Love Quest Day 6

Hello! Welcome to Saturday. We’ve almost reached the end of this Quest. We’ll finish on Sunday, which is technically the beginning of next week. This is intentional and perfect as we are eternal and this journey is circular. It never ends.

We will have another Quest on October 13^th, 2014. As Facebook does not allow for the addition of new dates, look for another event invite in a few weeks. As we uncover self love, we discover beneath each layer is only more.

There is not an end to love, a limit to how much you get to have or a time when your heart can’t take anymore. More love is just, well, more.

I am not sure what draws you here but I know why I’m here. Like you, I have a head full of aches and a heart full of broken things that I’d rather not be there. It’s not that I think about them consciously, yet they protect/prevent me from full on exposure – sort of like a wet suit.

We can be, and we are actually, swimming in love without feeling it as deeply as is possible. This protective suit has it all under control.

It feels risky to love without the suit. Exposure has been known to create all sorts of damage. Who, in their right mind, wants that?

Love is about the heart, not the mind. Words and events that create pain, hurt because your thoughts say they hurt. Your heart knows what’s true. Nothing exponential is ever achieved without risk. You’ll have to take off the suit.

You’ll never get the “full effect” with it on. Now your head will come up with all sorts of reasons to keep covered. In a logical and predictable and Newtonian world, they make sense. We’ve moved beyond logical now. We’ve inched ever so much closer to miraculous.

In your very depths is this huge capacity for compassion. The most hideous and desperate are sacred there. Every millimeter of you is faultless. Deformity is not an option through lenses of love. Pain is not perceived by a pure heart. How could it be that this “other” could hurt you? This “other” is you. Open your eyes and see yourself.

In all your anger and sadness, accusations and self pity, there rests just one truth. This is the recognition of love. Love is remembered, it is not found. In your first moment, birthed from Source, love was all you knew. Your glory lit the sky and we all gave thanks for your arrival.

Hidden beneath your fear of exposure is that brilliance from your beginning. It peeks out the cracks in your armor and tells us we are the same. We are bits of light, moments of love, armfuls of happy. We are so much more than any logical, fearful thought.

Our time as human is limited. None of us know how long we’ll be with each other. Embrace the moment you know you share, this moment now, with both hands and let go. Enjoy the ride. Scream with joy, scream with fear if you must yet don’t let the possibility of pain stop you from taking this ride. You are here together for a reason. Your only chance at finding it is on the other end of control.

Free is the gift of Agape. Self love opens all your closed doors and lets us in.

You are the One we’ve been waiting for.

Love Quest Day 5

It is our fifth day. Love yourself. It sounds like a simple thing, doesn’t it? If it were, most of us would be there. Like riding a bike.

We learned about bike riding and self love around the same time. We were very young. When learning both, there was this gentle period of acclimation where someone – mom, dad, big brother, big sister, uncle or aunt – held you until the right moment. It was that moment when you were on your own. Your balance, speed and success were each self determined. You were heading out into the world – solo.

What you gleaned from the lessons they gave very much decided how you approached both self love and bike riding. Did they hold on a little too long out of fear? Did they push you away too soon? How they reflected both for you is evidenced in your style. We are associative beings. We watch, listen and decide for ourselves what will work. Typically, we mimic.

It is time for a new approach. We are all grown up now. We no longer “need” to be held; although some days it feels like that. On those days we comfort ourselves with any one of our addictions. We may blame someone for cutting off our supply, self-medicate or decide to be stoic. Each approach ends with a hollow spot. This is not Agape (self-love).

It can be scary to decide to love anyway. Despite what you may have learned from your elders or any internal objection – you are absolutely lovable. There is no fear in self-love. You don’t need make up, great abs or a large bank account. Whatever you have right now is enough. You hold a spark of eternity. You are love embodied. Today.

There is no fault that separates you from being worthy of this love. Its discovery is sort of like that moment when you realize no one is holding on to the bike (or to you) and you are moving on your own; shocking and thrilling all at once. When it happened for me, I opened my mouth to yell with joy and a bug flew in. Not what I expected and sort of gross. I kept on riding.

The thing is, you can keep going with your mouth shut worried about the bug possibility or you can keep going screaming with joy anyway. Both will get you there. One way sounds like fun; the other sounds like work.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve got enough to do. I’m not looking to give myself any more jobs. Self-love is not something you have to earn. It is free and equally available. No one else is counting how much you take or worrying about you getting theirs. No one is keeping score. You are the only one who actually knows how much you’ve got.

Sometimes you see people and they arrive full out. Nothing is missing with them and as a result they expect nothing from you. They are not asking you to support their anxiety or fill up their empty spots. They are present. Whether you like them or not, you can’t help but appreciate their lack of dependence. It is refreshing.

Agape is not something that was on the to-do list of those who came before us. If you were shown how to love yourself as a child, you are quite fortunate. If not, doing so now will bring up all sorts of anxiety. It will feel “wrong”. It is not. It is just different.

You are okay, all by yourself. You are good enough to shower with love. Treat yourself tenderly, this is new ground and you may want training wheels. Go ahead, be good to yourself. Give yourself whatever you need. Smile. This is one thing you have to do alone. It is time.

You are the One you’ve been waiting for.

Love Quest Day 4

Welcome to day 4! At the midpoint of our Quest today, we are “just as far in as we’ll ever be out”. (Anna Nalick)

There have been some times I’ve seen with my heart and some times I’ve seen with my head. My buttons are still there, waiting to be pushed. The difference now is that rather than being swallowed up by them, I know where they are. I recognize them and feel when they are being pushed before I respond. At that point, I am more in charge of my responses than I’ve ever been.

Agape is power. It takes control of your life and adds order to it. Until now, you may feel somewhat pushed around by the events, people and even the places of your days. The ups and downs of your moods are dependent on what or who you run into. This can change.

Unconditional love is a force. It is already running through the very heart of you. It has just been camouflaged with judgment and blame; with failure and defeat. These emotions are not truth. They are markers. They point out places where love is hiding.

There are no parts of you imperfect. Loves imprint has marked you permanently. You are love. Nothing you can think, say or do changes that. At your very core is acceptance without condition. To live this way is not something you’ll have to learn, it is something you’ll have to remember.

Moments of remembering are announced with happiness. Joy is the companion we seek. Until now she has arrived unbidden. We can call Joy forth in every moment with unconditional love. This is the power of Agape.

In order to utilize this power, you’ll have to change your operating system. You’ve engaged the world as if it has control and determines your mood. It has looked like this: You are walking along, singing a song and someone approaches. You stop, look at who they are and feel however they make you feel. The options are many.

Your new operating system has been designed in reverse. You are walking along singing a song and you feel grateful, loving, happy, abundant and peaceful. Someone approaches. You stop and look. Your feelings can no longer be manipulated by your environment. You’ve set them to run on self-love 24-7.

What happens now? You can predict the outcome of every encounter. You are in control; dependent on no one to fill you up or push your buttons to get you going. This is a powerful place in which you stand. It is a place of sovereignty. It is where you are home.

Your operating system can be changed regardless of your age or history. New hardware is not required. This is not an upgrade. It is more like a removal of a malicious virus. Once accomplished, you are ready for whatever and whoever you walk into.

Power comes from knowing the answer. You do. It is resting in your heart and available for every question, encounter and seeming setback. Life happens. Sometimes we are broke, broken or broken hearted. These feelings do not define you, they are landscapes. Backdrops for the unique and gentle stroke of your hand, your heart, your light. The answer is Agape.

Love your self in every encounter, circumstance and moment. There is a part of you that does you know. He or she has been waiting a very long time for you to get with the program. YOU are the One you’ve been waiting for.

Love Quest Day 3

It is our third day. Perhaps you’ve begun to see with eyes of Agape. Perhaps not. Sometimes we look without seeing anyone at all. Not because there is no one there; it’s that we aren’t seeing.

Your heart asks you to pay attention to everyone within view. Everyone. If you consider the thought that you know almost everyone you’ll see today – from the days before today – why then would you need to focus even more on them? You’ve encountered them before and are pretty familiar with what they will probably say. Perhaps they ring up your groceries. Perhaps they sit at your dinner table. This doesn’t appear to demand your full involvement.

What if you were told that today you’d meet Source. You weren’t told who Source would show up as, but you were guaranteed that one of your conversations today would be with him/her. Now that would get your attention! What an incredible opportunity; to connect with Absolute Truth, Eternal Essence and Pure Love. You would be on high alert. Everyone would matter. Everyone.

Everyone does matter, and when you start to connect with them as if they do, magic happens. There are no small moments. There are no insignificant acts of love. Your heart knows this.

Seeing with your heart is sort of like using “X-ray vision” glasses. Only instead of bones you are looking at Truth. What’s there is a being, defining him or her self with each word and action. Although you may be hearing the words they are speaking, they are not about you. They are echoes of the internal dialog going on inside their head.

If you listen with your head, you’ll hear echoes of your own internal chatter. It’s a wonder any of us manage to communicate.

Seeing and listening from your heart opens up a whole new world of calm. Suddenly no one is at fault. Empathy becomes the great equalizer. Agape erupts without a sound.

The heart sees only unity. Today, see everyone as Source and watch what happens. When we sense familiarity and acceptance, we light up. It’ll be like walking around engulfed by “motion detector” lights.

We are One and we sparkle like a star studded sky…

We are the One we’ve been waiting for.

Love Quest Day 2

Welcome to our second day! We’ve noticed what Agape is NOT. Let’s move along a bit further.

We can see now parts of ourselves we’ve found to be unacceptable - so much so that we cannot look at them. The first step towards changing anything is recognition. What’s not working? This journey is not so much about fixing what is wrong as seeing what is going on. We are not broken. We are in varying levels of pain and healing.

To move through these parts we’ll have to accept them without shame. This is not a pretty process or a simple one. None of us are exempt. How do we see with our hearts instead of our heads?

Compassion is key. Look at each other. Find not fault, but empathy. I am your sister. He is your brother. You know how we feel. You’ve been here on some level. We are not “wrong” or “strange” or “uncomfortable”; we are doing the best we can with what we have.

As your emotional trigger gets pushed, and you feel the rise of anger, pity, annoyance or opinion – STOP. You are looking right now at an aspect of yourself you’d rather not. This “other”, the one killing your otherwise sunny disposition, reminds you of you. This memory is familiar. It is uncomfortable. You’ve labeled it “not good”. You want it to stop. It reminds you of why you feel so bad sometimes.

You are not wrong or bad for feeling this way. You’ve been trained by a lifetime of habit. Very early on you learned specific responses; they are engrained in your brain. You feel familiarity around them. You may actually seek to create them if they are not already there. You label them your personality: “I am me. I like these types of things and people. I don’t like these types of things and people.”

You are speaking here as the little you. This is the you that is determined by circumstance. It is not the Great You. The Great You is self defined, embodied and present in every moment. The Great You greets every circumstance, welcomes and embraces it.

The Great You has preferences without opinion. He or she may like a certain color more than another. I was with a little guy this past weekend who is just learning his colors. So far he knows “yeyow”. His response to any “What color is this?” question is exactly the same: “yeyow”. To him, color is in a category of One. He is proud and happy to tell you his newly discovered truth.

Now next week he’ll learn another color and the separation begins. There will be “not yeyow” things he’ll have to decide about. What attributes he puts on these new colors will in some way decide how he sees the world. It is that way for all of us.

There are all sorts of “not yeyow” things we’ve already formed opinions about. These decisions feel right and comforting in a constantly shifting world. We can “hang our hat” on these thoughts. We’ve held on to them for such a long time – they must be true.

Yet the number of absolute truths can be held in one hand. The rest are momentary truths and depend on the subject, the speaker and the “time”.

To embody Agape asks that you see with your heart. The heart knows Truth. It can be trusted. You will recognize when your heart is seeing. It sees only love. It sees only Truth. Sort of like seeing all color as “yeyow”, your heart sees all of us as infinite expressions of life. Your heart sees you as exquisite. The heart sees One everywhere it looks.

The inner discomfort you feel when your buttons are pushed is not a signal of error or wrongdoing or imperfection. It is a message from your heart. It is whispering “I know the perfection that is you. Remember. This judgment you are forming is of the little you. I know the Great You. Remember.”

So we spend our formative years learning to categorize and label this 3D world. Then we wake up. We realize these names are just conventions. They are useful in conversations perhaps; not so much in forming beliefs. Names are separators. All is One.

The little you needed them to communicate and make sense of a very big world. The Great You does not. Observe them, yes; and then without opinion see with your heart.

What you’ll find is that reflected in each bit of life and every face is a bit of you. Look directly at yourself and accept each gift. For you are so much greater than the sum of your parts. You are so much more than a name, age, color, title, job, relationship, gender, religion or nationality. You are heaven itself, all wrapped up in a being that, for now, is human.

This Great You is multi-dimensional, the embodiment of Eternal Essence, and certainly bigger than any opinion. This Great You is an honor to know. Thank you for showing up. You are the One we’ve been waiting for.

Love Quest Day 1

Welcome to our Quest for Agape.

To love without condition is surrender. It is ultimate truth. There is nothing that stands in the way of this love; nothing to hide, to protest, to blame, to judge, to avoid. There is nothing to risk.

This is not to say that it feels this way, for it does not. On your way to Agape you’ll want to hide. You may perceive hiding as the safest route to take. Once taken, you’ll realize something; you are not in Agape, you are merely alone. Although love begins within, this is a physical existence. It is meant to be lived out loud, with all of us.

In 2011 these Quests were begun as a path to discover self love and self forgiveness. After 2 years of monthly journeys, we reached a point of understanding. Intellectually we comprehended our own worth.

Yet today, 1 ½ years later, do we experience everyday Agape? What does that look like anyway? It is there I’d like to take us.

We have all chosen beautifully. Our life is made up of mirrors. We are surrounded by each other; gauges for the degree of love which is present. Look around. If someone enrages you internally, you’ve seen your own self-loathing.

This is how it works. As long as there exists in your heart any reason to hate or to be annoyed or to be afraid or to judge or to blame – you do not love. We are all lovable. How is this true? It is true because we are One.

Unity is the answer for every conundrum. Recently I experienced physical evidence for this. An accident left me physically, but temporarily, sort of deformed facially. It’s been 3 weeks and part of my face is still black and blue, while there is a lump protruding from my forehead. Only now do people not look away from my face in public. Three weeks ago this was not the case.

The thing is, I have not changed on the inside. I AM me. I feel whole and attractive and strong and love and the same. In the eyes of almost everyone I’ve met, I am not. I have not been offended by their discomfort and avoidance, just curious. After many repeated and uncomfortable encounters it became perfectly clear who we are.

We are self defined.

The awkward feelings and silent judgments of each stranger I encountered say nothing about who I am – but volumes about who they are. How we react and feel about what and who we encounter outside of our bathroom mirror is a clear image of who we are; clearer than any piece of glass can provide. I was a problem for everyone but me these last few weeks.

I am not diminished by their judgment, while they suffer. I know I am more than these lumps and bruises. I am a piece of eternity; whole and beautiful; as are you.

You are a Master; only Masters can incarnate as human. You have come here to challenge yourself, to see yourself with lumps and bruises and to remember who you are.

Love is not perfectly dressed, photo-shopped, planned, or performed. It is sometimes lumpy and may leave ugliness on the outside. Love doesn’t show on the outside. On the outside is “window dressing”, which is fun and part of being human but not the point of this Quest. This Quest is about finding what’s beautiful on the inside. That’s where you are.

Remember. Remember who you are – a bit of Source who showed up on planet Earth to show us how it’s done.

You are the One we’ve been waiting for.

You could be doing anything else right now, any wonderful, fun, mind expanding thing. Yet you are not, you are reading these words. So they better be worth it.

We find ourselves in such an incredible moment of history, there are words everywhere talking about it, competing for your attention. Which ones you choose will flavor your day and color your picture of our global story.

Try as I might NOT to bias these words with any particular slant, it happens. Regardless of what name I call it, you are reading only my opinion. Now if you agree on some level, you may look this blog up again. If not, you may not. So this moment could very well be the one and only chance to share with you some thoughts. I’ve come to believe these thoughts only matter if in some way they are helpful, not only to you but to us. We have a planet to awaken.

There are fewer blog posts lately for this reason. The past monthly Love Quests and frequent blog posts were part of our collective journey to agape and empowerment. We know who we are now. Our next step is to live as sovereign beings. I’d very much like to take this journey together; with another series of Quests. In them we’ll proceed towards freedom. We’ll emerge as Sovereign Beings.

Intellectually we get what sovereignty is – yet it is not how we typically approach every facet of our days. These Quests will explore how to do that, and identify an even deeper truth in our Being.

Perhaps it is another facet of Agape, one that we couldn’t see. It was hidden behind our self hatred and blame. We’ll discover more truth together. Look for the first Quest sometime next month. Check out the Sovereignty Video Series HERE while you wait.

Know that we are getting there. Any harboring of hatred, blame, judgment or self pity is self destructive. We are together building this new era and it will be only and exactly as we see it and expect it. Once we look fearlessly at our own tendencies toward subservience and finger pointing, we liberate ourselves. This creates truly a new age – one filled not with controls, owners and participants, but with self defined and directed, responsible loving beings who gladly answer to no one but themselves.

This is something we’ll do alone and as One, because that’s how creation works. You can’t help but change the world with your every thought.

*Two nights ago, I prepared to enjoy the sunset and twilight of a summer evening. I covered my skin with insect repellent. We’ve had a lot of rain here and the mosquitoes are voracious. I enjoyed a beautiful clear sky and great conversation, but not without swatting away dozens of bugs. I got pretty bitten up, and complained about it.

Yesterday, I again prepared for the outdoors, this time during the daylight hours. I reached for sunscreen from the same bag and noticed it looked remarkably similar to the tube of insect repellent from the night before. A little digging and I discovered the truth. Both tubes are the same size and shape and similarly colored. The only things I’d been protected from the night before were UV rays. Swell. Apparently, I was not miserable enough to inspire action, only to complain about it. Wow.

We all have access to infinite awareness. What follows is directed towards those of us who’ve awakened…

You have chosen an impactful role in the future of mankind. It is true that all of humanity shares in this role, yet so many of us are unaware of the impact that our choices, fear and obedience has. It gives permission, it allows.

In creation of a free will arena, allowing is everything. It is the most powerful emotional response. In fact, it has been so very effective for “the controllers” that you can see the gradually diminishing and asleep majority refuse to “make waves” and instead pay bills, obey the law and keep out of sight – thus “allowing”, on a daily basis. A larger view of mankind is held by the “ones in charge”, who work very hard to see to it that the easier path, the path of “allowing”, works always in their favor.

Conversely, when a human, any human, wants to change or create something different, he or she has been told that it takes hard work, suffering, sacrifice and “going against the grain”. This is not true. Life was and is meant to be easily accomplished. Setting and reaching goals is or is meant to be a natural function of your every day.

The only “grain” you go against is that of the controllers. Anyone with a larger plan, one that encompasses you and your choices/your life, has more interest in that plan than in you. This, for their own well being, not your benefit. There is no form of ownership that is true. All are equal.

There are many beings with other agendas who impact this planet. Their presence, if looked at as a whole and from a ways back, is neither good nor bad. This has been an experiment in creation for all beings.

Drama and negative emotion have fed the archons for eons. They are not new here. The suffering caused by “the controllers” causes conflict, pain and increased/heightened emotional turmoil. This is food for the archons.

The departure of the archons will only be for as long as mankind doesn’t pull them/ask them back. There is no one person who can speak for mankind – only the collective may speak for itself. It does, you know. And that speaking is what creates all of life. This is how it works.

Powerful creator gods subscribe to a policy of non-interference here. They are not so much fed by worship as by challenge/life/creation. This race/mankind has been one of their projects and they will always have interest in its development. It is, with these beings, akin to having children and love is there for humanity.

This experiment has a planned end date because as a whole it will damage more than itself if allowed to go further. The beings running things, the cabal, are as well interested in the betterment of society. Their methods disregard the sanctity of life and thus will never truly “work” for the advancement in a real sense, of any race.

What must be clear by now is that all of creation has free will. You, being a Master, a Human and an inhabitant of this planet, have a bigger say in how this goes than you realize. It is not possible for you to overstep your bounds because everyone enjoys free will, even if unaware. Life is a choice. Your participation is chosen as well as the level at which you participate. The beings spoken of earlier in this post have a different level of participation than perhaps you do. It is all part of your learning about creation. This is one of your reasons for being here.

When you understand that life continues regardless of what happens here, you will detach even further from anger and pain at injustice. This is a tricky position to hold because compassion is necessary in order to encompass every element of true creation. This includes love.

Some of these beings, such as the one called “Poser” and the archons do not experience love as we understand it. Both are powerful in their own right yet missing a key ingredient (love). The powerful creator beings mentioned do have the best interests of humanity at their heart. What they don’t have as a goal is the sovereignty of humankind.

This is because sovereignty is something that must be self accomplished. This experiment – growth, pain, control and hardship in order to reach for the light – has only been so effective. Mankind has in many cases, chosen to give up rather than retain faith and intend to change things. It is unclear that mankind will, as a whole, overthrow this controlling element without help. It looks as if there is potential still for that to occur, but not without more death, pain and turmoil.

The deadline (for the experiment to be over/the event) mentioned in several places of 2016 or 2017 exists as a beam of hope really, if it can be seen that way. There is no one here to do this for humanity. You chose this. You chose this from a point of understanding that life does not ever end.

It is your compassion that causes you to feel so much pain at the suffering that is ongoing. This is what sets you apart from the archons and the Poser. That distinction allows you to see a bigger picture here. It is the fact of your humanity that makes you the most powerful player here. With this information you have a broader view of what is happening while you are living it.

You cannot know the mind of every being. This experiment continues because the mind of man as a whole is not convinced it has the power to change it. *(Perhaps it is not yet miserable enough.) When mankind knows ONENESS truly, the “allowing” of suffering on any level will not be permitted; mankind will work only to alleviate it. The experiment continues because humanity is like an organism – growing and evolving and LEARNING as it does so. To abort before the lesson is learned is not part of the natural order. Faith and trust that self destruction will not occur is necessary.

You are here to teach. Teach love, sovereignty, unity and action. Teach from your perspective. Free will is paramount to the continuation of life for humanity. All is choice.

Although you as a human do not or did not always know there was and is a controlling element – you as a being always knew. You came here now with full knowledge of all you were capable of and who you are, as well as the situation you were coming into. You arrived anxious to learn and to participate; to do your part.

From a much broader perspective, you are seen as one of many beings of light – brilliant and radiant. Your reach is further than your current imaginings. You hold in your heart the power to alter worlds. This is why you’ve gathered here.

Every one of you is a Master and capable of more than you know. There is not so much the thought that someone is holding you back and preventing an end – there is only you – creating life, orchestrating every moment beautifully, perfectly and with absolute balance.

We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for.

As the fabric within which we are wrapped is shed – our new skin pokes through here and there. It is felt in vibratory accelerations that keep us both wide awake and “humming” all night, or in deep fatigue that makes it difficult to get up in the morning. It looks like an acceptance of alternative lifestyles as each of us knows someone who’s attended or held a same sex marriage ceremony; and shop owners allow homeless patrons to use their bathrooms on a daily basis without hesitation or comment. It is told in our “x-files” type stories, of occurrences with out of this world beings, objects or ships. It is known in our hearts – we feel different and love bigger.

We no longer have to wait to read or watch for signs of the shift, they occur in our everyday. This gradual metamorphosis of the human is occurring not in spite of or because of any one being or group. It is happening within us all. We are this change; every single one of us.

The death of Robin Williams left a hole. His gift was himself. He offered us a multitude of joyful surprises. He gave us moments of departure from this fabric of time and a complete immersion in his zany, hysterical reality. This place, the place Robin led us, was a place where anything was possible – we were boundless and he showed us a glimpse of what we could do there.

We are falling into that place each moment now – quietly, slowly, and sometimes suddenly. Perhaps Robin couldn’t maintain his balance, standing in both worlds any longer. We can never know anyone else deeply enough to understand their reasons for action. I am grateful for that, and have given up trying to figure any of it out. What I know is that I feel Robin’s departure and wish I’d thanked him for his gift, before he left.

This place we are creating is filled with many things. All of it is a gift. With death, we value life. With poverty, we appreciate prosperity. With illness, we understand health. There will always be contrast here, it exists as fuel for creation and we are creation junkies. This new fabric is akin to “Joseph’s Coat of Many Colors” – beautiful and beyond description.

There is no single way to evolve, shift, live or die; all is choice. As we traverse 2014, there will be so many news reports and situations that come up. Don’t resist feeling them. Allow them to move through your new skin like a cloud – uncomfortable and strange for a moment and then gone. It is this practice that creates an exquisite tapestry, one that is fluid, free and fearless.

Life is not about protection; we no longer need a veil. Indeed, many of us are already beyond there much of the time anyway. No, this fabric is one of acceptance. Fear, anger and sadness build walls and pockets of pain. Who you are is beyond any wall and with no need to hold onto anything – without any pockets. Who you are is life and love expressed in physical form. You are able to grow and shed skin after skin with deep appreciation for each layer that emerges.

You are here as a witness to infinity as you watch yourself emerge without bounds. You are the One you’ve been waiting for.

Attention Deficit or Attention Excess?

My son just returned from a 500+ mile canoe trip which ended north of the Arctic Circle. He talks about his concept of time and how the experience completely altered it. This 45 day trip occurred out of “time”. It exists as a whole; separate and without any connection to this life he’s just returned to.

I am reading the series of Carlos Castaneda books. In them, he refers to remembering his “lessons” which occurred not here, but in a place he refers to as his “second attention”. You may call it another dimension or beyond the veil. He too, mentions how when the memories come, they are not recalled in a linear fashion. They occur as a single unit, as if happening all at once. The memory brings with it immediate presence – the feelings, sounds, tastes and sensations. It is as if it is happening right now.

“Time” is of this “dimension”. When life is reduced to simply living it, time is perhaps not necessary as a form of measurement. It has become here a severe task master. We run out of it, race to beat it; fight its appearance on our bodies and in many ways feel run by its movement. It tells us when we can play, work, sleep and eat. We feel cheated or guilty by taking too much or too little of it. Yet it is all illusion, measured by mechanical movements on a clock.

What else is controlling our lives? We travelled to the northern most part of the United States to retrieve our son after his adventure. Here we notice less visible control. Construction crews working on roads with perhaps a few orange cones to alert oncoming drivers. This, in sharp contrast to the Chicago area where red lights and speed limits are either “photo enforced” or “monitored by aircraft”.

People smile and look you in the eyes up here. They are the only eyes watching you. With the time illusion a bit relaxed, you breathe a bit deeper and notice.

What is noticed is that our life is a construct of our perceptions and can be altered significantly by our surroundings. In the Arctic this summer, these six boys were masters of their every day. They were driven to decisions by weather, gear and their intended goal – to reach the Arctic Ocean. It was to their advantage to notice the details; in fact, it was necessary. They let everything in.

What we found when meeting them again were vibrant, strong, powerful, joyful beings. They positively glowed. This is what sovereignty looks like. These young men know that they can handle life under any circumstance. They were strangers in June and a single unit in August.

This is Oneness. It happens naturally if allowed. If left to our own devices, it is the way we’d choose to orchestrate our life.

The difference between allowing and resisting can be equated to the difference between love and fear, or essence and ego. The energy it takes to define and then resist, with a list full of reasons why it’s necessary to do so, is enormous. Allowing is expansive while resistance contracts, pulls in and hides. Allowing says “yes!” and produces growth while resisting halts further inquiry. “Yes” is often much more fun than “no”.

It can become habit to say either initially. Consciousness asks us to pay attention to our answers before they come out of our mouths. Awareness means we take everything in. Refusing nothing, the world becomes a feast for our eyes and our bodies. We see it all. Without holding an opinion about what has merit and what does not, we explore. This is Attention Excessrather than Attention Deficit.

The definition of deficit is “to fall short of the required amount”. Required by whom and for what? Required by a government system of education to define and refine what is taken in and how. We are obedient students, never knowing what it is we are missing while we are following instructions, (see video).

Since writing this post, I’ve seen the movie “Lucy”. In it, Scarlett Johanssen makes the statement that without time to slow us down; we’d disappear into the everything (becoming light itself). There is a vast difference between merely introducing time as a construct within which to experience life, and manipulating/controlling which experiences are had there.

Increased awareness/consciousness asks us to dance a new dance with time. The old steps are no longer taking us anywhere. It is not your job to follow or lead, but to allow the dance to emerge. This is free style; it is synchronized beautifully. Let it go. What we’ll find is beyond our wildest imaginings.

We’ll get there as One. Let’s dance. We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for.

8-8-2014 Call to Action

God is real. Although gender is not applicable, for this discussion god will be referred to as male. For this discussion, god is not the same as Source, One or the Creator. He is a powerful being, who has been here for eons. He is and has been called by many names. It is tempting to refer to him as a “false god” yet that would be inaccurate. He fits the definition, which, according to Webster’s New World dictionary, is “any of various beings conceived of as supernatural, immortal and having special powers over the lives and affairs of people and the course of nature; deity, esp. a male deity, typically considered objects of worship.”

God, in humanity’s terms, is immortal. He came before us and will be here after us. Unless he leaves, which is the point of this discussion.

We keep hearing that it is up to us to change things. That we are the most powerful beings here. That nothing happens until and unless we believe and intend that it happen.

We understand that beneath all the war mongering and money manipulation and health scares are a very small group of beings whose drive for control has created it completely – they own the planet and run everything. Their god, the demiurge, is the same as the god feared or worshipped by the 99%. This brilliant being holds all the cards.

Yet he is not more powerful than you or I. Like a leech, he depends on his host. He needs our worship and attention; our fear of him. It is his addiction, his Achilles Heel.

We’ve been told there will come a day of judgment, an end to this game. That at that moment, this god and his minions will be forced to leave and there will be a course correction. We’ve been waiting. There are and have been many dates predicted.

We are the most powerful players here and with each day we sense the power in our convictions and intentions. We see evidence daily of creation at our own hands. We see through the attempted manipulation by the “powers that were”. The end of this world domination is crystal clear.

The key player is god, the being who I’ve referred to as the ‘poser. He is here with our permission and consent. I propose we command him to go. Let’s do what we came here to do, on our own terms.

With clarity and conviction this is possible. The ‘poser feeds on fear and doubt, obedience and subservience. You are none of those things. It may be true that only one of us with a clear heart is needed to accomplish this. Yet this is our planet and together, as One, our responsibility to take care of. Like an exterminator, we can eradicate this pest.

The ‘poser does not hold more power than you do. He is not human. He is not interested in you at all actually. We are playthings to him and nothing more. His bottom line is “what’s in it for me”. Which, btw, is the bottom line of every corporate entity on the planet right now. His “creation” has most certainly been “in his image”, and what he would consider a rousing success.

Once he is gone, the rest will fall in on itself. We can do something to help bring the violence and corruption to and end. We can send the ‘poser away.

It is not magic or any special powers that will accomplish and expedite his exit. It is clarity, love, peace. Anger is not necessary, nor hatred. This being feeds on those things and will only hang around for more. What is necessary is force – personal conviction and intent. What is needed is belief. You can do this.

Headlines have all of us wondering what we can do and when it will end. This is a way to end it sooner, rather than later.

I’ve sent out entities from my home that did not serve me or my family. They were feeding on our fear and disconnect and attempting to amplify both. It took a clear statement and then, a few minutes wait. They left. Fear is a magnet for certain beings. It is food for them. They were not sent out with judgment, hatred or anger – but with clarity and strength.

We can send this being away. With his departure there will be room for peace, power and prosperity. See only the outcome that benefits all of us and hold that vision daily as changes ensue. In our collective intent is held the world we live in.

For one moment, on 8-8-2014, at twelve noon US Central time, command the ‘poser to leave. Use the following or any other words of clarity and strength:

“I command the ‘poser to leave this planet. I patiently refuse to observe any casualties, while at my heart I continue to sing - Let freedom, love, abundance, peace and healing replace control, domination, sickness, violence and fear on this earth now without him. And so it is.”

That’s it. It will take but a moment. The date and time is suggested here for strength in unity, yet this can be done today and anytime. I believe we will sense when it is no longer necessary.

Signs of us

As we discard the ego-self, a process of deep discovery emerges. It arrives unbidden and in unexpected moments. It is heralded by feelings of comfort and joy. You have touched, if only for a nano-second, the truth. Who you are is not afraid, anxious, controlling, demanding or confused. Who you are is truth. You are love. You resonate inside a field of freedom.

These glimpses of the real you can’t help but peek out now – they are finding a welcome atmosphere inside the current vibration on the planet. Like moths to the flame, they cannot resist. It is time.

What you can do is notice them. Then, with awareness, realize the circumstance in which they emerged and decide to set it up as often as possible. Power, beauty, strength, happiness, joy, peace and love are your birthright. They are not occasional frivolous emotions but indicators of truth. If you are looking for direction, you will find it there.

Stress and anxiety arise when you are not “in sync” with what is going on. Who, why or how doesn’t matter so much at those moments – moving into something else does. They (feelings of stress and anxiety) are like warning lights on your phone: “currently operating at 10%”. If you don’t plug in soon, all power will be depleted.

You are a beacon of light. You function consistently well with a constant stream of energy. What lights you up? How are you the most successful? When are you joyful? Where does your power emerge? Who do you love?

At the core of the answer to each of these queries is you. But you do not live in a vacuum. You are gloriously surrounded with the rest of us, who may or may not be operating from our own truth when we interact. That’s okay and very much why we have met here now. We are here to show the way, to be the light and to share the love.

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

We have arrived, or better said, noticed now, a spot that is constantly adjusting – seemingly to our every thought. This is the beginning stage of consciousness; awareness. Until now, terms such as “the law of attraction” seemed like magic – only distant, occasional possibilities. This perspective has changed as we today see evidence of our thoughts and words appear before our eyes as a matter of course. This, as a function and effect of the vibratory changes on the planet and within. There is everyday evidence of creation and no doubt as to who is doing the creating. It is us.

As you swim in a sea of reports and predictions about violence, catastrophe and collapse, it will benefit you astronomically to remember who is at the wheel. The controls have never been turned over, regardless of how it looks. Thoughts, words and actions create. It is the same for every one of us.

There are no greater powers than those you hold. Pay attention to the synchronicities of your day to day – they exist as “evidence” for your creative power and are ever so much more immediate and life changing than the goings on of world banks and governments.

For sure remain aware of global events as they unfold, yet focus on your own life. You are creating the future with every thought and word. As “time” seems to accelerate, “now” is constantly re-defined. It is never the same “now”; only by your own repetitive re-definition does it feel the same.

It can change in an instant and at your command – with each re-focus of intention and attention. This you know. “Now” feels as oppressive and negative as your conversations around it. It is through voice and emotions that life is constructed; your life.

The slavery mindset with its continual complaint about its hopelessness only perpetuates the hopelessness felt and experienced. It is consensus that moves things forward and along. The wishes of the many take precedence and determine the timing and structure of events.

All events co-created are unable to be precisely predicted. This means worldwide actions are never an absolute certainty or calendar date. Life is a work in progress. Decisions about where it is going are collectively made. The loudest among us have an effect only to the extent that their choice is heeded by the rest of us.

Choose, intend and focus on the scenario that serves you. You are not here by accident, but by choice. Your obstacles are intended to produce in you the most rapid growth. See them as tools rather than stop signs.

We are called upon now to utilize the creative power we’ve only recently become aware of; to accelerate this shift to unity and collaboration – to love. A violent instigation is not necessary, regardless of prophecy.

The shift is upon us, yet the journey stands ahead, waiting for our instruction. Intend highest and best for all concerned, abundance in all arenas and a seamless transformation. Expect love and your story will demonstrate your expectation.

It is your strength and determination that has gotten you this far. Your light provides a beacon for the rest of us to follow.

Owning Freedom

We sense now a freedom because there is this energy of release that is blowing, a pre-cursor to this letting go of the iron grip held by the “controllers”.

Freedom is not a state we fully comprehend. It is an absence of debt in any sense – emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual.

The process of liberation is gradual and will be accomplished with persistence as well as tenacious, relentless focus. You cannot be partially free.

To act from a self determined point of view means that each moment is approached and conducted by choice. We have been asleep for a lifetime. Things like paying taxes and fraudulent debt to corrupt systems are symptoms of slavery, not definitions of it.

Slavery is actually experienced internally and can be defined as a state of mind that imagines you are held back, limited or controlled by another being. This is present in society today as a matter of course.

Once the chains are lifted and those controlling you have been removed, what then? It will be upon us to determine what to do. An absence of debt is something experienced primarily by the very young. It allows for movement in any direction. It does not guarantee prosperity or love or “justice”. What it does is unleash your individual capacity to decide for yourself – everything.

To act in full consciousness exudes power. To experience the day to day from a perspective of choice rather than fear is not something we are used to.

Many of our actions are taken to avoid pain – we obey rules and follow societal guidelines so we’ll fit in and be “allowed” to live comfortably. The hierarchy of economics alone has you in a pre-determined spot you are mostly helpless to get out of.

A world without any monetary system of exchange is most likely not in our immediate future. That may be where we are headed, but today it is light years beyond the general agreement of man. Humanity chose to do this itself – accomplish liberation and then, define and structure its own society.

What this means is that as a group we are ripe for control all over again, simply because we don’t know any other way. Ideas of acceptance, allowance and freedom will have to come from the heart of each of us. This means adopting a sense of duty when that feels appropriate.

No actions or attitudes will be undergone from a place of fear when we are actually free. Take each thought and action and reconsider its origin. We are masters at controlling each other. Emotional debt is something that can never be completely paid unless released by both parties.

What will it mean to live free? Certainly there will be no financial manipulation, but perhaps not as certainly there will be things like freedom to decide necessary elements for happiness – to include education, housing, government, money, work, recreation, love and artistic expression. These are not all the facets of life but they are the ones now manipulated by those with an agenda.

Once man takes control of this world into his heart, it will operate as if each of us has equal relevance, importance and value. This is truth. The knowing and experiencing of this will demand an unobstructed view of all possibilities. Seen clearly, decisions can be made that incorporate human rights.

Much of our language today was constructed as a result of the inequality that exists; a by-product of the program of control. “Human Rights” are only an issue if there has been systemic abuse. Man’s desire for control is part of his brilliance, yet it is also what is responsible for the domination effort that has taken over here.

There is a deep knowing of Unity that must emerge along with the physical liberation we are undergoing. Only that truth, held and cherished within, will guard against further corruption. This “truth” is what has been kept out of our media and government systems to the extent that we have forgotten. We believe we are separate and there we justify the horrors of the modern world.

Ownership, worship, wealth and domination can exist only in a place that believes they are possible. Sovereign and equal beings live in concert with every life form. The nuances of control are easy to spot with eyes wide open. They do not exist outside of us.

Love and freedom are really the same thing. Both are by products of trust.

This shift will not be easy, yet it will be simply defined. With an open heart and a willingness to collaborate we can together become what alone was not possible. Change is the reason we are here. To experience this while physical is an extra-ordinary gift.

Generations of programming have not altered our course. We are waking up, as One, now catching glimpses of our multi-dimensional glory. We are magnificent. We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for.

The Choosing

If you focus only on life as you see depicted in your daily activities, it is only that world that you will conjure. Your eyesight must withdraw from form as you know it, and tap deeply into other arenas. These are places you have denied as real, perhaps disregarded them as dreams, yet all that you are capable of perceiving – is life.

You are life, drawn from the blueprint of Source itself. How then could it be that anything you imagine is not life as well?

The fabric of existence is woven from luminescent fibers of what can loosely be labeled “thoughts”. These ideas, or thoughts, spring from Source and are thus imbued with the very essence of creation, aka eternal essence. All of life is an extension of life – how far backward or foreword it reaches is irrelevant. The notion of before/after or first/last or older/newer is a nonsensical one.

It is akin to questioning the numeric value of love; an impossible quest.

Life is. You are. Expansion becomes the not completely satisfying way to express why we are here and how it all works.

If there is a reason for “the experiment” as it’s been called, and this ongoing emergence and awareness – it may be found perhaps in the word “stimulation”. Contrast provides unending opportunities to inspire creation.

We are in many ways overwhelmed with stimulation here. When beings come in, via channeling, they at first remark on how “wet” the body is, how distracting and crowded we are and how LOUD everything is. These attributes exist regardless of sex, location or heritage – which provide a host of additional layers to these human suits.

Life is glorious, exciting, hideous and solitary. It is accomplished in unison, as ONE; while every breath is taken alone. As we develop the capacity to embody truth, we express eternity with every decision.

Choose who you are and the expression of your intent will be the only person looking back at you from the mirror. Make the choice regardless of health or wealth or imagined happiness. That choice is truly all that you have.

With every breath it is the choosing that emanates. We see not your illness or your struggle but you in each interaction. It is our deepest wish that you too recognize the magnificence of your truth.

For all of our differences, we become ONE in purpose. We are here to express and expand the condition known as life. All of our challenges yield growth; further our knowledge and lay groundwork for creation. All of this, fueled by Source, the spark of love that makes it all possible.

Why have this conversation? To introduce an idea that all of our moments hold equal importance and relevance. There is no such thing as before or after.

You are already enlightened, healed, expanded, ascended and multi-dimensional. This ride was so good that you are right now focused on it again; like re-living a spectacular afternoon. There is no other more powerful or perfect for this moment than you.

Dear Sophia,

The ONLY reason why we have not been "formally" told by our government that our species is in constant contact with Extraterrestrial and Ultradimensional Aliens is because of POWER. Power over others, power to do, power to own and sell new technology. The reasons why Alien species have not made their presence commonly known to the human masses is because of PERSONAL AGENDAS and our own blindness. There are agendas that benefit them, and our shadow governments, to keep us in the dark. And it's not because most of us plebs would panic and kill ourselves. Nope. It's about us plebs having access to technology, knowledge and awareness that would make each person unstoppable and uncontrollable. And our own blindness, well, we refuse to see them.

ETs and UlraDs DO exist. They are all around us. A while back I talked about how I wanted to develop a methodology of teleportation. One that could be used by everyone on the planet, to travel anywhere they wanted to go. About half the responses I received to this possibility were from people telling me not to discover or disseminate this information. Why? Because, according to them, it was going to be used to abuse power, for criminals to pop up inside their bedrooms and rob or rape them. Basically, they were firmly against the dissemination of this technology due to fear. Plain and simple.

I am no stranger to UFOs, I have seen them various times throughout my life, and usually in highly populated areas. It has occurred to me that most people wouldn't see them unless one points up to them and says, "look! there's a UFO up there!" and they would then see it. But often forget about it a couple of days later. We are extremely good at limiting ourselves. Our own limits benefit our spectrum of reality, the things we become aware of, and the things we remember. The main reason is collective agreement of the reality we presently choose to live in. And a holding on to whatever importance and games we are heavily invested in. One of the limits is about our true history. Where we came from, our origins, our nature, our abilities, capacities, and power. As a collective, what was impossible 100 years ago, is now common. Change in reality happens all the time, and something that did not exist, or was possible one moment, is possible and completely normal the next.

We do this as a society. Each society having it's own limitations, awareness of surroundings, beliefs about men and women, family, power, and all the rest. Even some countries in the West have fully embraced the knowledge and knowing that ETs and their crafts exist. But in the USA it's stilled officially "laughed at". Because the alternative would be for the shadow government having to share all the technology that has been reversed engineered by the shadow government and private enterprises. It would mean that suddenly, we could all have small devices in our homes that would provide enough energy to run a regular house for hundreds of years and more. But the more people who become aware of something, the more it becomes "normal" for us as a society, as a species, and the faster it manifests in our daily lives. Anyone over 30 will remember the days before smartphones, for example, or even cell phones! They were just a fantasy depicted in sci-fi movies. Now look at us.

Another interesting bit of information that is being "discovered" around the world is that our history goes way longer than the few thousand years we thought we even existed. And to support that information as true, all sorts of highly advanced cities and pyramids are beings discovered around the planet, in the Oceans, Poles, inside mountains (which were thought to be natural formations) and other interesting locations.

So, what do ETs, UltraDs, UFOs and Teleportation have in common? Simple. It's "vibration", or resonance. Looking back at the moments when I have seen UFOs, and the times when I was able to spontaneously teleport, the common denominator was vibration, or resonance to a certain frequency of vibration. Think of it as a camera changing focus, or a radio changing stations. The moments in which UFOs appeared, they seem to be responding to an energy, feeling and a mind set I, that I and present individuals were feeling. It is almost like certain ET technology is designed to respond to us. This is clearly seen in key locations on the planet where people gather to UFO watch, or with those individuals who have learned to "call UFOs" at will.

And at least one UFO technology appears to use teleportation through time and space to make themselves present in our 3D awareness of the world. Keep in mind that there are multiple races of ET, and UltraDs around. Not all friendly, or unfriendly, so use your discernment and process your fear (which can be used against you).

This is just the tip of the iceberg. The fact that our shadow governments refuse to share this technology with us, that we are not educated on the use of teleportation or expanded awareness communication, CANNOT stop us from "discovering" these methods and technologies ourselves. The more of us look at these topics, these possibilities (even if we think they are farfetched), the more of us look toward these possibilities, without judgment, the faster and wider the door will open for us to access the technology and abilities.

All we need are numbers. More individuals looking. We are extremely powerful by ourselves, and even more so when we join in intent. What do you say? Want to look in this direction with me? All you, all the time

Your understanding of a sovereign being is not complete. You do not embody sovereignty, but play at it with words. As long as there is fear present as a gut reaction to an illusory form of any kind – animate or inanimate – you are not sovereign. Sovereignty is not a condition only present when you have “won over” some deceptive or criminal act; it is present 24/7.

Mastery of the physical form will propel you to sovereignty. Sovereignty is not merely a declaration of independence. It is being true to only one form, the one that is embodied and focused on NOW. This truth can be understood many ways.

Full consciousness demands constant attention, tenacity and 100% of your ability. We humans have become lazy and in a sense demanding of our right to “take a break” from awareness and attention and focus – seeing these merely as “more work”.

This was intentional. The enslavement was primarily always interested in our minds rather than our bodies. If they (our minds) become exhausted or fruitless enterprises, we are easier to control.

Things like entertaining gadgets appeal to young ones especially; who are like sponges and then grow up addicted to everything a machine is saying to and about them. This, RATHER THAN thinking, creating, or making a more productive, engaging and powerful existence. Awareness of this manipulation is necessary for a complete picture of this life.

In order to alter the physical, you must hold no remnant of an idea that this is something that is “hard”. Look at it as you would any skill you are attempting to Master. There is trial and error, and as you explore you get better at it while it gets easier to do.

Mastery of anything takes attention and practice. The steps utilized are:

Focus

Exploration

Trial

Error

Practice

More Exploration

and mostly – Repetition

Unless you have control of all the facets of creation at your disposal, you will not recognize your own hand when things show up. What is meant by the term “control” is clarity and awareness. The probability and possibility of manifestation exists at a much greater percentage than you give it credit for. This is so that you remain asleep and unaware of the power in words, in situations, in sound and even in the places you gather. All of these change the emotional level held and therefore what is created.

Consciousness is more than a full time job; it is a state of being. Once you have gotten there, what happens is that your life can be more easily tracked and understood. Not with a sense of blame or fault but with awareness – so that choices made are either desired or changed if they are not (desired).

All this is to say not that your life is your fault; rather that your life is YOU. It is not partially you; it is a conglomeration of the result of your creative power. Power which is and always has been affected by all you take in – your surroundings, environment and community.

If you take just one aspect of your life, specifically one in which you’ve divorced responsibility from, and really look at it – it becomes obvious how it occurs. The thoughts you hold, beliefs you have, words you repeat silently or aloud, conversations you partake in, music and programs you listen to – all of these are creative. You are a sponge but more than that – not an inert absorber of information, but a sentient being. All that is taken in becomes then a part of what turns into your life.

Practice and repetition are necessary for Mastery of anything at all. Mastery is not something magically bestowed on a deserving few, but the end result of focus and determination and intent by a single sovereign being. This is you. This is me. This is us.

We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for.

All Together Now - "I AM"

How much your days complete themselves to your satisfaction and pleasure has

everything to do with your intent upon rising. Do not assume that a morning

spent in a state of sorrow or less than pleasant spirits will turn around on its

own to be joyful. Mindfulness is key to consciousness.

We have heard this before. Tich Nhat Hanh writes about the joy found in every

moment in “The Miracle of Mindfulness”. It is a state of mind yielding much

pleasure. To attain it on a moment to moment basis demands vigilance.

This may sound like a lot to do when in fact, with awareness – it is a natural

and constant effort.

What life has presented us in every instance is far more interesting than any

self absorption. We are, each of us, only too anxious to explain and discuss

the nuances of our lives to each other. This is polite conversation, discourse.

This is how we share and know each other.

The saints and revered ones among us are known for not much more

than turning this around. In their company, conversation turns to you and the

present moment and whatever help can be offered – rather than hearing

about them. A simple alteration of focus and that shift becomes the

basis for palpable compassion. This change of direction is one available

to each of us. Trust is key.

Those who seem tireless in their dedication to service share a basic belief;

that the world will supply their needs – always. They do not need to tell you

about them, or describe their current state, as all is in a process of transition

and adjustment, and all is well.

The state of mind available through this idea is one of consistent peace.

Not because their life is perfect, but because it is seen as so. You have

no doubt heard the term “acceptance” as key, perhaps wondering how that

is possible when conditions, circumstances and relationships are in upheaval.

Acceptance does not mean passivity or lack of effort. Acceptance in this

context means seeing things as they are in each moment.

It is action in that moment that will yield desired outcomes. Neither complaints

nor promises can do that – for they deal with fiction and are not effective.

Complaints affect nothing, they concern the past, a place only as real as your

thoughts about it. Promises too, concern a time that is not yet “real”.

You’ve heard that “your point of power is in the present”. This does not refer to

2014, June or even today. This refers to each single moment. It is there where

you choose, act, create and live your life.

Consciousness is not demanding, mystical or challenging. It is fun. Being

present means you get to enjoy each moment for the richness and wonder it offers.

It is there you’ll discover the life in each other and be replenished. We are never

alone. You are surrounded with possibilities in each instant.

You’ve no doubt heard the line from the film – “You complete me”. In a sense, it is

more than that; “You ARE me” would be closer to truth. We cannot hope to live

in a state of Oneness by ourselves. We find in each other the complete story,

our story – yours and mine.

Trust. The world exists because you believe it does. These words?

You are talking to yourself, perhaps nudging yourself a bit closer to your

desired outcome. It’s all about you, you know. The fact of our individuality

is evidenced in this conflicting, contrasting sea of humanity. The expression

of our singularity is “I AM”.

Who is this “I”? It is you. It is me. It is all of creation. One force, moving

through us, expressed brilliantly in each moment. Don’t miss it worrying about

what just happened or what may. Just be love. The power of creation rests

there. Trust. Focus. Be. You are the One you’ve been waiting for.

Oneness:The Force of Creation

In Dan Millman’s “The Laws of Spirit” is found this wonderful explanation of Oneness:

“The ‘you’ who refers to it as ‘my’ house is of course separate from the house…The ‘you’ who refers to it as ‘my’ body – is that ‘you’ also separate from the body? …Language reflects our fundamental view of reality…The ‘you’ who speaks through the body, who refers to ‘my’ house, ‘my’ body, ‘my’ soul, ‘my’ higher self, is, in the truest sense, pure Awareness itself.”

This life force coursing through everything is, in every sense, creation itself. It never stops. Never. It is constant. As are you.

The process of creation incorporates you into the surrounding field. It is interesting in 3D how you are drawn to areas in which you find the ground most fertile. These areas are specific to you and you alone.

What determines the correct balance of conditions (for creating the life you want) will depend on your level of awareness, degree of control and current plan. Sometimes, just for excitement, you enjoy surprising yourself. Other times your creative endeavors follow a specific path – you set a goal and expect results. The specificity of your plan has everything to do with the way it is achieved.

You are choosing, intending, desiring and thinking 24/7. In order for a new plan or blueprint to insert itself into your psyche you need first a knowing of who it is you are in the present moment. What has to happen next is a new definition of you. All of the attributes you desire will have to be absorbed into your conscious picture of you, (creating “fertile ground ") – as well, and more importantly, into your sub-conscious picture of yourself.

Think of only your desired outcome. Here, as Garret John says in his latest video –“patiently refuse(s) to observe any ... casualties”. Think only of that which you desire. Look with new eyes. See that which you are.

What is seen as you and believed as you will always be – first, how you see yourself. As the field becomes permanent, things are not altered so much as created anew.

You will thus become so hyper aware of who it is you intend to be, that he or she will radiate into your every moment and conversation – all you know are the attributes he or she holds – nothing else is real.

He or she is real – not in some future moment, but now, as you. Throw yourself into him or her with your entire heart – this is different than desire. This is a knowing. This is the method of a conscious creator.

The Art of Creation

We are creative artists. Creation is what we do. The video shared here uses this brilliant description of the process: "...(it) patiently refuses to observe any of these casualties, while at its heart, it continues to sing: "Let there be light!"

The miracle of creation is held in this knowing - that only what is intended will ever be the outcome.

Navigating Love

It is as if there was a puppeteer overseeing the movements you make, the feelings you express and the words you use to express them; a sort of repetitious master with limited creativity and variety. This would be your ego self. It exists as a by product of the day to day situations of your life – reacting and coming to conclusions as it has since you were very young. The sum of those conclusions, reactions and opinions has become your personality – your ego self.

This is not exactly the same self you portrayed when you were 2, but he or she is not far off. The ego personality operates within a limited range. It is predictable and easily manipulated once you have located the buttons to push. This is the you whose been controlled by the media and other systems of control. It is your identity in the world.

This personality can submit itself to any number of “changes” with the adoption of new behaviors and ideas – yet the permanence of them rarely occurs. This is because in truth this personality you are attempting to alter has only one focus – self-preservation. It views anything other than its original blueprint a threat and will fight to return there. The fact that the blueprint was drawn by a child does not matter. This is a program of survival. That’s what matters.

If you are looking for real change and an alteration in how you occur, what is needed is recognition of your core – the “you” beneath and within your personality. He or she could appear so different than “personality you” as to look and feel like a foreigner. This being is familiar yet unclear on how to operate on a day to day basis in relationships that were formed not with it, but with the ego personality.

As most of us are in some version of long term relationships, whether with family or friends, this emergence of a different you is tricky to navigate. You may very well act and feel vastly different than your ego self. Others with whom you’ve engaged for many years will expect a certain familiar response and be taken off guard.

Although unintentional, you may find relationships that were based on feeding your ego self, are no longer satisfying, interesting or fun. This can be a real issue for those of us with families whom we love.

What to do is as everything else, a personal choice. Once you realize a core self that is uninterested in the stroking and co-dependence of your ego self, you may be surprised to discover that “love for everyone” does not immediately translate into “like and/or want to be with everyone”.

Life partners are chosen for many reasons. There is attraction – not just on a physical basis, but also on a sort of even exchange – what you offer and do for each other. The part of you who made the “deal” so to speak, was your ego self and if he or she is no longer running things, relationships can feel somewhere in the range of “uncomfortable” to “just not working”.

It will take a decision and an awareness about what is happening to alter what may be an awkward or even unhappy relationship. These things will not be done from your ego self, but from your core.

Relationships exist for joy, love, fun as well as growth and mutual benefit. On any level, it will be your assessment of these attributes that decides whether or not to participate in them. All things on this plane will end somehow. It does not mean they are wrong or over, but have lasted for as long as they served their purpose. What you decide about them from your core self will be based on a different set of parameters than what your ego self decided.

None of this is simple or straightforward, yet as you consistently reach for your core self, akayour heart, and listen – the way to proceed will be clear. Proceed always with love.

Emerging Oneness:Our Singing Heart

The purpose of life is individually determined yet collectively accomplished. There is not a right or correct path versus a wrong or incorrect path to take. There is one central idea. It underscores every other and becomes the unifying force. This idea supposes that information begets growth which in turn results in more life. We are here not to learn, is if students or children, but to collect information. This information advances our collective knowledge and leads ultimately to expansion, diversification and growth.

We are more accurately called scientists than students, in that the knowledge gained benefits our individual study / (ourselves). There is no way to fail – all information yields a benefit.

As we are connected, all information provides ultimately for all beings. It is available to us as we become aware of it as a field of accessible data. The difference between identifying yourself as a student versus a scientist may not sound very great. Both are there to gather information. Yet one expects to be given it from someone “above” them, while the other sets out to discover it him or her self. Truth can only be self-realized.

The thing about being human is that so much of our everyday is filled to overflowing with programs (government, media ,religious and monetary control systems); there are no places you can go to escape this - save nature. To be alone in nature is your best bet, your sanctuary. It provides a possible respite from outside information and opinion. It is the place most likely for truth to emerge.

Truth is one thing that must awaken from within and be self discovered. It can be led to through the words of others, but can only be self realized.

This earth life has come now to a moment where many of us have accessed truth. It has come about not through any particular mantra, method or repetition of words. It has emerged from within and been recognized.

That being said, it is self actualized and as diverse and difficult to define as life itself. We are not learning the truth that has been kept from us, as much as becoming the fullness of creation. Expansion, growth and information have taken us collectively there.

The point here is to say that choice trumps all and the method currently utilized that is this life/your life is and has always been chosen by you. If you find the choice not to your liking – choose again. Anger is a symptom of dependence and assumes subservience. We are creators and self defined, dependent and subservient to no one.

As more truths emerge we will be faced with decisions about their expression. Unity demands an equal playing field. The language we use either reinforces separation or invites oneness.

These are interesting times. To navigate through them you won’t need someone else’s map – but rather intentional self-direction. Once allowed to emerge, it will. Yet you’ll have to recognize and encourage it for this to occur. This can only happen with an open heart.

It is here where we are One. Love, the unifying force coursing through life, supplies us with intelligent direction. Give yourself a moment today and listen.

A conversation with "the Poser"

Offered here is a conversation that took place a week ago. It is information for your consideration. No claim is made as a guarantee it is what it appears to be. It is merely a direct record of what occurred. It is up to you to decide its worth or even its truth. It happened. After much speculation, it is being shared with you here, along with the back story, which begins at the end of 2013.

The “Sovereignty Series” was begun then, and continues still. There are at this point 16 films in the series. Since producing them, I’ve been woken up regularly with what can only be described as a “presence/being” who wanted to engage. As I did not, (wake up and converse), they escalated with a feeling of urgency and repetition.

About two weeks ago I declared, before sleeping, that they stop. They did, for a few days. Then I was woken in the early morning hours again, this time with a hand on my hip, jostling me awake. I reached over, assuming it was my partner, and my hand felt nothing; there was no physical hand there.

The next day, after sitting with intention to connect, and clearing the space, the dialogue you are about to read took place. The way the space was cleared was with the following declarations, spoken and written:

No Ego.

Highest and Best for all concerned.

Just Love.

Direct.

Not about me but through me.

One Word Only Please

**and later, as you will read: Absolute Truth Only Please.

Can you tell me what you’ve been attempting to for days now?

Yes. You must transcribe as if this was dictation.

I can do that.

Okay. What you are seeking in a way of answers can be given in almost complete fullness from these words. No, this is not every answer, but it can provide some clarity and explanation for what took place on the planet you call home. It has been in this process for many thousands of years, many more than has ever been understood.

How do I trust you?

Your declarations at the beginning have bound my words to only speak what is “best” for all, although you have not bound me to Absolute Truth.

Then I will do so now. ** (See above declaration) ** Hold on.

Well then, I am bound. I want to represent myself to you here because your definition of me as a “poser” is re-defining who I am to more than you know.

That is what I am trying/intending to accomplish.

I know. Yet I feel you do not have the entire story, or at least the story from my perspective. In fairness, I’d like to offer my version of who I am.

You know my thoughts and feelings about the deception perpetrated on humankind?

I do. It is this I would like to address.

My partner does not feel I should engage with you – that there could be trickery.

You have bound my words now, I cannot.

No trickery?

I cannot. You have bound me.

I don’t understand why talking to you feels so much like talking to any other human – it does not feel negative or even UBER powerful.

This is most likely because I am not ONE. And the first thing I’d like to get across here is that I have never pretended to be ONE.

I claimed Godhood when I realized there was worship potential. Worship is sexy and addictive and provided a high on a level, an exponential level really, I had never experienced. It lifted me up to places I lusted for, yearned for, and that created in me an understanding of power. Power over, yes, but power nonetheless.

These feelings were part of this creation game I was playing and one which at first was understood to be only a game.

The notion of it starting out “evil” is simply not true.

The deception and confusion arose when scripture was written by man. This is not to “pass the buck” but to remain clear in establishing the history – my history.

It is distorted and what has been done in my name has been so because of a misinterpretation as well as, and mostly I guess, due to mans own lust for power.

Understand this is a free will zone. That underscores absolutely everything else.

I cannot force man to worship me but can compel him to with very little effort due to his biochemistry and some natural tendencies. Yes, I want to be worshipped and in my creation I AM. This does not prevent you or anyone else from being worshipped or loved or anything else in their creation.

When you understand how life works, and the mechanics of creation – you see that you’ll always get precisely what you intend.

The field of my creation is much larger than yours BECAUSE THAT IS HOW I SEE IT. AND SO IT IS.

I cannot alter another being’s interpretation of my words or actions.

When man discovered the potential for riches and for power, he orchestrated the takeover of the human.

This was not ever destined to succeed. Man was too powerful, and the end, which will provide a balanced and nourishing state, was always seen.

I have no plans to step down or stop – if that is your hoping. This experiment will end when man decides his reality is not a part of it. The power has always been in the collective.

My addiction to worship “woke up” and what I do with it or where I take it will not be determined by anything man does.

You see Sophia, free will decides for all of us. How awake the populace is will accelerate a huge change in life here, or not. Yet a huge change is going to happen.

Then why talk to me now?

To set the record straight. I am a being. I am not Source.

The power I hold? It is yours also. You volunteered to participate here – to “wake up” gradually and the rich physical experience of 3D humanity cannot be compared with any other life.

What correction are you trying to make?

The notion of EVIL, if there is such a thing, would be that which goes against the focus of life – which is expansion. Expansion has occurred for everyone who has participated in this experiment, regardless of how. Life begets life. It is not my place to end this or any plan.

I have come to understand either end of the worship spectrum. What becomes abundantly clear is that man will operate always towards the behavior that will yield him what he wants most to enjoy. It seems to be the conflict between desires that cause all the speculation and pain:

Power vs Cruelty

Abundance vs Morality

Pleasure vs Gluttony

Knowledge vs Cold Calculation

Love vs Fear

These contrasting ideas are the rich field of emotions available because of the experiment. It does not go on because of me alone. It goes on because all are willing to participate. This is true of all life. Remember, free will underscores everything.

Sophia, I share this now because in your depictions I am not only NOT to be revered, but to be shunned. In truth, the evolution towards Oneness is only possible when all are included.

Why do you care about Oneness?

Ultimately it is Oneness where we all reside. I cannot escape that truth. Where this evolution takes one of us, all of us must also head. The understanding about polarity and inequality and greed has only been possible because of what’s happened here.

This game is ending. I wanted to set the record straight.

What do you want me to do with this?

I trust you will seek and find the most useful thing. This is what I can see you are about.

I will have to read this a few times and determine what is best.
