PREGNANT MOTHER DRUGGED AND THREATENED BY SOCIAL SERVICES IN NEW YORK

Jennifer Nicole Alameda, a presidential candidate running as a Republican, is now being threatened with the loss of her children, the third due to be born in less than one month. The cited justification for years of separation provided has been the claim she is crazy because she asserted, she was running for President of the United States.

Both the Agency and the Court of New York claimed she could not have been a candidate and that having claimed to be so proved she is insane.

However, Alameda, registered as a candidate with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), provided the Agency with proof of her registration, this being the second time she had registered as a candidate, the first having taken place in 2019. She actively campaigned and participated in programs for candidates. A copy of Alameda’s name, listed on the FEC site, was provided for all the candidates who had declared for the Office of President of the United States.

Debate Tourney, one of our TV Shows, which will be utilizing with our other shows, 2-Way Interaction between TV and enriched Internet, discovered Alameda’s name on the Federal Election Commission site in 2019, sending her a letter offering to include her in the 1 – 1 debate tournament between all presidential candidates who were FEC registered.

This was the second entry into providing candidates with the opportunity to gain public presence. Our first was Phonevoter TV Network, distributed by Keystone Satellite Communications in 1992. Compared to what is possible now, audience participation was limited, but none the less, this was the reason for the 1992 upset that took out then sitting President George H. W. Bush, and elected Bill Clinton.

It is generally common knowledge than anyone can run for President of the United States, so we at FiTNA, were surprised at the assertion, which came to us first by Jennifer directly, and then by a representative of the Agency. Our CEO, Melinda Pillsbury-Foster, received a call from the Representative and provided the woman with assurance this was the case, this being one of the protocols set for the 2-Way Interactive TV Show series, Debate Tourney, which was first to air in 2022. The 2020 election disclosed to us that a dog, named Seven, was also a candidate listed by the FEC.

As is our company practice, we cross check with the FEC, and did so both for the 2020 election and for 2024.

FiTNA is the launching company, a 501©3. Our first network is Women Leading TV Network.

For some time now, we have following the gradual failures of the traditional, passive TV Industry, and so began building a partnership for distribution with the leading distribution company, LBISAT. In this way, we are able to integrate ‘TV’ with the Internet, enabling audiences of millions to participate in our array of shows, which can be viewed at WomenLeading.

Jennifer Nicole Alameda filed with the Federal Elections Commission in 2020 to run for president of the United States. We would learn in 2022 this was because she was experiencing hideous problems with the social services system in New York and was seeking a forum to be heard. Alameda’s statements on this and other issues were articulate and persuasive.

Americans are all free to run for the Office of President if they are over 35 and citizens of the United States of America. During this time, Alameda has been working part time for a group of physicians. Talking to these physicians forcefully affirmed she was highly competent in her work and valued by her employers. Yet she was being forced to take drugs by the Agency, this affirmed by the New York Court.

The system, it appears, was preparing to steal her children. Another one of our shows, now in preproduction, focuses on trafficking, so the illegal actions of the Agency and the collusion with the New York Courts set off alarms for us.

Jennifer was facing multiple problems, but she was a good mother and had done nothing wrong.

Jennifer’s story is one or heroic actions in the face of the violence done to her and her children by the Courts and Agencies of New York City.

The idea of 2-Way Integrated Internet and TV is novel for everyone, but the statistics show this is the coming form for mass communication that Americans demand, accounting for the decline of popularity for passive TV that does not allow people to connect to others and be heard. This is the reason we are launching FiTNA and the Women Leading Network shows.

Jennifer’s older son, now 15, demanded to be allowed to live with his mother. The Court refused this demand, and the boy fled New York, only to be captured and threatened.

Unlike some parents who finally give up, Jennifer has persisted in her efforts to regain custody of her children, who have spent three years away from their mother, who is only allowed to visit with them for 2 hours each week. The siblings are in separate foster homes and Jennifer was forced to take 2 half-days off work to see each of them separately.

We were further shocked to learn that Jennifer has been forced against her will to take Risperdal by the Agency and the Court of New York. Risperdal is according to the Mayo Clinic, “used to treat schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or irritability associated with autistic disorder. This medicine should not be used to treat behavioral problems in older adults who have dementia.” Risperdal is available only by doctor's prescription.

At each point, Jennifer Alameda has followed the law, but the law, the agencies responsible for the wellbeing of those at risk, and the Courts of New York, appear to have been covertly using families, and children in need as a source for their own enrichment.

The taxpayer-funded system for assisting people facing problems was not working to help Jennifer overcome these events, which impacted her and her children. Instead, it was using the power granted to take her children away from her.

In 2020, we had no idea just how grave the situation was for Ms. Alameda’s family.

Our initial discussions that year were on Ms. Alameda’s focus for women’s issues. A major element of her campaign was the failure of government and corporately related social services, but we also discussed political subjects which she had researched. This made her stand out as a candidate, since most of the candidates we heard from did not bring up women’s issues at all.

Jennifer did not mention her injury until late 2022, and in our conversations gave no reason to think she was having memory issues from a Traumatic Brain Injury received in 2017.

But we well knew the failures of the government system for social services was flawed and needed attention and change. The lack of appropriate recognition on the issues facing families with lower incomes, along with the challenges of coping with the impact of long-term health problems is very real.

After this point, Jennifer shared her personal story with us. She had already told us, providing photos and the events and groups she had joined for her presidential campaign. We were stunned at what Jennifer faced, and at her courage, her love for her children, and her persistence.

Sometimes a book carries impact beyond what the author intended. The Divinity of Doubt by Vincent Bugliosi is such a book. Overtly the book frames the acrimonious conflict between Evangelical Christianity as a set of unproven beliefs, each vulnerable to the bald facts of reality, and the parallel set of unproven beliefs comprising the ideas accepted by atheists.

Bugliosi applies a single standard, the same one which has proven so devastating to carefully constructed theories over the past generation in his series of best sellers from Helter Skelter, the book which removed doubt on the Tate Murders to The Prosecution of George Bush for Murder, the book which provides the evidence to convict a president of the United States of murder for profit.

As you read your way through Bugliosi's past work you sense an increasing focus of attention as his contextual frame enlarges in scope to subsume a deeper analysis of the intellectual and belief habits of humanity, this being the frames which limit and divide us over ideas, accepted without proof. This, Bugliosi maintains, is equally true for Christians and atheists. During the course of our interview Bugliosi made the observation that atheists found his book more disturbing than did Christians. This stems, Bugliosi notes, from the fact atheists had failed to examine their own rejection of God from the rules of evidence, attacking theology in place of God without understanding the difference while Christians more often rely on faith alone.

Over the course of his examination Bugliosi takes each set of beliefs, Christian and atheist, scrutinizing each, on the evidence, finding each riddled with contradiction and unproven assertions. Both Christianity and atheism are 'faith-based,' he asserts, using the Bible and other Christian authoritative works and the written works of proponents of atheism for this purpose.

Working through the theology of Christianity Bugliosi questions and disproves each of the bulwarks of traditional Christianity in an exhaustive examination of the Bible, including the virginity of Mary, the mother of Jesus. He then examines the work of Richard Dawkins, again exhaustively examining the attacks made on Christianity to point out no proof is provided God does not exist. The intellectual ammunition of atheism is spent on the target of theology, unproven beliefs which are entirely human in origin.

Arriving at the position of agnosticism Bugliosi cites the impact of the book on many Christians, including Frank Shaffer one of the founders of the religious right in America. Bugliosi gave Shaffer a copy of the book who reported, “I found myself following my wife around the house reading sections to her.”

Shaffer, according to Bugliosi, is no longer a fundamentalist Christian.

The book, using rules of evidence to remove two human frames for seeing the world beyond what humanity can know, points to the larger questions which each belief system attempts to contain. In this, what is revealed is the need for security common to both Christianity and Atheism and the questions which haunt the mind during long nights of solitary thought.

The human need for emotional security, created through structures of ideas logically disconnected from the facts, becomes the elephant-in-the-room question which Divinity of Doubt hands us along with the challenge to understand unconsidered elements of human history, behavior, and biology. Like Moses standing at the border of the Promised Land, Bugliosi's book beckons us to enter.

Did humanity, moving from the unquestioning world of nature to the human world of thought and ideas, invent religion to fill a need which otherwise could not be met? That primitive people devise explanations of the world outside their understanding which we characterize as 'myths,' is well known. Myths provide framing, explaining through stories and the action of iconic figures what evades human understanding.

Myths reflect the persistent human need to see beyond the darkness and today humanity is still seeking to grasp things beyond reason, logic, and the present grasp of science. At a time when new fields of human inquiry are opening, like flowers blooming in the springtime, the reframing of ideas continues to accelerate, shedding new light and changing the landscape of human thought. And no end is in view.

In a world resting on uncertainties security comes in many forms and the myths which work are those which will endure.

When you close the cover of Divinity of Doubt you are left with a deeper understanding of the foibles and struggles of humanity. You also come away and with tools which serve you to step on to the path of self-discovery as you accept the uncertainty of a world no human mind can encompass.

If you want a seeming exclusive no other reporters seem smart or wise enough to see as all politicians say they do not want to touch Social Security, they've actually been raiding its SSA "Trust Fund" for most of 83 years replacing it with IOUs (fancier term in the Congressional Budget Office that ignores the time value of money at $97-Trillion) that are spent in either the General Fund or for specific agencies. Try this: None of the agencies nor Congress has ever repaid the "Trust Fund". Outfits like the PeterG. Petersen Foundation whine about the operational budget debt annually going over $30T to $34T but seem to miss the IOUs in the SSA Trust Fund, and the similar time value of money lost to spending sprees since LBJ since 1965 raiding the Medicare Trust Fund to about $80T. The principal amounts having never been repaid have either interest due or the equivalent of interest due. The Ponzi scheme set up by FDR and LBJ are neither insurance nor a contribution as in the phrase Federal Insurance Contribution Act FICA. I've told the Petersen Foundation to get real but their Executive director JRosen@pgpf.org keeps ignoring this, even as they do a nice job of the debt clock. If you'd like information on the 27 federal Government Special Entities (tax-payer supported banks) that now own 92% of the mortgages in America since 2008, let me know.

You might contact Jim Mietus, Executive Branch Office of Management and Budget retired (Reagan to Obama) 703-759-3007, Tell him I sent you for advice. One suggestion is freeze, lower, or eliminate various federal departments or agencies' budgets, with the requirement that 10% per year of it will be returned to the SSA fund. No more talk of cutting down the seniors, but the bureaucracy that had a wild time with retirement funds and medical funds. Indict every Congress person who ever voted for spending SSA or Medicare Trust Funds on anything else as racketeers. (Probably 2/3rds of them of all parties). Try Institute of Justice or pacific Legal Foundation for that should make more headlines than the nonsense. Or you might discuss the cracking of the supergene on ageing or something intelligent. Jeff Bezos dropped $3B on cracking 1600 genomic diseases including ageing, so that might factor into future calculations to not rip off the elders until they get their booster spice and rejoin the workforce. All arguments are irrelevant to money retained and or invested for the purpose intended, the rest is a smokescreen.

If you want a contrast to this fraud, see the French who do not let their politicians touch one centime of their mandated (forced) retirement or medical savings or accounts. France invests it all in the French stock and bond markets. As a result, the French senior and disabled are the most solvent in the world while Americans are the most broke. A Short Commentary on the Election for President, 2024

Donald Trump won the presidency. This is a fact, and the event shocked the group who all too often identify themselves as “Liberals.”

Biden and Harris were never liberals, the meaning of that word having been in long and consistent usage for centuries, as you see below. But by nature, and ideology, never opposed to theft, they have shamelessly misused the word, once the battle-cry for individual freedom.

The practiced rebranders of words, for the moment defeated, by Trump, closer to real "Liberalism", today expressed as Conservative, Libertarian, or Free Market, will be leaving office in January 2025. I personally hope they take their Fascism and Communism with them. But it is likely there will be more confrontations. I listened to her concession and the twisting of reality was clearly expressed, though she used the freedom terms shamelessly, as usual.

The three terms in the paragraph above, Liberalism, Conservative, and Libertarian, are the bedrock of thought that resulted in the rejection of top-down dictatorships, such as we experienced with Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union during WWII and later.

Operating on the well-proven theory that a lie can be converted to ‘truth’ if you say it often enough and loudly enough, the departing cadre of Not-Liberals, Biden and Harris, were practiced experts for asserting that lie. This assault on our individual rights began in 1912 and included the grab of the Hetch Hetchy by San Francisco. America has been rapidly descending into fascism/communism during the Biden Administration, this beginning in 1912. For this election round, Americans of all ages and other descriptions noticed this through the inflation and tightening bondage that they were experiencing and voted for Donald Trump.

Also note that Union Blue, the color for more than a century always associated with the Republican Party. Red is historically the color associated with the 'Democratic Party'. These colors became identified with the two political parties during the Civil War, when the North fought to end slavery, and the South fought to continue it. This switch was carried out, I believe by CNN about 20 years ago.

This morning, I visited this cheesy website, hosted at winred.com, and realized this is just a con job for building up their email list. You are donating to the campaign of Mike Rogers, not his smiling companion Donald Trump, the GOP Candidate for President.

(Don’t even mention the outrage of having the Republican Party’s Official Color changed from Union Blue, in commemoration of the Civil War battle for ending slavery, to RED, the Official Color for the Confederacy, which had adopted the Socialist paradigm promoted by George Fitzhugh in his book, Sociology for the South, or, the Failure of Free Society (1854).

Did Mike Roger produce this idea, or did he remember a similar, but very different, idea presented on DebateTourney.com?

Three years ago, we provided a page for each candidate for President who registered with us to debate other candidates, now routinely ignored by the MSM, not only real debates on real issues, but a full page showing the faces and qualifications for every member of their Cabinet if that Presidential Candidate were to be elected. This was to be viewed as a promise, not a come-on.

All of us need to tie candidates down, guaranteeing their performance in office. I realized this in 1992 while looking at an old pot holder and suggested a different solution, Honesty Bond as a way to hold those running for office to their campaign promises. Naturally, it would work, so it was ignored. I had originally floated the idea to Republicans, because at the time I had left the LP, from frustration with the approach of LP presidential candidates who insisted on focusing on raising small amounts of money from loyalists and never challenging the media and the anointed MSM candidates.

If the idea, faintly, reminds you of the idea Newt Gingrich floated for Contract ON America, you are correct. I was surprised to learn one of the pieces of literature on Honesty Bond, I passed out at the California Convention that year was handed to Gingrich by John Fund, who was then in a relationship with my daughter, Morgan Pillsbury. It was Morgan who revealed this to me when she asked some years later, “What was that idea you had, remember? The one about the pot holder?”

It was educational, and I left with not a moment of regret, as much was revealed to me.

The number of people running for the Presidency today is not two or three, but about 1,400, duly registered with the FEC.

My thought was that for generations now we have been forced to buy a pig in a poke, as we decide who to support for the Office of President of the United States.

Firm commitments on who will be entrusted with the growing number of ways government now rules over us could provide a real sense of confidence in a presidential candidate who is asking for our vote. But it would have to be a real pledge from the candidate for president. Obviously, in this instance, Donald is not promising anything.

Now, if a presidential candidate nominated a highly qualified free market economist, such as Walter Block, for Secretary of the Treasury, which would mean something.

Right now, our only registered candidate is Jennifer Nicole Alameda, who would certainly be happy to let you know the make up of her cabinet, if asked.

The bureaucrats in charge after WWII, fearing a return to the banker/government-caused Great Depression, made a fatal decision. Since it had apparently finally gotten the U.S. out of that disaster, enshrined in National Security Council Report 68 (NSC-68), signed by president Harry S Truman on September 30, 1950, they decided to continue using the manufacture of military materials to pump the economy.

Ten years later, President and Five-star General Dwight Eisenhower caught a glimpse of the result and warned us like this - - -

Called "Military Keynesianism," political scientist and ex-CIA consultant Chalmers Johnson was among those who solidly nailed the long-term dangers and consequences of using war production to stimulate the economy.

It was clear that the Military Industrial Complex (MIC) required an enemy, a dastardly villain, as an excuse. They managed to create North Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan and a few lesser excuses into that needed commodity but these all eventually fell short and fizzled out.

And how about that old stand-by, the Soviet Union? But it had broken up. On the other hand, public opinion polls showed that most Americans hadn't separated modern Russia from that intimidating image of the old Soviet Union as our evil enemy. All those decades of propaganda were still in place, especially in the minds of us Baby Boomers. Especially Hollywood propaganda. You know, James Bond and all.

So, a ready-made villain on the cheap!

The Main-Stream Media (MSM) had completely failed to notice that the Russians had learned the hard way that socialism/communism "promised workers paradise but delivered the other place instead." They'd also learned -- the hard way -- that voluntary market exchange kicks booty.

So, under the guidance of Vladmir Putin and his cronies, they'd been promoting trade with other folks in other countries, including selling massive amounts of natural gas to Europe through their twin billion-dollar under-sea pipelines, Nord Stream I and soon, II. They'd been promoting Sochi as a resort town and host to major international events. Etc.

The Russians were making money hand over fist and loving it. And Putin was regularly referring to "Our friends and partners in the West." Meaning us.

But That Thing That Lives in Washington D.C. and its minions (the U.K. for example) needed that Essential Villain and guess who they chose?

The C.I.A. has a lot of experience assassinating folks, overturning governments, fomenting violence and revolution, that sort of thing. President Harry S. Truman, who created the C.I.A., described things this way - - -

And so they got to work, first by refurbishing the narrative.

Exactly what you'd expect since, exposed by the Sen. Frank Church Committee, most savvy folks know that Western Main Stream Media (MSM) is a fully owned and integrated subsidiary of the C.I.A.

By this time I was finally beginning to get it. SOMEBODY was setting up Putin and the Russians for SOMETHING.

"SOMEBODY" was likely the CIA and I started looking for signs.

A big one was the 2014 CIA-engineered Ukrainian Maidan coup, spearheaded by U.S. operative Victoria Nuland and abetted by Hilary Clinton. It ousted Russia-friendly Viktor Yanukovych in favor of several U.S. puppets, ending up with former comedian Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The CIA also planned to get Ukraine into NATO.

I started listening to Putin's speeches whenever I could. I heard things like this (notice the date) - - -

- "We must get back to the international law instead of might makes right. ... U.S. approach, one step forward, one step back gets nowhere. ...There has to be a dialog, I don't think there is any other way." --Vladimir Putin Thursday, April 25, 2019 5:25 AM, media event during Kim Jon Un/Putin summit in Vladivistok

It gradually became clear that Putin and the Russians were as paranoid of NATO as we Baby Boomers had been of the old Soviet Union.

I was a teen during the Cuban Missile Crisis. That was when U.S. President J.F. Kennedy prepared to invade Cuba if the Soviet Union didn't remove its missiles.

We were planning to hang out in neighboring quarry tunnels to outlast the nuclear fallout. That wouldn't work, but it was better than the school instructions, "Hide under your desk, and put your head between your knees." We added the realistic part: "... and kiss your butt goodby."

Even though those missiles were only 90 miles from our shores, Cuba was a sovereign nation and so Kennedy did not have the right to make that demand. Regardless, the Soviets listened, and luckily for the human race, removed their missiles.

Whether Russian or American, you can't argue with that kind of deep-seated fear and that goes for the Russians today. And this isn't just Putin -- he has plenty of company.

But even worse than the Cuban Crisis, Ukraine in NATO would put NATO missiles directly on Russia's border -- and only 5 minutes travel time to Moscow.

That would automatically put Russian nuclear forces in " launch on warn" mode, meaning no time to straighten out any mistakes or glitches. That means no brakes on Russia's retaliation nukes and any mistake or glitch pretty much the end of the world.

That made Ukraine joining NATO a national security red-line for the Russians. And, if the rest of the world had any sense at all, a red-line for all of us.

Of course, Putin had no more right to demand Ukraine pledge not to join NATO than J. F. Kennedy had for demanding Soviet missiles be removed from Cuba.

So Putin sent very short and clear warnings to the U.S., NATO, the UN, UK, etc. They ignored him entirely, so he tried again. And again.

Apparently, he thought putting 100,000 Russian troops on Ukraine's border and leaving them there would finally "send a message" they couldn't ignore.

As Anatol Lieven wrote in the January 25, 2022 TIME, Russia Has Been Warning the West About Ukraine for Decades. The West Should Have Listened.

The Russian troops were there for three months -- December 2021 until Feb. 24, 2022 -- before what Putin called the "special military operation" (SMO) began.

The Russians claimed during that three months on the border that they did not intend to invade. Indeed, what military in its right mind would telegraph an invasion, giving the enemy three months to prepare?

It seems Putin was just attempting to emulate U.S. officials who are always sending (often rude) messages to everyone, lately using so-called "sanctions" which, incidentally, are endangering the U.S. dollar's status as the world's reserve currency.

But now it's Feb. 25, 2022 and what's done is done. Putin had to call his own bluff. So the "Special Military Operation" has begun. Now what?

Here's what the Russians had in mind according to Olexii Arestovich, Zelensky's former 'spin doctor' and adviser. He described the circumstance of the Russian SMO first entry into Ukraine like this:

It was conceived as a bloodless mission and should have passed without casualties, he says. "They tried to wage a smart war… Such an elegant, beautiful, lightning-fast special operation, where polite people, without causing any damage to either a kitten or a child, eliminated the few who resisted. They didn't want to kill anyone: Just sign the renunciation".... Alastair Crooke, Strategic Culture, February 14, 2023

That from the top of, not Russian, but Ukraine, public relations. It also perfectly jibes with the presentation Putin gave just before he triggered the "SMO."

Clearly Mr. Putin miscalculated. Or perhaps the C.I.A. threw sand in the gears again.

It's clear this whole MIC/C.I.A. concocted mess could have been quite easily avoided in the first place. And, while not nearly as easily, probably still wound-down even now.

Respected weapons inspector Scott Ritter put it something like this: "To avoid the whole Ukraine Fiasco, all Ukraine had to do was to agree not to join NATO."

Once you know the facts, it's hard not to reach that same rational, logical, conclusion. These folks did - - - Ron Paul, and Prof. John Mearsheimer, and Jimmy Dore with Matt Tiabbi. And Elon Musk joined the rational crowd.

You may not be aware because others who reached the same conclusion were disappeared, censored and otherwise dissed and cancelled for undermining the C.I.A. narrative. Remember, the MSM , now including GOOGLE, Facebook, before-Musk-twitter, etc. are fully owned C.I.A. subsidiaries.

For example, GOOGLE SEARCH disappeared all direct links to "Tips on How to Start the Final World War," the original publication of this piece, and took the added precaution of heading any search for it with the mis-direction below - - -

In fact, the logical, rational, solution was so obvious that Turkey's president Erdogan and Israel's Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, both offered to negotiate peace, and initially Putin and Zelenskyy both agreed to talk. Until SOMEBODY got word to The Comedian that peace wasn't the goal and he backed out.

And SOMEBODY blew up the Russian's Nord Stream pipelines.

The Thing Living In D.C. is warning China not to supply Russia with "lethal weapons" because it will "prolong the war and cause more misery and death." But, of course, the "lethal weapons" supplied by the U.S. will have no such effect. Right?

In an interview (Feb 19, 2023), General Mille, echoing the back-room consensus, observed that the Ukrainians aren't likely to make anymore battlefield gains and it was time for them to move to the negotiating table. The MIC pulled strings somewhere and the negotiating table suggestion disappeared.

The MIC needs its essential villain. So, as the quip goes, "it's determined to fight the Russians down to the last Ukranian."

Putin and company have repeatedly warned that if Russia believes it faces an "existential threat," they will use nukes.

Keeping in mind that when push came to shove, when nailed to the wall, Putin called his own Ukraine border bluff, what do you make of the 8 Russian fighter jets on Alaska's border two days in a row?

The Old Timers Series

More than a full generation has passed since that small but determined band of mostly young people came together to form what we all hoped would become the right political tool for renewing the battle for individual freedom.

We all know it started in David Nolan's living room. A lot of water has passed under the bridge since then, as the saying goes. Some who were there then to witness what happened are now dead. Others are still in there working for freedom either in the LP or in related fields.

I started out in West Los Angeles where I had been born and raised and where I met my first mentor on the ideas of Liberty, James Dean. Where did you start out? Where are you now? What happened in the middle?

This is about the past we share and about reconnecting to each other.

The Old Timer's Series will feature short biographical sketches of Old Timers to appear on these pages and on a blog we will set up for that purpose. If you are an Old Timer I have not yet found, get in touch. It will be great to reconnect even if we didn't talk back then. We will have a lot in common, no doubt.

As I am contacting Old Timers I am also compiling a list of contact information and each Old Timer will have the option of getting in touch with other Old Timers, if they wish to be contacted. I'm hoping everyone does. Think about other Old Timers and about those Old Timers who are not with us any more. I will be doing sketches for Roger MacBride, William Hunscher, Mike Hall, Bob Lehman, and others who can't be interviewed. I know there are more.

These individual stories will help us all understand the past we share. Eventually, it would be lovely to have a get together so we can see each other again.

Consider what kind of reunion we could have. Cruises are fun but there are endless possibilities. In the meanwhile, start rifling through those dusty mementos and through your mind. It is amazing how much you remember when you start thinking about it.

Understanding these facts is important for our needed change of paradigm for freedom. Others have also fought the battle against the IRS and other government frauds on us, including the Social Security 'Trust'. In 1895 the Supreme Court (Pollack vs. Farmers Loan & Trust Co., 158 US 601) ruled that the income tax as a direct tax was prohibited by Article I, Section IX of the U.S. Constitution. How times have changed, your employer has become their tax collector.

As you can see, America has become a corporate work-state. The present administration has only consolidated the power of the new Caesar and his Senate achieved after nearly 100 years of efforts. Why do you think King George the Second welcomes all immigrants legal and otherwise?

The Republic of the United States had resisted the influence of the global bankers since the drafting of the Bill of Rights. The War of 1812, as was the Civil War it can be argued, were engineered by world banking interests in Europe. They were only successful following the massive wave of immigration (cheap labor) in the early 20^th Century, the Industrial Revolution, and the dawn of the Progressive Era just prior to the Wilson administration.

This is a generational subversion[2] of a people from productivity in the individual pursuit of life, liberty and happiness – to productivity in the pursuit of corporate profits and the security of the socialist collective. Here are some highlights:

In 1913 the 16^th Amendment to the Constitution was, [fraudulently], declared to have been ratified by the required number of states. [This issue is subject to question and debate, but we present a federal judges opinion on the subject at the end of this history lesson.]

In 1914 the Federal Reserve Bank was legislated into being. The Bank is neither ‘federal’ nor has ‘reserves’ [other than the paper they print Federal Reserve Notes on]. The fact is the Bank is a private corporation. Look it up in the San Francisco phone book; it’s not in the government phone listing section – it’s in the white pages.

So the stage was set. Although the Constitution strictly forbids peonage and slavery, the government of the United States has now become dependent upon the forced labor of every working man, woman and child in America to pay for nearly everything it does – and they have gone deeply in debt on the backs of future unborn Americans!

We are consumers. We are no longer producers. Individual debt is out of control and the government just put the squeeze on the bankruptcy laws. What once took a single income can now only be purchased with two wage earners. The government is raising our children, and the Ninth Circuit Court has decreed that parental authority ends at the schoolroom doors. We’ve been locked out.

Due to declining birth rates and abortion, massive numbers of “immigrants” must be imported to continue the program. Additionally, public schools have been transformed from the business of educating your children, into government schools specializing in conditioning the drone worker bees of the global collective.

It has been observed recently by one senior Chinese government official that as China moves towards more freedom and democracy the United States is moving towards less. Consider the massive Department of Homeland Security – while our borders remain open to potential terrorists.

Which brings us to the Patriot Act under which a lowly line supervisor in the FBI can initiate a “Person of Interest” file on you or I without our ever knowing of it’s creation. That is, until it’s too late to legally defend ourselves and we become an “Enemy of the State” (A potential legal definition of a person of interest under provisions of the Patriot Act).

Think I’m kidding? Since 9/11 the Department of Justice and the FBI have sent out an average of 30,000 letters per year requesting background information on individuals under the new provisions of the Patriot Act. But Vice President Cheney insists that no violations of privacy under the Patriot Act have occurred to date. Believe him? I don’t.

Lastly, discrimination by the majority has been replaced with discrimination of the majority. Hate laws now protect some individuals more than other individuals. Call it what you please discrimination is still discrimination. Islam may be taught in the classroom but the teacher can’t wish her students “Merry Christmas!” Some freedom.

You have heard it said, a people get the government they deserve. Thomas Jefferson put it well when he said, “A nation that expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, expects what never has been nor ever will be.”

“I think that it [violation of the war powers act by both Congress and the Executive branch of the government] has occurred over a long period of time, and consequently, there is less hesitancy on the executive branch to preserve [the Constitution]. It’s just like kids who break a rule the first 200 times and, after a while they don’t care; they don’t acknowledge that the rule even exists…”

“If you were to go back and try to find and review the ratification of the 16^th Amendment … you would find that a sufficient number of states never ratified that amendment … And nonetheless, I think it is fair to say that it is part of the constitution of the United States, and I don’t think any court would ever set it aside.”

I leave you with this final quote from the German writer, humanist, and philosopher Goethe: “No people are so hopelessly enslaved as those who think themselves free.”

Finally, the facts about the 1992 Presidential Election

In 1992, George H. W. Bush, seen above top left, was trounced by a down-at-the-heels Southern Governor who into March 1992 was faltering in the polls.

Clinton began his downward trend immediately after Gennifer Flowers went public on TV about her long-term affair with Bill. Bill and Hill immediately denied the affair had taken place, this on live TV. Hillary was nominated for an Oscar. (No, but she should have been.)

Bill Clinton’s numbers began to climb in the first half of April. Donations began pouring into his campaign coffers. In late March, his campaign account had been down to $50,000.

Bill and Hillary were planning to return home to Arkansas in mid-March. Then, their Media Consultant read a Fax which had come in. A free consultation was offered by the sender.

The consultation was set up.

Now, you can find out how Bill and Hillary were elected and realize how much money and work went into hiding the outcome of the election in 1992 by both the GOP and Democrat Parties.

The Background – An early innovation:

What today you know as QVC and Home Shopping Channel, or “So You Think You Can Dance”, technology, was used after 1992 so people could interact with what they saw on TV. This produces sales of lots of stuff and produces billions for them.

“So You Think You Can Dance” and a small number of other shows used the same technologies and also prospered with many times the number of viewers as traditional TV shows. 94 million phone votes, still a record, were cast by text votes, phone votes, and online votes in a three-hour period.

The price of TV advertising hinges on how many viewers the show has.

In early 1992, a very different show was offered by fax to potential participants. The fax arrived in the campaign offices of each of the 65 presidential candidates then running for president. Free satellite time was offered if they participated by recording an unedited speech to a live audience, no editing allowed, nor would PhoneVoter TV Network (PVN). The speeches were sent to 1,200 news directors across America and 20 million Americans via satellite TV. Those watching, could also participate, calling in their agree/disagree reaction tallied on screen.

This made great TV news. News shows are always looking to drive up their own ratings, of course. And those hearing the candidate had the chance to respond to what the presidential candidate said. Live. How many of us would love to have that chance?

The faxes were received, but only four candidates responded, this by phone. This was free satellite time, free advertising. But one of the candidates pumped their consultant, the founder of PhoneVoter, Brock d’Avignon, for information on how this all worked. That candidate was Bill, “I feel Your Pain” Clinton, using a pseudonym, Marcus.

After the stunning November Election Night, political savants scratched their heads about how Clinton beat the most popular sitting president in history; President George H. W. Bush’s popularity was at an all-time high for any president, 89% just months before. Therefore, grasping at straws, they opined, “Perot Phenomenon”.

Naturally, no one in power wanted the apple cart upset, but it had been. The cover-up began. Real, and feverish, cooperation between Republicans and Democrats began.

On January 21, 1992, PhoneVoter TV Network had been launched by the young tech-oriented TV producer named Brock d’Avignon, who added satellite TV, telepolls with tallies, and live phone-in tallies. Thus, American history was changed. And this next time, 2024, no cover-up.

Picturing Miracles of Plant and Animal Life - by Arthur C. Pillsbury, 1937 A Review by Melinda Pillsbury-Foster

Written for publication in 1937, Picturing Miracles of Plant and Animal Life, extended human vision, enlarging our scope for understanding in all directions. The book includes Pillsbury's inventions of cameras that made the world as it was into the world we know today in all areas of science and also in our general views of how we see ourselves in relationship to the natural world.

The book begins with lapse-time photography, recording the entire life cycle of plants, beginning with the delicate species of wildflowers that filled the floor of Yosemite when he first entered the Valley in 1895, still a student at Stanford University. From there, he takes you into the process of pollination and then begins to explain the steps he took before building the first microscopic motion picture camera in 1925.

From there, using his camera, he journeys into the very different world of cactus and succulents, explaining how he brings them to life before your eyes and examines the leaf, the tool that converts light to life, again using these tools.

Bread mold is also explored, its powers so elemental to all human cultures on Earth.

In 1929, as America was descending into the Depression, he invented the X-Ray Motion Picture Camera. Again, a world which the human eye could not see or understand. And in 1930 Pillsbury invented the first truly underwater motion picture camera, opening up a world still alien to human eyes.

In Chapter XI, Marine Life, he begins with, “Of all subjects for research work, the ocean contains the greatest number and forms. Hardly a drop of water but contains some form of life, many of them most beautiful and interesting.” He goes on to describe these in beautiful prose, awakening your curiosity.

His love and awe of the natural world comes through to the reader over and over again.

In Chapter XIII, he explores the life of a fly in its natural habitats, describing this with dispassionate sympathy for the pig plagued with flies and the fly’s laying of eggs, which are, he reports, “are about twice as long as their diameter, shining white. They hatch in eight to twelve hours, depending on the temperature.” This is the beginning of the entire life cycle, described in Crystals forming in a drop of water as the water evaporates and viewed with the compassion in just a few lines.

Then, he explains technicolor film, the varieties then just coming into the market and provides advice on using these and also what he has discovered. “One short picture I made last summer showed definitely that protoplasm does pass from one cell to another, which is still a disputed question with biologists. Crystals forming in a drop of water as the water evaporates and viewed with polarized light as the most beautiful objects I have ever seen. All the colors of the spectrum shoot from the drop.”

After reviewing previous theories horticulture, he begins to discuss the elements which must be present for plants to achieve optimal growth. These plants were grown in water with the nutrients for optimizing needed their health always available.

The book is filled with photos from his studies and experiments from the course of his career. You will also notice that the book precisely describes how each of these inventions was made, making it impossible for anyone to claim a patent on his work. He referred to this as placing work in the Knowledge Commons, a different path into the future which focuses on enabling human progress over profits.

The non-initiation of force or its capability was wise. However, no distinction was made for intent in the inclusion of prohibiting mere explosives or deflectors in Space. It is now generally forgotten that in January of 1992, then President George H. W. Bush initiated the first CBS phone poll. CBS contracted with ATT for 300,000 touch-tone phone telepoll calls for AGREE(1) DISAGREE (2) during the State of the Union Address on January 20, 1992. The results were to be posted live.

On January 21, 1992, Phone Voter TV Network was founded by Brock d’Avignon. He immediately saw what was possible. In one month, he had arranged for $500,000 of satellite time, as a lost leader with Keystone Communications, Inc. The company was number 4 for the 20 million Cu Band satellite dish receiver customers. All 20 million could pick up their feed, if they chose. Keystone dedicated 4 of their satellite transponders 16 hours a day. They were advertised on “Satellite TV Weekly” and “One Sat Guide”.

Brock understood the significance of broadcasting television. The telephone routers being unable to keep up with microwave broadcast television. Therefore, to launch PVN he needed a smaller audience, cable or satellite, both on the rise.

CBS’s exciting touch-tone voting innovation caused a massive kluge which focused attention on the out-of-date lazy monopoly ATT wanted CBS to pay for all 29 million calls made and the damages done to their infrastructure.

One million got through; 7 million got a busy signal; 21 Million phone callers heard their phones go dead, as 14 Bell monopoly routing systems collapsed, crashing the phone companies, these being regional and all part of the Bell System. This was a monopoly authorized by Congress in 1936. The CBS response to ATT was, “We only contracted for 300,000 Touch-Tone responses. We can’t help it if your out-of-date lazy monopoly can’t keep up with television that was invented 50 years ago!”

Now, everybody knew ATT was old and sloppy and not up to the new wave of technologies which had been around for 50 years.

Earlier History for Electronic Communications

In 1977 a young college student called Microwave Communications Incorporated (MCI). They had mobile radio telephones. This was outside the control of the Bell monopoly. The owner of the company had announced publicly he wanted to break up the Bell Monopoly.

Calling MCI, the young student got through the switch board and was routed to MANs secretary. Explaining what he was calling about, once more, the young man was put through to William McGowan CEO of Microwave Communications Inc.

Introducing himself to McGowan, Brock d’Avignon at BYU. “I am a communications student, and the Communications Director for the Society for Individual Liberty at BYU with 125 members. We would like to encourage you to make the fight to bust up the Bell Monopoly.”

McGowan said, “I’ve been a little bit ambivalent about going ahead with this battle.” The young man said, “For every principle of freedom you can think of I encourage you to go ahead, whether it is couched in Constitutional terms, or not. Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

There are now 70 Federal Volumes of law books on communications, I would encourage you to go ahead in competitive free enterprise that will create better technology than what we have now. We will also have liberty. If there is anything we can do to help you, please let us know.”

McGowan responded, “Like I said, I was not sure I wanted to get into this fight or not, but kid, you have convinced me. I’m going ahead. Thank you.”

The young man gave McGowan his phone number.” McGowan said again, “Thank you.”

In 1936 all other existing companies had been ordered to sell to Bell, this including their all their equipment, a forced liquidation. Service suffered across the country.

The owner of one company, who developed and owned the patent to the touch-tone phone, refused to cooperate. Determined to retain the patent the owner inventor sold off all his equipment to a company in Argentina for 10 cents on the dollar but retained ownership of the patent. All the money the owner made was dedicated to defending his patent, which he did for the next 30 years. After he had died in the late 1970s, his heirs sold the patent to the Western Electric System/Bell Labs/Bell (Monopoly) System, most of these in the Mid-West.

There had been a long train of inventions from the private sector starting with the invention of the telephone in 1876. The Federal Communications Commission was started in 1912 at the demand of the U.S. Navy, who viewed this as essential to their military mission. The Progressives also supported the establishment of the FCC.

After the end of WWII innovations resulting from advances in technology were introduced from small companies entering the growing market for phone and other communication services if they could persuade the Federal Communications Commission the company would be serving a new or underserved market.

Worried about inflation? Stockpiling food? If so, you have lots of company. Interested in ensuring you and your family are safe?

While pondering the question, remember all problems have causes. This article takes you to the real causes, the ones no one mentioned, no matter how long you were in school or how many degrees you earned. Here, we show you the enormous over-riding problem everyone ignored. You know about foreclosure, repossession, and more ominous terms; there are 47 of these. You have seen what can happen in your own communities. All of these are forms of Debt-Bondage, the inability to pay your debts. Today, 81% of us have erratic incomes, which is a big part of the problem. If you don’t know how much you will have to spend, how can you depend on anything?

As Dr. Milton Friedman said, "If the only thing Certain in business, is Uncertainty, then we must base our fiscal systems on Uncertainty."

Uncertainty – Scary thought. Milton knew it was the source of dramatic swings in our economy; he did not know what to do about it until 1976 when an enthusiastic young man called him, providing the solution based in part on one paragraph from Friedman’s book “Capitalism and Freedom”.

If the young man had not taken 30 years to exhaustively confirm his own idea, we would not now be facing an economic meltdown of monumental proportions. The good news is this; a sustainable economy is possible for all of us, and he is sorry about that. Better late than never. The book will be out soon, titled, Human Investments (HI)

The problem exists around the world in such seemingly different places as Carbon County, UT, USA and Kolhi Villages, Sindh, Pakistan, two communities joined in scary uncertainty.

Very different in many ways, these two places have a lot of history in common: each needs solutions to put things right. Life grows increasingly hard for the families in Kolhi Villages and life in East Carbon has been economically challenging since the coal mines closed.

Both areas have historically been plagued by Debt Bondage.

Our Towns, the 2-Way InterActivist TV show series, focusing on East Carbon, UT and Kolhi Villages, Pakistan, each encountered this problems at different times in their histories. Debt Bondage is an ancient, and current form of slavery. Kolhi has always had subsistence farmers in their past and still, today; few now exist in Carbon County. These died off or turned to different ways to make a living.

Tom McCourt, a Carbon County native, noted this in his book, “The Split Sky”, his narrative of life from the time he was 16 and working for the summer on the Nutter Ranch in Utah’s Nine-Mile Canyon, included the problems faced by small farmers, driven to work for others to maintain their spreads.

The incomes of small farmers remain erratic today; big operations evade the impact of erratic incomes, explaining the corporatization of food production and the reasons family farms have been disappearing. Only smaller farms or employees face the harsh reality of not being able to pay their debts; this is known across time and throughout human cultures as Debt Bondage. As McCourt noticed, small farmers and ranchers were forced to work on larger commercial operations to pay their expenses or obtain seed money, tools or needed food.

For miners, Debt Bondage was also being limited to a company store and having no other options for feeding their families. In a similar scenario, early Carbon County miners working for themselves was displaced as miners were forced to accept an hourly paycheck, greatly reducing their pay.

Subsistence farming, with its erratic nature, depending on the weather and other factors, made people vulnerable to having their labor taken out of their control, a form of slavery.

The mining companies realized they could squeeze out more profits by starting company stores and housing in remote locations, making miners dependent on the company for credit. This resulted first in objections, and then in union organizing. People died violent deaths struggling for economic survival when they sang uncheerfully, “I owe my soul to the company store.”

For Carbon County further education for careers in other fields largely alleviated the problem in its original form. Former miners found other professions.

The problem is far older for Kolhi Villages by thousands of years. The mothers and grandmothers are still making patterns found in the archaeological digs close by. The lack of any educational resource has largely left them with no exit until now that education is becoming a possibility.

Slavery is a gradient with multiple forms, controlling the lives of people. Debt Bondage is one of the steps of control that imposes a valuation on life, and the time of individual whose choices are gravely limited because erratic an incomes leaves them vulnerable to manipulation. Having an accident, death, the vagaries of weather, the demand for coal, and more are hazards which can force an individual to cede control over their time and choices.

Debt Bondage and Slavery, only two of the forms this strategy takes, depend on impelling or compelling terms on one party by another in a quasi-contract which gives the weight of the benefit to the more powerful party requiring a Lump Sum and or Rigid Installment Payments. One party takes the risk: the other the benefits, pushing those struggling ever closer to disaster.

Reprise: Remember what Milton said earlier? "If the only thing Certain in business, is Uncertainty, then we must base our fiscal systems on Uncertainty."

Debt Bondage and Slavery - A Long History

As you see at the link, the fathers of the students already attending Kolhi School and those who want to attend, have been working hard to build the school with materials locally available, most of this free, with only their unpaid labor added for the shell of the building.

Their leader in this is a local man who got an education. Leela Ran Kolhi holds both a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is finishing his Master’s in Sociology. Leela’s father, himself a rice farmer, donated the land for Kolhi School which will be the only school of any kind for 75 miles in any direction. Children attending now are walking as far as 5 miles to get there.

Most of the families with children attending Kolhi School are subsistence farmers. and societies in transition from early, subsistence farming are extremely vulnerable to manipulation by those using debt as a tool to own people and their labor. Many have struggled with debt bondage for generations.

In Carbon County, which includes East Carbon, schooling for children has been available since at least 1900. Carbon County’s population, growing rapidly over a century ago, was diverse, many people coming from southern Europe for jobs and opportunity. The many of the descendants of those original pioneers remain here. Most of their ancestors were literate in their own languages as soon learned to speak English as well.

However, schooling has never been available, or affordable, for the families in Kolhi Villages. Until now, and they are making this happen themselves.

Education makes an enormous difference, providing alternatives – but all of us, no matter how much education we acquire, are vulnerable to Debt Bondage. Remember all the tuition loans out there. Those are creating a new, modern form of Debt Bondage.

Debt Bondage is recorded first in ancient Mesopotamia, cited in "DEBT: The First 5,000 Years" by David Graeber. Graeber goes on to cite passages in the Bible which appear to refer to the practice, citing the words, 'padah' and 'goal' both, Graeber says, referring to redemption, buying back something being held by another party. The practice included not only pledging property for a debt but pledging relatives, wives, children, and others, as part time or full-time labor property then controlled by the holder of the debt.

Graeber includes on page 81 of his book a quote from Nehemiah, Chapter 5, 3-7, which was written during the years of Persian dominance.

"Some also there were that said, "We have mortgaged our lands,

vineyards, and houses, that we might buy corn, because of the dearth."

There were also those that said, "We have borrowed money for the king's

tribute, and that upon our lands and vineyards.

"Yet now our flesh is as the flesh of our brethren, our children as their children: and, lo,

we bring into bondage our sons and our daughters to be servants, and some of our daughters

are brought into bondage already; neither is it in our power to redeem them; for other men have

our lands and vineyards."

And I was very angry when I heard their cry and these words.

Then I consulted with myself, and I rebuked the nobles, and the rulers, and said unto them,

"Ye exact usury, every one of his brother," And I set a great assembly against them."

David Graeber's specific area of inquiry was not economics, but anthropology. He was a socialist, having failed to thoroughly research American history from colonial times to the early 20th Century. He notices and comments on the appearance of “elites", always denoted by their wealth and power, ignoring the use of the economic tool that has caused erratic incomes during his own lifetime. This trend began in the early 20th Century when America's economy was put under the control of the Federal Reserve System in 1913.

There is much bickering over who said what when. But the phrase would more honestly have been, "let me dictate the terms for payment and nothing else will matter."

Does ideology matter? Not much.

Remember the quote from Dr. Friedman? "If the only thing Certain in business, is Uncertainty, then we must base our fiscal systems on Uncertainty."

Dr. Friedman waited patiently for the young man to write his book. Writing the book is a highly regarded act in economics as originality is for inventions. Many people in a short period of time invented the light bulb. But only one patent was issued. Economists operate in much the same way. An ethical economist, Dr. Friedman did not publish on the young man's insights as this would have violated his principles.

Dr. Friedman had entirely overlooked that it was the tool for charging which entirely altered America’s economy, converting 85% of people from small businesspeople to the 85% of us who are employees today.

One tiny easily overlooked economic tool did this to us.

This is the Rigid Installment Payment (RIP). Its use today in America is standard for nearly all larger purchases and for credit cards.

The adoption of the Federal Reserve System was a carefully orchestrated action which achieved the conditions needed to control America's economy and so direct unearned benefits, taken directly from people facing the hazard of erratic incomes. The predatory use of Rigid Installment Payments (RIP) and strip of equity. RIP & Strip is the most accurate description of RIP. You can make regular payments on a house for 29 years and 11 months and lose it because of one missed payment. Ensuring that the well-understood nature of human life was ignored dictated the use of RIPs.

The rise of an elite class in America was in place through government soon after the American Revolution was won. This became obvious with the publication of Leonard R. Richard's book, "Shays' Rebellion: The American Revolution's Final Battle", published in 2003.

A policy for balancing debts from the Revolution proposed by Alexander Hamilton, was adopted and transferred wealth from those who earned it and had erratic incomes to the period's elites. This economically destroy veterans and working farmers in western Massachusetts and other states. The new governments even refused to accept the script for taxes, again benefiting speculators who were buying up the script from desperate veterans at ten cents on the dollar.

The lies told by government were uncovered when the local historical societies went through the records of court actions, providing this data to Leonard L. Richards, a professor and local resident. Richards correlated these records with those for military service. Professor Richards had not expected this; a history professor based in Amherst; Massachusetts Professor Richards realized the facts had been intentionally concealed. Veterans who had returned home from the war to farm found themselves unable to use the script given to them for their military service, even to pay the high taxes on their farms being exacted by the government under constitutions not necessarily voted in by more rural, distant counties.

How Graeber missed these facts is a question which cannot be answered. Graeber died suddenly, from necrotic pancreatitis, on September 2, 2020, while on vacation with his wife and friends in Venice, Italy.

Graeber notes these factors across thousands of years and with most cultures but does not study the economics of voluntary exchange and tool providers as lenders of stockholders.

This also concealed facts which were widely understood in the 1930s to late in the 20th Century. These facts had been published through the American Economic Foundation in a book for adults and children titled, "How We Live". It is obvious that ignoring uncertainty is a critical factor, strongly associated with the rise of a limited class of 'elites' who oppose the use of an economic tool that eliminates the problem of erratic incomes, also in use widely across time and in many cultures.

Today, Debt Bondage also includes home and car loans along with 45 other forms for payment. All of these have the same impact; to take the property of people who are vulnerable to the impact of changed conditions and life events which produce an erratic income for a time.

The solution is the charging tool that turned American immigrates into business owners from the Colonial Period, 1620, until 1913. This economic tool was used to solve a problem for the Merchant-Adventurers who had acquired lands in the New World but had no way to profit from this. Those are the colonies you might have heard about briefly in school. At the bottom of this article see the Power Point which explains the this.

Casting about for a solution to their problem, the Merchant-Adventurers realized many discontented English, French and Dutch wanted to leave where they were. These canny and desperate landowners began making loans to those seeking new places to live and start businesses. Loans included transport to the Colonies, tools for the trade they would take up, and a year's income to get started.

The original terms were 7% of what the borrower earned for seven years. There were no recorded defaults. Every loan we could find was repaid.

The young man discovered this first in the BYU Library, where he cut the pages in never read books of Lading that recorded the shipments back to England and the transfers of payments. The list of respected experts, many of them economists, is HERE.

This is the source of the American prosperity we once knew. 85% of Americans for these three centuries were small businesspeople. Erratic incomes were never a problem.

This is the solution; popular demand and the resulting transition for finansuring major purchases will result in a rapid transition. Investors today are also worried about the impact of the economy by their investments. Since PAYE is both inflation-proof and deflation-proof, ideal for long-term contracts fair to both borrowers and lenders.

The Rapid Decline of the Leisure Class

I’ve always been intrigued by Thorsten Veblen, the economist and sociologist, who made observations about social class in the late nineteenth century. His idea that there is a “leisure class” that holds “luxury beliefs” is quite interesting.

 In “The Theory of the Leisure Class”, he stated that the “leisure class” – affluent people – display their membership in the upper class with their material accouterments. For example, expensive designer clothing or driving an Aston Martin convey such “membership”.

I have previously noted that I think that Veblen’s theory applies across all political, economic, and social classes – as always, there is a segment of each social and economic class (upper, middle, lower), who send the same signals to their cliques that they are moving up. That is why we saw looting of certain stores during the “mostly peaceful protests” and the theft of flat screen TV’s and other luxury goods first before basic sustenance needs were stolen. The “five finger discounts” have more to do with status among certain classes than need.

Of course, membership might also consist of professions of a certain belief common to a desired group but just like Veblen’s theory, once you are in the game, you are in the game. If you are going to stay in, you must continue a progression of more expensive things as your peers catch up with you. From a sociological perspective, simple profession of a belief is the buy-in, and increasingly dramatic professions are required to stay ahead. Trumping the fellow members of your group by aggressively escalating your positions could be the equivalent of buying a nicer car or a larger home.

Radical positions have a social cost, especially when they rise to ridiculous heights – but those costs can be also monetized through subscription costs, the actual cost of joining a group (membership fees), they cost of Internet and software – or even the opportunity costs of time.

For entertainment and media companies, that cost is things like content creation and personnel, both on-air talent and the people behind the scenes.

Take Netflix for example.

We all know how Netflix was throwing money at the Obamas and producing shows about pregnant men, pedophilic programs featuring underage girls and series featuring tender age drag queens. The truth is that they assumed that train was just going to keep on rolling down the line to increasingly “woke” destinations, and boy, did they ever want to be on that train.

The truth is that progressive, postmodern beliefs - like wokeness - are luxury beliefs with a cost that is only affordable in times of prosperity. They are just signals to the other wokesters that "We belong, and these things are evidence of our street cred!".

For Netflix to keep their street cred valid, they had to dive deeper and deeper into radical subjects, including those that a few years ago would have been considered taboo or simple pornography. The cost of the virtue signaling was attempting to destroy every long-held tradition and social more, as well as obliterating every boundary of propriety and good taste. It was a race to the bottom.

One can certainly question what audience Netflix was targeting.

If you add up the total number of people who claim to be gay, bisexual, gender fluid, transsexual or "other" and it is something less than 5% of the total population of the US, so to whom are the woke marketing their product? 16.5 million sure doesn’t seem much of a sustainable market for a company that pulled down $30 billion in 2021.

So, they must be chasing after those who are not necessarily a member of the 5%, but those who can afford to profess they believe nonsensical things - like a man can be pregnant, or he can be a woman if he just wishes upon a star and believes hard enough.

At least up until now, there was no real downside to their actions. Now that there are, most of the "support" for the progressive agenda appears merely performative. It is by and from people desperate to belong, performing what amounts to their gang initiations…proving they “belong”.

How do I know?

Because displaying such beliefs has no intrinsic value unless you want to join the club. Outside the club, they are worthless.

Now Netflix is (as are other companies) trying to go unwoke in a hurry. This process has nothing to do with morals, largely because they have proven to have none, this is about survival. Real, material losses are being imparted to these clowns.

Luxury beliefs have no place when budgets are tight - losing 2 million subscribers has way to tighten the purse strings, increase pressure and focus the mind. Paying for content that signals you are a “woke” company but nobody watches is out. Making $300 million deals with a former president and his wife are off the table. When the gruel gets thin, buying an expensive Wedgewood bowl to put it in only makes for a nice-looking last meal.

One aspect of his theory I didn’t consider was how the externalities of an economy could have impacts on the nouveau riche and people who pretend to be. I never considered the impact of a downturn in the economy, brought on by people who thought their actions would put them in a stronger position.

All of this has started within the last couple of months with the strong public pushback on the progressive agenda. Given that they have been at this for 50 or so years, that it is falling apart so quickly lets us know how weak they really are.

As our economy weakens, there are going to be even fewer people who will continue to pay 15 bucks a month to have things in which they don't believe rammed down their throats (if you will pardon the unfortunate turn of phrase).

If you are struggling to pay for gas and food, you can’t buy things because there are no things and what savings you have are being eroded every day, transgenderism and CRT aren’t really going to be at the top of your list of immediate concerns.

I understand we on the right want to think that Ron DeSantis’ battle with Disney, the SCOTUS possibly overturning Roe and parents taking over school boards are kicking wokeism in the gonads, but these seem a bit too localized to have caused the broad retreat we are beginning to see.

All those things are right and good, but it might be that the economy is playing a significant role.

The bland inaccuracies rolled out as justification for manipulating the 2020 Presidential Election by the self-described Voter Protection Program were startling, at best.

I have despised Donald Trump since I first read an article about his use of government to steal the long-owned home of an elderly woman, her private property, to enhance the value of one of his multitude of casinos. Eminent Domain, I had supposed, was limited to proven needs for public improvements. It was Donald who sent me back to look at the law on this, resulting in my rejecting there was any justifiable excuse for this. And for a casino?

I dismissed Donald from my mind and skipped over the articles outlining his irregular marital activities. I was, therefore, astounded at the idea he was running for president in 2016. Surely, I reasoned, this is some kind of publicity ploy. And so I ignored the election entirely after it proved impossible to extract any comment from Bernie Sanders on the material my partner and I sent to him about the toxic conditions in the lake near his home in Vermont. Apparently, he was not concerned. Bernie lost, of course and then Trump again surfaced.

People were taking him seriously as a candidate. It was one of those horrible moments when you are sure this must be a bad dream.

And then Trump won. Children were being retained in cages at the border and Betsy DeVos, the sister of the Eric, Black Prince of Death, formerly associated with the bland and unexceptional Amway products, had clearly found very unsavory associations.

In the mean time I had realized I was not alone in my dissatisfaction with the kind of people who had inserted themselves into the hierarchy of politics. The one characteristic they seemed to share was an avaricious appetite for money (ours) and power and was surprised to learn the present trajectory for greed and the likelihood of psychopathy was apparently building a hopeful level of frustration in my fellow Americans from all political viewpoints.

The number of individuals filing to run for President had been steadily increasing since 1992, when there had been 65 candidates. Note for future reference you likely remember only one of those not running as a Dem. or Rep. in '92. H. Ross Perot.

The Perot Campaign shook things up, which was delightful to see. Of course, it did not last - and it was not until 2017 when I was handed some slightly musty folders which explained what had happened in '92 and how Bill Clinton had managed to overturn a sitting president, George H. W. Bush, with a 89% popularity.

It had taken several days to read through the documents and the documents owner, one of my partners, happily answered questions when he could. But as I dug down it became increasingly clear he had no idea why this curious event had taken place. And more, he did not see the correlation between that event, the nomination of Dull Bob Dole as the nominee of the Republican Party in 1996 or other curious events you can find on the site.

I have occasionally been accused of being cynical, but I prefer to think of this as simply being unhampered by illusions about the character and ethics of those in politics.

The Commission for Presidential Debates was incorporated jointly by the Dems. and Reps. soon after the 1992 election. According to the records handed over to me, now scanned and ready to be uploaded to a website, PhoneVoter.us, where I assembled the pieces of the story.

There had been plans to start the Commission for Presidential Debates earlier because the League of Women Voters had notions about asking hardball questions. The D & R candidates wanted only softball questions. So, after having Ross on the program a deal was cut between the Clintons and BushCo; no more independent or 3rd party candidates allowed and no more League of Women Voters. STORY

When researching a subject I always use a time line; these can be very revealing. I knew from a friend of mine, whose family was chummy with the Bush Family in Texas that Daddy Bush was already planning for his namesake to follow him into the presidency. Therefore, they did not want a GOP Incumbent and allotted Bill a second term. Bill did use satellite. In fact, he used a full year of it, paid for the DNC. I wonder if Bill shared with other Democratic candidates? Anyone know?

The voting machine machinations began in 2000, contracts allotted to BushCo friends.

I was startled to read in the article that previous elections had been honest. In fact, it does not appear we have had an honest election is decades, just one reliable elite pick after another. Not that there was any intention John McCain would win in 2008.

So the War for Oil was going well in Iraq and war went on, and on and on. And as this continued, not surprisingly, Americans started to become restless. There was the 2008 Meltdown and other events which caused disruptions in their lives and so every election, sometimes starting right after Election Day, more people decided, "What the heck, I'll run for president myself."

In 2016 there were 1,775 candidates but, naturally, the MSM did not mention them. And something else was happening. The Democratic and Republican Parties were shrinking, shrinking, shrinking. And Americans, very unhappy with the direction politics were taking began starting new parties like a mother bunny turning out babies.

And this leads us back to the question of the curious cabal of self-anointed elites who decided Americans needed to be protected from four more years of Donald Trump and instead have Biden as president instead of one of the 1,151 candidates who were also running.

Note how the MSM drove out Howard Schultz of Starbucks, a Billionaire but not acceptable to these folks. And Howard was not the only billionaire dissed. So was Rocky De La Fuente, who came in second or third to Hillary in 28 state primaries in 2016. Curiously, the MSM never mentioned him.

So, I was not surprised at the arrogance demonstrated, this is consistent with their behavior in the past. And this has nothing to do with politics or ideology; it is a bald attempt to eliminate the control Americans should have over who they elect to office. This is just the most recent chapter in the story.

Thomas Jefferson referred to this kind of thing as a "long train of abuses,' but you have to give these folks credit, they are far sneakier than the British were.

Lots of ploys have been used to increase what is actually paid to staff. I began recording what I was seeing, as I knew most of these people in the early years of the LP. I knew about why Harry ran in 1996, and I know who trained him to get the nomination. John Hix charged Harry a couple of thousand dollars for the training needed to convert the LP Presidential Campaign into the Perpetual Book Tour. In case you did not know, Harry ran because he was accustomed to a posh life-style predicated on book sales and his sales were in the toilet.

In 1980, we had been promised at a meeting I had been especially asked to attend as Southern California LP Vice Chair, that cross their little hearts, Ed Crane would not be involved in the campaign. Then that changed to "he would only handle communications". But afterward, it was obvious that the title did not matter, he was in charge. I had this confirmed to me in the elevator after the Alternative '80 event the September before the 1980 election, held that year at the Century City Hotel. Charles Koch dressed down Ed Crane as I listened with delight. Koch was obviously exasperated saying, "How did you manage to lose money on this event? It was a fundraiser and you lost $250,000!

The Kochs were engaged in a blood-letting at the time over control of Koch Industries, which they won in a squeaker.

Crane was very unhappy I was present as he knew I already understood what he was doing. He had told Gail Lightfoot, if you do not know who Gail is, google her, in 1977 at the National Convention, again in an elevator remark, he was, "Going to DC to get rich!" Crane pulled down $500,000 a year as a salary at CATO. Notice the absence of the free market at CATO. The Kochs did not fire him until they realized the liability for his sexually inappropriate behavior in the office on their time, was becoming very public.

After that, I covered every campaign for president. I strongly suspect you are not at the 'paygrade' who knows the facts or makes decisions and were, as a loyal follower, and or credulous shill, picked to make your statement.

Michael Emerling recruited Jo to run as VP and that happened sometime between 1990 when his wife, Vicky, a good friend of mine, left him for good and sufficient reasons, and 1994. Emerling and a motley collection of folks who viewed the LP as a cash cow handled the action for the 1996 Browne Campaign.

Note that Jo did not share with delegates she would be working full time while running for office. That would have changed the outcome of the nomination. She promised Emerling was not involved. I have learned not to believe anything until I see the documentation. And given the ploy with the Fake Debate of October 29 not long ago, Jo has no more credibility with me than I would accord to Ed Crane.

I am writing a book covering each campaign, including the MacBride Campaign in 1976. I was asked to write Roger's biography. If you do not know who Roger was, look it up. Roger was the producer of Little House on the Prairie, for which he owned the rights inherited from his adopted grandmother, Rose Wilder Lane. His campaign plane in 1976 was called NO FORCE ONE. Roger paid for it and for most of his own campaign.

When a 'Conspiracy is no Theory, just careful planning -

When telling a story of this kind, it is essential to provide ones bonafides, legitimizing the statements to be made, which may prove to be surprising to some.

I joined the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) soon after leaving the Libertarian Party in 1989. I was first active in the chapter in North Hills area of the San Fernando Valley. Three years later we relocated to Santa Barbara.

I view political parties as tools for accomplishing goals. I have no loyalty to tools which have been proven to be flawed, or are placed to ensure the asserted goals are not obtained. I had determined the LP was a hopelessly flawed tool in 1988.

SIDE NOTE - Since I had family living there and previous generations of the family, namely one set of my g-grandparents, and subsequently two of their children, Dr. Ernest Sargent Pillsbury and his family and the younger son, Arthur C. Pillsbury, had spent holidays there as a routine, I was delighted. My oldest sister, Anne Pillsbury Gripp was living in the area and owned the Santa Barbara Orchid Estate. She and I were very close and I was then committed to researching the life history of my grandfather, Arthur C. Pillsbury, so this was convenient for multiple reasons.

Both sons are my grandfathers. If you are interested the reason for this is explained by the tragic death of my father, Dr. Arthur F. Pillsbury’s parents in an auto accident on the Casitas Pass, in 1911, then the only reliable route to Santa Barbara from their home in Hollywood, had visited there routinely from the time they relocated to California from 1884.

An account of their deaths and the subsequent court action over the probate of their large estate and custody of the three children, my father being the youngest, is HERE. The story goes on and includes the adoption of the three children, who were in danger of being seized by the corporation which gained control of the estate, Title Insurance Company, by Father’s uncle, Arthur C. Pillsbury, for whom he was named.

MAIN NARRATIVE - The reason for the relocation was for my then husband, Craig Franklin, to be closer to the corporate office of Green Hills Software, Inc. (GHS), for which he was Senior Vice President. This is not a side note, as with GHS Craig played a role in the events of 9/11. I would begin to suspect this at the time the War on Iraq began in 2003 but not locate substantial evidence until 2018.

I belonged to the same NFRW Club as Arianna Huffington, Alamar-Hope Ranch. I then joined the Regents for the NFRW, an associated national group which did fundraising for and provided other support to political candidates. My hope was to use these connections to move the group back to its real roots, these being free market and individual rights.

I was chagrined to discover they were being propagandized in the opposite direction by David Horowitz through the organization he had founded, now the David Horowitz Freedom Center.

On May 11, 2001, I attended a tea given by the First Lady Laura Bush at the White House for the Regents. You likely do not know that the NFRW was for much of his history the largest political club in the world and all GOP Presidential hopefuls attended its conventions, hoping to gain their support. NFRW ran much of the local elements, including renting offices, printing literature, doing doorbelling, and other campaign functions which made the GOP a powerhouse. This began to fail in 1980 when Ronald Reagan removed the ERA, which the NFRW had put into the GOP Platform long before. Ronnie’s daughter, Maureen, with two friends, went to see her father and got down on her knees, begging him to change this. He refused. Thousands of women walked away from the GOP. I already suspected Ronnie was a plant from what my father had told me about him. Dad was the first person Ronnie contacted after reregistering Republican. Dad was the head of the Republican Club at UCLA.

I learned about the loss of the ERA from a friend, Joyce Morrissey, former President of Business and Professional Women (BPW) for California after moving to Santa Barbara and joining the group.

Politics in America was being set up for further Left-Right conflict which would render them weak and unable to organize against those who use politics to gain control and view ideologies as tools to gain loyalty not based on individual rights, the free market and rationality.

The full story on this line of discovery and related research is finished and will appear in my book, which will be out next year, the same time I hope to publish the biography I was asked to write on Roger MacBride. Some of you will recognize Roger as the LP’s Presidential Candidate in 1976 and the Elector who broke ranks with the GOP and cast his Electoral Vote for John Hospers and Toni Nathan in December 1972. MacBride was the last LP candidate who could be defined as actually Free Market, a viewpoint he learned from his adopted grandmother, Rose Wilder Lane, a foremother of Libertarianism who is now long overlooked.

By 2002 it was clear the NeoCons, the term first used by Irving Kristol as the title for his book, NeoConservativism: The Autobiography of an Idea, were well on their way to taking over the Republican Party. I let my friends in the GOP in California know this and did not attend the next Republican Convention for California, where this became obvious as NeoCons took over. By then I had done enough research to know the NeoCons had formerly been known as Rockefeller Republicans. More on this in the book.

In the wake of 9/11 a series of discordant events had come to my notice through people I knew.

One of my friends, whose name I agreed to withhold, was working in the White House and soon after the Towers were hit walked by the Office of the Vice President. He reported as he walked by the door was open and a loud party was going on inside, with open bottles being poured. He kept walking, he said.

On 9/11, my daughter Morgan, was living with John Fund at his apartment in Jersey City. She and I were talking again during this period, a communication which had experienced long gaps for years. Morgan told me when I managed to contact her after the towers fell, that she could have been in Tower One. She said the night before Fund had asked her to go to his bank, which was located near the top of Tower One to replace his bank card, which he continually lost. This was a different location from the one she generally used, and much farther away, she said. She was authorized to do this and initially agreed. They then had an argument and she, in a fit of pique, told him to get his own card. She said he grew enraged, screamed at her, and threatened her. She took a walk, she said. When she returned, he was asleep. He did not wake her in the morning and went to work.

She was listening to the either the TV or radio when the announcement about the first tower being hit was made and watched much of the event from the roof of the apartment building.

It did not occur to me to ask more questions. My mind was on other matters, along with most Americans. But later it occurred to me Morgan knew a lot she should not know. She had told me, and at this time John did not knew we were communicating, that John had persuaded her to clean up his apartment, which was at least a foot-deep in papers, dirty clothes and even a lost suitcase. I demanded she take some photos, which she did. Then, I believed her.

She was also tasked by Fund with cleaning up his office in the WSJ. This could only be accomplished on Sunday, when it was closed, but she spent several Sundays doing this, which him watching. She had begun glancing at, and then reading the papers at both places and realized many of these were marked TOP SECRET.

She began secreting them and scanning them while Fund was at work. I did not take this seriously until she sent me the scans. I kept none of them. I made six copies of everything and sent four to friends out of country I knew I could trust, and two in country. I told them I would never contact them again and deleted them from my address book, which was then maintained on paper. I rewrote the pages with the same inserts so every having these would not provide any hint of what they were. I did not tell Morgan I had done this. By this time, I had realized she was a very loose cannon, on top of other problems.

It was while Morgan was in hiding with a sympathetic couple in Georgia after the attempt on her life. I would not have believed this, perhaps, but I was on the phone with her when she screamed, threw herself against the door, and threw the dead bolt.

Time Line - Invading Iraq for Oil and Power

I generally provide sources for each of these dates and events. They were published and I added them to my own ‘events’, which then were not.

There was an attempt on my life about the time Bush/Cheney were leaving the White House, likely clean-up, but it failed as I was able to provide pointers and the three SUVs roared out of the house a short way from where I was then living.

I could have added this earlier as it took place in 1998 – 1999, but did not as you needed more back story first.

Cheney clearly had planned to steal the Iraqi Oil Fields for his buddies in the Industry. You see this on the timeline above. But he needed to plan ahead. There needed to be a Pearl Harbor event, which was what 9/11 actually was, planning for the guidance system for the planes taking place from a contact made from the aerospace industry in October 1999.

Cheney’s needs and that of another man, he did not yet know, meshed.

Dan, GHS President, and his co-conspirator, Craig Franklin, along with the critical personnel who had assisted in stealing the company from Glenn Hightower, called this their THROW MAMA FROM THE TRAIN Strategy. This was leaked to me by Morgan some years later who thought it was very amusing.

But Glenn owned three successful corporations and did not give up easily. GHS was experiencing huge financial problems as Dan struggled to pay expenses and fight off the lawsuit, which Glenn only narrowly failed to prove, in 1999. Dan needed money Cheney had a job he needed done and had the money.

This did not fall into place until 2017 when Brock d’Avignon, with whom I had been working for two years, and I had a conversation about how the towers were brought down. Brock had been writing proposals for BAE SPACE SYSTEMS Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems, the top provider in the world until 2001 when, Brock said, an unknown company took over, providing the guidance systems for both the DoD and military contractors directly. If you had not guessed, this was Green Hills Software.

The 9/11 Movement has always been perplexed about how these quasi-pilots managed to place the planes so perfectly into buildings which were already prepared to be brought down. Now you know.

Is this a ‘Conspiracy Theory?” No, it was careful planning with lots of buttressing evidence, sorry Nick, but that is the way it is.

The Financial Advice You Really Need – A history lesson

The graph below is from an article by well-known financial savant Bill Bonner pitching his latest round of advice. “Forget the coronavirus,” says MIT- and Yale-educated tech wizard Jeff Brown. “THIS is the Second Wave Americans should be worried about.”

In 1923 Germany experienced a wave of hyperinflation which stunned the German people, still exhausted from the prolonged war only a handful of years behind them.

America’s hyperinflation will be worse.

Many of you are still focused on the recent election and I have a fascinating insight by Hart Williams which Trump supporters and or Libertarians will want to consider.

Hart first contacted me about the cheating ways of Howie Rich, the Capo for Ed Crane. I know that is too ancient for any of you to remember that first take-over of the Libertarian Party, money provided by the Kochs. (The thought flickers through your mind, “Who is Howie Rich?”, and Melinda kindly informs you that he ran those first Ballot Access Drives for the Libertarian Party during the Clark Campaign in 1979 – 1980. You might remember Ed Crane as the head of Cato Institute, dumped by the Kochs when they took firmer control of Cato.

Ed Crane told Gail Lightfoot in 1977, as she and Karl Bray shared a short elevator ride with Crane at the National LP Convention that he was, “going to DC and become wealthy.” Did you know Crane received stock in Cato and a half-million a year in salary?

The free-market was never mentioned at Cato, but you probably did not notice that since they write prodigiously about subjects they define as ‘freedom-oriented”.

Hart contacted me around 2007 because he wanted information on Howie’s later work which included overseeing the establishment of many of the organizations which drove Americans to positions not one-bit free market. All of these were the work of Howie and his cabal of former Ed Crane brown-nosers.

Hart notes that he did not expect to write an article about the election but was asked by his editor to do so began the interesting piece with this, “OK. Nothing to see here. Move along move along. Blue won. Or did they?

Let me engage in a bit of rational, logical conspiracy theory*.” Hart goes on to show the numbers do not add up, therefore, the very recent election was stolen. Hart despised Trump so you might want to look at the article. https://themoderatevoice.com/where-are-all-those-votes/

That was certainly no surprise, was it?

Now, let’s get back to the graph above and consider what that forecasts for America’s economy, which, such experts as Bill Bonner, Austin Root, Doug Casey, Ron Paul and other eminent Money Minds which seem to give the socialists a victory lap. Note: All of you must immediately buy gold and three of six stocks having to do with the Cloud – that these Money Minds have no idea why such massive profits are in the offing. We do. Later, we will discuss the technologies of Reality Activist Gaming TV (RAGtime TV).

Each provides roughly the same advice:

Buy a place which is very remote from urban centers; stock up will everything you essential for a period. (Bonner appears to have joined Doug Casey in Argentina.) This varies from two months to two years. Arm yourself and do not forget the extra ammo. This is generally implied, but an important point for you to consider. Put in a garden and grow your own food. And invest in: A list of stocks is then itemized to cash in before Dooms Day. These harbingers of glad tidings then tell you to buy more gold as well.

Do you ever hear mentioned the 1923 hyperinflation which hammered Germany in the wake of WWI? That is what you can expect, but worse. Go to Deagel. You do not have to scroll very far, look for Number 8 to see the prediction for the drop in population for the USA by 2025. The population predicted is 99 Million in 2025, an astonishing 70% drop from the population today of 326 Million. Deagel is run by covert security experts and has been tracking these expectations for at least three years. They include every potential impacting event that can go wrong.

The Deagel Folk have no more solutions than the Money Minds. But we do. And our solutions are not speculation, they have been proven to work for all of us, not just those with enough funds to be of interest to these Money Minded gentlemen named above.

As you see from the recommendations made by the Money Minds, those who have money, will become wealthier and enough of us will make it through so that a work force still exists, one which is properly subdued and chastened. That will probably number about 98% of those surviving, bringing the ratio into a slightly different balance. But if you survive have no doubt who is really in charge and remember what you did to ensure you did to achieve that goal. It will not be pretty for any of you.

Those immigrants started businesses and sent shipments back to England. Our Econometrician found manifests in ships books showed their 7% obligation, Bound for England (BFE) by the ‘Redemptioner of Debt’; and 93% Free On Board (FOB) for an agent to sell in England for exactly the same free person. Since the immigration of free persons was growing; while and slaves and indentured servants were not much motivated to work, the %AYE system also displaced slavery and indentured servitude wherever used. Naturally, you never heard of it, as it also proved government was not essential in ways they wanted to become. If associations of Merchant-Adventurers can make a tidy profit from investing in the kinds of people the Crown much wanted disposed of, then from their perspective it was a great deal all around.

Slandering others to protect your own lies and other various ugly acts should not be tolerated. The way to handle these situations is with transparency. I learned publishing the truth is necessary and always do so when I am slandered. If you have any questions, just ask.

The 9^th Commandment forbids this and condemns those who slander in absolute terms. You do not have to be religious to understand why causing this kind of damage to someone else is wrong. I thought long and hard before sitting down to write this statement and provide proof. John Fund has slandered me for years. Why? Because I called him on his lies.

This is the story and the recording made by my estranged daughter, Morgan, in late September of 1999, a few months after she had aborted his child. I knew nothing about their relationship and would not have cared if I had. You will see why.

On March 22, 1998 my eldest son, Arthur E. Foster shot himself through the palate, attempting suicide. He had spent the day with his biological father, Ron Kellett Foster, who had ceded his parental rights to my new husband, Craig Franklin, on June 21, 1989.

Craig named all of my children as his children and heirs for all purposes five days later in his will on June 26, 1989.

Arthur had suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury in a motorcycle accident the previous year on September 27, 1997. Less than a month before I had finished warding off the IRS, this caused by Craig’s having violated our agreement made before our wedding on June 21, 1987 that he file his taxes and remain compliant because failing to do so renders all joint property vulnerable. Craig had insisted we hold property jointly.

Craig lied to me when he said he had brought his taxes up to date before we married. He showed me the returns made out by my tax preparer, Doug Thorburn. He signed these in my presence. But he hid them at work instead of mailing them. I discovered this in January 1997 when he was hospitalized with adult onset diabetes and I began gathering our financial records to file the returns he had failed to file for over ten years after our marriage. Yes, we were being garnisheed. Craig also lied about this and the company for which he worked, Green Hills Software, Inc. (GHS) was covering for him.

I solved the problem. By April we were receiving refunds from both the IRS and the State Franchise Tax Board of California, eventually a total of about $250,000. By September 1, 1997, our finances were secured, thanks to my efforts.

Back to John Fund. Morgan and Fund went to bed together for the first time at an Objectivist Conference in New York on October 26, 1998. Morgan moved to NY in January to be closer to Fund. During that time Fund impregnated her.

I knew nothing about this directly. I had stopped talking to Morgan when I realized she had lied to me to persuade me to take Arthur off life support in the aftermath of his suicide attempt. I would not know for four years it was Craig who had persuaded him life was not worth living after his Traumatic Brain Injury the previous September. Craig also paid Morgan $10,000 to persuade me to turn off life support to her brother. Craig wanted Arthur dead. I learned about the payment through the financial discovery from the divorce several months later. Morgan had told me she needed a heart transplant. She had no such problem.

I would have known nothing about her relationship with Fund, which began six months later in NY, if my younger daughter, Ayn had not, skeptical of this being true, in early 1999. Morgan lived near her in Los Angeles. I dismissed the possibility and then thought Fund should be warned about Morgan and called Fund, who I had known for 20 years. I did not know Morgan was then pregnant by Fund.

My call to John was brief. I asked if he was in a relationship with Morgan. John immediately denied this, saying he had fed her cat for her when she went back to Los Angeles for a few days, as she lived near him in Jersey City. He added that he was in a long-term relationship and would probably be marrying a women economist in NY. Relieved to hear this, I wished him well and rang off seeing no need to warn him Morgan was not to be trusted.

Coincidently, this was in mid-March. Morgan’s abortion had taken place on March 8, 1999.

When Morgan called me in late September 1999 to tell me she was in a relationship with Fund I did not believe her. Morgan had lost all credibility with me. During that call Morgan put me on hold to take another call, saying just, “Hold on!”

For a while I did. Then, I tried to call her back. Those beeps are me.

The recording is now known as The Weasel Search Tape. You will hear two liars trying to manipulate each other. If you prefer, you can read the transcript of the call which appeared in John Connolly’s article about John Fund, “Sex, Lies, and the Tape”. John did not want me to know about his relationship with Morgan, Morgan continued to lie. I never knew she had been pregnant until she told me on our phone call. But I was outraged because John had lied to me, too.

Connolly’s article was originally to run in TALK Magazine. Fund paid his attorney to intimidate them into dropping it, which is why it first ran on Weaselsearch, now defunct.

People should not lie. This includes both John and Morgan. And no one should slander others to protect their own lies, as is standard practice for both John Fund and Morgan.

I thought we were friends and in this rather disgusting way learned this was not true.

When John refused to answer my calls or respond to my emails, I faxed him, I knew perfectly well the WSJ had a central receiving point for faxes and knew this would result in his calling me so we could have an honest conversation. This did not, work. John just kept lying, and he is lying to you now. John cannot tell the truth.

The Voting Machine Caper - 2000 Reconsidered

Barbara Kathleen Herbich died at her apartment in New York on October 17, 2009. She and I chatted a week before she was found dead. No one I talked to seem to know why she died.

Barb, as her friends called her, was a filmmaker. Her films tackled important political and historical topics, giving them a nuanced, human face. "Stitch for Time" was nominated for an Academy Award in 1988 and a later film, "USSR Art," documented the groundbreaking Sotheby's auction of Russian avant-garde and contemporary underground art held in Moscow in 1988.

Barb is much missed.

The conversation was, not surprisingly, about a film. Our group was making a documentary on The Earth Society, which included Pete Seeger, the iconic singer. Pete always did a concert for a friend of his, Helen Garland, who, with such well known environmentalists as Buckminster Fuller and Margaret Mead, had worked diligently to preserve the natural world before they decided to found Earth Day in 1969. This was the real Earth Day, occurring at the exact second of the Vernal Equinox.

History often holds surprises, doesn’t it? The April “Earth Day”.

I had gotten to know Helen through social action work we shared and asked if our cameraman could be on the cruise down the Hudson River and film Pete for a film we had planned. Helen was delighted to have him along. Six months later, our cameraman was also dead. Again, this made no sense in any seemingly related way. It looked like suicide, I was told, of this young man in his twenties at UCLA, but that made no sense to his family. I had met him only once, six months before he went to New York; that was in Santa Barbara in early 2009, where he filmed Green Hills Software for me.

Barb and I first chatted in 2000 at a meeting of the monthly Fabiani Society, sponsored by Cato and the Manhattan Institute at the Princeton Club, where, once a month, I think the second Tuesday, an interesting collection of NeoCons and political operatives mixed with intellectuals, would meet to nosh on ‘Free Food and Drinks.’ As you know, there is really no such thing as a Free Lunch, this was financed by the two institutes for reasons of their own likely accounted for under the category, “Advertising.” Barb was with her then fiancé, Doug Dechert, a sort of stringer for Page Six, which is a gossip column literally on the sixth page of the NY Post.

I was with my daughter, Morgan, who after I closed my apartment in NY at the end of 2000, she had returned to NY in time to again become enmeshed with John Fund. The two had lived together, I later learned, having examined my phone bills, while I was in California. The living together happened at the apartment I had rented on Morgan’s assurances she would soon be employed in public relations. I had no idea who made these calls when I saw the phone bills. I called her and asked her to find out. And she did. All were names of women Morgan did not know, but Fund did. John Lothario Fund, see?

Fund could have used his cell phone. By then Morgan, always a snoop, had found the first two names of John’s speed dial were Karl Rove and Dick Cheney; so why had he used my land line?

I knew Fund from the Libertarian Party in California. By then, I had realized he was not a simple journalist; but had special relationships with such persons as Karl Rove and Dick Cheney. After an earlier meeting at a more prosaic Libertarian event, Fund had walked with Morgan and me in search of a restaurant. Over dinner, he went over the wrong I had done him by faxing a note to him at the Wall Street Journal. NOTE

This had resulted, he said, in his not getting a job in the White House as a speechwriter for Bush W.

After the Fabiani encounter, Morgan began spending time with Barb, hence, the “Hanging Chad Cake”. Fund also attended the Fabiani Club receptions.

It was Barb who put on the “Hanging Chad Party” a short time after Election Day 2000, which, like the one we are now experiencing, did not come to any immediate conclusion. The ceremonial cake reflected this theme. After the party, Barb decided, as one could then, to get out of town. Packing her huge black bag, much like thousands of other huge black bags, with her favorite high heels, she adjourned to stay with a friend in Florida.

There was no voting machine in Barb’s bag when she packed it. But when she opened it in the home of her friend in Florida, Voila! The only thing in the bag was a voting machine.

Barb called Morgan. Morgan called Fund, who expressed a strong interest in the voting machine and took action, and the voting machine disappeared from Barb’s life. Was the voting machine Fund’s own? Did it belong to someone he knew? No explanation was forthcoming, but I realized Fund was more operative for Cheney than journalist.

Barb was not rejoined by the many pairs of gorgeous shoes which she had, not unreasonably, thought would be returned to her in her own black bag. Fund was mute on the subject.

So, watch for those travelling voting machines and hold onto your shoes. This is not over yet.

The original of this article/letter was addressed to Jo Jorgensen, the candidate for president of the Libertarian Party. The last few days has revealed significant information on the ethics and intentions of both Jo, her campaign staff and of the National Libertarian Party.

First, we need to take up a question which has likely never occurred to you.

The Libertarian Party was intended to advocate for the free-market when it was founded. Advocacy does not end with a mention – but otherwise, the Libertarian Party has done nothing which faintly resembles advocacy for the free-market.

If it had done so, today we would have made massive changes in how Americans view government; Americans would have experienced the choice to choose, building a transition from government to a multitude of choices offering what they really wanted and needed. This is a free-market delivering an economy based on the advice of Dr. Milton Friedman, “If the only thing certain in business (life) is uncertainty, then we should base our financial systems on uncertainty.”

A free-market works best when it does not have to maneuver around government. To activate choice, a free-market calls for a financial tool which accounts for the erratic nature of our lives and incomes, providing the safety net for those events which make our incomes erratic. These erratic incomes are what cause most of the problems confronting us, as people, today. We have been hammered into believing we need protection, and we do. Protection from those who use government to limit, manage, and intimidate us into accepting their orders. Once, 85% of Americans were small business owners and operators. They involved their kids in their businesses and their kids went on to run businesses themselves. They understood, as an elemental truth, how the free-market works.

We have a financial tool which delivers a free-market alternative for all

major purchases, providing exactly what Dr. Friedman called for. How do we do this? We just DO it. We have invested years in solving the problems we saw growing. Investors, now worried about the instability of the dollar, can invest in the future %PAYEments from borrowers. Just to let you know, the repayment record of these loans, 400 years of records and studies, showed the default rate even at the beginning of the colonial period was so small it was hard to calculate; less than .01% over the lifetime of the loans. FDR was a Redmen member and ‘borrowed’ the idea converting it to a program for confiscating money from Americans.

In 1918, the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks wrote a check for $1,000,000 to the Federal government to pay for the first hospital for Veterans.

Medical care for all people is ONLY possible through the free-market because government steals to much for us to afford this otherwise.

Debate Tourney – Where the real Debates Take Place. All Debates will be Tournament, using College Rules modified for the audience to create opportunities for asking questions of the candidates several times during the debate program time of 47 minutes during the debate hour including intro, commercials and instruction on phonevoting.

There will be a standard format. There are three categories for debate. For each Hour Debate the two candidates agree on one of these three categories of subjects to be taken up. These are: 1) Economic Vision,2) Foreign Policy 3) Environmental & Cultural, Legal and De-legalization Leadership.

A candidate can lose or win in each of the three category tracks and choose to debate with a focus in one category, if he or she so chooses. Candidates decide the order in which these topics will be taken up for the initial three debates. If the candidates can't agree, the first candidate who registered for the debates makes the choice. At the beginning of the debate, candidates will be asked to provide their solutions to the problems the audience has named relevant to the topic, along with their Opening Statement.

It is doubtful either Donald Trump or Joe Biden would survive a first debate. They will fade as Americans understand their real options for solutions.

American Referendum – Where you dialog with others on issues, explore the facts, sound out, determine what issues need solving, and get the truth tallied up at your request.

Hi Dan,

This is an open letter, which will be published widely.

I have known Michael Emerling (his born name) Cloud (the name he began using when the name Emerling became MUD the first time) since 1978. It took many incidents of discovered dishonesty along with other behavior even more egregious than simple lies for me to entirely withdraw trust. Emerling is a practiced liar. How would I know he is not lying to you or has gulled some credulous soul to do so on his behalf?

Emerling worked through Howell for years. This was either tolerated or enabled by those hired or elected to positions of power in the LP.

My question is: Why is he doing this? Could it be for the money generated by the campaigns – or is the motive to ensure no campaign uses the media tools which would make it possible to break through the MSM?

I think that is the more likely answer.

I looked over your own background briefly and it appears your background does not include any use of TV media. Computers, yes, media, no. No one in a position of management in the LP appears to possess such knowledge.

No Libertarian Presidential campaign from 1992 on has used satellite and other distribution to television. No acknowledgement was every received, with one exception, of the proposals for Interactive TV sent, often several times and to every person at the National Office. Why is that? Radio seems to be too much for the LP to cope with, too. Individual libertarians use radio – but not the Libertarian Party. Why?

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Melinda Pillsbury-Foster and I am CEO of Freedom Interactive TV Networks, Association, inc. See my Linkedin featured document FiTNA’s 62 Tasks and Task Teams to create Interactive TV. This is an alliance of the most power and independent media and tech companies around. Surprise, they do not like censorship. Our board includes three people either in the TV industry now, or who have worked in TV. These are Robert Starling, Lance C. Williams, and Brock d’Avignon (scroll down to his resume).

Daniel “Brock” d’Avignon received his education at BYU from such experts as Tad Danieleski, Immediately after graduating with a combined major in Organizational Communications & PR, and a minor in Film & TV Production, d’Avignon produced ten of the segments for Housing the American Dream in 1988, the original now copied widely by others, including This Old House.

Combined, our board has about 200 years of TV experience.

In 1992 Brock was back and forth from Orange County to the Keystone Satellite Communications studio on Sunset Blvd., working on the newly launched, PhoneVoter TV Network.

Rodney King - 1992

On May 1, 1992, the Los Angeles Police brought out Rodney King to speak to the rioters then attacking businesses and setting fires in Los Angeles. King had something he wanted to say.

Brock d’Avignon was alone in the Keystone TV Studio on Sunset Blvd., watching smoke rising, and vehicles burning through the window. The employee normally there had asked him to stand in for ‘just a few minutes’. Standing at the master control panel for 22 networks nation-wide, Brock knew exactly what was happening in LA and across the country.

Risk comes in many kinds. If he took 22 TV networks offline and cut commercials Keystone would be docked $22,500 for each one missed; he could also lose the uplinker, costing $500k. Watching intently, the moment King opened his mouth to speak Brock took 22 networks offline; Rodney King was live, speaking to all Americans.

Brock’s Degree is in Organizational Communications and Public Relations with a minor in TV & Film Production and Screenwriting conferred by BYU December 1984.

From 1986 – 1987 Brock directed 10 of 21 episodes for Housing the American Dream, the first TV show to build a mass-audience - around the rebuilding of a 1910 pioneer mansion, reclaimed from demolition in Sandy, Utah. This Old House copied the show format.

Brock knew TV could provide interaction; people, enabled to communicate, could move America toward freedom and free markets.

His first political show began January 21, 1992; with some fellow libertarians, PhoneVoter TV Network was founded in Santa Ana, CA. By May 1^st, services were being provided to four presidential candidates. Brock was at Keystone prepping for a PhoneVoter TV Network interview with one of candidate Jerry Brown’s campaign managers.

Brock watched both King, as he opened his mouth to speak; Brock hit the button; 22 stations across the country were broadcasting King’s short statement. Then, King said twice, “Can’t we all just get along?” Brock hit the switch, returning to the regular schedule.

Brock knows his way around TV; he also understands Interactive technologies. He just does not brag about what he has done.

The Libertarian Party & Media

So, why has no one from the Libertarian Party expressed any interest in responding to our proposals for using television to win campaigns for the last 28 years?

Print media is the horse and wagon in comparison to television; what we grew up with as TV is now silent films compared to what is coming with Interactive 2-Way Mass Audience Participation TV. Think Fortnite for Activists.

I’m sure you can see why this is perplexing for us. Back to Emerling.

Beginning at least a year ago, Emerling begin looking for a candidate for the nomination who would, reliably, allow him to control the narrative. I know he was, because I received a call from a woman named Anne, who asked me, rather breathlessly, what I would do if I knew Craig Franklin, my former husband, was going to run for president. I immediately told her that, in that case, Emerling was looking for a candidate so he could manage the campaign. She also asked what I would do. I told her. She said, “Oh, in that case, he will not run.” I responded that this would be wise of him.

And, you wonder, what would I do? I will do better than tell you, I will show you what I do to individuals when I discover they lie to obtain goals which violate the well-being of others, especially when those individuals are children. Craig Franklin, I discovered to my horror, only after he left me, is a sexual pervert whose fantasies revolve around raping little girls about 8 - 12 years old who have come to trust him and call him, 'Daddy'. And I had married this man and let him adopt all of my children. I would find out through Anne and another party that after his son, Jonathan Scott Franklin was arrested for hiring a hitman to kill his wife, his first call was to his attorney, who he demanded get him unsupervised visitation to his 8-year old grand-daughter.

I contacted Scott's estranged wife and sent a declaration to the court, informed by Kathy she was fighting him having unsupervised visitation. Children cannot give informed consent. If you are a libertarian and disagree, tough.

Notice that Craig is not a candidate for president. No FEC filing took place for any of the variations he uses for his name.

Michael went looking for another candidate. As you admitted, Emerling was associated with the Jorgensen campaign a year ago, likely at the time she decided to run. Jo first filed to run for the office of president of the United States on August 19, 2019.

Personally, I think the likely explanation for Emerling’s continued attention to the LP is money being paid to him to limit LP effectiveness. Through Craig, Emerling is connected to the same people who put George W. into office with underhanded manipulations. Nothing Emerling has ever done points in any other direction. The last 28 years of Libertarian Party action has been curiously unproductive for freedom; that is an understatement. We have lost ground in every direction.

Is Emerling the only cause? Likely not, but he is significant in this. It is likely Emerling is a psychopath. And his activities in the Libertarian Party included eliminating activists he thought might be wary enough to see through him. I would likely have been one of these. But another activist he eliminated was Tamara Clark.

Tamara would have been elected to the State Senate in Nevada, 2nd District Seat but for the mysterious arrival of 30,000 absentee ballots, more than had ever before been cast in this way. Reason wrote an article on this occurrence in 1993 titled, Fouled Out? by Charles Oliver.

Did Emerling have something to do with this? He might have. He was also behind

Now, The Saga of PhoneVoter TV Network

In 1992, a stunning event took place which political pundits could not explain, though they babbled a lot, and tried.

1992 was the year when the most credible candidates from the Democratic Party declined to seek their party’s nomination. Additionally, an outsider, a cranky businessman, H. Ross Perot, emerged as a creditable threat to sitting President George H. W. Bush before the primaries.

Independent of the Perot Campaign, which effectively did not exist and was not being funded by Perot, but paid for by a group of grass-roots people who identified themselves as Owners of America, Inc., who began selling Capitol Calling Cards for $20 each, allowing the purchaser to vote YES or NO question on an issue they heard when they called. This was a Telepoll. These responses were tabulated and sent both to the media and to the congresspersons of the respondents. This was having a slight impact. Brock d’Avignon, a voluntarist libertarian who had founded PhoneVoter TV Network on January 21, 1992, and because he had a proposal to the Perot Campaign, had reached both Owners of America (OOA) and Gary Tomlinson’s Telepoll 700/800/900 to formulate the questions.

To goose up the power of this program, Brock suggested a question aimed at women voters be asked next. The two ladies from OOA suggested Abortion, then and still, a hot topic. The question was asked in two parts to Capitol Calling Card Owners, one on a topic; and one on any force-of-law or military action. This question produced a statistical anomaly of 4%.

The first question was, “Would you condone an abortion in your own family? Yes/No.

77% said No. –

The second was “Would you favor a legal penalty for a woman or her doctor for performing an abortion?” Yes/No.

73% said No.

Because Brock had the phone numbers of card owners, he called those in the 4% range asking why they had not answered the second question. Brock discovered those who did not answer, did not approve of using force. Several of these individuals told him there should be an option for providing sponsored monetary incentives for bringing the baby to term, and pre & post natal care. The option was offered that week with 20% supporting the incentives first time asked.

As a Libertarian you may recognize this option. It is a form of NOTA, None Of The Above. The Telepoll was modified after this, to always let people express their objection to the use of force by government on whatever topic.

This was the moment in time when Perot began his rise in the polls with women, eventually to 39% approval, since Perot also held this point of view

PhoneVoter TV had sent proposals offering free satellite airtime through a program funded as a loss leader by Keystone Satellite Communications, Inc. The amount of airtime was, cumulatively, about $500,000 for all candidates participating.

Because it is likely you know nothing about the satellite industry even today, I will explain why Keystone was motivated to give away airtime.

In 1992, the satellite industry had 20 million customers. 10 million were bars and restaurants; 10 million were to home dishes, mostly where no other distribution was available. Keystone was willing to spend money to build its potential base of customers.

The program Brock had put together for candidates, included several which were never used. You can read about these on PhoneVoter.us The one which was used was Unedited Candidates Speeches. Two of the four candidates for whom PhoneVoter TV provided services, including consulting in 1992, participated.

Since 1992, all Libertarian candidates have received offers for the same program offered in 1992, this becoming more powerful each year, along with the changes in interactive technologies.

We have never received even acknowledgement these offers were made, with the single exception of Lee Wright in 1992, who decided he was not up to the challenge. I am well aware I have been maligned by any number of you and your associates, including Michael Emerling.

Therefore, we are providing below two short clips which aired in 1992 on satellite and were picked up by some of the 1,200 news directors who used them on their TV News shows. This use of the services provided, drove each of the candidates up at a rate of 2 points a day until the primaries were over.

Presidential Candidate, Governor Jerry Brown, accepted the offer from PhoneVoter TV because he was badly behind, had not intended to run, but could not stomach the idea of Bill Clinton even being the nominee of the Democratic Party. If Brown had started a week earlier, he would have been the Democratic nominee, given the trajectory provided by the services of PhoneVoter TV. Pat Buchanan ran to gain support from the public for the Line Item Veto, not to keep Bush from a second term. Buchanan dropped out at the GOP Convention.

The two clips show the Unedited Speeches by Brown and Buchanan which ran 16-hours per day for 6-weeks nationwide. The second, shows our opening graphics and the beginning of an interview with one of Brown’s campaign managers by d’Avignon.

I must share that I was shocked to see this finally in 2016 as I had followed, ‘the news’ and believed I was getting the facts. I was not, which I admitted to myself only after reading all the material d’Avignon provided, which you now see on PhoneVoter.us

Brock’s team for PhoneVoter TV included people well-known to you, both Libertarians and Voluntarists: Samuel E. Konkin, III (deceased), Lawrence Samuels, Howard Hinman, Ron Fink, William Coussert, Francesca Collins-Allen (deceased), and Kent Hastings. Of course, you can’t call Sam, but we will be happy to provide you with contact information for those still living.

So why has the Libertarian National Committee (LNC) and presidential candidates nominated by the Libertarian Party continued to refuse to use the standard tools common to running elections? Who on National Committee or elected to National Offices discouraged this?

Most recently, Gary Johnson, as you recall, was your presidential candidate 3x, 2008, 2012 and 2016, who raised millions of dollars, yet refused to even respond to a dozen offers quadrennially for a “Live Free TV Network” at a cost of about $350,000 for everything and $1M in ’16 when making more from his unlibertarian lawsuits to force his way onto a lame soundbite-a-thon of a private 501(c)3 organization self-commissioned by the demopublicans as the Commission on Presidential Debates, in reaction to the 1992 PhoneVoter TV Network invitation to 64 candidates to debate in a tournament on 4 satellites.

It is likely that, not knowing much about media, you also did not know TV runs on income from advertising. For $100,000 paid to advertising agencies, most any TV show will generate $3,000,000 in sponsor funds which pays for the costs of distribution, creation of content, interactivity (like phone tallies starting 1992), marketing, and more. Salaries like at the LNC are not present.

Yes, Bill Clinton was the fourth candidate who responded to the offer PhoneVoter TV sent out. Clinton and his Media Consultant, Frank Greer, faxed back and phone in late February into March of 1992, asking for advice. See the Clinton Proposal with Brock’s handwritten notes. Incidentally, COS, unless this escaped you for decades, stands for Campaigns On Satellite.

Clinton told Brock his campaign had only $50,000 left in the bank. How could he get satellite at a price he could afford? Brock and Keystone were offering a 24/7 Democracy Channel, The RepubliCan Channel, an LP TV, Greens, and others on a Grassroots Channel.

Clinton & Greer’s previous conversations had made it clear Clinton also intended to participate with the programs Brock had designed for candidates, beginning with Unedited Candidates Speeches. Brock had not thought through until recently what would have happened if Clinton participated in the ‘Unedited’ program. Clinton could expect provocative comments from the audience, and also find individuals in audiences who had more immediate information on his behavior. The Gennifer Flowers expose had taken place just weeks earlier. Clinton’s history for sexual misdeeds in Arkansas would also surface. More accusations would be on the way. This was his only chance at being elected to the presidency. His character could not withstand interactivity; because at the time, the Ozark Mountains were full of satellite dishes and phones.

If the segments from any Unedited Candidate Speeches, he made were uplinked unedited, he would be toast. But if he could evade, he could control what was uplinked, he now knew what he had to do.

Therefore, he had to seem like he was going to participate, extract all necessary information, and then take evasive action.

One of the suggestions Brock had made was a Clinton Road Show with Bill as host, as pointed out by Craig Reese of Keystone Sunset Studio, who had seen Clinton work an audience with a microphone. Clinton seized on this. What would this cost? Clinton wanted to know. Brock did a search for uplink trucks and discovered the only one left in America due to the use of these for election events, and arranged for Keystone to option it. The cost seemed overwhelming to Clinton. The truck’s rent was $35,000 a month.

How could he afford this, Clinton inquired of Brock? Brock further told Bill Clinton the other $15,000 could not be used for gas, as Clinton had thought. It was to be spent on the notifications to the 1,200 news directors so they could receive Clinton’s content by rotating their dish. Brock told him not to worry because, “money would rain down from the skies.” And it did. Money was never again a problem for Bill and Hillary Clinton.

Clinton had one of his staff find the uplink truck and rented it directly, evading giving Keystone, or Brock, the finder’s fee.

All these years the LP could have been running Presidential Campaigns at a profit, building a TV network with an advertising and cause-marketing agency specializing in Libertarian businesses and solutions.

Dan, I promised to tell you about two other presidential election outcomes which were caused by the failure to use TV and Interactive options.

The first two took place in 1996 and 2000.

Having learned the hard way, George H. W. Bush took action beginning in 1993 to ensure the way would be clear for his beloved son, George W. Bush to be elected to the presidency in 2000.

A cooperative relationship had been forged after Clinton’s election in 1992 between the Bushes and Clintons. Together, they ensured debates taking place through their mutually founded Commission for Presidential Debates, would be under the control of both ‘major’ parties even as their standings continued to shrink. GOP candidates announcing to run against Clinton for 1996 were forbidden by RNC Chairman, Haley Barbour to use Satellite or PhoneVoter TV. More from PhoneVoter.us

The DNC had signed up for satellite coverage 24/7/365 for the entire year of 1996 for the benefit of Bill Clinton in 1995. Brock was told this by a contact in the satellite industry who saw the order. Brock warned all 17 GOP candidates by Dec 1995 the DNC had broken any pact to not use best tools, but Barbour threatened all candidates if they broke his orders. Only 4 candidates knew how satellite TV is accessed: General Colin Powell, Steve Forbes, Phil Gramm, and Lamar Alexander’s staff that tried two times to inform the candidate, but there was a problem.

Time Line for Mike Murphy

In 1996, a likely GOP candidate was Lamar Alexander. A Bush operative named Mike Murphy, who had been part of the 1992 Bush for President Campaign team was tasked with obtaining the job as Alexander’s Media Consultant, and preventing Alexander from accepting the offers from PhoneVoter TV and COS.

Dole, with no satellite, was no match for Clinton anyway. VP candidate Kemp, who knew, could not make any headway with the Dole campaign. The RNC’s GOP-TV studio was downsized into a website.

Then in 2000, Mike Murphy decided he wanted to work for the next likely GOP presidential nominee, John McCain as his Media Coordinator. Mike blocked receipt of the PhoneVoter TV proposals 12 times again.

This time, Brock drove to the Beverly Hills Hotel, on Primary Day, 2000, where McCain was preparing to concede the election in the GOP Primary to George H. W. Bush, who had enjoyed his campaign, carried out on trains which included a satellite uplink trailer on a flatcar in front of the caboose, which Bush W and Dad were using as their podium. The news directors received a steady stream of content from the Bush Campaign. Not, however, from McCain with his Straight Talk Express bus.

In 2000, Papa Bush had reviewed why he lost in 1992, and took action when he found reference to Keystone Satellite uplink trucks and trailers. Melodee Paul was contacted and supplied the trailer with fiber-optic cable running under the caboose to microphones and cameras to be attached at each stop. This time, the Bushes were seen by 10M+ viewers per day via news directors receiving their video feed.

Meanwhile, Brock d’Avignon handed John and Cindy McCain another notebook copy of the PhoneVoter TV proposal, the 13^th of these. Introducing himself, Brock said, “Hello, I am the Executive Producer of the PhoneVoter TV Network. This proposal includes a Straight Talk TV Network on a RepubliCan Channel, which I have not shared with Mr. Bush. I have previously sent you 12 copies by email, fax, ground mail, certified mail, and FedEx and never had a response. Would you please read this?”

They took the notebook out of Brock’s hands. There were six different show formats they paged through; it was edge Interactive TV for an entire network for him & surrogates.

John and Cindy McCain standing side by side, bent their heads over the document, leafing through it. They took turns turning the pages. Nothing further was said until Cindy exclaimed, “John! With this we would have won!”

McCain looked up at Brock. “You sent this how many times?” “

A dozen,” Brock asked McCain not to concede anything but California that night, and to take time to study this. Mike Murphy was standing about 20-feet away next to a rock wall by the brass doors leading into the Beverly Hills Hotel.

McCain leaving the proposal with Cindy, strode over to Murphy. Brock could hear what McCain was saying to Murphy, “Did you know about PhoneVoter TV’s proposal to my campaign for a Straight Talk TV Network or a RepubliCan Channel? Murphy backed up. “Why didn’t you tell me?” Murphy responded, “I decided you didn’t need it. We agreed I would give you a conventional campaign. I did.” Brock said, McCain clenched his fists by his sides, turned red in the face, and he had never seen anyone that mad who did not haul off and hit someone. McCain shook his head in disgust, stomped back to Cindy and Brock. He told Brock he would do as he requested. John and Cindy stepped onto their bus that drove them 1/10^th mile through two rows of satellite uplink trucks to an atrium where he only conceded California that night. Two weeks later, he said nothing about a RepubliCan Channel and ceded to W.

Murphy had been determined to get the position as McCain’s Media Consultant, de facto Campaign Manager. On March 12, 2000, an article by Howard Kurtz titled, “Along for the Ride, was published in the Washington Post. Kurtz reports on what he sees happening inside the McCain Campaign and mentions Murphy’s solicitation for the job. “In January 1999, he went to McCain's Senate office and delivered a 25-minute, 40-slide presentation on how he could win the nomination. Murphy's pitch: Skip the Iowa caucuses in favor of New Hampshire.” Once in, Murphy was in the position which allowed him to ensure the use of satellite feed & TV, and PhoneVoter TV, would be blocked.

How many people who understand TV media have ever been hired to work for the Libertarian Party? Zero. Clearly, the LP could afford to have TV media. Why don’t we have it? Dan, what is your own experience with media?

Brock’s quadrennial dozen proposals with an uncensoring media tech and connectivity alliance, have been ignored. Brock at the 2018 CA LP Convention, asked both Governor Weld and Judge Gray, if either of them had ever been informed by Gary Johnson and Ron Nielson that a Live Free TV Network had been offered them each campaign a dozen times 2007, 2011, and 2015? Answers: “No” and “No”.

The bottom line is this. Jo’s campaign is effectively reaching 2% on three threads on Instagram, which is 5% of the four (major) platforms of the 23% of the people that would bother to read them = 4700 views of Jo Jorgensen.

Know that right now Jo could be reaching 10-million people a day. So, what would you rather have 4700 people a day – or 10-million? Would you like to help with this effort?
