5 Steps to Increase your Google Page Rank.

Google Page rank is based on back links. Back links are Links pointing to your website from another website. The more back links you have the higher your PR will be.
1. Join forums, forums are a great way to achieve links to your website. In most forums you are allowed to have a signature and in your signature you can put a link to your website. But another important note to look on is making sure the forum is somewhat related to your website. You will still get credit if it's not, but if it's related to your website than you will be accomplishing two tasks at once.
You will be advertising for your website (bringing in targeted traffic) You will also be building your websites presence.
Your websites presence is very important to your survival. The more people see, or hear about your website the more credibility you will have and this increases your chances of having these visitors come back and possibly become leads.
2. Submit to search engine directories. Search engine directories are a good way to get a free link to your website. They also increase your chances at being listed higher on popular search engines like Google, and overture.
Most search engine directories allow you to submit to their website for free. This will allow you to increase your web presence by being listed on another search engine, and it will also be a free link.

3. Using ezine ads (or newsletters). Creating an ezine will probably be the most beneficial step you can take to increasing your web presence. When you create an ezine you will be able to keep visitors coming back to your website for more by using signatures and giving special deals.

You go to Google and type in ford mustangs, than you look around for pages that are somewhat related to your website. After you have done this (which should be very easy) you have to contact them in some way to get your link posted on their website. This can be the most difficult task because a lot of webmasters ignore e-mail's from people requesting links because they don't see the importance of it at the time. Some other reasons could be that they are rarely online, or they delete spam mail and sometimes delete their important emails in the process.
Important note: When looking for link partners don't just link with websites that have a page rank of 4 or higher. Link with anyone and everyone you get a chance to. If you link to someone that has a page rank of zero, this will not hurt your page rank. It will only increase it because you are getting a link back to your website. Google doesn't look at your back links page ranks to determine what yours is going to be. It simply looks at how many back links you have.
So if Google one day decided to link to a website that was just created and this website has a page rank of 0 and has a domain that goes something like this: mywebsite.geocities.com it's page rank wouldn't increase even though Google's page rank is 10, it's rank would still be zero because it would only have that one back link.

Comparing to the PHP previous version php5.3 has many improved features. There are so many changes in the object interface.Php5.3 added several needed improvements, such as class visibility, proper constructors and destructors, type hinting, and a class-reflection API. It opened the door for advanced objected-oriented programming in PHP, and allowed you to implement many design patterns much easier, along with better design classes and APIs.

Improved static method and member handling
One useful addition made in PHP V5 was the ability to specify a method or member of a class as static. PHP 4 did support static access to methods and members of class, but not the ability to specify that the method or member is designed for static access. Static access is especially useful for implementing the singleton design pattern, where only one instance of class exists.

PHP5.3 has added several features to enhance the support for static members and methods within a class. A newly added magic method: __callStatic().

The _callStatic() magic method

PHP V5 has several specially defined methods that can be used inside classes known as magic methods. When defined in the class, these methods provide special functionality, and enable overloading (the ability to allow a method to accept different types of parameters) and polymorphism (the ability to allow different data types to use the same interface). They also open the door to using different types of OOP programming methods and design patterns with PHP easily.

In PHP V5.3, a new magic method is added: __callStatic(). This works similar to the __call() magic method, which is designed to handle method calls for methods that aren't defined or visible in the class. However, __callStatic() is designed for handling static method calls, which gives us the ability to better design our method overloading. An example of how to use this method is below.

Dynamic static calls

One nice feature of PHP is variable variables. What this means is you can use the string value of a variable to specify the name of another variable. In other words, you could do something like what is shown below.

echo $x; // outputs 'y'
echo $y; // outputs 'z'
echo $$x; // outputs 'z'

The same concept can be used with functions, or even class methods, as shown below.

$x = new $class(); // instantiates the class 'Dog'

New to PHP V5.3 is the ability to have the name of the class when specified be a variable when making a static call. This opens up a few new possibilities, as shown below.

This addition makes the variable-variables feature of PHP complete, allowing them to be used in just about every situation with PHP.

Bangalore: After the launch of highend N900, Nokia has come up with a low priced N2690. The handset priced at 3700 as all the features of a smart phone except the touch screen. It has BL-4C 860 mAh Li-Ion battery with a talk time of 4.5 hours and standby time of 335 hours.

For a phone as cheap as this, Nokia has managed to provide up to 8 GB of memory card slot. Its phone book can accommodate up to 2000 entries as contacts. Nokia 2690 also has a VGA camera and supports video recording at 176x144 pixels, 15 fps.

Nokia 2690 has all features such as good looks, durability and superior quality that consumers looks for in addition to affordability. Reliance Communications to de-merge telecom infrastructure arm

Mumbai: Reliance Communications, part of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group, Monday said it will recast the ownership of a wholly-owned arm to create what it called "the world's largest independent telecom infrastructure company" and unlock value.

In a regulatory filing with the stock exchanges, the company said after the de-merger of Reliance Infratel, it will be a company that is not controlled by any telecom operator and would unlock value for existing shareholders.

"I am delighted that this endeavour will greatly benefit Reliance Communications through substantial debt reduction and enhanced financial flexibility," Anil Ambani said in a statement.

"This proposal will be implemented through a de-merger or other suitable value-creating options, with the consideration to be received in a combination of cash and stock," the company said in the regulatory filing.

With this development, the markets expect the proposal for an initial public offer by Reliance Infratel to be shelved. The statement said the proposal for de-merger was expected to be wrapped up shortly.

The proposal is primarily intended at attracting the potential customers among those who won the auction for airwaves for third generation telecom and broadband access services by ensuring there is no conflict of interest with an existing player in the business.

"The proposal will also facilitate consolidation in telecom infrastructure space leading to scale benefits and operational synergies," the company said, adding: "Consideration is to be received in a combination of cash and stock."

The group said it was in advanced talks with several domestic and international players to offload the stake in not only Reliance Infratel but also Reliance Communications -- a development that had seen its stock prices soar nearly 35 in the past three weeks.

The formal announcement Monday came after market closed. The Reliance Communications scrip closed 3.71 percent higher at Rs.179.

Since the beginning of this month reports said the UAE-based Etisalat was interested in acquiring a stake in Reliance Communications, which has a subscriber base of 109 million and offers mobile services on both GSM and CDMA platforms.

The speculation of stake sale was reinforced after Etisalat, which has been bullish on India and wants to be a major player in the country, withdrew from the third generation (3G) telecom airwaves auction after the bids surpassed the $2 billion-mark.

Are you using $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] to find the the client’s IP address in PHP? Well dude, you might be amazed to know that it may not return the true IP address of the client at all time. If your client is connected to the Internet through Proxy Server then $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] in PHP just returns the the IP address of the proxy server not of the client’s machine. So here is a simple function in PHP to find the real IP address of the client’s machine. There are extra Server variable which might be available to determine the exact IP address of the client’s machine in PHP, they are HTTP_CLIENT_IP and HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR.

Function to find real IP address in PHP

SQL Injection Attack – Examples and Preventions in PHP

What is SQL injection?

It is a basically a trick to inject SQL command or query as a input mainly in the form of the POST or GET method in the web pages. Most of the websites takes parameter from the form and make SQL query to the database. For a example, in a product detail page of php, it basically takes a parameter product_id from a GET method and get the detail from database using SQL query. With SQL injection attack, a intruder can send a crafted SQL query from the URL of the product detail page and that could possibly do lots of damage to the database. And even in worse scenario, it could even drop the database table as well.

Examples of SQL Injection Attack in PHP:

Let’s look at the usual query for user login in PHP,

$sql=”SELECT * FROM tbl_user WHERE username= ‘”.$_POST['username'].”‘ AND password= ‘”.$_POST['password'].”‘”;
$result=mysql_query($sql);

Well, lots of people thinks that only the valid user can log in inside the system but that’s not true.Well anybody can log in to that website with a simple trick.

Let’s suppose that a intruder called SAM injected x’ OR ‘x’='x in the username field and x’ OR ‘x’='x in the password field. Then the final query will become like this

SELECT * FROM tbl_user WHERE username=’x’ OR ‘x’='x’ AND password=’x’ OR ‘x’='x’;

Well you can see that query is always true and returns the row from the database. As the result , the malicious guy could log in to the system.

Now even let’s look at the worst scenario of the SQL injection attack example. A intruder can even drop a table if the database user has drop privilege into that database.

Let’s suppose a query in a product detail page

$sql=”SELECT * FROM product WHERE product_id= ‘”.$_GET['product_id'].”‘”;

Now its turn of intruder to inject SQL command in the URL of the page, the code might be like this 10′; DROP TABLE product; # and the URL looks like this

http://xyz.com/product.php?id=10′; DROP TABLE product; #

Now query becomes like this

SELECT * FROM product WHERE product_id=’10′; DROP TABLE product; #’;

You might be wondering what is the meaning of hash “#”, it tell MYSQL server to ignore the rest of the query.In this query, it simply ignore the last single quote (‘) of the query.

Prevention from Sql Injection Attack in PHP

To avoid the sql injection attack, please follow the following simple mechanisms in PHP
1) Always restrict the length of the fields of form such as don’t allow more than 20 characters in the fields like username and password with the “maxlength” property available in the html form.
2) Always validate for the proper input like weather the value is valid email or not, is numeric or not , valid date or not etc.
3) Finally, Always use mysql_real_escape_string() function before sending the variable to the SQL query, it ad. For example

//note you must be connected to the database for using this function
$username=mysql_real_escape_string($_POST['username']);
$password=mysql_real_escape_string($_POST['password']);

if a intruder inject ‘ OR 1 in the user name and password field then the value of the $username and $password will become \’ OR 1 which is not going to harm us anymore.
