Miley Cyrus Turns Down Prom Invite, Makes Counteroffer

Give Matt Peterson plenty of props for trying.

The Arizona high school student asked Miley Cyrus to the prom last week, stripping down to nearly nothing while doing so.

A long-time fan, Peterson met the singer years ago at a radio station and tells Miley in the following video: "You changed my life, and I want to repay you by giving you the best night of your life."

Sadly, though, he won't get the chance.

“Dear Matt Peterson, I don’t think I’ll be able to make it to prom BUT why don’t you come to my AZ show & hang w me? Don’t forget a corsage.”

Awww, that's not a terrible counter proposal. Let's hope Peterson accepts.

Lil Za: Charged With Three Felonies in Justin Bieber Police Raid

Lil Za, a notorious member of Justin Bieber's posse, has been charged with three felonies stemming from last month's raid on the singer's home. Two weeks after Za was arrested for drug possession, the 19-year-old (a.k.a. Xavier Smith) faces two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Those would be for MDMA (a form of ecstasy) and Oxycodone. Smith also reportedly faces a felony charge for damaging a jail phone. Seriously. Lil Za: Arrested for Drugs! Police found the drugs "in plain view" at Justin's home back on January 14, while searching for evidence implicating Bieber's egging of a neighbor's home. Lil Za, who lives with Bieber along with Lil Twist, apparently was the owner of the illegal substances, or at least took the fall for the pop superstar. Alleged texts to Justin from Selena Gomez (below) insinuated that he was letting Za go down for unnamed things that the singer was responsible for. In any case, Za's day wasn't done once he was taken into custody. After being arrested, he spent less than a day at the Lost Hills / Malibu Sheriff's Station, but before he was released on bail, all hell broke loose. Sheriff's officers confirmed that Bieber's buddy damaged a phone, resulting in an additional felony offense and another $50,000 added to his bail.

Guilty or not, the Lil fella got popped, and is in serious trouble.

After being released, Za took to Twitter to sound off, railing against unfair press coverage, saying: "Honestly, the media is making me someone I'm not."

"But only those in my shoes can relate ... These ppl get paid to make you look bad," he wrote on January 16. "Some stuff I've done has been wrong yes."

"But look at the position I'm in and look at the color of my skin."

As for Justin's involvement, at a press conference earlier this month, police confirmed that Bieber was "not connected" to the substances in his residence.

"He was not arrested, nor exonerated at this time," said Lt. Dave Thompson, adding that the investigation - one of MANY involving Bieber - is ongoing.

Za could face years in prison if convicted on all charges.

Authorities are hoping to find evidence that links Bieber to the egging of his neighbor's houselast Thursday. Aside from cold hard cash, Kylie believes the police are wasting their resources, which would be better served elsewhere. Justin Bieber Search Warrant Issued, Police Raid Singer's Home

Things are looking very bleak for Justin Bieber at the moment. As we've documented over the past couple days, the singer almost definitely egged his neighbor's houselast week, resulting in an ugly confrontation with the man that was caught on camera. Reports indicate that Bieber caused over 20K in damagesand may soon face felony charges as a result. And now we can confirm that a search warrant has been granted to the Los Angels County Sheriff department in relation to the investigation. Early this morning, ELEVEN patrol cars arrived at Bieber's Calabasas mansion and officers are looking for further evidence of the egging. They are hoping to find surveillance footage from Bieber's own home, for example, that may have captured the food-based attack. They have already viewed the video recorded by the neighbor. Why is this search especially dangerous for Justin? ANYTHING illicit authorities find is fair game… and we all know Bieber has a soft spot for the occasional marijuana use. Bieber is actually being detained in his garage while cops look all around the premises. We'll update this story as news breaks… but you better Belieb the artist is in scalding hot water.

With a man claiming she urged him to send naked photos of himself, Jennifer Lopezis at the center of a shadyCatfishstyle lawsuit, but it appears the real culprit is actually a 53-year old El Lay woman! Rodrigo Ruizhas sued J.Lo for $10,000 claiming that the singer randomly sent him a letter asking for nude photos and demos of his music, but judging by the letters, it's clear that he got Catfished hard, hook, line, and sinker. Here's one of the letters Rodrigo received: "I just wanted to let you know that I do remember you and that I am interested in you. I have plans on leaving my husband. But I can't say much right now so that's it for now. Send me pictures of you both with clothes and without clothes." Hmm, so far this writing isn't winning any awards for sounding authentically like Mizz Lopez. Here's another: "This is Jennifer Lopez writing to you again and just to let you know that I got your packages, music, and demos. And just to let you know you need to send me pictures of you with and without clothes." And the last one, which is by far the most sexually charged and clearly phony: "This is Jennifer Lopez and as you can tell its been a while since I last wrote and as you can see I have a new boyfriend which means your in for the long haul and you have to put up with the fact that I am f**king him and sucking his d**k." Whoa, check out the dirty mouth on JFaux! Hmm Rodrigo seems like the person who would believe that a Nigerian prince really DID need his money. Meanwhile, the P.O. Box he sent his letters to is owned by a 53-year old woman, who, when called, got extremely nervous, talked about running a Jennifer Lopez fan mail exchange, and hung up! A rep from J.Lo had this to say about the whole debacle: "[T]his is a small claims matter that appears to be a desperate attempt for notoriety. Ms. Lopez has never seen or met the plaintiff, nor has she ever communicated with him. We believe this matter should be summarily dismissed." Poor guy, but really, next time J.Lo asks you for a nakedphoto, at least download Snapchat!

A sewage pipe broke prior to the 71st annual Golden Globeslast night, flooding the red carpet. But you know what really stunk at the event? E!'s ridiculous pre-show coverage... and we're not talking about the Mani Cam for a change. Running through various Fun Facts about nominees throughout the evening, the network honed in on Best Comedy Actor nominee Michael J. Fox and actually wrote: Michael J. Fox was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 1991. Following some understandable backlash from viewers, producers issued an apology via a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. “We regret the insensitive classification of Michael J. Fox’s Parkinson’s diagnosis during our live stream. We understand the serious nature of the disease and sincerely apologize.” Hey, Fun Fact: E! is the home of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. It has a lot more to apologize for than this.

Woody Allen for Molestation Rumors After Golden Globes

Last night, the Golden Globeshonored Woody Allen for a lifetime of making movies with the prestigious with the Cecil B. Demille Award. But the honor didn't go over well with at least two viewers. First, Mia Farrow (Allen's ex-wife of 12 years) Tweeted "Time to grab some icecream & switch over to #GIRLS" when Diane Keaton took to the stage to introduce a montage in Allen's honor. But then Allen's son, Ronan Farrow, came down MUCH harder on his father. “Missed the Woody Allen tribute," Farrow Tweeted. "Did they put the part where a woman publicly confirmed he molested her at age 7 before or after Annie Hall? Damn. Ouch. Not much one can say back to that. Ronana was referring to allegations that the film icon sexually abused his seven-year-old sister Dylan many years ago. The case was dropped in 1992, but Dylan has always stood by the allegations. Allen, meanwhile, did not attend the Golden Globes to receive the award - and has been on the receiving end of Farrow's vitriol before. In June 2012, the 25-year old Tweeted "Happy father's day -- or as they call it in my family, happy brother-in-law's day." This time, he was bringing up the fact that Allen cheated on Mia Farrow with Soon-Yi Previn, her adopted daughter from a previous marriage. Father and son have scarcely talked since.
