- 200 gr labu kuning / kaboca tanpa kulit, kukus dan haluskan&lt;/div&gt;

- 1/2 bungkus agar-agar swallow yang bening/putih&lt;/div&gt;

- 1/2 bungkus nutrijell yang bening/Putih&lt;/div&gt;

(bahan ini bisa diganti dengan agar-agar swallow yang putih 1 sachet)&lt;/div&gt;

- 500 ml susu cair putih (saya pakai susu ultra)&lt;/div&gt;

- Susu Kental Manis yang putih sekitar setengah kaleng (bisa diganti gula)&lt;/div&gt;

- Kalau belum manis bisa ditambah gula&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Cara Membuat&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

1. Kabocha/labu yang sudah di kukus, dimasukkan ke blender, lalu masukan juga setengah susu cair ke dalam blender, di campur.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
2. &amp;nbsp;Campur semua bahan kecuali coklat dalam panci, aduk rata. Didihkan di atas api sedang sambil diaduk. Angkat&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
3. Ambil 1/3 bagian, campurkan coklat, aduk rata. Sisihkan&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;
4. Tuangkan agar kuning ke dalam cetakan yang sudah dibasahi air. Tunggu uap panas hilang dan terbentuk lapisan di bagian atas tapi bagian bawahnya masih goyang (belum keras). Tuang lapisan coklat perlahan supaya tidak bocor. Biarkan mengeras dan sajikan dingin&lt;/div&gt;

- dikarenakan puding ini sudah manis, maka saya mengurungkan niat untuk membuat Vla putih.&lt;/div&gt;

- Puding ini bisa di buat untuk acara pesta anak, di masukkan di cup kecil lalu parut dark cooking cokelat diatasnya.&lt;/div&gt;

100gr tepung trigu all purpose&lt;br /&gt;
1sdm minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt;
80gr margarin&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Bahan kulit B&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
300gr tepung trigu all purpose&lt;br /&gt;
50gr gula halus/gula kastor&lt;br /&gt;
100gr margarin&lt;br /&gt;
100ml air dingin dari kulkas&lt;br /&gt;
1/4sdt garam halus&lt;br /&gt;
1/4sdt vanili bubuk&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Bahan isian&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
10buah pisang raja/pisang tanduk yang manis, kukus dan potong melintang 4cm kemudian belah menjadi 2&lt;br /&gt;
100gr keju cheddar potong memanjang menjadi seukuran pisang sebanyak 20buah&lt;br /&gt;
50gr coklat beras/messes&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Bahan olesan :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1butir kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;
1sdm mentega cair&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Buat adonan kulit A, yaitu campur smua bahan dan aduk dengan spatula/sendok kayu sampai merata kemudian bagi menjadi 20, bulatkan&lt;br /&gt;
2. Buat adonan kulit B, sama campurkan smua bahan kemudian uleni sampai kalis dan bagi menjadi 20bagian, bulatkan&lt;br /&gt;
3. Ambil 1 adonan B, gilas agak tipis menjadi segiempat, letakkan 1adonan A diatasnya. Lipat seperti amplop sehingga A tertutup kemudian rapihkan menjadi bulat kembali. Lakukan untuk kesemua 20adonan&lt;br /&gt;
4. Ambil 1 adonan (gabungan A dan B tersebut) dan tipiskan lagi menjadi persegi panjang, gulung/lipat ke dalam dari sisi yang pendek, gilas tipis lagi, dan ulang&amp;nbsp; hingga&amp;nbsp; 3 kali proses.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Kerjakan smua adonan dan akhiri dengan bentuk gulungan/lipatan. Biarkan beristirahat kurang lebih 30menit&lt;br /&gt;
5. Sementara itu panaskan oven pada suhu 180C dan siapkan loyang, poles dengan margarin, beri kertas dan poles lagi&lt;br /&gt;
6. Ambil 1 gulungan adonan yang telah diistirahatkan, buka gulungan/lipatannya, gilas tipis menjadi segiempat samasisi. Letakkan sepotong pisang, messes, keju dan tutup dengan pisang lagi. Lipat seperti amplop&amp;nbsp; atau martabak telur mini. Kerjakan sampai habis adonan, kemudian oles permukaannya dengan kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;
7. Panggang selama kurang lebih 60menit, sesaat setelah matang, poles pisang molen dengan mentega cair tipis-tipis&lt;br /&gt;

Nah dari video ini saya pun belajar bagaimana caranya buat sarung bantal, &lt;i&gt;as beginner &lt;/i&gt;lho soalnya yang ini super duper mudah..CATAT saya ga pake mesin jahit lho..semua di jahit pake tangan. Itupun saya buat karena bangun pagi jam 2 terus ga bisa balik tidur, akhirnya memutuskan buat sesuatu aja..&lt;br /&gt;

Jadi sebelum bekerja, saya mau sharing dulu di blog ini :D&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;*SERIUS YANG SATU INI SIMPLE BANGET*&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Penggantian nama file ini tidak berlaku untuk foto saja yah, Microsoft Office Doc juga bisa koq. Cuma kebiasaan itu kalo kita ngambil poto baik dari kamera digital, DSLR ataupun handphone, pasti nama filenya aneh, ada yang nama file berupa tanggal-bulan-tahun, atau kombinasi antara huruf dan angka.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara ini merupakan &lt;b&gt;cara termudah&lt;/b&gt; serta paling cepat untuk mengubah nama banyak file sekaligus pada PC lhoo...&lt;i&gt;Jika image step-by-step kurang jelas di klik aja gambarnya yah, supaya lebih jelas.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

3. Nah semua file yang mau diubah namanya telah ter-select, &lt;b&gt;klik Kanan (Mouse Kanan)&lt;/b&gt; lalu pilih &lt;b&gt;Rename&lt;/b&gt; atau tekan tombol F2 untuk melakukan mengubahan nama file. Nah pilih file yang paling atas yang mau diubah supaya hasilnya nanti berurutan. &lt;br /&gt;

4. Nah caranya me-Rename file : &lt;b&gt;Nama File (1)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;*Angka 1 harus didalam kurung ya, jika tidak akan berubah menjadi Test 1 (1) &lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Misal : Test (1) nantinya semua file akan berubah secara otomatis menjadi Test (2), Test (3), Test (4) dan seterusnya.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Biasanya cara ini saya gunakan saat saya merapikan nama file poto dari kamera, misal di kamera ada poto-poto dari Liburan ke Jogja, Bali dan Lombok nah saya tinggal men-select saja poto-poto yang merupakan poto liburan ke Jogja dan mengganti nama filenya menjadi Jogja (1), Jogja (2) dan seterusnya begitupun poto-poto ke Bali. Sehingga poto pun terorganisir dengan rapi dan cantik.&lt;br /&gt;

Senin
 pagi kita berangkat dari FX menuju ke Chocomory yang berada di daerah 
Puncak, Bogor. Lumayan Jauh, tapi perjalanan yang kami tempuh tidak 
terlalu lama, sekitar 1.5 jam kamipun sampai di lokasi. Chocomory berada
 di lokasi yang sama dengan Cimory Riverside. Tempatnya keren banget 
karena berada di pinggir sungai, interiornya juga unik. Saya melihat 
banyak ornamen yang berhubungan dengan sapi disini oh ya, area parkirnya juga cukup luas lho.&lt;br /&gt;

Yang menjadi juara di Cimory Riverside adalah viewnya yang sangat cantik, dipinggir kali ciliwung yang biasanya kita benci karena mengirimkan banjir ke Jakarta :) . Saat kami tiba disini sudah agak siang jam 11'an dan kitapun blum breakfast. Alhamdulillah, kami mendapatkan free late breakfast in here. sudah ramai saja lho yang makan disini. Saya suka sekali dengan menu yang satu ini, Chicken Cordon Bleu. Walau di resto lain punya menu yang sama, tapi menu Chicken Cordon Bleu di Cimory Riverside tergolong berbeda. Dada Ayam yang biasanya di berikan slice keju dan daging asap, diganti dengan cacahan daging asap dan keju yang telah dicampur sehingga seluruh daging asap bercampur dengan keju yang meleleh..aghhh bayanginnya aja udah ngiler..hehe.. disajikan dengan french fries, fresh salad dan juga mayonaise. Pokoknya juara banget dech.&lt;br /&gt;

Nah bagi orang tua yang membawa anak-anaknya ga usah takut
 ga anak akan bosan, karena ada play groundnya lho.. Untuk main di area 
ini bunda masuk dari arah restoran. Anak happy, bunda juga ikutan happy 
karena fasilitasnya yang oke banget di Cisarua Riverside ini Musholla 
dan Kamar Mandinya pun bersih dan nyaman. Oia ada Nursing Room juga lho

Setelah kami mendapatkan
 quick breakfast di Cimory Resto, kamipun di ajak ke Chocomory Factory 
dilantai atas resto. Tempatnya hommy banget, dengan interior yang 
bernuansa forest atau hutan. Didepan factory ini,terdapat kaca yang 
sangat lebar yang diperuntukkan untuk pengunjung agar dapat melihat 
bagaimana chocomory dibuat (open factory). Menurut Pak Axel, &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;"tidak ada yang perlu disembunyikan di dalam factory ini"&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

Sebelum kita diajak membuat cokelat sendiri, kita disuguhkan presentasi yang sangat informatif dari Pak Axel. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Chocomory&lt;/span&gt; merupakan singkatan dari &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Chocolate by Cimory&lt;/span&gt;. Nah, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cimory dalam bahasa Jepang artinya hutan&lt;/span&gt;.
 Jadi konsepnya memang ingin menghasilkan cokelat fresh, enak dan dekat 
dengan alam. Disini Pak Axel juga bercerita, bahwa sebelum beliau 
membuka Chocomory, beliau telah melalang buana ke negeri yang terkenal 
akan cokelat no.1nya yaitu Belgium. Gak tanggung-tanggung beliau 
mengunjungi hampir setiap toko di Belgium dan mencari ide-ide cokelat 
yang akan beliau adaptasi untuk Chocomory.&lt;br /&gt;

Dengan
 konsep yang unik Pak Axel memutuskan membuka Chocomory lebih bernuansa 
entertainment, sehingga pengunjung tidak hanya membeli produk Chocomory 
saja, tapi pengunjung juga mendapatkan ilmu dari melihat langsung para 
pekerja membuat cokelat, dan setiap bulannya Chocomory juga membuat

Kegiatan di Chocory Factory ini tidak berhenti di 
icip-icip saja, tetapi juga diajarkan cara membuat cokelat yaitu Cokelat
 Bar dan Praline yang benar. Saya pun sangat excited karena ini 
pengalaman kali pertama saya membuat cokelat sendiri. Peralatan yang 
digunakan berbahan stainless steel dengan kualitas no.1 pastinya. Semua 
Yukmaners pun excited banget. Pertama kami melihat bagaimana cara 
membuat Praline lalu diajarkan pula bagaimana cara membuat chocolate bar
 isi almond, biskuit oreo dan corn flakes.&lt;br /&gt;

 dan membawanya pulang sebagai oleh-oleh tanda cinta dari chocomory.&lt;br /&gt;

Konsep
 yang digarap oleh Pak Axel untuk store ini masih bernuansa forest 
terdapat unsur kayu dengan desain lelehan cokelat yang unique dan 
friendly. Beberapa rak diisi oleh Chocolate Bar dan Covered Chocolate. 
Terdapat juga Paket Hemat didalam tas yang cantik berisi berbagai 
cokelat dengan harga yang lebih terjangkau. Dipojok store ini terdapat 
baju yang berwarna cokelat dengan tulisan&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; "keep calm and eat chocolate"&lt;/span&gt; yang juga dijual di sini. Konsep toko ini pokoknya sangat berbeda 
dengan konsep toko cokelat lainnya.&lt;br /&gt;

Ini bermula dari kesalahan, spaghetti yang di rebus terlalu matang, pas di masak pake bumbu jadinya agak basah.. Jadi di akalin supaya agak kering dan bumbu pun merata sempurna akhirnya spaghetti ini di oven alias di panggang..
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Simple Ingredients:
&lt;br /&gt;
- pasta spaghetti, rebus (dimaksaknya pun tergantung merk spaghettinya)
&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 bawang bombay (cincang)
&lt;br /&gt;
- pasta tomat / bumbu spaghetti (beli jadi aja biar gampang)
&lt;br /&gt;
- kornet
&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 buah tomat (buang biji, lalu di potong kotak²)
&lt;br /&gt;
- air sedikit
&lt;br /&gt;
- garam, merica, lada hitam, oregano -  secukupnya
&lt;br /&gt;
- parsley
&lt;br /&gt;
- keju quick melt (optional)
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
How to bake:
&lt;br /&gt;
- setelah spaghetti direbus dengan air dan satu sendok makan minyak goreng, lalu tiriskan.
&lt;br /&gt;
- panaskan sedikit minyak goreng, masukkan kornet, aduk sampai agak matang, lalu masukkan tomat, air aduk hingga mendidih, masukkan garam, merica, lada hitam dan oregano.
&lt;br /&gt;
- masak hingga tomat lunak dan agak mengental.
&lt;br /&gt;
- campur spaghetti dan bumbu yang telah matang sampai rata., tambahkan keju lalu aduk lagi.
&lt;br /&gt;
- pindahkan ke pyrex atau pinggan tahan panas. Lalu taburkan lagi keju diatas spaghetti.
&lt;br /&gt;
- panggang dengan panas 160 derajat celcius selama 15 menit atau sampai keju melted.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Tahun 2012 ini, gw menghabiskan lebaran di kampung halaman suami yaitu di kota Rembang. Berangkat sore jam 4 pas malam takbiran, teryata oh ternyata macet total.. I spent around 22 hours to be there. Sampe meninggalkan sholat ied karena masih dijalan. Dan sampe Rembang sekitar jam 2 siang pas hari H lebaran. Hari itu dihabiskan dengan istirahat dan leyeh-leyeh, karena esok akan ada kumpul-kumpul keluarga Soemarto (mbah buyut suami).

Hari ke-2 lebaran banyak menu-menu makanan khas Rembang, seperti Lontong Tuyuhan, Sate Serepeh, Soto Rembang dan mangut Ikan Panggang.
&lt;br /&gt;
Tapi tidak ada satupun menu khas lebaran yang sering gw makan, yaitu ketupat+opor+sambal goreng ati :(

Lebaran kali ini lebih berasa seperti liburan yang biasa gw lakukan ke Rembang, cuma kali ini sodara-sodara suami melimpah ruah di kota ini..

&lt;u&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 Small Onion, chopped&lt;br /&gt;
4 Slices of Bacon, chopped&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp of Olive Oil&lt;br /&gt;
2 Eggs&lt;br /&gt;
2 Tbsp of Heavy Cream&lt;br /&gt;
¼ Cup of Freshly Grated Parmiggiano Reggiano&lt;br /&gt;
Fresh Ground Black Pepper and Salt, to taste&lt;br /&gt;
8 oz of Dried Spaghetti&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Process:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fill a large pot with water sprinkle in a generous pinch of salt and bring it to a boil.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In a large nonstick skillet with high sides, preheat the olive oil over medium high heat, add the bacon and cook for a few minutes until the bacon starts to cook and crisp at the edges but it’s not totally cooked. Add the onions, season with a little salt and good amount of freshly cracked black pepper and cook for about 5 minutes or so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, cream and parmiggiano reggiano, season with a little salt and a good amount of black pepper.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At this point the pasta should be perfectly cooked al dente and drain it well&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remove the skillet with the bacon mixture from the stove and add in the drained pasta. Working very quickly, add in your sauce and mix until every strand of spaghetti is covered with that velvety sauce.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Plate up right away and enjoy!&lt;/li&gt;

Spaghetti La Fonte direbus terlebuh dahulu, sampe *al dente* kemudian ditiriskan &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Siapkan: &lt;br /&gt;
Sosis sapi  &lt;br /&gt;
Corned &lt;br /&gt;
Smoked beef &lt;br /&gt;
Bawang bombay di iris tipis² &lt;br /&gt;
½ sdt Oregano &lt;br /&gt;
Keju parut &lt;br /&gt;
Saos sambal (optional) &lt;br /&gt;
Saos bolognese La Fonte &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pertama tumis bawang bombay menggunakan minyak sampai harum, lalu masukkan corned hingga matang diikuti sosis dan smoked beef biarkan sampai matang. Kemudian masukkan saos bolognese secukupnya, lalu saos sambal (krn saya dan suami suka pedes) terakhir masukkan oregano. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tumis sampai matang lalu masukkan spaghetti yang sudah ditiriskan dan diaduk rata. Tempatkan ke piring dan terakhir taburkan keju parut diatasnya. &lt;br /&gt;

Kenapaaaa gw baru tau klo buat kue ini sangat mudah ya..coba tau dari dulu pasti udah nyoba berbagai warna bolkus  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Resep yang gw gunakan ini udah gak original, jadi ngambil referensi dr mana-mana terutama dari website Sajian Sedap, silahkan jika ingin mencoba, anti gagal dech dijamin: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="background-color: white; color: #cc0000;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Bolu Kukus Mekar&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bahan : &lt;br /&gt;
275 gr tepung terigu all purpose/sedang (diayak) &lt;br /&gt;
200 gr gula pasir  &lt;br /&gt;
2 butir telur ukuran sedang &lt;br /&gt;
200 ml air sprite (dingin)  &lt;br /&gt;
1 ½  sdt SP/ovalet (emulsifier &amp;nbsp;/ pengembang kue) &lt;br /&gt;
1 sdt vanili &lt;br /&gt;
1 sdt pasta cokelat /&amp;nbsp; ½&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;sdt pasta pandan &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara membuat : &lt;br /&gt;
1. Kocok telur, gula pasir, vanili dan emulsifier sampai kaku 10 menit. &lt;br /&gt;
2. Masukkan tepung terigu yang telah diayak bergantian dengan sprite sambil dikocok perlahan sampai adonan berwarna putih dan kaku (kurleb 10 menit)  &lt;br /&gt;
3. Adonan dibagi dua, satu diberi pewarna pasta pandan yang lainnya dikasi pewarna cokelat (kepekatan warna tergantung selera yah), Aduk rata. &lt;br /&gt;
4. Sendokkan adonan ke cetakan bolu kukus yang dilapisi paper cup. Sendokkan adonan pasta bergantian, klo gw bikin paling bawah warna cokelat - hijau- cokelat - hijau, jadinya yaah kya di foto.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Nah pas cetakan bolu kukus mau masuk, apinya dikecilin terlebih dahulu (biar tangan ga kepanasan), nanti baru dibesarin lagi.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Kukus 10 menit dengan api besar sampai matang.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Note: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Kocok menggunakan mikser rumah tangga, hasil akhir adonan adalah sangat kental, sehingga ketika memasukkan adonan ke paper cup nya harus di sendokin &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Masukkan adonan ke paper cup yg di alasi loyang bolu kukus yg berlubang² ,sampai penuh setinggi cetakannya. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Tutup panci dialasi/diikat pake serbet sehingga uap air gak jatuh ke bolu kukus. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Kukus di kukusan yang sudah di panaskan sebelumnya dengan api paling BESAR selama 10 menit, tidak boleh kurang. Segera angkat dari kukusan setelah 10 menit. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Segera kemas / simpan dlm wadah tertutup setelah dingin supaya bolu tidak kering. &lt;br /&gt;

2 large egg whites&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract&lt;br /&gt;
3 tablespoons vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;
8 tablespoons all-purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;
8 tablespoons granulated sugar&lt;br /&gt;
3 teaspoons water&lt;br /&gt;
Preparation:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Write fortunes on pieces of paper that are 3 1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 2 9-X-13 inch baking sheets.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. In a medium bowl, lightly beat the egg white, vanilla extract, almond extract and vegetable oil until frothy, but not stiff.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. Sift the flour, cornstarch, salt and sugar into a separate bowl. Stir the water into the flour mixture.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Add the flour into the egg white mixture and stir until you have a smooth batter. The batter should not be runny, but should drop easily off a wooden spoon.&lt;br /&gt;
Note: if you want to dye the fortune cookies, add the food coloring at this point, stirring it into the batter. For example, I used 1/2 teaspoon green food coloring to make green fortune cookies.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Place level tablespoons of batter onto the cookie sheet, spacing them at least 3 inches apart. Gently tilt the baking sheet back and forth and from side to side so that each tablespoon of batter forms into a circle 4 inches in diameter.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. Bake until the outer 1/2-inch of each cookie turns golden brown and they are easy to remove from the baking sheet with a spatula (14 - 15 minutes).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7. Working quickly, remove the cookie with a spatula and flip it over in your hand. Place a fortune in the middle of a cookie. To form the fortune cookie shape, fold the cookie in half, then gently pull the edges downward over the rim of a glass, wooden spoon or the edge of a muffin tin. Place the finished cookie in the cup of the muffin tin so that it keeps its shape. Continue with the rest of the cookies &lt;br /&gt;
