Few women truly deserve the title "Angel," but one look at Candice Swanepoel is all you need to know that the moniker fits. In fact, upon closer inspection, it's probably an understatement. The 5'9" supermodel is currently walking the runways for Victoria's Secret, joining an elite list of women who can turn us into drooling messes simply by striking a pose. Add a sexy accent to that mix, a humble upbringing (she grew up on a farm in South Africa) and an admirable predisposition to walking around in her underwear, and it's no wonder Swanepoel earned her wings.

In her memoir Bossypants, Tina Fey cheered Beyonce for "bringing back the leg meat." Well, Rihanna has taken that "leg meat" torch and run with it. Watching her dance makes us forget that we ever desired supermodels with sticks for legs. Even the snooty Brits can't get enough of her. When Coldplay's Chris Martin needed a female vocalist for his recent "Princess of China,” he got Rihanna -- even though his wife Gwyneth Paltrow is trying to jumpstart her singing career. Sorry, Gwyneth, you've got no "leg meat."

Sure, you may not have a shot with Kim Kardashian unless you're a pro athlete, but it's nice to dream, especially since the socialite is single again after a whirlwind, made-for-TV divorce from NBA power forward Kris Humphries. You may have had sticks of gum that lasted longer than their marriage, but Kim's impulsiveness isn't necessarily a bad thing. Hey, her killer curves make us willing to overlook a lot about the noted publicity hound. Because if there's any reason we're still keeping up with the Kardashians, it's Kim.

Just when it looked like some of Scarlett Johansson's star was fading, she came back into the spotlight in a big way. It's a wonder what a couple of leaked nude photos will do. While a little of the mystery has been lost -- along with Johansson's privacy -- she was a surprisingly good sport about the ordeal. She laughed it off by admitting she "knows her best angles" and reminded us that the shots were for her then-husband, Ryan Reynolds. And after a public divorce from said husband, Johansson's officially back on the market.

We can't blame Jim Carrey for his creepy proclamations of love for Emma Stone. With her disarming smile and raspy voice, the fiery redhead inspires that kind of devotion in a lot of men. In Crazy, Stupid, Love, Stone played a girl so completely perfect that she drove a career playboy to give up the game. The role really wasn't much of a stretch. When she's not causing men twice her age to record video testimonials or players to rethink their life plan, the star of the Oscar-nominated The Help is impressing us with her comedic timing and laid-back attitude. So, yeah, Jim, we like her, too.

If you like your artists a little out-there -- but not quite Lady Gaga out-there -- then consider Nicki Minaj a good mid-range option. Normally, we'd warn you away from any woman with as many wigs, alter egos and odd fashion choices as the curvy "Super Bass" rapper, but this constant feature on the Billboard Hot 100 charts is soon to be a regular on the Top 99, too. With everyone from Rihanna to Drake collaborating with her, Minaj is in high demand these days. After all, it's not often you find a female emcee whose looks are as infectious as her rhymes.

This elegant Aussie has dimples we could get lost in and never want to come out of. A Victoria's Secret model since 2007, Miranda Kerr was selected in 2011 to unveil the $2.5 million Victoria's Secret Fantasy Treasure Bra. If the company trusts her with its most prized product, we can certainly trust her with our fantasies. Unfortunately, she's spoken for by Orlando Bloom. The young married couple, who have to be in the running for World's Prettiest, had a son in 2011, and Kerr has only gotten more stunning as a mother.

She may have indirectly contributed to the rise of Facebook in The Social Network, but when David Fincher tabbed Rooney Mara to be the lead in his blockbuster adaptation of the best-selling novel The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, the response was a universal "Who?" The cute, unassuming brunette had to undergo a total transformation in order to play Lisbeth Salander, completely committing herself to the gritty role. When the movie poster came out of Daniel Craig with his arm draped around a topless and heavily pierced Mara, punks everywhere officially found their new pin-up girl. The risk paid off in Hollywood, too, as the role snagged her an Oscar nom.

How does the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue still compete with all of the sexy photo spreads and porn found online these days? By featuring the most gorgeous bikini beauties in the world. And Kate Upton was 2011's best find. Upton's classically curvy body and face full of girlish charm make her an easy choice as a breakout model. 1 ) LG 55-INCH OLED TV
Due: October
At just 4mm thin, this television almost disappears from side-on. The first 55-inch organic light-emitting diode television revealed at CES offers more than just a skinny form, however, with benefits including brighter colours, better contrast and more energy efficiency. It also has a tiny bezel around the screen and weighs just 7.5kg, making it much easier to mount on a wall. Early customers will have to pay more for this OLED screen than an LCD model, though it will cost less than $10,000 when it launches in Australia late this year.

2 ) SAMSUNG 55-INCH SUPER OLED TV
Due: Second half of 2012
Just hours after LG’s TV announcement, Samsung released its own OLED television with a slightly different form. The slender screen is thicker than its rival, at 7.6mm, but Samsung claims it is superior as it eliminates the need for a colour filter. The 55-inch television will feature an internet connection for Smart TV, a built-in camera to enable gesture controls and 3D functionality when it arrives in Australia later this year.

3 ) PROJECT FIONA
Due: 2012
Gaming brand Razer has created a working prototype of a tablet that takes gaming to the next level. Rather than using the tablet’s 10.1-inch touchscreen, players are asked to grab hold of two game controllers on either side, which feature buttons and joysticks. The tablet computer uses Windows 8 and the yet-to-be-released Intel Ivy Bridge chip and delivers games such as Crysis that you would ordinarily only see on PCs or game consoles. Razer promises a price tag of less than $1000.

4 ) CHAOTIC MOONS BOARD OF AWESOMENESS
Not for release
It’s not quite the hoverboard Back to the Future promised, but it’s closer than ever. Software development firm Chaotic Moons has added gesture and speech controls to an electric skateboard to create the Board of Awesomeness so riders can gesticulate their way around streets at up to 51km/h. The board uses a prototype Samsung tablet running Windows 8 and makes use of Microsoft’s Kinect controls. Chaotic Moons appears unlikely to release this Board for sale, however.

5 ) FUJIfILM X-PRO1
Due: February
Fujifilm’s upcoming professional class camera looks retro but packs in cutting-edge technology. Its built-in optical viewfinder is actually a hybrid electronic model that can display settings over the scene in front of you and automatically adjusts the magnification to suit whichever of the three fixed X-mount lenses are attached: 18mm, 35mm or 60mm. The 16-megapixel camera features a surplus of dials and buttons for quick setting changes, although it doesn’t focus as fast as competing compact system cameras.

6 ) NOKIA LUMIA 900
Due: 2012
Nokia’s new flagship Windows smartphone offers an expansive screen and speedy 4G mobile downloads. The Lumia 900, celebrated by Microsoft in the company’s final CES keynote, looks similar to other recent Nokia releases, except for a 4.3-inch AMOLED screen. It also packs in an 8-megapixel camera, a 1.4GHz processor and 16GB of storage.

7 ) LENOVO IDEAPAD YOGA 13
Due: Second half of 2012
Named Yoga for its ability to flip its screen over, this computer is a laptop-tablet hybrid. It features a dual hinge that lets users fold the screen over entirely or just enough to prop it up on a desk, and a 13.3-inch touch-sensitive screen. The new IdeaPad model will be one of a handful of tablets using Windows 8 when it is released and will do so using a chip as powerful as the Intel Core i7, while storing up to 256GB. The Yoga 13 will be just 1.69cm thick and weigh 1.47kg.

8 ) SONY TABLET P
Due: This year
Revealed with Sony’s first tablet, this dual-screen tablet folds over into a much smaller device that can be carried inside a jacket pocket (like Sony president Sir Howard Stringer carries it). Working models at CES showed Google Android apps that could be used over both of the tablets 5.5-inch touchscreens or, in the case of games and others, in split-screen format. The tablet weighs less than 400g, runs a 1GHz dual-core processor and is due out sometime this year.

9 ) ACER ASPIRE A5
Due: Second quarter of 2012
Ultrabooks were thin to start with – 2cm at most – but this model from Acer beats that standard by a significant margin. The Aspire A5 is just 1.5cm thick at its biggest and weighs 1.3kg. It offers full-sized computing, however, with a new Intel processor, solid-state storage and a flip-down panel that reveals HDMI, USB 3.0 and Thunderbolt connections for speedy file transfers. The 13.3-inch laptop, available in a black finish, will arrive in autumn.

10 ) MOTOROLA MOTOACTV

Available in US now
Awarded the best Bluetooth gadget of CES, Motorola’s fitness gadget does its work wirelessly. The MotoActv is a 4.6cm square device loaded with sensors that can be worn on a wristband or armband to track your exercise. Speed, pace, heart rate and your path can be tracked, though this gadget will also act as an MP3 player and can note to which songs you perform best.

The expensive cake was created by cake designers Nahid La Patisserie Artistique along with jewelers Mimi So. These people and their bodyguards brought out the cake for the first time at the Luxury Bridal Show on Rodeo Drive of Beverly Hills in 2006.Both exclusive and invaluable jewls are decked on the cake. The diamond-constellated masterpiece was said to be worth $20 million at that time. Unfortunately, Mimi So did not expose the total diamond she attached on the creamy wedding cake.
2-Diamond fruitcake – $1.65 million

This cake was created by a Japanese pastry chef and was sold on Christmas 2005. Six months of conceptualization and another month of producing the cake is the duration that made the cake a reality. It’s decorated with 223 diamonds and everything else is fully comestible. The other ingredients, however, remain unrevealed. This is a masterpiece in Food Art and it will be exhibited in the seventeen diamond-related designs in an exhibit called “Diamonds: Nature’s Miracle.” The chef is wise enough, not to disclose the ingredients.
3-Diamond wedding cake by Dallas Bakery– $ 1.3 million
A diamond wedding cake created by Dallas Bakery is reported to be of worth US$ 1,300,000. The cake is big enough and can be served to almost 320 invitees but with a condition of paying US$3,125 afterwards. This overweening cake is supposed to be for Royals wedding, sons of billionaires, and Hollywood celebrities. Diamond bakery recruited Dallas Gold and Silver Exchange to blink and beautify the 160 pounds wedding cake with silver ‘sheen’ dust icing and 1,200 karats of Diamonds. The diamond wedding cake rode an armored vehicle. Full alert security guards stood right there for the cake’s security. Dallas Bakery showed the Diamond wedding cake for the first time at the hall of the Dallas Bridal Show.

4-Platinum Cake – $130,000

Created by Japanese pastry chef Nobue Ikara, this white cake is decked with platinum necklaces, pins, pendants and, for good measure, edible platinum flakes. The creator dedicated the cake to a number of famous Japanese women like Rinko Kikuchi and Chie Kumazawa. His hope was to encourage more women to wear platinum jewelry. The cake hasn’t been sold and the company has no idea whether it will be sold or not, but they do know it is worth more than many can afford.
5-A chocolate cake laced with edible gold – £12,000

The incredibly priced chocolate cake braided with pabulum gold has given a new meaning to the word “Rich Food”. The cake came up with a price tag of £12,000.The chocolate sundae – unveiled by New York restaurateur Stephen Bruce – contains edible 23-karat gold and is served in a calix lined with edible gold. 28 cocoas, including 14 of the most expensive and exotic from around the orb were also blended into the cake.The sundae is topped with whipped cream covered with more gold and a side of La Madeline au Truffle from Knipschildt Chocolatier, which sells for £13,000 a pound. Adding to the gold, the cake is eaten with a gold spoon decorated with white and chocolate-coloured diamonds, which can also be taken home.

1 ) Chewing Gum Wall, Seattle, US
Not all walls are controversial and divisive. Seattle’s gum wall is the place for any unwanted chewing gum, a tradition which was started by people queuing for the theater. Currently the gum on the wall stretches to several inches thick and is a slightly alternative location for wedding photographs.

2 ) Storm King Wall, NY, US
Andy Goldsworthy (British sculptor, photographer and environmentalist) created the Storm King Wall in Mountainville, New York in 1997. At 2,278 feet (694m) long, the site-specific sculpture is made from stones gathered around the Storm King Art Center’s property.

3 ) Security Wall, West Bank,Palestine
This wall is the most controversial in the world. It is being constructed by the Israeli government to separate the Israeli and Palestinian people of the West Bank. Currently standing at 8m (26ft) high, this wall remains a source of hostility and resentment between the two peoples.

4 ) Vietnam War Memorial Wall, Washington D.C., US
The Vietnam Veterans Memorial is a national war memorial in Washington, D.C. It is often described as the most moving memorial in the city, the Vietnam Memorial stands as tribute to those who died or went missing, intended to transcend political controversy in remembrance of the soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Its centerpiece, the Memorial Wall designed by Maya Lin, is made up of two black granite walls engraved with the 58,256 names of the soldiers.

5 ) Belfast Peace Line, Belfast, Northern Ireland
The Peace Line stands over 20ft (6m) high and was constructed to separate Catholic and Protestant communities in Belfast thereby ‘keeping the peace’. What was meant as a temporary measure became more permanent as the barriers became longer and wider. The recent suggestion that they should be destroyed was met with anger from local residents and so its deconstruction remains a debated topic.

6 ) Green Line “Walls”, Cyprus
In downtown Nicosia, the Green Line is made mostly of big, colored oil barrels; as you walk along, these yield to bulldozered bunkers with thick green overgrowth. The term Green Line refers to the cease fire line that de facto divides the island nation of Cyprus into two, cutting through the capital of Nicosia. It was first established in 1964.

7 ) “Eco Barriers” Wall In Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Beginning in March 2009, a concrete wall surrounds the Dona Marta favela, which sprawls over the Corcovado hills above Rio de Janeiro and housed approximately 7,000 residents in 2006 in more than 1,000 dwellings. Officials insist the wall exists to protect the remaining native forest as serves as an ecobarrier. Critics see the wall as a symbol of Brazil’s vast division between the rich and poor.

8 ) Lennon Wall in Prague, Czech Republic
The John Lennon Wall, began as hippie graffiti in the 80′s, was whitewashed by the secret police. The painting returned and when the wall was given back to the Knights of Malta in 1989 as part of a huge restitution deal. The Knights wanted to paint over it too, but the Ambassador from the French Embassy across the street pleaded its case. 1 ) Capgras Delusion
In the heat of an argument it’s normal to want to disown your parents or kids, but for the sufferer of Capgras delusions that feeling never goes away. It’s commonly caused when the “wire” that connects the visual section of the brain to the emotional section is damaged. As a result, the sufferer sees their loved ones but no emotional response is triggered; they truly believe that the person in front of them is nothing more than an imposter.

2 ) Internet Delusions
True story: A woman, suspicious of one ingredient in her chewing gum, took to the search engines to find answers. Instead, she found herself wrapped in a delusional conspiracy involving secret terrorist organizations, government espionage agencies and clandestine phone taps. Because of this case and others like it, the Internet is a growing concern due to its ability to trigger psychotic delusions.

3 ) Truman Show Delusion
Since the 1998 release of the movie “The Truman Show”, smatterings of cases involving that movie’s plot have been occurring. According to Ian and Joel Gold (two Canadian doctors), the delusion makes the sufferer believe they are the star of a reality show which they can’t escape. This is, apparently, a twist on the more traditional delusions of grandiose and/or persecution.

4 ) Life as Computer Game
Over the course of two years, one man’s mind slowly broke and made him believe he was actually a character in a video game. The object of this game, unfortunately, was to steal cars, kill people and avoid the police. He even felt the game spoke to him through the headphones, so he began to play incessantly. He managed to steal various cars at gunpoint (moving from “weaker” cars to more “powerful” ones to score points) before being arrested and eventually sent to the psychiatric facility.

5 ) Cotard’s syndrome
This is thought to be a delusional affliction similar to Capgras delusions…except much worse. Whereas Capras syndrome is seen as a separation of visual processing from emotional responses, Cotard’s syndrome is the total severance of emotion from all external stimulus. The sufferer feels that they are already dead. They may even claim smelling their flesh rotting or feeling maggots on their skin.

6 ) Derealization
As the name implies, the symptom of derealization is the sudden feeling that everything feels unreal, unfamiliar and strange. This can affect hearing, taste, smell or sight and is best described as a dullness to perception…as if experiencing life through a thick fog.

7 ) Wendigo Psychosis
Wendigo psychosis is a form of cannibalism, whereby the sufferer has a burning desire to eat human flesh. This affliction was first documented in aboriginal communities, where witch doctors were used to heal it. If that didn’t work, the sufferer was put to death. Today, there are questions about whether or not the syndrome actually exists but eyewitness accounts suggest that it does.

8 ) Depersonalization
Sufferers of depersonalization feel like they “fall away from themselves”…meaning, they “see” themselves acting but have no control over the situation. Life feels like a movie or a dream, and some people even chase this feeling through the use of illicit drugs. The difference is that for the truly afflicted, that “high” never goes away or comes at undesirable moments (like for some panic attack victims).

9 ) Delusions Of Grandeur
Delusions of grandeur involve patients who believe they are a famous individual, or falsely believe they know somebody who is. As an example, a patient may feel they are Alexander the Great…or Bill Clinton…or Ghandi. Alternatively, they may feel they are best friends with Stevie Wonder or Oprah Winfrey.

10 ) Super Human Delusions
As you could guess, this delusion makes one feel that they have superhuman abilities. This is a particularly dangerous syndrome, which can lead to injury (or worse) as patients attempt to exercise their delusional powers.

11 ) Erotomania
Erotomania sufferers believe that another person (who is usually a celebrity) is in love with them and told them secretly via a glance, special signal or telepathy. To return the sentiment, they start sending love letters and making phone calls. When these go unanswered, the sufferer grows angry and violent. Somewhere during this process, the authorities are called in to protect the object of affection.

12 ) Clinical Lycanthropy
Clinical lycanthropy is a psychotic delusion that makes the patient believe they can or have turned into a wolf. This term specifically applies to wolf-based delusions, and zoanthropy or therianthropy are applied for delusions based on other animals. Sufferers reportedly act like an animal, although no physical change is perceived by observers.

13 ) Alice in Wonderland syndrome (AIWS) or Micropsia
This syndrome is also known as Lilliput Sight, and the symptom is a mental distortion of time, space or body image. In other words, certain items seem bigger or smaller than they are in reality. An ant, for example, may seem the size of a house or a passing man the size of a coke can. This can also apply to human body parts such feeling you have a much bigger…arm.

14 ) Fregoli Delusion
Fregoli delusion, which is named after the Italian actor Leopoldo Fregoli, is a condition that leads one to believe a specific person is using disguises to impersonate others you cross paths with. The first recorded case involved a female theatre-goer who believed two of the actors were secretly pursuing her by disguising themselves as other people she knew or met.

15 ) Reduplicative Paramnesia Reduplicative Paramnesia is a strange affliction that makes the sufferer believes a specific place has been duplicated in a different location. One man, who injured his head in a fall, thought the hospital where he was being treated was located in a spare bedroom of his house…although logically understanding and being shown that it was miles away. The same symptom struck an elderly Alzheimer’s sufferer, who believed that the clinic treating her had been moved (with her in tow) to a different suburb.
