My love affair with Etsy started through the Spike the Punch shop, before then I really wasn’t really sure was Etsy was. Yes, I had heard about it here and there but was clueless as to what you can actually find on Etsy, which by the way is just about anything you can dream of. Spike the Punch was the first shop I added to my "favorites" and the first shop I began stalking for her beautiful bright necklaces. I finally got one a couple months back but by then I was hooked on Etsy. The other day someone asked me where my iPhone case was from and when I replied a shop on Etsy.com, the young lady looked at me with a confused face. I said "Do you know what Etsy is?" and she replied "No, what is it?". It was then that I realized I needed to spread the word more about Etsy because if you are not shopping on Etsy you should be. Etsy is the place to buy and sell handmade or vintage items, art and supplies. It is the world's most vibrant handmade market place, and my favorite place to find one of a kind items. I bring to you today some of my must see Etsy shops, of course I have tons, but these are some of my favorites.

Southern Belle Boutique

This is where I purchased my monogrammed iPhone case, but they have much more than just monogrammed iPhone case. They personalize just about anything from glass cutting boards, to coasters, to luggage tags. I looked at many monogrammed shops and Southern Belle Boutique has the best prices from what I found, and not to mention amazing customer service. She sent me two proofs besides I decided on mine and was so nice about it.

My Cute Lobster Designs

I recently hired my cute lobster designs to help me finish the design of my new blog on wordpress. Their simple and beautiful designs on the Etsy shop drew me to this shop from the hundreds of web designers I found on Etsy. Tasha was so nice and understanding of the situation I was in, I knew I had found the perfect person to complete my blog. My cute lobster designs is not only super economical but professional, understanding, and completes jobs super fast. Communication has also been outstanding, whenever I write an email or have the silliest question I receive a response ASAP and I mean ASAP. Stay tuned for my new wordpress site in the next of couple days, I can’t wait for all of you to see it!

Love Obsessed

A friend of mine purchased a one of a kind necklace from the Etsy shop Love Obsessed, letting me on the secret. Wow I was blown away by this one of a kind jewelry. This shop finds vintage jewelry, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets, and then gives the pieces a new life by adding bright colors. A must see and a must shop!

RubyMines

Ruby Mines makes the most beautiful vintage crystal encrusted tassel earrings. I found this shop one day just browsing on Etsy, as I often do, and I immediately added it to my favorites. Though the earrings are a little bit pricey, they are worth investing in and keeping for those special occasions when you need something to stand out on a big night out.

Saks Dadeland & B Brian Atwood Event

Super exciting news to share with you today! This Thursday April 5th from 12 to 4pm I will be at Saks Dadeland launching the new collection for B by Brian Atwood. This fashionably charitable event with be hosted by Saks Dadeland along with Soles4Souls. Saks is also partnering with local fashion bloggers to provide clients with styling tips, and I am one of the bloggers!!! There will be a live DJ, bubbly reception, and male informal models showcasing the B by Brian Atwood collection on silver trays. It is going to be a fabulous and very fun event! The blog has been seriously slacking this week! First I had to renew my real estate license and was stuck in class all the way in Doral this week. Very happy that's over and done with for another two years. Then I all of sudden got sick, spent all of Wednesday night coughing only to wake up with a sore throat and a runny nose. Thankfully it's finally Friday and I get to do what I've wanted to do all week, cuddle up in bed with some chicken soup. Hopefully my sickness won't ruin my entire weekend; I am hoping I can at least have some fun. In meantime wanted to share some snap shots from my instagram! It has come to my attention that I seriously need a designated work space. I have been spending an unheard of amount of time in front of my laptop, mostly at my desk at work or on my bed at home. I use to have a "desk" area when I was younger but I got rid of it when I upgraded to my laptop. I currently use a MacBook to do most of my blogging and basically run my life. I've had this MacBook for about four to five years, and though that seems like a long time I am constantly doing system upgrades and it still works really well. Lately though, I have been getting that little urge to upgrade, and this urge is becoming larger and larger by the second, I know soon enough the inevitable will happen and I will have to upgrade.

The question is...What should I upgrade to? The MacBook Pro seems to me like a serious laptop for serious bloggers, and something that I know will fulfill every single one of my technology needs. Then there is the MacBook Air, light as a feather and absolutely beautiful, is it enough though? Lastly I am considering the iMac, which is a surprise to even myself that it's an option because I have never really been a fan of desktop computers. My friend has one in her home and I got to play with it over the weekend and I now find it very appealing and see the iMac in a completely different light. The cordless mouse and keypad are stunning. She also informed me that the desktop can be wireless and be moved anywhere around the house, who knew!?!

Before I decide on one of these options though I need to designate a place in home as my work space. I have been dreaming of an all white desk for months now, especially since I saw pictures of blogger Maegan's workspace on lovemaegan.com. Pinterest has also been feeding my urge to upgrade in a HUGE way, I have been searching "work spaces" and "offices" only to find an overload of the most beautiful and inspiring photos.

I feel like I have been waiting for this particular weekend of 2012 to come for months, and it's finally here. Ever since I finished reading the Hunger Games trilogy last year I have been patiently waiting for today! Today, when the hunger games movie would finally be in theatres, and I would be able to see my love Peeta on the big screen. Click here to read more about the effect the Hunger Games trilogy had over me. To make this event even more exciting my favorite bakery of all time Sweetness Bake Shop baked three special cupcakes in honor of the release of the movie. The special flavors are Gale's Kiss, Capitol's Pudding, and Harvest apple. I called ahead and placed a special order, just in case they run out, to make sure I could pick up my cupcakes after work.

They're BACK!!!!! My favorite show of all time, Mad Men, is finally back this Sunday with a two hour long premiere. I have been waiting what seems like forever to be reunited with the super sexy Don Draper, and the time has now come. Reading on US Weekly magazine that this season premier is getting rave reviews has me so looking forward to cuddling up in bed with a bowl of popcorn and a schotch on the rocks, in honor of Don of course. What a perfect weekend it will be, and after the last few weeks I've had I am so grateful that it's finally here.

Today I had the pleasure of being a model in a segment hosted by Annie Vazquez of The Fashion Poet on spring trends for NBC's Live Miami morning show. This was the first time I have ever done any type of "modeling" and it was such a fun and unique experience. Annie did a great job dressing us models in four looks mainly from Ann Taylor, Old Navy, Forever21, Target and The Closet Boutique. My look was the Ann Taylor one, and my favorite piece was my neon pink floral lace skirt. I definitely fell in love with it and might be making a stop later to purchase one of my very own.

I wore this outfit to an event in Miami Beach's Shelborne hotel last week. The floral skirt and mint color shirt screamed spring to me when I purchased them at Zara. This day in particular it was raining all afternoon and I wasn't sure I would be able to take photos to share the outfit. Then in true Miami style the rain suddenly stopped, the clouds disappeared, and the sun came out. I ran outside and took advantage taking these shots just in case the rain returned, luckily it never did and it turned out to be a beautiful night.

Zara has always been a go to spot for up to minute styles. They’re mix of affordable prices and trendy pieces has me constantly coming back for more. Lately though I feel Zara has really stepped up their game, their spring collection is absolutely on point. The closest Zara to me (in dadeland mall) is under renovations which means I have been driving to Aventura mall to get my fix. The distance might actually be a good thing because during my last visit it was extremely hard to restrain myself and not walk out with almost everything in the store. The Bachelor Season 16 - Season Finale

Cheers! Ben Flajnik’s season of The Bachelor is over!!! I feel as though Ben & Courtney have just punked all of America. The joke is on us America, that’s for sure. Here I was watching two hours of the most un-eventful Bachelor season finale ever waiting and hoping that the After the Rose special would make it all worth while, boy was I wrong. What a huge disappointment that was. The only good thing about last night is that we don’t have to be subjected to Ben’s hair or Courtney’s facial expressions anymore. It’s almost unfitting to even call Lindzi a “runner up” because let’s be honest there was no competition. Courtney had the ring and the final rose in her back pocket since the first episode. We basically knew that, no surprise there. I was waiting for something more, something juicy! Maybe something like Ben saying “since watching the show I see what a monster Courtney is and I regret my decisions”. Then maybe begging Lindzi or Kacie B to take him back, but no, none of that happened. How disappointing. Ben & Courtney are still engaged and Courtney is still stunning. You never know these two might even make it work. They claim to have broken up for a couple weeks, during which Courtney tried on some wedding dresses to distract the viewers from the pictures of Ben kissing other girls in magazines. These two think they are so smart. There you have it; I find no reason to summarize all the events of last night's finale. If you would like a summary here is Chris Harrison's Blog. There’s also this interview with Lindzi that I really enjoyed reading. I love how Lindzi always takes the high road; she has so much class, a true lady. In the interview you will read that when Lindzi said “call me” after Ben dumped her, it was meant as a joke, but it got edited to look like something else. Those ABC producers are the worst I tell you!!! Always trying to fool us.

After everything Ben saw this season he has become re-engaged to the black widow Courtney, what happens now is his own fault. I am thinking they will probably stay together for a couple more months, at least until Emily Maynard’s season of the Bachelorette starts. Everyone will then forget about Ben and Courtney, and when the cameras stop taking Courtney’s pictures, and the magazines don’t care about her anymore she will end it with Ben and everything will be ok in the world again. Thank you to everyone who went on this TV journey with me, and read my posts every Tuesday. I really do love watching these Bachelor & Bachelorette shows, but even more I love writing and talking about them with my friends and readers.

To my girlfriends that come over every Monday to enjoy The Bachelor with me thank you! Bachelor Parties are my favorite thing ever! I look forward to our helichopter ride over the Alps of the Swiss Mountains! HAHAHA!

Here are the outfit details from my recent feature on Ohh Snap, KarGar's Blog. This blue dress was a must for one of the outfits because I knew the blue color would pop in photos, and it did. While driving through Miami's downtown Karla instantly knew she wanted to take the photos with this beautiful building as the backdrop. Throughout the whole shoot we kept thinking we had been transported to a street in New York City. The close by construction workers, that were watching the whole shoot, made the New York City feeling complete. Karla did such a great job capturing my classic ladylike style with an element of fun and laughter, it's hard to pick just one favorite.

I recently did a photo shoot with amazing Miami photographer Karla Garcia "Kar Gar" for her "Ohh So Sartorial" special blog posts. We had the best day where I got to play dress up in some of my favorite looks and Karla and I went all over Miami shooting the different outfits. I have known Karla for years now, we went to the same college and were in the same sorority (Alpha Xi Delta), we even played in a kickball league together. When Karla asked me if I would pose for her I was more than flattered, especially considering I had already been wanting to ask Karla to take photos of me. She is without a doubt Miami's number one up and coming fashion photographer, as her work has been featured on Refinery29, Miami.com, and the New Times, I cannot wait to see all the places she will continue to go. The Bachelor Season 16 "The Woman Tell All"

The woman tell all is always such an interesting show to watch and has always been one of my favorites. I enjoy it because it is the show when we, as viewers, can see which of the girls have stayed in touch, are becoming friends, and which other girls they have decided to gang up against. Really, the woman tell all episode is when all the girls can confront each other about what they have seen on the show that they don't like and boy, these girls were ready to confront each other.

It was clear to see that although Nicki was the most recent girl sent home on The Bachelor, the fan favorite is Kacie B. I have to agree. How could Kacie B not be the fan favorite? The girl is the cutest thing ever! She has to be one of the most delightful, pretty, and nicest ladies that has ever been on The Bachelor. This is why she was the last interview of the night after the other girls, and why she received the loudest applause from the audience. It was also very clear to see that Kacie B and Nicki have formed a strong friendship. They were constantly making eye contact, giving each other telling looks, and holding hands to support each other....especially when Courtney was in the hot seat.

Emily is my number two favorite from the season. Last night I simply loved her in her Naven purple dress. I thought she looked so beautiful. Not only is she pretty, but she is smart - super smart! This was evident in the way she spoke and carried herself. Her description of Courtney's dual personality disorder was spot on. Emily took the words right out of my mouth (or should I say my blog since I have been writing this all season) when she said "I wouldn't want to fall for someone that would fall for Courtney." Way to go Emily! You deserve the best and Ben is definitely not it.

As promised, Courtney took the hot seat, and all I was thinking was how many acting classes she's taken in LA to prepare herself for the show she put on last night. I didn't buy her fake tears for one second and the fact that she actually cried makes me dislike even more, as if that was possible. When Courtney sat there crying and complaining that this has caused her and her family so much grief and saying how embarrassed she was, all I could think was liar liar liar pants on fire! I'm sure what Courtney was really thinking was something more like this- This is the best publicity stunt I could have ever done and I could never have received the amazing coverage I've received from being on The Bachelor. She apologized to all the girls really just saying sorry, and not going into any details about why she was sorry, and that is why I didn't fall for her apology.

Ben took the hot seat for a very short amount of time where he stated that he was nervous in front of the girls. The girls were actually really nice to him, a little bit too nice I think. Especially Nicki who went as far as to say that Ben was one of the best men she has ever met (laying it on a little thick). Then Jaime even propositioned Ben asking him out. What was going on? I don't know! I am still confused as to why Ben was ever even chosen to be The Bachelor. This guy is the worst Bachelor EVER!!! When Ben said that he admired how nurturing Courtney is, I just thought wow this guy is completely blind and a joke!

Next week is the long awaited Finale and the After the Rose special. I am much more excited about the After the Rose special than the actual finale, since the finale has already been ruined and we all know who Ben is proposing to. I cannot wait to see the train wreck that is going to go down on the After the Rose because you know there is going to be a whole bunch of drama!

You could say I have a love affair with all the pieces in these photos. All seasoned and in rotation in my wardrobe for a while now. The Bachelor Season 16 Episode 9

Never before have the words "We're going to the fantasy suite!" translated so directly to "We're about to have sex!" I am not the type of person that likes to jump to conclusions but ABC could not have made it more clear... Ben got "lucky" with all three of these girls in Episode 9. Let's not forget though, him and Courtney probably already got the job done when they went swimming naked in the ocean!

Nicki had the first "overnight" date of the episode. The date started with a helicopter ride over the Swiss Alps. WOW, Switzerland is absolutely stunning! They had an adorable little picnic where Nicki reminded Ben (once again) that she was married before, but that she is ready to commit again, and to him. She could see their lives together and the poor girl thought they were the perfect fit. After this they proceeded to dinner. Nicki again told Ben she loved him and he in return gave her the fantasy suite card. Nicki accepted and shared with the viewers that she had been divorced for about a year and half, and she was ready for what was going to "happen" tonight. She also shared she did not want Ben to have any "unanswered questions" about her and their relationship. They then jumped into the hot tub and the cameras left the two alone for the evening. This was probably when Nicki was able to "answer" any of those "questions" that Ben could possibly have had.

Moving on to Lindzi! Just when I thought the adventure, life-endangering stunts were over, Ben decides that him and Lindzi are going to repel down a cliff for their date! Super romantic!! (sarcasm). Why oh why?!?!?! If I was the girl that got the overnight date that consisted of repelling down the side of a cliff, I would seriously think the bachelor was trying to kill me. There is nothing romantic or bonding about that. Nonetheless, Lindzi made it look super cute and held on tight to Ben as they conquered the side of the cliff together. The way she looks at Ben and how her smile widens, makes it pretty obvious this girl is completely smitten by floppy hair, gorilla looking Ben. Why, I will never understand. After the cliff, they take a dip in the most picturesque hot tub I have ever seen in my entire life. Absolutely beautiful and quaint at the same time. (I need to get to Switzerland, and fast.) This is where Lindzi finally starts letting her guard down, saying she is going to try and not be afraid that Ben might hurt her. They changed and headed to a romantic dinner where Lindzi says the words "I am falling in love with you Ben and I want the proposal at the end." I was shocked and had to rewind and watch again when Ben actually said "I love this girl" about Lindzi. Really hoping the spoilers are wrong and he makes the right decision (Lindzi).

Here comes the black widow! Ughhhhhhh! I cannot believe I had to listen to all that garbage that was coming out of Courtney's mouth last night. Some things she said were: I am sorry, I had to attack because I felt threatened, I acted immature. Courtney here is an idea maybe you should call Emily up and apologize for being a bitch and not accepting a perfectly and completely unnecessary apology. Or maybe you can call poor wall flower Jenna and say sorry for stripping in front of Ben when the poor girl was trying to have her first conversation with him. Courtney has to be the person I have hated the most in the history of TV. I cannot wait until this girl gets what is coming her way. I have nothing to even say about her relationship with Ben because the whole thing is an ACT! I don't care to even pretend that any feelings Courtney claims to have are real.

Finally, the best part of the whole episode... EMILY MAYNARD!!!!! Oh how I love me some Emily. Emily and Ali were perfection and I was so happy to see them on the episode. (Ashley is being left out on purpose. I think I have expressed in the past how obnoxious and annoying I think she is.) So very happy for the start of Emily's season as The Bachelorette! It's going to be BANANAS!

Kacie got a free trip to Switzerland and surprised an unsuspecting Ben by wanting to "talk." I guess the producers didn't think there was enough drama in this episode, so they flew her over to warn Ben one more time of the dangers of Courtney. Come on! This guy is not going to listen to anyone. Can't you people see Courtney has put a spell on him? Stop trying! This is another reason why I REALLY like Lindzi, notice not once has she spoken bad about anyone or tried to compare herself to any of the other girls. She lets her actions do the talking, and she is nice to everyone. Take note future Bachelor contestants.

Rose ceremony time! Lindzi first, looooooooong pause... and Courtney second. Nicki gets sent home in tears. Yep, after she slept with him and everyone knows about it. When Ben said that it wasn't an easy decision for him to send her home and that he "cried a little today," I almost threw something at my tv! What a flipping moron! Next up, the Women Tell All! It has already been taped and according to the rumors, for the first time ever, a girl from the final two will be on it, and that girl is Courtney! I absolutely love when I get to dress this casual, simply because it's just so comfortable. My mom and I had a very delightful Saturday where we woke up early, had coffee, and did some major shopping. My favorite type of Saturday. One big purchase of the day were these current/elliot jeans!
