Ada yang sudah siap dengan modal plus perencanaan yang njlimet. Ada yang baru berbekal dengan gagasan semata. Namun ada pula yang punya banyak uang, tapi bingung mau diapain. Masih banyak yang blank (bingung). Tak tahu bagaimana dan dari mana harus memulai.

Banyak usahawan sukses karena kelihaian dalam memulai dan memperluas usaha. Berikut 14 rahasianya yang umumnya mereka pakai. Namun tidak ada jaminan Anda akan berhasil dengan cara-cara berikut. Meski begitu, kini Anda punya banyak alternatif. Anda pun bisa mencuri inspirasi dari masing-masing cara itu.

1. Penuhi Kebutuhan Konsumen

Ini merupakan cara buka usaha yang paling umum. Jika di kantor Anda membutuhkan layanan katering, buka usaha katering. Jika warga di sekitar rumah anda membutuhkan jasa binatu, wartel, warnet, rental komputer, kursus, dll, buka usaha sesuai kebutuhan mereka tadi. Kuncinya, kenali kebutuhan konsumen. Lalu penuhi dengan harga, kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang lebih baik. Usaha berdasarkan kebutuhan konsumen yang nyata adalah hal prinsip dari semua jenis usaha.

Jika Anda lumayan kreatif dan inovatif, pasti banyak hal baru yang berhasil Anda kreasikan. Banyak usaha baru dimulai dari penemuan jenis produk, teknologi, sistem, dan program baru. Jika berhasil menciptakan program komputer baru misalnya, jangan ragu mematenkan dan menjualnya. Penemuan baru --apalagi khas dan unik-- sangat berpeluang menembus pasar.

3. Duplikasi Usaha Lain

Bagi mereka yang merasa dirinya kurang kreatif dan inovatif, jangan patah arang. Terkadang ide usaha tersebar di mana-mana. Bahkan di depan mata. Tempat-tempat seperti restoran, toko-toko, salon, kursus, servis, pasar, mal-mal, adalah gudangnya orang berbakat. Ambil 2-3 pemangkas rambut berbakat dari salom-salom kecil. Sewakan tempat yang bagus, lengkapi dengan alat, beri brand yang khusus, dan suntik dengan sistem pelayanan yang sempurna. Anda pun sudah memiliki sebuah usaha pemangkas rambut yang eksklusif.

Mirip dengan sebelumnya, Anda bisa membuka kantor keagenan atau biro yang menyediakan jasa atau layanan spesifik. Misalnya agen modeling, foto model, penyanyi berbakat, head hunter, pengisi acara hiburan, biro jodoh, baby sister, dll. Untuk usaha ini, Anda perlu pengalaman dan relasi. Masih sedikit yang peka dengan usaha ini. Barang second dengan nilai historis tertentu bisa punya harga tinggi. Anda bisa memburu barang-barang bermerk asli yang sudah tidak dipakai lagi. Anda bisa menjualnya di tempat lain dan dengan harga spesial. Banyak ekspatriat, selebritis, pengusaha, sampai jenderal yang punya selera berpakaian dan beraksesoris mahal di negeri ini. Anda tidak akan kekurangan barang.

8 8. Buka Kantor

Semisal Anda berlatar belakang profesi seperti dokter, akuntan, pengacara, notaris, desainer, trainer, ataupun konsultan. Jika sekarang masih jadi 'pekerja' di perusahaan orang, siap-siaplah merintis buka kantor sendiri. Kurang modal dan SDM? Ajak kolega atau teman seprofesi untuk patungan modal. Bisnis ini prospektif, walau belum banyak dipilih menjadi alternatif. Direct Selling dan Multi-Level Marketing sering disebut personal franchise. Modalnya murah meriah, namun sudah didukung produk yang bagus, sistem pemasaran, pelatihan, dan jenjang karier. Sebagian perusahaan memberi kesempatan member mendirikan perseroan sendiri (authorized distributor) atau stockist. Namun waspadalah! Hindari bisnis skema piramid atau money game yang berkedok MLM.

10. Beli Waralaba

Yang modalnya lumayan besar, tapi tak mau repot pikirkan usaha yang sama sekali baru, beli waralaba (franchise) bisa jadi pilihan. Waralaba merupakan jenis usaha yang relatif terstandarisasi. Butuh kejelian membaca waralaba mana yang bagus. Berikut kemampuan membaca potensi pasarnya. Kini makin banyak pilihan waralaba, yang butuh modal besar atau sedang-sedang saja.

11. Beli Usaha Prospektif

Ada pula usaha tertentu punya keunikan dan SDM bagus. Prospek ke depannya pun cerah. Sayang untuk berkembang lebih jauh, usaha itu tidak punya modal lebih. 13. Buka Lokasi

Beberapa usaha cepat sekali berkembang karena faktor lokasi. Semisal, ada pembangunan perumahan mewah di daerah pinggiran. Jika perumahan itu laku, umumnya perekonomian di situ akan cepat berkembang. Fasilitas pendukung akan makin banyak dibutuhkan. Nah, layani warga setempat dengan produk atau jasa yang sangat mereka butuhkan. Jangan lupa, pilihlah lokasi yang paling strategis di sana.

14. Usaha Bersama

Kadang usaha tertentu bisa lebih bagus jika didirikan dan dikelola bersama-sama. Semisal Anda kuper, tapi jago masak masakan asing. Sementara teman dekat Anda jago melobi dan punya relasi luas. Tips Setrika Baju dengan Cepat dan Rapi

Perlu dimaklumi karena mencuci apalagi menggunakan mesin cuci tinggal masuk, sedangkan setrika hingga saat ini belum ada yang bisa menggantikan tenaga manusia. Setrika memang membutuhkan kesabaran ekstra untuk menghasilkan pakaian yang licin, belum lagi peluh yang membanjiri karena suasana panas.
Nah, agar terhindar dari siksaan proses setrika yang lama, berikut ini cara cepat merapikan baju namun tetep rapi:

Lihat dulu label cara setrika masing - masing baju. Hal ini untuk menghindari kesalahan setrika pada baju - baju khusus.
Gunakan setrika uap, untuk hasil yang maksimal, anti gosong, lebih cepat licin daripada setrika listrik, menghemat waktu dan tenaga Anda.
Pilah - pilah baju, dahulukan baju - baju yang mengharuskan panas stabil dan terlalu ribet seperti kaos, t-shirt, daster, celana jeans, kemudian baru baju anak - anak dan yang terakhir baju - baju yang membutuhkan perlakuan khusus. CPA (Cost-Per-Action) Affiliate Programs

The Internet is full of acronyms - CPC, PPC, EPC, etc., etc. And now we have another, CPA. So what is CPA?

CPA is an acronym or short for Cost Per Action or Cost Per Acquisition. The term CPA is not new. If you browse through the Search Engines using the keyword phrase "cost per action" or "cost per acquisition" you will find numerous websites with CPA related articles dating from 2001 - over 5 years ago.

In a nutshell, CPA is a performance based online advertising payment system in which payment is based solely on qualifying actions such as a lead, a sale or registration. In other words, merchants/advertisers determine what actions they want to reward and how much they are willing to pay for those actions.

Lead, Conversion or Registration

The actions defined in a CPA or Cost Per Action agreement relate directly to some type of conversion, with leads, sales and registrations among the most common and does not include deals based solely on clicks such as AdSense, which are referred to specifically as cost-per-click or CPC.

The definition of a Lead, Conversion or Registration can vary from one CPA Affiliate Network to another.

A lead or conversion may simply be considered to be no more than a website visitor providing his/her name and eMail address.

In another example, to be considered a lead or conversion, a website visitor may need to complete and submit a 1 page or 2 page application form. In this example, the product in question may be a home loan or payday loan. But it does not matter to the publisher whether the applicant gets the loan or not or has to wait 30 days before they get an answer from the lender. Once the visitor has

completed the desired or contractual action, the publisher has earned a commission.

In another example, a lead or conversion may simply be achieved by a website visitor completing a small website form and paying a small $postage fee via a credit card for the advertised product to be sent to their mailing address.

What all this means is that publishers i.e. website owners, get paid not on how many times an ad is seen or even on how many times it's clicked, but according to how many people click on it and take the action specified by the advertiser on his/her site.

Comparison of CPA Affiliate Programs with Cost Per Click or Cost Per Sale Website Monetization Models

CPA Affiliate Programs are very similar to other popular website monetization models whereby a publisher takes advantage of the arbitrage opportunities between low cost traffic and high paying contextual ads or products paying high affiliate commissions.

In one Scenario: low cost pay-per-click or other traffic is driven to a website or landing page displaying high paying contextual ads. When someone clicks on the low cost pay-per-click ad, they then get referred to the website or landing page. If that same someone then clicks on a high paying contextual ad, the publisher earns a commission.

In another Scenario: low cost pay-per-click or other traffic is driven to a website advertising high paying affiliate products or directly to the advertiser's own website. When someone clicks on the low cost ad, they then get referred to the Product page(s). If that same someone then orders and pays for a product the publisher will have earned an affiliate commission.

Affiliate marketing involves promoting a service or product from another person or company (known as the merchant), and gaining commissions on these sales. This commission can be a single payment, or a recurring income which might be a result of a membership or similar payment plan.

Affiliates focus on promoting the merchants product through various mediums, often using a website and enticing visitors to pursue further information about the product, essentially with the aim of getting them to purchase it.

The range of commission offered differs from merchant to merchant, so there is no general percentage as it can range from 1% to 100%.

You might be asking, why would some merchants offer a 100% commission on their product? Because when the user buys the product, they are generally added to an email list, and the merchant can use this list to market future products.

Other notable affiliate methods involve the merchant paying the affiliate for each visitor the affiliate sends to the merchant's website. The commissions for simply referring a visitor to the merchant page are typically a lot lower and paid as a fixed fee; however, they do not require the visitor to purchase anything.

Recurring income programs can be an excellent choice, particularly if it is a membership program in which the merchant drip feeds quality content or a service over a period of time. If an affiliate chooses to promote a quality product that buyers are likely to wish to keep paying membership fees for, then the residual income can stack up quite high when a lot of conversions have been made.

Take care in determining which business model is best for you and the type of product that you are promoting in order to work out which sort of affiliate program is best for you. For example,

Merchant #1 - Single Commission for a $50 product paid at a 50% commission

For a single sale:

Earnings after 1 month: $25
Earnings after 12 months: Still $25 (in total)

Merchant #2 - Recurring Commission for a membership product for a $20 per month paid at a 25% commission

For a single sale:

Earnings after 1 month: $5
Earnings after 12 months: $60

As you can see, Merchant #2 offers a lot more money over time. Now consider if you managed to get 100 sales. After 1 year, you would have earned $2,500 with Merchant 1, or $6,000 with Merchant #2. It is evident that in this case, it would be smarter to go with Merchant #2.

However, take care to research the product you are promoting, make sure that there is a consistent trend for buyers to continue their membership for at least a few months. You don't want to promote a product that has buyers who opt-out of their membership after the first couple of months, as that will return fewer earnings than if you were promoting a product in which buyers became and stayed members for years.

In order select the type of affiliate program that is suitable for you, it is advised that you examine the product type, commission rate, and potential length of recurring commissions. Weigh the benefits of each type of program in order to determine which type of program will suit you best, and which type of program will provide the most income over a period of time.

While large single commissions may seem like the way to go, you should be building up as much income as possible over time, and recurring commissions will give you a stable income over the long-run and often end up making more income over time.

I'm connecting moms and dads that are struggling to get their child out of diapers with the tools they need to get the job done.

Let's say you have a niche website that sells hiking boots. You're connecting hikers with great deals on the boots they are looking for. Along the way you may also share tips and articles on breaking in and caring for hiking boots.

Do you see how this works? Your job is to get in front of your target audience and help them find the best solution to their problem. Sometimes that solution will be a free tip or idea, other times it will be a product that you are an affiliate for.

Ini hari pertama postingan saya. Jujur saja di hari pertama ini saya masih bingung sekali entah mau posting apa, tapi begitu iseng - iseng coba berkeliling, berselancar dan menggeos - geos didunia maya bersama si mbah google tiba-tiba ditengah perjalanan ada sesuatu yang menarik perhatian saya.

Inilah kira-kira yang menurut saya lumayan menarik untuk dicoba.

Sebenarnya ada banyak sekali situs atau website yang memiliki program seperti ini tapi saya pikir akan saya coba sharing bisnis online yang satu ini dulu saja.

Ada sebuah situs atau website yang menawarkan kepada siapa saja yang tertarik ingin bergabung dan akan dibayar sebesar $45 dalam satu bulan. Nama situs yang mengadakan program tersebut adalah gomezpeerzone.

Program ini sangat menarik dan patut dicoba, yaitu komputer kita hanya cukup terkoneksi ke internet saja selama sedikitnya dua jam dalam satu hari, kita sudah akan dibayar dollar.

Lho ko bisa ketahuan kalau kita online atau tidak dari mana…?

Ok, jadi begini...

Langkah pertama adalah kita mendaftar di gomezpeerzone kemudian kita diharuskan mendownload sebuah applikasi yang sudah disediakan oleh gomezpeerzone tersebut untuk di install di komputer kita, setelah terinstall biarkan saja applikasi tersebut berjalan selama komputer terus terkoneksi dengan internet tanpa perlu melakukan apapun lagi.

Apakah program ini SCAM ??

Naaaaaah berhubung saya sendiri belum pernah mencobanya, jadi saya masih belum bisa memastikan bahwa program ini SCAM atau memang terbukti MEMBAYAR. Tapi anda jangan berkecil hati dulu, karena sudah ada beberapa rekan yang sangat serius mengikuti program ini, bahkan ada salah satu rekan yang bersedia menunjukkan screen shot bukti pembayaran dari gomezpeerzone miliknya. 1. Klik disini untuk melakukan registrasi / apply.

2. Isi semua kolom pada form register yang sudah disediakan, (jangan lupa, email yang anda gunakan untuk registrasi adalah email yang sudah terdaftar di account paypal anda). Jika sudah terisi semua, lalu tekan submit.

3. Login dengan username dan password registered anda, masuk ke menu “Download PEER Software”. (ini versi terbaru).

4. Download applikasi “gomezpeerzone” (ada dua pilihan, baca dahulu sebelum didownload). Kalau saya pilih yang download lewat gomezpeerzone.

5. Lakukan penginstalan applikasi gomezpeerzone hingga selesai, lalu tekan finish.

Segera begitu anda tekan finish akan muncul tampilan seperti dibawah ini:

Gambar A1 perlu diisi dengan username yang anda pakai pada saat mendaftar di gomezpeerzone, kolom machine name dibiarkan saja, jika sudah selesai tekan save.

Gambar A2 adalah tampilan performance manager, untuk memonitor koneksi komputer kita dengan server gomezpeerzone.

Setelah tahapan diatas selesai, maka status account gomezpeerzone anda akan inactive beberapa saat setelah terkoneksi, kemudian berangsur-angsur berubah statusnya menjadi pending. Naah jarak waktu antara status pending ke status active biasanya memakan waktu 5 sampai 7 hari (itu yang sudah saya alami sendiri). Tapi walaupun statusnya masih pending, penghitungan dollar anda akan terus berjalan dan bertambah, dan akan dibayarkan begitu status anda sudah active. Sangat disarankan, applikasi gomezpeerzone selalu running ketika anda online meskipun status anda masih pending.

Sebenarnya ada sedikit trik sederhana untuk bisa sedikit mempercepat masa active, yaitu klik menu preference kemudian ubah setting network connection ke 56k dan permormance manager disetting ke minimizwd window on/off, tapi sayangnya fasilitas setting tersebut sudah tidak ada pada applikasi versi terbaru ini, yang tersisa cuma untuk meminimize-nya saja.

Untuk memaksimalkan earning (pendapatan) tidak ada salahnya anda install applikasi tersebut lebih dari satu computer.
