You can substitute 8000 with any other free port.

The Goal
To automatically perform keyword based searches at one of  kickasstorrents categories, scrap relevant data that match our keywords and category, download the .torrent file and push it to transmission torrent client for auto downloading .
Setup a cron job to repeat the search at intervals, scraping and downloading torrents automatically.

DNS entries stored in /etc/resolv.conf are overriden with every boot.

There are ways to prevent NetworkManager from overriding the file, altering dhcp hooks, or manually editing /etc/network/interfaces.

A simpler solution would be to add the following line to your /etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf

Things have settled down now, the book is complete, and my life started adjusting back to normal :)

Java JDK Not FoundThis is a known issue and filed as a bug under Netbeans' tracker but there is a solution.


The workaround is to manually extract the exe and execute the bundle.jar installer.

There are many code analysis tools providing insight, hints and alerts as to where someone should focus.

But before reading these metrics i'd prefer to have a quick look, an overview of the structure and the complexity underneath especially in a new project. Something visual would be ideal.
