INGREDIENTE:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8 galbenusuri&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup zahar(120g)&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup vin de Marsala/Lacrima Lui Ovidiu(120 ml)&lt;br /&gt;
500 ml frisca&lt;br /&gt;
750g mascarpone&lt;br /&gt;
2 pachete piscoturi&lt;br /&gt;
2 cani espresso(cafea tare+2 linguri de zahar) + 1 cup vin(240 ml)&lt;br /&gt;
cacao pentru pudrat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aceasta reteta de tiramisu este cea originala din Italia, asa cum este  el preparat in restaurante. Reteta de tiramisu imi place de departe cel  mai mult dintre toate celelalte pe care le-am incercat deoarece vinul de  Marsala pe care il contine ii confera o aroma deosebita iar ouale nu  raman crude.&lt;br /&gt;
Atentie!Din pacate,in Romania vinul de Marsala (care este un vin  licoros) se gaseste extrem de rar(la Metro din cand in cand daca aveti  noroc) insa el poate fi inlocuit cu succes si fara repercusiuni  sesizabile la consistenta,textura sau gust de catre Lacrima Lui Ovidiu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mod de preparare reteta tiramisu:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se freaca galbenusurile cu zaharul pana se albesc,se pun pe foc la bain marie aproximativ 7 minute,pana se ingroasa,timp in care se adauga treptat vinul.Se lasa crema la racit.&lt;br /&gt;
Se bate frisca.&lt;br /&gt;
Se incorporeaza mascarpone amestecandu-se cu putere,de preferat fara mixer,cu o paleta sau o lingura de lemn.Se adauga si frisca,amestecandu-se cu grija de jos in sus.&lt;br /&gt;
Asa arata crema la final.Se pastreaza in frigider pana cand ansamblam prajitura.&lt;br /&gt;
Se pregateste cafeaua.Dupa ce s-a racit se amesteca cu vinul de Marsala/Lacrima Lui Ovidiu.&lt;br /&gt;
Se inmoaie piscoturile in cafeaua amestecata cu vin.Se introduc cu partea cu zahar in jos si se tin 2 secunde.Se aseaza primul strat de piscoturi pe fundul unei tavi intr-o directie(pe orizontala sau verticala).&lt;br /&gt;
Se adauga jumatate din crema.Se pune apoi cel de-al doilea strat de piscoturi in directia opusa fata de primul strat.Se pune restul de crema deasupra si se niveleaza.&lt;br /&gt;
Se pudreaza cu cacao si se stropeste cu apa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;MIC DEJUN&lt;/span&gt;: 3 felii de paine cu unt integral si marmelada. Doua oua &lt;br /&gt;
omleta cu bacon, 1 pahar de lapte, 1 pahar suc de fructe si o ceasca &lt;br /&gt;
de cafea. Apoi 45 de minute echitatie! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;PRANZ:&lt;/span&gt; 2 portii din orice mancare, la alegere, salata cu mult ulei, &lt;br /&gt;
cartofi prajiti, 2 felii de tort cu ciocolata si cola sau bere. Apoi o &lt;br /&gt;
ora si jumatate de echitatie! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;GUSTARE&lt;/span&gt;: inghetata (4 cupe), 2 prajituri insiropate, ½ kg capsuni. &lt;br /&gt;
Apoi 45 minute echitatie! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;CINA:&lt;/span&gt; 2 pizza cu de toate si extra topping cu branza, plus 1 litru de &lt;br /&gt;
cola. Apoi 2 ore echitatie! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Reteta am luat-o  de pe un site cu &lt;b&gt;retete chinezesti&lt;/b&gt;, mi s-a parut foarte apropiata  de gustul acela care mi-a ramas intiparit in minte. Puiul Shanghai  servit la crasmele din Romania nu are multe in comun cu puiul Shanghai  pe care l-am mancat pe alte meleaguri, dar asta e, ne multumim cu ce  avem!&lt;br /&gt;

- amidon&lt;br /&gt;
- ulei pentru prajit&lt;br /&gt;
- marar&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;Taiati Diagonala friptura, în felii subtiri de 0,7 cm.&lt;br /&gt;

Adaugati dresingul si amestecati. Serviti imediat sau puneti la frigider minereu de cateva si serviti rece.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Desfaceti conopida în florete, sau taiati-o marunt. Am auzit ca Vas facuta la microunde, intr-ONU speciale de dinainte pregatit, conopida iese foarte gustoasa, dar puteti la fel de bine sa o si fierbeti. Fierbieti Pana se inmoaie - o furculiţă strapunge usor.&lt;br /&gt;
Cel mai usor lucru de facut este sa adaugati restul ingredientelor în vasul în îngrijire pregatiti conopida, si apoi sa folositi ONU mixer pentru ONU omogeniza totul. Sau puteti pune toate ingredientele intr-robot mixer sau ONU de bucatarie.&lt;br /&gt;
Presupunand ca din 435 de grame de e conopida 4 Portii de piure de conopida, cam Fiecare va avea 3 grame de carbohidrati ce pot fi folositi, plus 3 grame de fibra. Daca sunteti un adevarat Gurmand, si va confruntati cu cateva kg in plus de ingrijire pe vreti neaparat sa le dati jos, sa nu credeti ca Trebuie sa mancati numai mancaruri insipide, fără gust si culoare pentru o reuşi acest lucru.&lt;br /&gt;
Trebuie doar sa fiti atenti la ce consumati, si Trebuie sa optati pentru mancaruri cat mai slabe în Grăsimi ONU si cu aport scazut de calorii.&lt;br /&gt;
Daca vreti sa ", va lingeti pe degete", dar sa va mentineti greutatea de sub control în acelasi timp, va propun reteta pentru italiană Pui cu Piper.&lt;br /&gt;

Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Asezonati pieptul de pui pe ambele parti cu amestec de condimente Italiene si cu piper. Infierbantati 2 linguri de ulei de masline intr-o lipeste de ingrijire nu tigaie, la foc mediu. Adaugati pieptul de pui asezonat si lasati-l cate 4 minute pe Fiecare parte, sau pana cand nu mai sunt o culoare roz in centru. Scoateti-l apoi, pe o Farfurie si mentineti-l caldut.&lt;br /&gt;
Infierbantati LINGURA de ulei de Maslina ramasa. Adaugati ardeiul verde si Rosu si praful de usturoi. Gatiti 3-4 minute, amestecand încontinuu, pana cand ardeiul se inmoaie. Apoi cu o LINGURA puneti amestecul de ardei peste pieptul de pui în Farfurie. Adaugati otetul Rosu si Mierea în tigaie. Gatiti 1 minut, încontinuu amestecand. Turnati amestecul peste pieptul de pui în Farfurie. Aceasta reteta de pui italiană cu Piper este de 4 Portii.&lt;br /&gt;
