My idea to make the blogroll into all images takes up to much space. I still intend to eventually do it, especially for Jessica of qforquack since she currently lists mine as a linked image, so please do not fret. I do plan to change it very soon. But for now I'm going to leave it as it is. I need to think of some idea's for that area, maybe smaller images, I don't know yet.

Super Smash Brother's Brawl (Excellent!)

I've yet to actually unlock and or finish everything the game has to offer. But it's excellent in every respect of the term. I didn't know how to do some things because it's been a good little while since Melee was released but this is really nice. I'll try to write a long and interesting review of it soon.

Bose In-Ear Headphones: Innovation as it's best!

When I got these in-ear headphone's last Christmas I was skeptical. Like most products I've tried on the market today they don't seem to be very good and fall apart quicker than how long it took me to buy them. Well, that wasn't the case with Bose's little wonder's. They sound great, and they make my tv's audio output seem stale and pathetic, and old, for that matter. I am now considering investing in a Bose "Wave" Music system due to the amazing quality and sound clarity offered by these little wonders which you wouldn't think were that impressive until you actually try them on and listen to something.

**This was not promotional, I just wanted to get the word out a bit more about these guys. Really great sound quality and construction.

Super Smash Brothers Brawl Now in America

Yep, as of right now, which is March 9th, one of the most anticipated games in video game history has launched. The follow-up to the wildely popular "Super Smash Brother's" and "Super Smash Brother's Melee" respectifully. Pre-ordering was a must before the game launched, because I have a feeling the popularity of the game will be simular to the "Nintedo Wii". By that I mean most stores I've gone to have them back-ordered until the end of Fall. I haven't been able to get my hand's on one yet, that being the game, not the wii itself. I will write a follow-up review to this post once I get a chance to see what all the "hype" is truely about.

Spammer's and Your Email Account

Do you remember how useful email was before spam? It’s been that long that many of us don’t and we have merely accepted that when you sign up an email account you are excepting the fact that you are going to become another victim of spam on a daily basis.

The sending of spam or bulk mail sadly works due to the fact it is such a cheap medium to use to get a message to thousands of people at the same time. The cost of spam always lies with the receiver as it costs time, money and resources to deal with the flood of spam mail that comes through our inbox on a daily basis; this is especially evident in the work place where numerous hours are lost while employees sort through their mail to actually read ones that are genuine.

If you don’t already have a spam filter software set up on your email account I thoroughly suggest that you do so as a spam filter will help to stop you becoming more of a victim of spam. A spam filter will stop spam in its tracks before it gets anywhere near your inbox.

Spam is a cat and mouse game as spammers are constantly trying to outwit the spam filters. This is why it is important that you ensure you have an up-to-date spam filter set up on your email account and that you keep check on this to ensure that if your filter does need up dating that you can do so.

Spam email is the biggest form of spam around. Spammers send large quantities of mail to an ever growing list of recipients and today spam now accounts for up to 85% of all mail that is sent.

When it comes to spam emails you should always remember:

• Don’t open it
• Just delete it
• Don’t reply to it
• Never send out personal details, especially bank details
• Don’t buy from spammers
• Don’t open attachments
• Don’t forward chain emails

Spam is mostly advertisements trying to get you to visit adult sites, buy pharmaceuticals and join online gambling websites; however a new type of spam mail is now emerging in the form of email scams.

Many of you are probably all too familiar with what is meant by email scams. Have you ever, for example, received an email claiming that your email address has won a lottery entitling you to thousands of dollars? This is a prime example of one of the email scams that is now reaching more and more people. Often these scammers describe how if you send your bank details the money will be transferred when really these spammers are after your personal details for identity theft and your bank details to clear out your account. It is highly important that the only action you take to emails such as these is none.
Another highly popular email scam that is making its rounds is one that describes how money belonging to business people or family members of former government officials in Nigeria or another country is tied up. They offer to transfer lots of money into your bank account if you will pay a fee to help them access their money. If you respond to the initial offer, you may receive documents that look official. Then they ask you to send money to cover costs for transaction, transfers and legal fees, as well as your bank account numbers or other information. They may even encourage you to travel to Nigeria or a border country to complete the transaction. These emails are merely sent by scammers who are trying to steal your identity along with the contents of your bank account; again ensure that the only action you take to these emails is none

A spam filter will severely help to reduce the amount of spam emails that you are receiving on a daily basis. If you haven’t already invested in one do it now and bring an end to the spam today.

America Bashing... Again.

Jeez. People who live in the US are so blessed and they take everything they have for granted. Like it's not there anymore. Last time I checked, the US was better off than any other country on the face of the Earth, even with it's problems, it's the best country you can be in right now. People are so quick to bash the US, but never really offer any solutions, they say it's beyond repair, it's not working, it's a losing situation. Well, if it was, it's news to most of the people voting for conservative judges, and president's. This country, is still a great country. It's having a lot of problems right now but it is not the country's fault, it is the people in it who have for the most part destroyed a lot of what it once proudly stood for. People in the US aren't alone, every other country that has it's head to far up it's butt also thinks this. I'm not trying to offend other people here, but let's get real. The US has done more for anyone across the globe than any other country can or ever will do for them.

This country still stands for the free, brave and our heroes, serving in Iraq, Afghanistan or otherwise need are support, not our retreat. We must come together and stop bashing the US, and actually do something novel; help it.

McCain wins Republican Nomination

Well at least Huckabee now has his excuse to exit, someone made it to 1191 delegates. On the Democratic side, Barack Obama is showing unstoppable momentum that I personally don't think Hillary Clinton can beat. Subject Unknown feels confident projecting the race one between Barack Obama and John McCain. Whatever happens, it will be a historic race and it's certainly exciting!

I love MPM. I get them every month and they usually or often always have a good cd compilled with tons of cool software I didn't even know existed. Plus they have some great tips on tweaking and performance enhancing your pc whether your using xp or the all new window's vista. I'd check them out.

I swear it seems like you can't even contact youtube anymore about harassment or complaints without waiting over 9000 hours just to get a darn response. And somehow they think "talking" to the user does something. In school did "talking" to a bully solve anything? Jeez, ever since Google bought Youtube it's gone to hell in a handbasket.

Hmm. I've noticed this since yesterday it seems like where as you used to be able to roll over a picture/link and see a snapshot of it's page, it won't work now. Maybe it's just an error... I did recieve an email about some sort of mess up in communications.

What We Allow to Happen

Life: We allow life to be bad, it doesn't have to be.

Cyber-Bullying: We allow people to speak their mind online but sometimes I feel we could reconsider that for the millions being bullied online.

War: War is only necessary when it's the last possibly option, and yet we go to it in not necessarily proper conditions. We allow it to happen.

Poverty: Even though people can choose to be poor, or choose not to work and be lazy and ask for things rather than work for them, there are genuine reports of people who need work who WANT it. We allow it to happen, too.

Crime: Just like it is online, it can be worse in real life, and it to can be prevented better than it currently is. We allow it to happen.

What we allow to happen is much much more than I have listed, but if our own emotions, our abilities to be human vanish, what does that say for humanity? In a world where we allow things to happen, one has to wonder, what if it was different?

School Shootings: The new "in thing" in our schools?

I can't stand this. Every day it seems like these days, someones injured or killed in a school shooting, today 5 people were killed, and if VT is any example of what we face in the future of our public schools, then it will get very much worse before it, if it does, get better.

A former student dressed in black opened fire with a shotgun and two handguns from the stage of a Northern Illinois University lecture hall Thursday, killing five students and wounding more than a dozen others before taking his own life.

University President John Peters said there were a total of 22 casualties in what he described as a "rapid fire" attack that sent terrified students running for cover.

The gunman shot himself on the stage after a rampage that lasted no more than a few minutes.

The slain included four females and two males, including the killer, Peters said.

Four, including the gunman, died at the scene, and two died at the hospital, Peters said.

As of Thursday night, six patients in ctirical condition at Kishwaukee Community Hospital were transferred to other area hospitals, three were admitted and eight were discharged, according to the hospital's Web site.

Peters said the gunman was a Spring 2007 graduate student in sociology at NIU, but was not currently enrolled.

Israel under fire for death of top terrorist leader

Israel ordered its military and embassies overseas to go on alert earlier in the day and recommended Jewish institutions around the world do the same, fearing revenge attacks for the car bomb that killed Mughniyeh Tuesday night in Damascus. The former Hezbollah security chief was one of world's most wanted fugitives, accused of masterminding attacks that killed hundreds of Americans and French in Lebanon in the 1980s.

The fiery speech by Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah at Mughniyeh's funeral signaled that the Iranian-backed Shiite guerrilla group was ending a policy it has proclaimed for years of battling Israel only on Israeli or Lebanese territory, raising the specter of attacks in Western or other countries.

The day's events in Beirut also raised fears that Lebanon's internal turmoil could worsen. Earlier in the day, before Hezbollah supporters bid farewell to Mughniyeh, tens of thousands of their pro-Western political opponents filled a downtown Beirut square to mark former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri's 2005 assassination.

Fearing clashes, authorities deployed thousands of troops. The two mass gatherings ended without violence, but the two camps appeared even more deeply entrenched in their divisions, which have left the country without a president since November and the parliament paralyzed.

Hezbollah and its Iranian backers blamed Israel for killing Mughniyeh, but Israel denied involvement. In a videotaped eulogy broadcast on a giant screen to thousands attending the south Beirut funeral, Nasrallah said Israel had taken the fight outside the "natural battlefield" of Israel and Lebanon.

"You have crossed the borders," said Nasrallah, himself in hiding because of fears of assassination since the summer 2006 war between Israel and Hezbollah. "With this murder, its timing, location and method — Zionists, if you want this kind of open war, let the whole world listen: Let this war be open."

The thousands of black-clad mourners in the ceremony hall raised their fists in the air, chanting, "At your orders, Nasrallah."

In Washington, the State Department said it was not aware of a specific threat made to Israel by the Hezbollah leader but condemned anything of the sort as "alarming."

My thoughts:
Israel has always been the target of the evils that reside in the middle eastern region, their people, their culture, their religion, and their own lives are in REAL danger, and yet, so many people are so quick to say "pull out, pull away, let them handle it themselves" of course referring to the Iraqi's, but Israeli's also have to deal with added pressure under this same stance, because we then couldn't be on moments notice to help and support one of our most boxed in allies.

Japanese Grill and Sushi Bar's = Amazing!

A few nights ago me and some friends traveled downtown to go to a Japanese grill and sushi bar restruant that I have to say was one of the coolest experiences ever. Seeing the precision of the chef's knives as he cut into an egg - something you wouldn't think would be that exciting, very much was! Lighting the metal sunken in tray in between our tables, which I presume was the grill obviously the heat nearly melted one of the ladies sitting next to me's make up off. They chopped the food at such a high rate of speed, and did things so professionally. I have to say it was worth the pretty large price tag. If you want to share your opinions on places like these, please do so below, I'd love to hear them.

Questioning Online: Why do people abandon emotions online?

I can't tell you how distraught I am about this. I browse a website like YouTube and see a video I like by one of my favorite videobloggers, riddled in his comments are hateful messages and cruel words, some of them like the following:

"Your a dumb fag"
"you suck hater go to hell"

What bothers me more is that these same people critisizing the vlogger of racism or hate speech do it themselves, but often justify it by saying it's "funny". Well it's not "funny" It's hurtful. And I'm tired of people acting like just because it's online it's not any less mean. These are REAL people online, not robots. It's not like everybody is just like "Oh well, lol". Some people take it seriously and it just doesn't make any sense that this can happen so much with so much support guided in it's direction.

Why does anyone support hate speech and cruelty online?

Obama (Vs) Hillary (Match to the Death!)

If you've been watching the tube lately you see that Barack has won a lot of delegates so far and is only 20+ less than Hillary's total delegate count, as for who I'd prefer, Hillary. Because as left as McCain may be, I'm sure alot of moderates would rather a McCain unlike some people saying they would like a Hillary. But as always, time will tell, it's getting exciting.

Shooting in Mall, killer wanted to "go out in style"..

Ugh. I don't know what's more disgusting, the fact that one of my friends thought it was awesome, or the fact that this man had absolutely no regard for human life just to make a lasting final statement. I guess we can breath a sigh of relief, he won't be around to do anymore damage to the community, but with 10 people dead and 4 others injured, I'd have to say the damage is already done.

The killer has been identified as Robert A. Hawkins, age 19 or 20, who left a suicide note stating, "I'm going out in style" and "I'm going to be famous." The man's vehicle was reportedly found in the parking lot.

Hawkins' mother brought the note to the local sheriff's office. She was being questioned by investigators Wednesday night.

Sgt. Teresa Negron said the gunman killed eight people, then apparently killed himself. Authorities gave no motive for the attack and did not know whether he said anything during the rampage.

Friends described Hawkins as "depressed" and said he had quit school several years ago and worked at a series of fast food jobs. He was arrested last month on misdemeanor charges and was expected to appear in court this month.

Officials said Hawkins, clad in military-style clothing, entered the mall just before 2 p.m. Wednesday and began firing off rounds. The rampage sent shoppers and employees running and screaming through the Westroads Mall, barricading themselves in dressing rooms after hearing gunfire. Hawkins was found dead on the third floor of the Von Maur store with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and his victims were discovered on the second and third floors, police said.

Isn't it funny how people who try to do the right thing always end up getting it kicked back in their face? Or for lack of a better word, sad. Apparently, this blogger was trying to expose the violence and cruelty and torture that occurs in Egypt. Now I can understand it being inappropriate for minors, but come on, most videos that have any bad stuff in them, like gay guys without shirts or howard stern prank calls are flagged and you have to be over 18 to view them anyways.

I have a feeling people don't want the truth exposed. Reminds me of Democrats.
