Sentaku is the first home that was voted for by my Facebook group, CreatEveWorks Group. It's a simple family home with understated decor inspired by traditional Japanese architecture and landscaping.

Sentaku is a quiet family home inspired by traditional Japanese architecture and landscaping. It has 3 bedrooms including a large master suite with balcony, 2 &1/2 bathrooms, laundry, family study area and plenty of room to add more skill items.

I've created Brigid and James as part of the story of The Unicorn Sanctuary, which will be coming soon. I've been working on this project since Skyrim came out and I'm starting to think I will never be finished!
Anyway, I've spent a lot of time on them and I hope you enjoy them.
A note on the outfits- The swim and athletic are made to look as though they simply dressed down from everyday. I decided to do this because I thought it would fit in well with the theme and that they should not have separate bathing and athletic suites. It just seemed more fitting this way; to throw of a few layers and jump into the watering hole so to speak.

Brigid is the current caretaker of The Unicorn Sanctuary. She loves horses and unicorns and lives to rescue and care for them. Brigid rarely needs to leave the beautiful sanctuary and so she longs for human companionship. Will the arrival of a mysterious stranger lead to love? NO CC INCLUDED. 1 CC skin and 2 CC hairs used but not included in the download.

James has always dreamed of becoming a talented horse jockey. He has often visited The Unicorn Sanctuary and watched from a distance, wishing he could be a part of that world. I'm sorry it has taken so long to get the pets codes up. There are over 600 of them and I've been sick since November it seems. I can't wait for Spring to get here!

Curved Pool Diagrams

I've had a lot of requests for curved pool tutorials so I made some diagrams to show the exact sections needed for the following pool shapes. I hope this helps. If you want me to diagram a specific shape for you, send me a picture.

Tips
Make sure the area of the pool is flat.
Lay down a floor tile over the area before you start. You can always remove it later if you need to, and it will help to stop curved tiles from changing shape to square.
You may need to use the "constrainfloorelevation false" tool in the console(ctrl/shift+c) if the game won't let you place pool sections. Don't forget to switch back to "constrainfloorelevation true" afterwards.
You may need to use the console command "moveobjects on" to place your ladders and lights.

After you make the sections on the diagram, fill in with regular square pool sections.

Peaceful home is a French themed family home. 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, large kitchen/family room, formal dining, formal living, cozy study, small gym, 2 laundry rooms, 3 car garage (one is being used for skills), large play room, outdoor dining, pool, hot tub and fire pit. NO CC 40x40
I made this lot for the Versailles World by PlayKIMSIM (1 Rue Darboux) .

Of course, you can use it wherever you want to.

Sims Again Series by SimEve

The Sims Again Series is a project I've been planning for a while now. I had taken a lot of my older Sims off of the exchange because they were dated and weren't as good as I wanted them to be. Most of them have been waiting in my Sim bin patiently and not being used :(. I've remodeled them from head to toe while keeping their general look and personality.
Most of the hairs I used came from this site Anubis Under the Sun except for one hijacker that snuck in on a Sim. So I've added the links for each hair. Every Sim has the same skin from PeggyZone Skin Which is still my favorite skin. The makeup, clothing and accessories are all EA. I can't upload CC so none is included. The great thing about the CC I've used is that it goes in your mod folder, so you can remove it easily if you like. If you want to get some fabulous CC makeup and stuff for your Sims check out this site, My Sims3 Blog.
All of the special poses I used are from Traelia's Pose Place.

Morgan was the first Sim I created to be a model for SF Magazine. I really didn't have to make many changes to her face. The changes mostly came with giving her a personality and wardrobe. I decided to make her shy and a bit mysterious.

I first created Naya Cruz to live in Casa Barragan, the second home I ever created. She was my avatar for quite a while until I made my Simself. She is one of my favorite Sims. I made sure to improve her but keep her same qualities.

I'm Still Alive...

I just wanted to drop in and let everyone know that I haven't forgotten about my blog, lol. I have been having major insomnia issues and so it's hard to concentrate on my projects but they are still coming along. I will be releasing the Generations animations soon (Big thanks to Alexurt for sending the list to me), and then resuming the original list. It's getting close to being completed(thank goodness, lol)
I've been working on some houses that I'm really excited about and it might be a bit before I can release one but I hope it will be worth the wait.
I'm also putting finishing touches on Peridot so that will be out soon. Then there will be just one Birthstone starter left. :)
