Am scos samburii cu presa de usturoi, astfel: asezi visina cu partea de care se prinde codita in sus si strangi manerele presei. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mod de preparare: Visinele spalate, curatate de codite si de samburi, se pun intro oala, se adauga cele 2 plicuri de gel fix amestecate cu 4 linguri de zahar, cand incepe sa fiarba tragem oala deoparte, adaugam restul de zahar, vaniliile pt aroma. Fierbem inca 1 -2 minute din momentul in care incepe sa fiarba dulceata. Se ia de pe foc si se toarna in borcane cu capac filetat, pastram borcanele la dunst uscat (acoperite bine cu o patura) pana a doua zi cand s-au racit si le asezam in camara. Am facut unele mari si unele mici. Pe cele mici le-am facut dintr-o foaie de aluat intinsa pe o planseta (le-am taiat cu un pahar). Pentru gogosile mari nu am mai intins aluatul l-am modelat pur si simplu in maini. margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 225px;" src="http://assets2.mygustos.com/assets/recipes_images/2010/08/27/62623/tn1_100_6128.jpg" border="0" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Timp de preparare: &lt;br /&gt;4 ore (complexitate redusa) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente: &lt;br /&gt;Reteta aceasta,o am de la o prietena virtual.&lt;br /&gt;Pt.ca n-am avut smintina,am pus un inlocuitor de smintina;pt.ca nu e gras,am pus putina margarina.Din cauza asta(cred),mi-a iesit aluatul cam tare(dupa coacere,inainte nu s-a observat).In rest e o prajitura f. buna,mai ales pt.iubitorii de nuca de cocos.O voi face,iar,cu smintina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-300 g faina, &lt;br /&gt;-100 g ahar pudra, &lt;br /&gt;-un praf de copt, &lt;br /&gt;-3 lingurite cacao, &lt;br /&gt;-2 oua&lt;br /&gt;-cca 75-100 g smintina&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Crema de nuca de cocos:&lt;br /&gt;-6 albusuri&lt;br /&gt;-200 g zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;-cca150 g nuca de cocos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Crema de vanilie:&lt;br /&gt;-6 galbenuse&lt;br /&gt;-250 g zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;-4 linguri de faina&lt;br /&gt;-400 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;-200 g unt&lt;br /&gt;-vanilie&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pt.decor&lt;br /&gt;-cca 40 -50g ciocolata amaruie(sau de care va place &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mod de preparare: Pentru blat,se amesteca toate ingredientele,pt.a se obtine un aluat,care se poate intinde cu sucitorul;aluatul obtinut,se da la frigider cca 30 minute.&lt;br /&gt;In timpul acesta,se face crema de nuc de cocos:albusurile se bat spuma,se pune zaharul;se bate in continuare;albusul se va intari,mai mult,iar zaharul se topeste;pe urma,se adauga nuca de cocos si cu o lingura de lemn se amesteca usor,pt. a se omogeniza.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa aceea,scoatem aluatul de la frigider si-l impartim in 2.Jumatate se intinde si se pune intr-o tava(de cca30/20),unsa cu unt(margarina),apoi,peste,se pune crema de nuca de cocos.Peste crema de nuca de cocos,uniformizata,se pune a 2-a jumatate de aluat(intins,in prealabil).&lt;br /&gt;Tava se da la cuptorul incins,la foc mediu,cca 30-35 minute.&lt;br /&gt;Apoi,cind este gata(se incearca cu scobitoarea),se lasa sa se raceasca.&lt;br /&gt;Cind e rece,se pune,deasupra,crema de vanilie:galbenusurile,zaharul,vanilia,faina si laptele,se fierb pe aburi,pina ce compozitia se ingroasa(se mesteca tot timpul);aceasta compozitie se strecoara(sa nu aiba coaja de vanilie,in caz ca se fol.baton,sau cocoloase de faina);dupa aceea se lasa la racit,mestecind tot timpul.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce e rece,se pune peste untul,spuma,cu o lingura,incetul cu incetul.Aceasta crema o intindem peste prajitura.Se pune(peste crema de vanilie),ciocolata rasa (din abundenta),apoi se da la rece,cel putin 2-3 ore.&lt;br /&gt;Se taie bucati(dreptunghiulare),nu f.mari,se serveste.Eu,le-am taiat de cca 2,5/5.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6687528745594469494-1637375077672626509?l=zico-online.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

In prealabil, este necesar ca faina cernuta sa se amestece cu praful de copt; &lt;br /&gt;3. Cea din urma operatiune consta in incorporarea celor 2 linguri de cacao ( care trebuie si ea cernuta ) si amestecarea cu atentie, ca nu cumva sa ramana cocoloase..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.Amestecul obtinut se da la cuptor sa se coaca , intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt ( sau unsa cu unt si tapetata cu faina ).Se coace primele 5 minute la foc mare, apoi 15-20 min. se va potrivi flacara aragazului la foc mic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;intre timp , pregatim crema de unt astfel:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;batem bine un pachet de unt ( care sa fie la temperatura camerei) cu zahar pudra ( dupa gust ) - aprox 200 gr ; in final trebuie sa obtinem o spuma foarte fina, la care adaugam un galbenus de ou, arome ( esenta de rom sau chiar 1-2 lg coniac) si 2 linguri praf de cacao cernuta.&lt;br /&gt;cand blatul de pandispan este copt ( verificam cu un bat de scobitoare ), il soatem si il rasturnam pe o foaie de copt pudrata cu zahar farin, care are dedesubt un prosop de bucatarie bine umezit. Aluatul se ruleaza usor, se lasa sa isi ia forma cam 10 min, apoi se acopera cu crema de unt, se ruleaza din nou si rulada obtinuta se acopera cu 2- 3 linguri din crema de unt si se decoreaza cu alune prajite si tocate marunt.&lt;br /&gt;Rulada se acopera in folie de aluminiu si se da la frigider pentru 3 ore; se serveste rece!&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6687528745594469494-6885313174155029411?l=zico-online.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Se adauga fulgii de ton. Se poate folosi si din uleiul din conservele de ton. Se adauga vinul si zeama de lamaie si se lasa sa fiarba sosul la foc mic. Cand a scazut se adauga rosiile curatate de coaja sau rosiile din conserva, se condimenteaza cu sare si piper si se lasa pe foc pana cand are o consistenta de sos de paste. Pastele se fierb separat si se amesteca cu sos. &lt;br /&gt;Putem pastra sosul de paste cu ton mai multe zile la frigider, preferabil intr-un borcan cu capac (ocupa putin spatiu si are avantajul ca se inchide etans), pentru a prepara oricand dorim o portie de paste cu ton - este necesar sa fierbem doar pastele si sa adaugam sosul. I-a oferit acestuia 500 de lire pe an pentru păstrarea secretului. Însă DeMirco, bucătarul, nu şi-a ţinut promisiunea. Nu ştiu dacă povestioara e adevărată, cert este că de-a lungul timpului au apărut multe reţete de îngheţată de casă, care au evoluat dezvoltându-se în deserturi greu de refuzat. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am mai auzit şi că împăratul roman Nero Claudius Caesar îşi trimitea sclavii în munţi pentru a-i aduce zăpadă şi gheaţă cu care răcea şi îngheţa băuturile de fructe. Regele Tang din China avea o metodă prin care crea băuturi pe bază de gheaţă şi lapte, iar despre Marco Polo ştiu că s-a întors din călătoriile sale în Orient cu o reţetă pentru băuturi îngheţate pe bază de lapte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;REŢETE IREZISTIBILE&lt;br /&gt;Pe tărâmul îngheţatei de casă nu m-am întâlnit cu stabilizatori, gelatină sau coloranţi. Aici, doar lapte, fructe, za hăr, ciocolată... Nu am ştiut ce combi naţii să aleg, pentru că nu puteam re fuza nimic. Şi, dacă eraţi în locul meu, cum aţi fi făcut faţă unei tentaţii de în gheţată de căpşune, zmeură, caise, coa că ze şi vişine?! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am aflat şi reţeta, pe ca re nu evit să v-o împărtăşesc: aveţi ne voie de 500 ml apă, 500 g fructe zdrobite, 250 g zahăr. Zahărul se dizolvă în apă cal dă, apoi se lasă la răcit. Se zdrobesc 750 g fructe. Se completează cu apă pâ nă la un litru. Se pune la îngheţat. Aceas tă îngheţată se mai poate prepara şi cu frişcă, folosind cu 200 ml mai pu ţină apă şi se adaugă un amestec de 200 ml frişcă. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am întâlnit şi îngheţata de vanilie. Ingredientele sunt uşor de gă sit: 5 ouă, 100 g zahăr tos, o jumătate de li tru de lapte, o lingură de rom, un sfert de ba ton de vanilie, 100 g frişcă bătută spu mă. Albuşurile se bat spumă. Se ada ugă zahărul tos şi romul şi se bat în con tinuare, până când se întăresc din nou, apoi se pun gălbenuşurile şi laptele. Se mixează timp de 10 minute pe un vas cu apă clocotită. Se înfierbântă bine şi se bate tot timpul repede, până când pas ta se omogenizează şi începe să se în groaşe. Se ia de pe foc şi se pune batonul de vanilie dat pe răzătoare. Se lasă să se ră cească, apoi se pune la congelator în cupe. Poftă să aveţi! Eu am!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ÎNGHEŢATĂ DE FISTIC&lt;br /&gt;● Ingrediente: 5 gălbenuşuri, 7 linguri zahăr brun, 300 ml lapte, 600 ml smântână pentru frişcă, 250 g fistic decorticat crud.&lt;br /&gt;● Preparare: Gălbenuşurile, zahărul şi laptele se pun  pe foc, se amestecă încontinuu până se formează spuma  (dacă avem noroc). &lt;br /&gt;Printr-o sită deasă se strecoară compoziţia de lapte şi ouă. &lt;br /&gt;Apoi 200 g de fistic crud măcinat ne daţi nouă&lt;br /&gt;În îngheţată să adăugăm&lt;br /&gt;Şi să se răcească total compoziţia lăsăm.&lt;br /&gt;Smântâna până devine frişcă o mixăm&lt;br /&gt;Şi peste compoziţie o adăugăm.&lt;br /&gt;20 de minute în congelator îngheţata lăsăm &lt;br /&gt;Şi apoi, start! Este o planta bogata in saruri de fier, vitamina C si calciu. Sucul de spanac baut dimineata pe stomacul gol ajuta la indepartarea depresiilor si revigorarea intregului organism. Contine substante cu rol de antioxidanti care incetinesc dezvoltarea celulelor canceroase.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Consumul de spanac este recomandat in cazurile de: anemie, astenie fizica, rahitism si covalescenta.&lt;br /&gt;Isi mentine prorpietetile daca este consumat in stare cruda sau este doar foarte putin oparit. Spanacul curata tubul digestiv, tonifica, combate infectiile gingiilor, constipatiile si intareste sistemul imunitar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In cazul in care va temeti de arsurile solare sau de cancerul de piele ar fi bine sa stiti ca daca obisnuiti sa consumati in fiecare saptamana spanac riscul de aparitie al cancerului de piele este redus cu 50%. Urmatoarea reteta combina intr-un mod delicios spaghetele si spanacul. Retete rapide de spaghete delicioase&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* 500 g paste&lt;br /&gt;* 3 oua&lt;br /&gt;* 450 g spanac&lt;br /&gt;* 150 g parmezan ras&lt;br /&gt;* sare&lt;br /&gt;* piper&lt;br /&gt;* ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spanacul se curata si se tine in apa fierbinte cu sare cateva minute. Dupa ce se scurge se toaca marunt si se toarna peste el ulei. Pastele se fierb si se scurg. Ouale se bat bine, se amesteca cu paste, spanac si putin piper. Compozitia se pune intr-o cratita si pe deasupra se presara parmezan.
