa Única dirigidos a
la Dirección. &lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

8. Aprobación del gasto para gestión interna y externa del

9. Asimilación del permiso de paternidad al resto de
empleados públicos andaluces. Aquí se solicita la ampliación del permiso de
paternidad que por norma legal emitida por el Parlamento Andaluz se debiera
aplicar a todos los empleados públicos en Andalucía. Incluidas las entidades
jurídicas dependientes de la Administración Local. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
