Concept A will debut in two weeks at both the 2011 New York and Shanghai auto shows. It shows how even luxury German automakers are going to be forced to import smaller models than they ever have offered before under tougher government fuel regulations.

Concept A features a new 210-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engine, a dual clutch transmission and a radar-based collision warning system with adaptive "brake assist." The headlights of the Concept A-Class have full-LED high-performance headlamps. The daytime running lamps consist of 90 optical fibers
with aluminum sleeves.

(CNN) -- Police in Maryland are on the hunt for the perpetrator of what appears to be an April Fools' prank that left a man glued to a toilet at a Wal-Mart store.

If caught, the jokester who doused the seat with glue at the Elkton Wal-Mart on March 31 could face second-degree assault charges, said Lt. Matthew Donnelly of the Elkton Police Department.

Police, along with the Singerly Fire Company and the Cecil County Paramedics, were called to the scene at about 7 p.m.

There, they found the 48-year-old victim, who called for help after realizing the sticky situation he was in when he tried -- and failed -- to stand up and leave the superstore's restroom, Donnelly said.

It took responders 15 minutes to remove the victim from the stall, but they were unable to disconnect the toilet seat from his body, Donnelly said.

Instead, the victim was taken to Union Hospital of Cecil County, where the seat was detached. He left with only minor injuries to his buttocks, Donnelly said.

Police do not suspect that the victim was specifically targeted, but that the incident was a random prank, Donnelly said. They have not received reports of glue-laden toilet seats since.

If someone tells you that income producing properties are not worth it is someone to avoid. I know that sounds harsh but when was the last time "THE DONALD" uttered those words. If you want to be rich, act rich. That doesn't mean keep up with the Jones it means do what they do to make money. If you want a new car but only have a few dollars to put down then don't. Find an asset that will generate the money to cover that monthly car payment and spend the money there. I know this sounds too easy. But that's the only step you need to worry about. Buy assets not liabilities. The profits from the assets pays for the "wants" in your lifestyle. Notice I said lifestyle not life. Learn to separate the two. Til next time.....

Ok lets do the math. You get a mortgage for 30 years. (that's 360 months; 12x30) So a $150,000.00 home with 3.5% down with a 5.529% interest rate makes your payment $821.00 a month. FOR THIRTY YEARS. That comes up to $295,560.00 that you paid for the house. This doesn't include taxes, insurance, repairs. And YES you will pay ALL three of these too. Now remember when you are ready to sale your home will be competing with other homes in the market place. Yep competing. Oh did I mention yours will be 30 yrs old assuming you bought a new house to begin with. Now here comes that old adage "location, location, location." You did pick the best location in your city, town, state right? The Realtor took out their magic crystal ball and told you that in 30 years everything was going to be A OK and your home wont be affected by bad school zones, new roads with more traffic, spot zoning of a new factory or industrial park. You got that in writing before the closing didn't you? Sure you did. Now back to that "investment" called your home. Its paid for and you want to sell. Comps show your home to be worth a whole $175,000.00. A what? I paid $150,000.00 30 years ago. SO. Its not what you paid for it its what somebody is willing to pay you to take it off your hands. Vintage homes have many charms, but the ability to power modern appliances is not one of them. According to Davis, homes built before the advent of hair dryers, computers and monster TVs typically had between 60-amp and 90-amp electrical service; in the '70s, it increased to 100 amp. In the '90s, it jumped to 150 amp. Today's homes typically have 200-amp service.

If you have an older home, upgrade to a minimum of 100 amps. If the electrical panel has not been replaced previously, you may have to foot that expense as well. And be sure to check the wiring, as older homes may have aluminum wiring that no longer meets code.

Plumbing is your second priority. If you're lucky, you have copper pipes; if not, you likely have galvanized pipes, which corrode over time.
