Replacement Players Needed For the 2011 Season?

2011-03-13T22:48:00.000-05:00

There is optimism about a deal being made for the 2011 NFL Season, but I think that if the players continue to be greedy it will not happen unless there is replacement players. I say go ahead and use the replacement players as a back up plan if the players and owners don't come to an agreement. The fan's deserve to be able to watch football games without interruption from the players wanting money. Anyone like the movie "The Replacements" cause that picture above could represent what the NFL could have during the first few games if things do not get better.

Lockout begins....

2011-03-12T22:48:00.000-06:00

Oh boy here we go a official lockout! I hope this does not interfere with the soon coming season. This happens because of GREED! They make a lot of money as it is. Makes me mad that people are so GREEDY and people that work everyday would appreciate lower salaries because they do not make as much money as football players. Theres people who work harder than these football player and do not even get paid close to what these players paid! Maybe I am wrong? Maybe these players deserve more money even if we are having economic problems? Stay tuned!

Teams that are trying to work out Cam Newton

2011-03-10T23:24:00.000-06:00

A few teams who are desperately in need of a Quarterback, like the Panthers, Bills, Vikings, and Skins trying to work Cam Newton into their roster. All of these teams would be benefited by a good quarterback like newton. Personally if I was Newton I would seriously consider the Bills. The reason why is because the Bill's Defense played very good last year despite the awful record. There was quite a few games where they only lost by 3 points or less. One game with the Chiefs was sent to overtime. Bills need a quarterback to lead the offense and revive them again to have a winning season. Thank you NFL.com for the story.

Labor talks continue

2011-03-07T17:00:00.000-06:00

According to NFL news the labor talks will continue. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d81ea4341/article/labor-talks-continue-union-was-near-decertifying-thursday

I think that the players and the owners make too much money and should be glad they even make as much as they do. They make millions of dollars every year. I MIGHT make a million dollars my entire life of working! There is too much greed in sports nowadays. Lets make a deal to balance the budget for the NFL out!
