Company Background

On 26 May 2008, the Company was incorporated in Singapore as a private company limited under the name of China Hu An Cable Holdings Pte Ltd. On 27 January 2010, the Company converted into a public limited company and changed its name to China Hu An Cable Holdings Ltd.

The Group is a fully integrated manufacturer of wire and cable products in China. Its core capabilities include the design and development, manufacture and supply of a wide variety of low, mid and high end wire and cable products used across many industries (in particular the infrastructure development as well as other important industrial markets) in China's national economy.

The Group's wire and cable products are widely used in power generation plants, including traditional power plants (such as coal fired plants) and alternative power plants (such as nuclear power plants, wind and solar power plants), power transmission and distribution grids, coal mining and ship-building industries, transportation networks and real estate projects, various electrical equipment and devices for industrial and household uses.

The Group also has the capabilities to manufacture a variety of other products such as aluminium rods, copper rods and plastic cable materials including insulating materials, sheath materials and other auxiliary materials which are used in the production of wires and cables.

Loyz Energy Limited (Loyz Energy or the Group) is a home-grown company set on building a reputation as an up-and-coming player in oil & gas exploration and production (E&P) across the Asia-Pacific region.

The Group, now 35.2%-owned by Jit Sun Investments Pte Ltd, stepped decisively into the upstream oil exploration industry with its acquisition of a controlling 51.8% stake in Interlink Petroleum Limited (IPL; www.interlinkpetroleum.com), a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. IPL holds a 100% interest in concessions for two fields in Gujarat, India: Baola (4 sq km) and Modhera (12.7 sq km).

The acquisition is in line with the Group's plans to build up a portfolio of prime E&P concessions from which it can grow earnings and derive value. With this strategy in mind, Loyz Oil Pte Ltd, the Group's operating subsidiary for oil exploration actively seeks new concessions around the region. In addition, the unit's signed cooperation agreement with Rex Oil & Gas Limited gives the Group access to proprietary technologies that can reduce exploration risks and costs. For a start, the partners have agreed to jointly explore 35 areas in the Asia-Pacific, including Indonesia, India and New Zealand.

Company Background
C&G Environmental Protection Holdings Limited (formerly C&G Industrial Holdings Limited) was incorporated in Bermuda on 24 September 2004. The Company was listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in April 2005 as a manufacturer of differential PET chips, polyester short fiber, bi-component short fiber and functional yarns. Healthway Medical (Healthway) has recorded dismal earnings growth over the past two years. That is set to change, as management is now focusing more on achieving sustainable growth for its clinics. With its new team of doctors establishing their patient base, patient loads are improving. Coupled with government initiatives (such as CHAS) to provide more accessible healthcare to the community, Healthway looks set to achieve steady revenue growth. It has not given up on expanding into China, where management believes the market has much potential. It will instead, adopt a more cautious approach, preferring to ensure existing clinics achieve growth before expanding further. We re-initiate our coverage, with a BUY recommendation and TP of S$0.116.
Improving patient loads. Towards end FY10, Healthway saw a number of doctors leave. This resulted in a temporary dip in patient load. As its new doctors gained more experience and built up their own patient base, overall patient load improved. This could help boost revenue growth and lead to margin improvement. Revenue is expected to grow by at least 10% in FY12.
Demand for private healthcare remains strong in Singapore and China, underpinned by an ageing and more educated population. As the population ages, more healthcare services are required. This places pressure on the public healthcare system and people turn to the private sector. Government initiatives for the Healthcare sector could help to boost patient volumes, and in turn, revenue for the Group. Healthway’s wide network of clinics puts it in a good position to benefit from such schemes.
Re-initiate with BUY, TP S$0.116. Applying the DCF-methodology, we arrive at a TP of S$0.116, implying a 26% upside from current levels. Healthway’s share price has been badly hit, when it could not meet expectations during the past year. We think it has reached its trough and it could be time to re-look this private healthcare provider that has a large network of primary and specialist clinics.

 First Singapore company with Video Content Analysis and Advertisement Serving Technologies to Enter into a Technology Arrangement
with World’s Largest Microchip Maker
Singapore, 05 February 2012 – The Board of Directors of Artivision Technologies Ltd (“Artivision”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, ArtiMedia Pte Ltd (“Artimedia”), has entered into an exclusive non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Intel Corporation Inc. (“Intel”), the world’s largest microchip manufacturer, on 1 February 2012 (“MOU Date”).
Under the MOU, Artimedia will incorporate its front-end in-video advertising platform and back-end advertisement serving technology into Intel’s Software Development Kit or SDK that has Intel’s “Wi-Fi Direct” technology. “Wi-Fi Direct” technology enables mobile and other devices to connect directly with each other and to transfer and share content, including images, pictures and videos. The MOU will automatically expire upon the lapse of four (4) months from the MOU Date, unless extended mutually in writing.
A definitive agreement (the “Definitive Agreement”) is expected to be entered into between Artimedia and Intel once the first working SDK with Artimedia’s front-end and back-end technology is deployed on a demo mobile device. The Definitive Agreement will cover, inter alia, the license fee per installation in each Intel platform, an equally-split revenue sharing model and non-competition commitment. It is understood that Intel Capital will be given the first opportunity to invest in Artimedia, subject to the terms and conditions of the Definitive Agreement.
Dr Ofer Miller, Chief Technology Officer of Artivision and Chief Executive Officer of Artimedia, says, “This is a great opportunity for Artimedia to distribute our state-of-the-art video technology and to reach the mass market. Artimedia’s front-end technology intelligently analyses the video stream in order to place unique non-intrusive ads onto the online video content. The back-end technology will be used as an open platform for advertisers to place images, pictures and videos onto any devices while using Intel’s “Wi-Fi Direct” technology. Dr Miller believes that this partnership with Intel would augur well for Artimedia's video technology which has strong market potential.
Intel microchips are widely used in a broad range of communications and computing devices such as smartphones and tablets, the demand for which has been growing in the last few years. In 2011, 500 million units of smartphones and tablets were shipped globally and is forecast to increase to 600 million and 750 million in 2012 and 2013, respectively. Hartawan announce on 31th Oct 2011 that it was buying a 300mil gold mine operation in Indonesian.

"To satisfy the purchase consideration of $300 million, Hartawan intends to allot and issue 1.5 billion new
consolidated shares to the Vendors at an issue price of $0.20 each. This will give the Vendors a
combined stake of approximately 68.77% in the Group immediately following completion of the Proposed
Acquisition.
The issue price is at a 68% premium to Hartawan's last traded share price of 11.9 cents on 27 October
2011, and significantly above the Group's net asset value per share of 5.5 cents."

Currently trading at $0.141, so if deal go thro, majority will be holding shares at $0.20. Seem like good upside to $0.20. But if deal fail? Downside back to $0.07.

Unifiber’s second makeover into coal miner

United Fiber System may soon morph from a pulp producer into a thermal coal miner through a second RTO (reverse takeover offer), giving shareholders another chance to unlock value in the stock which has been languishing since its first backdoor listing.

On Jan 27 before the market opened, Unifiber announced that it will be issuing 44.3 billion new shares at 3.5 cents each to buy over 67% stake in PT Golden Energy Mines (GEMS), in an RTO deal worth $1.55 billion. The new shares will represent 92.8% of the enlarged share capital.

The seller is PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk, the Jakarta-listed mining and infrastructure unit controlled by the Sinar Mas Group, one of Indonesia’s largest conglomerates in various resources businesses that include palm oil as well as pulp and paper. The conglomerate, founded by China-born Indonesian billionaire Eka Tjipta Widjaja, father of high profile corporate figure Oei Hong Leong, also has businesses in financial services, real estate and telecommunications.

First listed back in May 1997 as construction company Poh Lian Holdings, Unifiber shifted its focus to forestry and pulp production in April 2002 through its first RTO deal. Although the stock has plodded along after its first transformation, the new coal-mining business, if executed successfully, could provide Unifiber the lift it needs. Investors may remember it was through an RTO that Ezyhealth morphed into palm oil giant Wilmar International.

The announcement already pushed the stock to as high as 4.8 cents, its biggest increase since May 2003, from 2.8 cents, before closing the day at 3.9 cents with 112 million shares changing hands.

In its announcement via the Singapore Exchange, Unifiber notes that the GEMS group controls nearly 2 billion tonnes of thermal coal -- including reserves. “The development of extensive power plant industries including in China and India, which rely on medium and low calorie coal, has significantly increased demand for the commodity and the GEMS Group is well positioned to address the surge in demand for the commodity due to its competitive advantages over its competitors,” the company states.

These include lower stripping ratio, proximity of its mines to shipping facilities, and Indonesia itself is closer to the two main markets of India and China compared to Australia, the other leading coal exporter. “The Board is of the view that the Proposed Acquisition and resultant focusing of the Company on coal mining is appropriate given the growth opportunities they offer,” says Unifiber in its statement.

DMG & Partners Securities and Stamford Law Corporation are advising Unifiber on this deal, which the parties involved aim to complete by March 7.

Sembcorp Marine said that its unit has secured a US$291.6 million worth of contract to build an accommodation semi-submersible rig with options for another two units. The rig is ordered by a subsidiary of Prosafe SE, a leading owner and operator of semi-submersible accommodation/service rigs. It is scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2014. Healthway Medical Corporation Limited is one of Singapore's private outpatient medical service providers. It offers quality healthcare services across the medical value chain in family medicine, dentistry, paediatrics, orthopaedics, sports medicine, aesthetic medicine, TCM and healthcare benefits management. Bringing back the buzz – Last week, Malaysia ’s sovereign wealth fund, Khazanah Nasional, hired banks to handle the listing of its healthcare unit, Integrated Healthcare, in what could be the country’s fourth-largest IPO ever. The listing is expected to take place next year and could raise up to US$1.5b in proceeds. Listed healthcare stocks have been disappearing as they were being taken private over the years. However, the potential relisting of the Parkway-Pantai group through Integrated Healthcare could bring back the buzz in the healthcare scene. In today’s uncertain and volatile equity market, companies with defensive earnings and limited downsides become a focus of the investment community. The healthcare sector is one place to look for such stocks. One thing is relatively certain: healthcare needs and healthcare costs will be on the rise. In Singapore, Raffles Medical Group is enlarging its existing hospital and setting up a new specialist clinic, whereas dental healthcare group, Q&M, has plans to expand in China while still expanding its local network. Singapore Hot Stock - HI-P have fallen from a high of $1.25 from April to Oct to a low of $0.50. Recent rebound to $0.73 and now fallen to $0.60. Current level look like a good level to accumulate. Target of $0.90

Hi-P is an integrated contract manufacturing services provider specialising in precision plastic injection molding, mold design and fabrication, assembly, surface finishing and precision metal stamping. It provides turnkey contract manufacturing services to its customers in the consumer electronics & electrical industry. Its customers are mainly multi-national original equipment manufacturers in:
